I bought a Bissell crosswave cordless max last year for Christmas because this was sold out. Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time. My Bissell broke and again it hasn't even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I'd buy my original choice and I'm far from disappointed. The issues I had with the Bissell I don't with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn't pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up. The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily. I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn't have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.Alysun Lusty
I chose this thanks to the Vacuum Wars youtube channel. We used to have a Bissell Crosswave but it didn't last long at all. It started to smell pretty quickly and got clogged a lot (dog hair gang!) I assumed it was our habits so we bought a second one and the same thing happened again, even with more vacuuming and better Crosswave cleaning habits. This time I decided the extra money would be worth it and so far it definitely has been! The only con so far: the clean water tank really should be larger. We have a medium house, nothing large or fancy, and we can't even get through a full room (kitchen especially) without refilling the tank.Cam
Overall: I really love it! Easy to use, quick and sufficient; Great for daily use & for family with pet. I do list detailed limitations below but it solves my biggest problem (a quick daily cleanning) so I am still happy. It's okay but not something I will give up my other gadgets for! I have received and tried the Bissell Crosswave HF3Cordless and at first I was really excited to get it and use it. The cordless feature was really nice and handy to have and the battery life doesn't last long enough for me to clean all of my flooring and then some. I have a One level three bedroom home and over half of it is either hardwood floors or tile. My issue with this vacmop is First, it does not get close enough to the edges as I would like. It actually leaves of a huge gap between where are the walls meet the floors that it cannot reach. So the edge to edge cleaning power is definitely a zero out of five stars for me. The dirty tank fills up very quickly and although it's a nice size tank it can only fill up about a quarter of the way or so before it starts beeping to let you know that it's at its capacity and it needs to be emptied. Which is not that big of a deal to have to empty it but it just gets full so fast I have to empty it multiple times and one cleaning session. Also there are two levels of power as far as how much solution you want to come out while cleaning and it is automatic you just put it on high or low setting. Once you pick the higher low setting the machine is supposed to spit out either a high amount or low amount of solution as you clean your floors but I honestly didn't see a difference between the two settings. They both spit out the same amount of solution and they both left streaks on the floor so no matter how many times I went over the floors there was still many spots left. The self-propelled feature was very nice! I did find that handy and I did not have any issues with that. It is also very easy to take apart and clean when you're finished with your job. It's a very nice cordless vacuum mop but it just has a few kinks it needs to work out! I would recommend this product for only quick messes that need to be cleaned up and not deep cleaning.
This is incredibly easy to set up and use. It came with a small size of Bissell floor cleaner that was easy to add to water in the tank. It comes with a charging station so I can move around freely without having to search for an outlet. It glides across my floors effortlessly as it cleans and sanitizes. My floors are almost completely dry after I use this. It has great suction power and acts as a vacuum too. I don't have to worry about waiting for my floors to dry anymore before I can walk across them. This is lightweight but powerful. It has a charging indicator to let me know how much longer it needs to charge and a battery indicator to let me know if it needs charged when it is powered on. I love that I can clean my kitchen floors and then use it on my hardwood floors. This is much better than the other floor cleaners I have tried. The tank is easier to fill and it has a lot more power to clean. I would definitely recommend this because it makes cleaning so much easier and better.
I received a brand new Bissell Crosswave HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface hard floor cleaner complimentary from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. First off I would like to say how simple this was to assemble. Right out of the box, I just had to firmly snap in the top handle to the bottom of the device until I heard a click. This is something anyone can easily put together quickly. I made sure to read the instructions manual a couple of times. Being cordless, the only downfall I discovered was how long it took to fully charge this device. 4.5 hours to fully charge it, and I got around 30 minutes of use before I had to charge it again. I love how simple it is to switch from low to high mode and the LED lighted indicators. I have hard wood flooring, as well as tile flooring at my house. This is ideal for anyone who doesn't have carpet flooring. The charge dock is very interesting because the device fits perfectly onto the dock and you plug in the adapter go the docking station. Then plug it into any normal outlet. This doesn't take up a lot of space and it makes my floors spotless. It will let me know when the battery is low with a blue flash light. This came with a very handy brush and strainer which makes it much easier and quicker to clean it. Not to mention it has a self cleaning mode. You have to recline the device in order for it to start working. I then select if I want low or high water flow and it automatically dispenses the fluid + water mix. Then I push it forward and backwards to get the job done. Being that this is cordless, I can get into places I normally can't reach unlike other machines I've owned before. Also I don't have to worry about any cords getting tangled or not reaching. For a nice deep clean, I used the high mode which you will see the liquid on the floor. This is suppose to happen. You want to let it soak in for at least five minutes before going over it. For really stuck on stains, I had to repeat this process a few times. This machine is lightweight and easy to maneuver. I definitely would recommend buying this Crosswave by Bissell! I am still learning how to use the machine after having a little over a week and I did watch a few videos on how to remove the brush roll. I also like how you put the solution and water in the top part and the dirty water dispenses on the bottom. I've had zero issues with this leaking. Also if you tend to have a lot of hair on the floor, make sure to check the brush roll so you can cut off any hair that has tangled on the roll. I do wish it came with an extra brush roll but that is ok because I can find parts for this very easily. Do not make the mistake of over filling the top water tank. There are two lines, one for the water and one for the Bissell solution. I love that this comes with a 18 month warranty. Do not forget to fill out the warranty card and mail it out or you won't have any warranty. Bissell has their own support team that you can either email or call with questions or concerns. So well designed! The glove is amazing, comfortable, and great on curved and awkward surfaces. I like that there is a hose between the water tank and the attachments; with some others you are holding a heavy clumsy tank trying to maneuver tiny attachments. It cleans well and the surfaces dry pretty quickly. I would have preferred an easier way to stop and start or pause the steam, and I'm waiting for the day that somebody designs a steamer where the attachments can go on the end of a long handle, like for doing baseboards. I have never seen a steam mop like this before. It came with a hand held steam cleaner that can be used with or without the steam mop body. There are several attachments including a steam glove, 2 small brushes (1 blue and 1 copper), grout cleaner, steam jet nozzle, fabric steamer base, fabric steamer distributor, fabric steamer lint brush, 2 steam glove pads, 2 micro-fiber cleaning pads and flexible hose. There are various setting for you to choose from off to max, these are listed. From wood/laminate, tile/vinyl, stone/marble. I used the steam mop and was satisfied with it. I was able move it back and forth under and behind the sink and toilet without any problem because of the pivoting head… The only thing I dislike about this BLACK+DECKER 7-in-1 STEAM MOP is that this mop leave too much water on the floor. My favourite use of the unit is for washing walls and washing/sanitizing floors. I like the two levels of steam as well as the nozzle that concentrates steam for really powerful cleaning of crevices and corners. The case is streamlined and controls are visible and accessible. It’s very helpful to be able to add water without having to cool/depressurize the unit. Some of the accessories are more useful than others to me. Very pleased with the unit. I love how easy it is to use and that it doesn't require any chemicals just water that I can keep adding as I go without needing to stop the unit. The jet nozzle did an amazing job cleaning the grout between small tiles in both the bathroom and front entrance. Since there is nothing else like this tool on the market, I'll have to fairly review it by comparing it to a traditional mop and bucket. There are pros and cons for both. While I'm not typically one to invest heavily in a machine that just simply provides an electric way to do a simple manual job, this HydroVac offers so much more. The rotating antimicrobial roller mimics repeatedly going over the floor surface with minimal movement by the operator. No difficult scrubbing to get a higher level of clean. The cleaning formula was effective and I felt most powerful when mixed with warm filtered water. Dried on sticky foods came up easily and filled my home with a really nice scent. Where I would prefer a mop and bucket is when I was rinsing all of the tanks out: the solution tank and the dirty water tank. With a mop and bucket, I just dump and rinse. However, the cleaning power of this HydroVac cannot be matched! I did find that the HydroVac did really well sucking up along edges on the side of the unit but not from the front, so I wish I made a better effort sweeping before using this vac. At the end of the day, for an investment, you can get a better clean. In fact, I would recommend my friends with disabilities give this appliance a try as it allowed me to do a task that requires physical exertion with much less demand on my body.Michelle Y.
I've wanted one of these combo vac/mops ever since the Bissell Crosswave came out, but it was hard to justify the expense. I was also not sure about having to deal with cleaning a machine like this after use. After saving up some BBB gift cards, I finally bought this Shark Hydrovac after watching the Vacuum Wars youtube review, and I am so glad I did! My hardwood floors have never been cleaner! I live in a messy house with 3 kids, 2 cats, Georgia red clay in the backyard and no one but me will take off their shoes when they come in. This machine got my floors as clean as if I had hand washed them on my hands and knees. It passed the paper towel test – for the first time ever after using all kinds of different mops (steam mop, microfiber spray mop, regular mop head with spin bucket, etc), my floors actually did not show any dirt when wiped with a wet paper towel after mopping them with the Hydrovac. Also, it left NO streaks or haze! I've tried all sorts of products to get my floors cleaned and nothing left them looking this good. And cleaning the machine afterwards was no big deal at all – definitely not any more time involved than dealing with mop buckets and mop heads. The only downside is that it does not fit to clean under the kickboard of the kitchen cabinets, and the edge cleaning could be better – it leaves about a half inch around edges untouched…but I don't care because it got the rest of my floors so totally clean that I'm happy to overlook that small downside. Also, I had to refill the water tank before I finished mopping (I mop my foyer, half bath, 2 hallways and kitchen.) The floors dry unbelievably fast – it seems like it squeegees the floor with each pass to get up almost all the water used. It didn't do much to clean my area rug; it just picked up surface dirt but didn't do anything to remove marks on the rug. But I think it is still nice that I can go over area rugs with it as I'm cleaning my hardwoods and get all the surface dirt all at once. It's lightweight, and I think something that my kids could handle using easily. Regarding the Shark brand cleaner, the smell is not overpowering. I'm sensitive to scents and this didn't bother me. This is a fantastic way to keep multiple floor surfaces clean. I tried this on a couple looped wool throw rugs and it did a great job cleaning without harming the rug fibers. The roller is a very soft micro fiber type material that gently rotates and gently cleans. It applies a small amount of cleaning solution the is supplied with the vacuum and sucks it all up leaving a very light dampness. It doesn't thoroughly soak the carpet but instead is more of a surface cleaning. you can easily see how much dirt is being picked up in the water being vacuumed up. It's a good idea to vacuum before using the wet vac. There is no danger of harming the floors beneath the rug because the vacuum completely picks up all of the moisture being used. I like the way it cleans the rugs but I think it works best on hard surfaces. The lighted brush assembly makes it easy to see the surface being cleaned and again it only leaves a slightly damp surface that dries quickly. There is no puddling of cleaning solution. The water compartments are easily disassembled and easily cleaned. The self cleaning feature is handy and works well and only takes 2 minutes. This is only a wet vac and not for dry vacuuming at all. This steam mop has been helping me keep my floors clean this winter. The setup was fairly easy, since it just snapped together. The only thing that I had difficulty with was the water filter. The instructions weren’t super clear, so it took me along time to get the steam mop to actually work. The button that you have to press to set the water hardness level is pretty tricky to figure out. Once I was able to do that, my steam mop worked perfectly. It heated up quickly, and it removed all of the grime from winter boots and muddy paws. The removable pad washes well, and I’ve used it several times so far. The attachment for the carpet is very easy to use. It just snaps into place, and you can’t steam your carpets. I have had the SC3 for about a month. As a toddler mom, I think it does a great job of removing stuck on food from the floor. My floors actually look clean each time I use it. The SC 3 was easy to use once, I figured it out. I really like the fact that it warms up in under 5 seconds. It also has a decent length cord so I don't need to replug it as I move around. Even though it works well, I couldn't give it a 5 star review score for a few reasons. The first and major strike are those horrid, unclear instructions. After reading the manual, it took me 25 minutes to figure out how to sucessfully put on the mop attachment. My second reason would be its size. The SC 3 is not a large mop but it is bulky. I would have preferred if it were, a little more compact for easier storage. Lastly, would be the lever. After cleaning my entire kitchen and mudroom, my finger hurt from pressing the steam lever. I bought my 1867-7 Steam Mop in 2008 or 2009. While It may have not gotten terribly hard use, it still keeps going without fail or any problems whatsoever. As long as I can keep getting filters and mop pads, it will remain in service. We just moved from a house hard floors only in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. Now we are living in a house with 2,000 sq ft of polished concrete floors. This little machine is going to get a real work-out! I had to order new mop pads that just came today -HURRAH- as the ones that I was using are still packed somewhere! We have also switched from city water to well water, so I will be very diligent about using distilled water.
For years I've tried different mops to clean my floors. Sponge mops, string mops and finally a cloth type, wringer mop. I like to be able to reuse mops, so I'm not in favor of throw-away types. My sister-in-law showed me her new Bissell and I was hooked. I love how clean it gets the floors, how easy it is to use, and the fact that I can launder the pads. I ordered 2 additional pads, as I wanted to be able to have plenty of clean pads while I'm mopping. I love the fact that I can use tap water, but so far I've used distilled water as it doesn't take much water to clean the floors and it saves the filter. Distilled water is cheap. The only thing I would change on this unit is the length of the cord — it would be nice if it were 30 feet or longer. I bought a Bissell crosswave cordless max last year for Christmas because this was sold out. Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time. My Bissell broke and again it hasn't even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I'd buy my original choice and I'm far from disappointed. The issues I had with the Bissell I don't with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn't pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up. The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily. I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn't have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.Alysun Lusty
I chose this thanks to the Vacuum Wars youtube channel. We used to have a Bissell Crosswave but it didn't last long at all. It started to smell pretty quickly and got clogged a lot (dog hair gang!) I assumed it was our habits so we bought a second one and the same thing happened again, even with more vacuuming and better Crosswave cleaning habits. This time I decided the extra money would be worth it and so far it definitely has been! The only con so far: the clean water tank really should be larger. We have a medium house, nothing large or fancy, and we can't even get through a full room (kitchen especially) without refilling the tank.Cam

I have a lot of floor space with a composite hard floor. This floor cleaner does the trick. The proprietary floor cleaner is readily available, I get mine at Target. Even though it vacuums, if your floor needs dog hair or dirt picked up, use a separate vacuum. This one can do it, when it comes to cleaning up the unit you will see why. I like the fact that the rollers are machine washable. Mine are dark dirty when I am done with the floor. They clean up nicely. I purchased to use on my tile and hardwood floors. The machine its self does a good job of cleaning. My problem is with the round cleaning attachments. There are two of them. One has already come apart. I've only had this machine for about 4 months and use it to clean twice per week. I just ordered a replacement set for 25.00. The container that collects the dirty water and or cleaning solution drips the dirty water out on the floor when the container is only about a quarter full. I wish I would have read reviews before I purchased as other have the same problem I'm having. I would not recommend this machine.

I purchased the steamer to clean grout. It had no effect on the grout. Totally useless. The little brush attachment was destroyed after one room of grout treatment. The wire brush held up, but did not clean the grout either. The steam tube and handle became very hot at one point. I had to stop work to let it cool for awhile. The extension wands seem a little weak for their purpose. The steam mop was nice, made the tile floors look very good. The effect in the shower was good, made a good impression there. First, let me say, I hate to clean. I've read a lot of reviews from people who sound like clean freaks but I am definitely not one. I ordered the steam cleaner for two main purposes – to clean the bathroom (particularly cermaic tiles in shower# and my hardwood floors. I did a lot of research before I decided to go with the Steamfast multi purpose. I looked at floor steam cleaners vs hand held steamers but they obviously have limitations. I worried about the weight of a hand held #I have a very large walk in shower# and the limited time it would work between refills #most seem to last about 10-15 minutes#. The floor steamers got pretty good reviews but most didn't come with other attachments that would allow you to steam clean anything but floors. So…enter the Steamfast Multi Purpose Steamer. To say I am amazed at how good it cleans and its versatility is truly an understatement. When completely filled, it will produce steam for about 45 minutes – enough time to do my bathroom. My tiles look brand new after cleaning. I used the nylon bristle brush #included# to clean the grout and it has restored it to its original color #without a lot of effort on my part#. It blasted away the gunk that is hard to get to on the shower track. I used the shower head to rinse the dirt and grime lifted after cleaning. I didn't use any of the attachments to clean my toliet and vanity. I just steamed #and sanitized# and wiped the excess water with a paper towel. The floor attachment was easy to use – I wet the cleaning pad #two are included) before I used it to make it a little easier to glide over the floor. I used a slow "push and pull" motion to cover a small area at a time and had no problems. It did a great job on the tile floor in my bathroom. It streaked a little on the hardwood, but this was mainly from the steam lifting the old chemical buildup. After I went over it a couple of times, no more streaking, and my floors look great. As I said, I hate to clean, but the Steamfast cleaner actually has me looking forward to cleaning, not dreading it! I highly recommend this product!

Pretty simple to setup and use. I’m just not very impressed with the quality of some of the accessories. I used the sponge attachment once and the sponge disintegrated. Having never used a wet vac like this before, all I can say is WOW! I admit, I was a skeptic. We regularly clean our hard floors so I really didn't expect to see any great results. That all went away after the first use. Great product. It makes scrubbing the floors a piece of cake. Starting with the overall looks. It's a really sleek machine. It's not bulky at all and allows you to get into the same places you would be able to with a normal stick vac. The white color is refreshing and adds to it's nice clean look. The charging base is as small as it can be, but even so, some might find it's footprint a bit large. But when you consider the self cleaning feature it offers, it's easy to overlook the size. The handle is very comfortable and the buttons are placed in good locations. All the indications and icons are displayed on the top of the clean water tank in easy view. They light as needed and let you know what you need to know about the state of your machine. To use the machine, you fill the clean water tank and add a cap of the included floor cleaner. When you turn the machine on, it automatically dispenses the water solution and starts the roller spinning. At the same time, it also starts the vacuum, so you basically vacuum up the water before it even soaks your floors. After using it on our laminate wood flooring in the kitchen, I just noticed a sheen after it vacuumed the water up. It was dry in about 30 seconds. If you've ever used a stick mop with a trigger spray feature, they left about the same amount of moisture. The difference was, the water that was collected in the dirty water tank was, well pretty dirty. There are two settings, a standard speed and a max speed. I tried them both but had very good luck with the standard speed so that's generally what I use. Overall, it's pretty quiet. No loud whiny beater bar, just the soft roller on the floor. The battery lasts long enough to clean our entire kitchen, hallway and front entrance area without any issues, and have power to spare. This package comes with an additional roller and HEPA filter. At first I thought they were just “extra” but the idea is, you have one set that's dry, and the set that you use to clean, so you just keep swapping them out. The roller assembly is extremely easy to remove and replace. Like both of the water tanks, it has a snap in place, spring loaded latch. The roller pretty much just pulls right out. The filter is just as easy to replace. Emptying the dirty water tank was as easy as pouring it in the sink and rinsing out any dirt left behind. To use the self clean feature, just fill the clean water tank with fresh water, make sure the dirty water tank is in place and run the cycle with the touch of a button. The package also comes with a brush tool for cleaning out the tanks, and it includes a roller hair/string removal tool. After cleaning the floors I have to say, they really felt clean. No residue or stickiness was left behind. This is a quality machine that has been very well engineered. Cordless operation, excellent battery life, self cleaning mode, easy access to the roller and removal of the water tanks. It all adds up to a great floor cleaning experience. A few years ago, we got a cordless stick vacuum for our house. We love using it in-between our robot vacuum sweeps but we still end up having to mop the kitchen floor which is linoleum. Since we’re always looking for ways to make tasks more efficient, this wet/dry vacuum seemed like a good option for our family. When you pull the vacuum out of its box, make sure to look through all the packaging because there are additional parts included and I almost threw out the extra dry filter because it was tucked away inside some cardboard. Even though assembly is required, it’s very minimal. You have to attach the handle to the main body of the vacuum, plug the base into power, and then set the unit on the stand. Once the battery is charged, you can start using it. According to the manual, these are the steps you have to take for operation. Prepare for use – includes charging the vacuum for about four hours Press the power button to start the vacuum. It’s in ECO mode by default. There is a “MAXIECO” button that switches between the MAX and ECO modes. Before using the WET function of the vacuum, fill the clean water tank and add one bottle cap of the solution. The vacuum does come with a lot of parts, but some of them are duplicates so that you have your first replacement roller and filter with the original purchase. I always like it when companies provide that first part replacement. As far as operation goes, the vacuum is fairly simple. You press the power button and it turns on. If there the cleaning solution is in the clean water tank, the vacuum will both mop and vacuum simultaneously. If the water tank is empty, the vacuum will still run, but obviously will not provide the mopping function. The roller will still spin, however, so you do get a bit of a deeper dry cleaning than without it. There are two functions that I want to point out – one that I like and one that I don’t. The first is the fact that you don’t have the option to select wet or dry. You have to use both. The only way that I’ve found to vacuum only is to leave the clean water tank empty. The problem there is that you end up with blinking lights on the display, which can get annoying. The function I LOVE is that the vacuum is self-propelled. I was shocked when I turned it on for the first time and the vacuum nearly zoomed out of my grip. I just wasn’t expecting that much power from a cordless vacuum. I haven’t run into a battery problem yet. The manual states that on ECO mode the vacuum should run for 25 minutes. I haven’t had a single cleaning session last that long yet so I don’t know the ‘real’ life of the battery. The battery did have some charge out of the box. I did charge it some before using it the first time, but not the full 4-hours. I have been happy with the suction power of the vacuum and the cleaning ability of the mop, however, I did notice that any sticky spots or heavy stains will not be picked up by this vacuum. I ran the vacuum in our kitchen – moving it back and forth several times on each section of the floor. I noticed that the floor did appear shiny and wet so I know the mopping function was cycling the cleaning solution onto the floor. The floor did dry quickly I did think that it felt a lot cleaner than before I used the vacuum. I did have a couple of spots where something had been spilled and left to dry that the vacuum did not clean up. That said, a couple of lighter stains were removed if I left the vacuum sitting on top of it so that the roller brush could concentrate on that spot. I like the features of this vacuum and its ease of use, but I do wish there were a couple of things added on (a dry/wet option, a heavy stain cleaning option, etc.). I love that a base plate is included because that gives the vacuum a spot to ‘live’ in as well as keeps the roller off the floor as it dries. All in all, I think this is a nice device. Versatile vacuum makes our 90% laminate floor cleaner that it’s ever been. We used to use those “easy” mops that have replaceable wet pads to mop our floors and they worked better than a mop and bucket but this vacuum makes it a piece of cake! The setup and operations were so simple that I thought I was missing something in the suggestions (instructions) but I wasn’t. I normally am the type of person that can pull new electronics out of the box and start using it without help but I had never used a mop/vacuum combo like this before so I read the suggestions. It is so simple, push the power button. If there is liquid in the clean water tank it will mop and vacuum. If that tank is empty it will vacuum only. When you are done just set it on the base and it charges automatically! The vacuum even cleans the brush by itself! There will be a “water drop” icon that lights up which means it needs to clean the brush. Just set it on the base and press the water drop button once and it cleans the brush for you! I am very impressed with the simplicity, power and convenience of this vacuum/mop. I love the base with self-charging so you never pick it up and find that the battery is dead. Have had for over 2 years and still glad I purchased it. Previously I had one machine that could do floors only and another hand-held one. Neither of them produced as much steam as this one. I really like the versatility of this steamer in that I can to not only the floor but smaller jobs. I would agree with one writer as to the windows and think they called it a “waterfall” but you can work around that by having a rag handy. I love Xmas and painting my windows with snow/frost but typically a royal pain to get off until I got this and it makes it a breeze. I would also agree with one writer in saying that the brush attachments don’t seem to last very long as the bristles tend to somewhat melt. I usually use a just the plain attachment or none at all and a separate brush or rag. As for another one stating that don’t know when it is out of water—steam stops so that is simple. I did not find that I would have to wait till it cools down to refill when it is empty, I just slowly unscrew it releasing any left-over pressure then refill and reheat and I am back to my work Even though not perfect, for me it was the best out there.Fan 4 QVC

I have very finicky laminate floors. Every cleaning product or mop I've ever used has left a hazy film and steaks. The only way I could get my floors clean was scrubbing on my hands and knees, it was awful. I decided it couldn't hurt to try this, and WOW! It leaves my laminate floors nice and clean, no streaks or funky product film left behind. I'm able to quickly clean over 2,000 sq ft of laminate on my main floor with minimal effort. I recommend this product to everyone I know! Some tips for my fellow laminate flooring people, I use very warm water in the cleaning solution. Also, after I've done my wet pass through I do several pass throughs with no additional water to help dry faster, and I work in small areas at a time. I get perfect results every time. As a busy mom with a toddler and 2 dogs, this helps me keep my home clean in much less time without breaking my back. I absolutely love this thing!
This is a great concept but a failure at both being a wet jet and a vacuum. First, it didn't come with any accessories, it is only meant to clean floors. No attachments for stairs, couches, drapes etc. The only time a light comes on is when the trigger is pulled for the wet jet so you can't see going under furniture, which is difficult anyways because this vacuum doesn't lay flat. The wet jets don't spray evenly so there are constantly lines on the floor. The rollers stay wet so dirt and grime cling to them and when you go onto your rugs the dirt and dust transfer into the rugs. Just gross. For those with cats, litter touches the wet rollers and turn to wet clay and clog the system. The vacuum portion isn't really strong enough to suction litter out of tile grout. Just leaves it there wet. I had cut my hair and tried to vacuum up the little pieces left behind but the vacuum failed. It suctioned up some and then I'd move the vacuum forward and they'd all fall out. Emptying the dirt container is made more difficult because of the wetness. Dirt,dust, hair, fur,litter is now all wet and glued together and didn't empty when tilted over a garbage can. Plus the container itself has so many grooves and pieces for stuff to stuck to. Really,really gross. It's not a wet jet and not a vacuum. Needs work
I used the Bissell Crosswave and fell in love. No more filling a mop bucket and carrying it around while spilling water every time it's moved, or having the mop fall out of the bucket. The Crosswave is easy to set up and easy to use. While mopping mostly shoves dirty water around the Bissell Crosswave not only scrubs the floor, picks vacuums the water up. Since I do have pets and a lot of mud and hair, I chose to vacuum with my Bissell dry vac first to snag up the worst of the dirt. I don't have to get too carried away because the Crosswave picks up the rest. Cleanup is a matter of dumping the dirty water. The tank size is just right. It is small enough so it is easy to handle, and a tankful goes a long ways. I cleaned my kitchen floor with my new Crosswave and still had half a tank left. I didn't see the Pet Crosswave until after I got mine, so I am giving this one to a friend who doesn't have pets and ordering a pet version.
