I have 2C, high density, coarse, porous, long hair. Since adding heavy highlights to blend the grays, my hair has been a dry, frizzy nightmare! I have read endless product reviews, watched countless You Tube Videos regarding care and products for my hair. I use a leave in conditioner applied in the shower to soaking wet hair. I then use a curl primer. I scrunch these products into hair and micro plop to remove excess water. I then apply curl keeper just like gel, using praying hands method to coat each curl. I add more to the crown and smooth over waves. I then plop for 10-30 minutes depending on if I’m air drying or diffusing.
I actually prefer to air dry and this product allows that, though it takes hours to dry. Can form a slight cast which I actually love. Once fully dry any crunch is easily scrunched out. I NEVER have shine in my hair due to the coarse texture but with this my curls are defined and shiny. Best part is that even in high humidity this holds perfectly.
I cannot speak to 2nd or 3rd day hair as I haven’t been able to test this part yet.

With 3b curls that are dry, coarse, long, tangly and graying…I've been struggling lately. I want so badly to keep my hair long and grow it longer than I've ever had the patience to. I purchased this Ouidad VitalCurl mousse today (last one on the shelf!), because I was desperately trying to just get my hair to look good. I got home with my new product and hit the shower right away. After washing/conditioning I put a bit of my previously purchased Ouidad VitalCurl Tress Effects Gel in my palm and added a a nice dollop of this mousse on top and mixed it together until no foam remained and I was left with a wonderfully slippery gel-consistency. I repeated the process once more to make sure I coated everything. I used an Olivia Garden brush to distribute the product and let it dry naturally. It didn't take as long to fully dry as when I use my gel with other hair creams and my hair had a cast that was so perfect it still looked wet when it was fully dry. I was so happy with the results that I feel like I can let this unruly mom keep on growing. At least my ponytail would look good and not a frizzy mess like it usually does. This is THE one product from Ouidad that I feel I can't do without. Granted, I haven't used it by itself but when a curly girl finds her perfect recipe, it's a challenge to stray from it for fear of ruining the outcome. As a side note, I have used the gel mentioned above by itself and I loved the curl formation, however, it's a very foamy gel once I start applying it and it makes a squooshing noise and turns white. I just use a very small amount like directions advised, worked it into my wet hair, scrunched it with my hands and let air dry. My hair is sooo soft, no frizz and my curls are defined. I found this product yearssss ago when I first started the Curly Girl Method. It was very runny, white and much lighter. I ended up repurchasing it and when I opened it, it is incredibly yellow and thick and the ingredient list is completely different. This is hands down the best curly hair gel on the market. I use 2-3 pumps for my whole head and scrunch it in after applying a leave in conditioner to very wet hair. It starts by drying hard but then as the day goes on, your hair looks and feels so soft and the curls are still in place. If i’m looking for a stronger hold because of a slick-back ponytail or something, I usually opt for a stronger gel like Not Your Mother’s. I branched out a year ago to try new products for my wavy hair and I stumbled on this one. I wasn’t sure at first because it’s a weird texture. Kinda like a watery gel. I wasn’t 100% sure it would help my hair. Omg. I was so wrong to be skeptical. This stuff is in my everyday hair arsenal. I scrunch this into my wet hair after a shower. Feels just like snot!! And gets the job DONE! So just so that you know, I’m a lazy 4C natural. Meaning I do bare minimum to maintain a few strands of hair on my non-chemically treated hair. I literally do not use styling products, partially out of laziness but even more so out of fear of breakage and dryness etc. I took a chance, and for the first tome in years, I tried a styling product, and this was it. It’s a gel with the exact consistency of snot. First wash your hair, condition, leave in condition or whatever, and then while your hair is still soaking wet, apply a GENEROUS amount. I have been a huge fan of It's a 10 products for quite some time now. I like to apply this when my hair is still damp and find that it gives my hair added softness and manageability. It's a bit pricey, however a small amount goes a long way! I'm an especially huge fan after the process I've recently put my hair through. I've bleached it twice, used a toner, then spontaneously decided to color it again in a very romantic light pink color. My hair soaks this product up, and still feels soft and touchable! I have thick, long, naturally wavy hair that I blow dry to smooth it out, otherwise it's really poofy. This does help with that. I saw another reviewer say that it has silicones that can cause buildup. Just like with many other products like this, YOU NEED TO USE A CLARIFYING SHAMPOO at least once a week or whenever you feel you need it.Angela

I am a big styling serum user and am always looking for products to use with my very unruly kinky frizzy curly blonde locks. I had an open mind when using and had enough product to try it out for almost a week! I liked the texture the consistency and oh that smell! However when it came to application and the styling was it just fell short for my hair type. I found that warming up the product between my palms helps a lot for my hair to absorb the product. But once I blew out or styled my hair it always felt like I needed to rewash it. I could not get the national bounce nor did it help to define my curls at all. I’m super bummed because I really liked the fresh scent and ease of the pump. Well hopefully I will be able to try different products from @Its A 10 in the future. I'm so glad I made my first purchase of products and the aplitar a while back, but I guess I didn't look close enough at what I would be receiving as the size of the bottles! I was shocked that they were all (to even my hair stylist to had come over) seemed like travel sizes. And they're pretty expensive for the small amt that you get. Grant it, depending on the length of your hair, dictates how much you'll be using & how fast you'll be going through it as well! But the plus to this product is it doesn't matter if my hair is wet or dry, I'll use a bit before it dries & then afterwards as well, esp if I'm putting curls with the Le Duo or putting it up in some kind of way; it lets me have a bit more freedom with piecing it out & all the while, without getting crunchy. And it smells sooo good! I think I probably use more of the Sea Salt than hair spray so I was sure to add two to my cart this time, especially bcz you can't beat the sale code! (And I added a cpl of products for my Ma & my Daughter! Since the sale is so good & I can get the waver for just over $60, I'm adding that to my collection. The leave-in is unfortunately rather less suitable for my hair. Have very many and thick, wavy to curly hair. It makes nice soft hair, but gives me too little hold, which leads to the fact that the curls quickly "hang out" and lose definition. Also, my hair tends to get frizz from this product. However, I think that this leave-in can work very well with a different hair structure. A good smelling curl cream. Soft, light consistency, which is easy to apply. According to the instructions, you should wrap the curls with your fingers when applying and thus strengthen the defining. This curl cream would be great for you if you’re not looking to have too much hold in your hair. It’s thick, but it doesn’t create a very strong cast for me. As you can see, my hair is already frizzing at the roots and it’s not completely dry yet. There’s no cast to scrunch out. The pump is also really hard to use and only dispenses like a dime size of product with each pump, which means I need to pump twice just to get enough for one section of hair. It is very hydrating, so I can’t knock it down too much, but it is probably my least favorite ouidad product, which is saying a lot because I LOVE ouidad. Let me just start like this—I was one of the group of people that were DevaCurl devoted. I was soley using their product for two years and started developing thinning hair. I have spent months trying curl products. I have tried CurlSmith, CurlMix, Bumble & Bumble, CurlyWorld, and Monat. All of these had their strengths and weaknesses, but for my curl type it didn’t vibe. First week using Ouidad—I was so hooked. It’s clean ingredients, water soluble, and has product for every curl type. My Curls are bouncy, light, and so moisturized. I have so many friends and followers on IG that we’re following my curly journey. Best results I’ve had. I have the whole right curl line, deep repair mask, and melt down mask. I can’t put into words how thankful I am to find a product that has given me my curls back. I have sent everyone I know with curls this recommendation. They aren’t paying or sponsoring me. Just for reference, this was purchased for and used on biracial, relatively thick, spiral curly hair. This is a very lightweight, non greasy product with relatively good slip. It ends there. If this was the only product you wanted to use. No gel, no mouse, no oils, no creams, no leave in, no frizz control, I mean zero other products, then this might work for you. It immediately interacts with other products by leaving white clumps all over your hair. It doesn't matter if you use less/more of it or if you use less/more of the other, it is a disaster. I've tried this with SEVERAL other products from different lines and it always ends with the same result. It doesn't absorb later and disappear, instead the clumps turn into white flakes. Thousands of small white flakes. Like you've had glitter distributed through your hair. Water doesn't rid it. You must completely shampoo out the product.Donna L

This is my new favorite hair product. As someone with a lot of hair, but very fine hair, it’s hard to find a product that doesn’t weigh me down- this allows for my hair to have shape and volume that lasts. The best results I’ve had came from using a denman brush to curl my hair, smoothing the roots over once. This method achieved beautiful formed waves for three days after. Verb is much less expensive than other curl products I’ve tried and it out performs all of them. I would highly recommend this to anyone with loose curls or waves, especially those with fine frizz prone hair like me. For reference I use this after I wash my hair with a kevin murphy cowash. Wow, I love this! I was hesitant because I see a lot of influencers use it and I always worry that that over hype things. But it really does reduce frizz and hold curl. A little goes a very long way, so it is easy to overdo it. My hair is 2C/3A and I live in a pretty dry climate and this was the perfect balance. I will say it did seem to "weigh down" my hair a bit more than other products, however, I'll take slightly less volume to have non-frizzy and light curls. I love Verb products. This one was new to me, but I had to try it. Glad I did! My tired, frizzy, permed curls were dying quickly. I needed a pick- me- up for them and this did the trick. A little, tiny bit goes a long way – all of Verb is like this. I love that because the product lasts, which means I'm not spending a fortune on hair, but getting a good, quality product. Also, the curl lasted all day until the next shower. It's not greasy, smells nice and not like a bunch of grocery store chemicals. I have long, fine, curly hair that can be a bit unruly and loves to frizz out in the summer humidity. I try to wash it only two times a week so I was excited to try the curl reactivator to see if it helps revive my curls. It works great in tandem with other curl products like the curl mousse. However, if it's the sole product you are using on your hair I will say that it's not enough to combat frizz, for me at least. That being said, it definitely does what says, it revives curls, especially ones that are 2+ days old. It doesn't weigh down the hair and make it greasy. My hair feels really soft after using. Really nice lightweight product that is perfect for wave/curl touch ups. If I’m honest, this isn’t too much different in performance to a watered down hair conditioner, but I love the convenience and that they got the ratio right. I have thinning hair and I love that this product doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it oily/greasy at all. To get the most out of this product, I like to slightly dampen with water and then go in with this. Not necessary to take that added step, but it helps stretch out the product more. I got this at the store today because I am trying to embrace my wavy hair for the summer and put less heat on it. I originally went to get the lightweight curl cream and figured I would get both. I tried this today on day 2 hair and I’m pretty impressed. It reformed my curls and took the frizz away. The only reason I deducted a star is because I felt like I needed to spray my hair with water to get the full effect. I was hoping this alone would do the trick. I will still continue to use this though and maybe on day 3,4,5 I can use without water. I have hair extensions as well and it works on them too. I have 3B curls, processed hair that I highlight and color purple. I’m a hairstylist, so I take care of my curls. This is so bomb. I have curly hair! I orginally brought it home from Dominican Republic. And it’s way better for high porosity curly hair that’s damaged. Like if your hair has been through it and it on the damaged side and needs a lot of moisture this is for you. That’s why it’s for Me lol!! I have been searching for a line of products to enhance my natural wavy/curly hair. I am a Cancer patient and lost all of my hair. Over the years prior to my Cancer as many of us I tried different products and processes that left my hair damaged. I realize I'm an outlier, but… although I didn't find Sublime Curl to be overly heavy or unacceptable, either I wasn't doing something correctly (like using too much or too little?) or my gray curly hair just doesn't like it. In general I'm not a big fan of additional products because they seem to dry my hair out and leave it looking dirty rather than having any appearing shiny and healthy. So while it did help define the curls a bit, it's not something I think I'd try again unless I discover the key to get the results I'd like. I use matching the Furterer matching shampoo and conditioner and have found those to be the best products yet for my curly hair, so was surprised when this wasn't also a revelation.Judyk

I am comparing this product to the discontinued Matrix Shaping Oil Cream – my all time favourite product. I have short, thick, coarse hair and let’s start by the smell – it is absolutely divine. The product is smooth and easy to apply with the pump and leaves my hair feeling soft all day with a lovely shine to it. Downside, I am finding I am using more than what I actually need to control the fine stray hair strands that make it seem I have a halo!!! Would make travelling difficult as you will need to decant product into a leak proof container. Does compare well to the discontinued Matrix product and overall it is a good substitute for me and my needs.Lunda
As all other Moroccanoil products, this has a great and lasting scent. I'm not entirely sure the point of this product, but I apply it to my hair after showering and it definitely makes my hair a little more manageable. I air dry my hair and it seems a little less damaged and a bit smoother. Not perfect, but definitely better. I am about 1 year into my CGM journey, and at this point – I rarely find products that work as well as my hair's natural oils. Even though I try to avoid shampoo, when I do use it (before hot tools or after about 3-4 weeks of conditioner rinses) I need to add a bit of moisture to make up for what I've rid my curls of. I tried this product after a wash day. It is one of the only products I've tried recently that actually feels natural in my hair. It helps to define curls and rid frizz. It dries with a light cast, but just enough for my hair to clump not enough to leave a waxy/dry texture like other competing products. I rarely feel comfortable using only one product. It's either a natural look sans products, or a mix of products (leave-in, oil, cream, maybe gel and spray etc., Depending on the style). This product is a mix of both worlds; leaves my hair natural looking without being too fluffy, yet offers enough moisture and oil for clumping without being heavy. Love the shine it adds. Ouai Curl Crème saves time for me since it's a cream + oil + hydrator + styling product. Great for traveling with. Easy to refresh dry hair with or style wet hair with. The scent is so luxuriously floral yet sweet, the packaging looks elegantly simple, and the bit about the "ex" on the packaging gave me a good chuckle. Ouai Curl Crème has my curls screaming, "oui, oui!" I have natural roots, ends relaxed and dyed (damaged), mix of curl textures (2b-3c), long length. This product is clearly a creme that is not shy to define, and give your hair a subtle yet noticeable shine. IMMEDIATELY after drenching my hair in water, and applying the product, I barely had to touch my hair, and the definition was VERY apparent. Y'all, when I say, I was shook… I have never in all of my 21 years of life had a product instantly define my hair upon application. I barely had to finger comb. It for sure provides a nice element of moisture as well, and I find that the more I've used it these past couple of weeks, the softer my hair is getting. I'm not 100% sure if it's this product, or some of the other products that I've been using in my hair for the time being, but I do know that this is clearly the moisture and defining agent in the squad of hair products I've been using. This product has chia & linseed oil, babassu oil, and coconut oil in it, which are clearly carrying the product and running so that it doesn't even have to jog on it's own. Babassu oil is known as an oil that promotes high moisture retention, which seals the moisture into your hair shaft (ideal for high porosity hair types), and you know lack of moisture retaining products in your haircare routine is one of the #1 causes for breakage. Chia seeds are rich in fatty acids which work to not only penetrate your hair shaft (great for low porosity hair types), but seal in the moisture as well. Linseed oil is the same as flaxseed oil, which is high in vitamin E, and not only treats hair loss, but promotes growth. For my dry scalp peeps, flaxseed oil also can be used to prevent dandruff, and can provide relief. If you have damaged hair, or chemically processed hair, this is very ideal, since it has great moisture retaining properties, and it seals damaged cuticles. I have pretty curly hair but it's very fine and I was worried this cream would be too heavy but that is not the case at all! I use this on my hair while it's wet by section with a denman brush and my curls look incredible. if you diffuse, it creates a great mask for the curls that you can brush out after. my curls seriously last 3 days through workouts, sleep (I plop/pineapple my hair without a bonnet and they stay!) DC humidity, all of it. I use it with the OUAI medium shampoo and conditoner, and it's smells great! not perfumy or overwhelming. cannot recommend this more! in my pictures the one in the green shirt is day 3 curls, the other one is day one.larklewis

This works great on wet hair or dry hair that's been freshly washed. It really does keep my frizz down in humid weather without any crunchiness. It also gently helps my waves hold their shape. There are a couple downsides though. I noticed it develops an off-putting smell when used on "day-old" hair (which is odd since this is a product designed for wavy/curly hair and these texture types should not be washed daily). It also gives off a weird, chemically fish smell when used in combination with the original biosilk oil. Not sure if this happens with all products outside of this line because I haven't tried it in combination with other hair products mostly because I'm scared this smell will occur again. I'm not sure whether there is an issue with the formula that causes these issues or if it was exposed to high heat during transit which potentially damaged the product's chemical structure. If it wasn't for the changing smell, I'd probably purchase this again. However it is good enough to finish the bottle.lrod
I see this product is aimed at thick, wavy or curly hair. I have medium length, medium thickness, slightly-moderate wavy hair- and I am impressed by this product. I apply my leave-in conditioner, comb it through. Let my hair air dry a few minutes, then spray on this product and let my hair dry naturally. It keeps my hair wavy without drying it out. It also can be applied throughout the day on dry hair. I am VERY sensitive to smells. I don’t notice an offensive scent. If I blow dry and style my hair, I apply this product last.Minnie22214624
Hair type: Coarse 3A/B, high porosity\nHair Length: Mid-Back\n \nI was so excited to receive this from Influenster as Im always so eager to try new curly girl products!\nIve seen Kristen Ess products at Target before but never saw anything for curly hair, until now. The products I received were the Co-wash, deep conditioner, and styling jelly. Ive used all of these products for about 3 weeks now (washing my hair once a week) and all of them fared pretty well. This review is for the curly hair jelly.\n \nMy typical hair styling routine is the following: with soaking wet hair (spraying with water if needed), Ill take sections and apply a curl lotion (my current fave is the curlsmith oil n cream), then some type of gel for hold (which in this case, was the curl jelly). Ill just a denman or tangle teezer brush to distribute and get some curl going, scrunch a little, then move on to the next section. What I noticed with this jelly is that it wasnt as thick as the other gels I would use on my hair so if I wanted to scrunch my hair it would fall flat and just get frizzy. With lighter gels, I opt to just finger-twirl my curls as opposed to just scrunching. For me, the finger twirling method worked perfectly!! Despite finger-twirling being a little time consuming, my curls came out so well I couldnt help but twirl! After twirling, I wrapped my head with a t-shirt (I typically wash at night) and in the morning diffuse before work. My hair come out in nice little coils and after diffusing I had a nice cast going that allowed me to really up the volume (if I wanted). Also, little to no frizz (see pics)! I got a LOT of compliments on my hair!\n\nThe days following, my hair still held up pretty well but nothing beat those first day coils. My hair still had the curls but even with wearing a bonnet, the following days my curls werent as defined as the first but still held up pretty well to where I didnt need to refresh. I would highly recommend this jelly but would suggest you use it for finger-twirling since that seems to work best.\nAlso, because I use a lot of product I tend to get a lot of buildup or flakes forming from all of the product. Im happy to say I saw minimal flakes after about 4 days which was good to me! I also didnt feel too much buildup when it came to wash day. \n \nMy only issue, and Ive mentioned this with other products in the Kristen Ess curly hair line, is the SMELL! Its definitely not as strong as the co-wash cleanser or even the hair mask, but its still there. Im not sure exactly what it is (Im guessing its some type of alcohol) but I highly suggest you review the ingredients before you decide to purchase. Even though the products are all free of the bad stuff and vegan, there is a note on each bottle saying it is "free of drying alcohols" so just be cautious of that before putting it in your hair. Also, my hair had that weird alcohol smell which I was hoping wouldve disappeared but it didnt.

WOW! This is the most incredible hair product. I've been using Oribe Gold Lust shampoo, conditioner, and oil for years. I decided to try this because many of the reviews I read were positive. This cream does everything it says it does, but to the touch it feels like nothing is there- it's light as air, holds my curls in place, adds healthy shine, and makes my hair feel like silk to the touch. First of all this cream smells very nice. I don’t know if this just isn’t a fit for my hair type but it’s really kind of sticky and doesn’t give me much silky or sleekness. My hair is fine and naturally curly, also chemically treated and frizz prone. This kind of made my hair feel sticky and tangly and not silky at all when I blew it out, and I definitely got frizz later when I went out in the humidity. I like other Oribe products but this didn’t work for me or my hair. For the price I was really hoping it would be a knock out but I’ll go back to my other tried and true favorites 1) Olaplex #6 and 2) Kerastase Discipline smoothing cream. I finally gave up just looking at this and finally ordered without any expectations even reading the excellent reviews. I been using kerastase discipline for years and happy with it as it kept my thick curly hair straight for a week even in humidity just a few touch ups between washes. But wanted to try this because my friend swear by it and the oil as well. It is AMAZING!!!! Is very thick when put it on your hands but once you rubbed it became a cream easy to spread on the hair, the smell is citrusy to me but very light, once I put it on my damp hair I do a twist and clipped wait for maybe 20 minutes and start blow drying, just doing that my hair is soooo soft and shiny with a beautiful salon look but I do flat iron after and OMG the softness is even more and my dry/splits end just disappear! Hair looks super healthy, and no greasy at all no matter how much you use, hair looks naturally straight and very light to the touch.I’m obsessed with this cream it’s been very humid here in Canada and my hair stay the same as when I ironed. It is worth the price and is just a bit more than the discipline one so I think I will stick to this one as a get more benefits. Hope they start selling in the stores too. This curly pudding isn't my favorite. I'm not sure if it's my hair texture, but it's light weight. Not much of a hold but it does soften my hair but it's not what I was looking for, it doesn't define my curls. It feels okay on my hair but I feel my hair requires a thicker consistency. I bought the Sea Moss kit with hope that it would help reduce my shedding hair. It wasn't bad. The conditioner was a bit thick and my hair felt rough after using it. I added the leave in conditioner and then the hair pudding and I did get more defined curls. After letting my hair air dry, I could feel the softness. I will say, that as the day went on, my hair seemed to start feeling a.bit crunchy. Also, the fragrance is a bit strong for me. I thought it would dissipate as the day went on but it didn't. I'm excited to see how repeated use of the sea moss makes a difference with my shedding. Whether this line works perfectly for me or not, Mielle always delivers quality.
Sooo…. This was the only disappointment for me in the anti-shedding line. After raving about the curl pattern that popped after using the shampoo and conditioner, this curl pudding was kind of a greasy feel on my hair. I also need a stronger hold than I think this curl pudding would give me. I tried to two strand twist with the curl pudding and it wouldn’t hold 😔I need a strong hold during the colder winter months when I can’t wash my hair every week. So I used the Pomegranate & Honey Curl Defining Mousse instead. However, I am going to try it again once it gets warm outside. It may work for a wash and go with finger styling. Maybe you guys can add a mousse to this line? That would be great..Star

What I appreciate about JVN is the way he encourages everyone to embrace what they've got going for them, even if they want to change it up to feel our best. My hair texture is long and what can only be described as ultra-frizzy. It likes to loop and curl back on itself in one giant mass; there are, like, right angles in my hair. This is especially trying as an Asian woman, where there is literally no representation of my hair type in our cultural beauty standard, though I'm certainly not the only Asian woman with this hair. The ideal is always straight, glossy, shiny hair, maybe sometimes permed wavy hair, but never this huge, heavy behemoth I've never made peace with in my 30+ years. If I'm straighten my hair, it takes at least an hour. It's at least 15 minutes to blow dry my hair, and it still is usually in a rather uncontrollable state/frizzier than ever afterwards. Pretty much the only times my hair looks the way I want is fresh out of the salon, after 1-2 hours of a professional wrestling with it. And even then, it's always been straightened, not really an enhancement of my natural curls. I was intrigued by this air dry cream after really liking the shine drops and reading how it has helped others who seem to have similar relationships to their hair as me. Could this finally help me feel good being myself? It has not disappointed. My hair has never been this soft and shiny without any heat styling. Being able to apply this cream and let my hair dry is an absolute dream. I do still need to use quite a bit and brush it through regularly as its drying, and I also still need to pair it with a serum. But at least I don't need my hair dryer. I'm also not a huge fan of the tangerine smell since I have a sensitivity to citrus scent, but it doesn't really stick around. Additionally, I've noticed that I can go longer between washes. I was introduced to this brand through the influenster program, they sent this to me to try for free in exchange for an authentic review. I am a hairstylist who uses a lot of great products everyday and I love to air dry my own hair cause it’s super wavy and dries nicely with the right kind of air dry product or texture spray. I had no expectations because I had never heard anything about the brand, the packaging is really modern and nice and the air dry cream is packaged in a similar way to a tube of hair color just much bigger, It’s a good size tube of product and you truly don’t need a lot of product at all it’s concentrated. I am a tough critic and I don’t judge lightly when it comes to hair products, and instantly I could tell this was a great product that was well formulated and had an intentional styling purpose, from this day forward this is my holy grail product for my hair, it did everything I wanted it to do and more. I have coarse hair, very dry looking when I blow dry, my mother says it looks like hay which I get offended about but it truly does, it’s just super thick and coarse and has always felt dehydrated. Typically when I air dry I do my hair soaking wet, and apply a ton of different products for different reasons, one to hydrate, one to defrizz, one for control and one for enhancing my wave pattern. This product is genius, I don’t know if any other product I have ever tried on myself that has suited my hair type so perfectly. My hair dried without frizz, and it gave me beautiful texture and perfectly beachy waves without feeling like I had anything in my hair at all. it left my hair feeling soft and hydrated and also with a great style and volume at the roots. I’m so impressed and I’m so intrigued to learn about the rest of this line and use it on my clients. This is the best for hair like mine, I love it. I have had thick, dry, curly hair for so long. I can’t count on two hands how many different products, shampoos, conditioners, etc. etc. that I have tried over the years. None of them ever seemed to successfully hydrate my hair and give me the ability to style it. Beyond that, I found that most products would make my hair extremely weighed down, which is a problem since my hair is already extremely thick and dense. On the FIRST DAY of trying the Air Dry Cream (paired with the Nurture shampoo and conditioner) one of my best friends asked me if I had product in my hair because it looked “really good!” I always have product in my hair, so it’s funny that she asked me this question specifically on the day that I started using the Air Dry Cream. Then, another one of my friends saw me 30 minutes later and asked if I had done something different with my hair and complimented how it looked. I never get compliments on my hair, so I thought this was so strange. THEN, we went to dinner and a random person complimented my hair again! 3 compliments on my very first day of using the Air Dry Cream! This product does a fantastic job of hydrating my curls and keeping them frizz-free all day, which is no easy feat to accomplish. It allows me to style my curls without weighing them down, which is a huge plus. It’s also extremely quick and easy to use and requires minimal effort on my part to style my hair.
