Like most folks these days I did some research before making this purchase. To be honest, there are so many robo vacuums both name brand named and unbrandes. This model is unique in that it both mops amd vacuums. Few actully do both. The price, comparitively speaking, is great compared to those that do leas amd cost twice as much. I am impressed with the job it does. Far above what i was hoping for. The mopping is amazing as well. The battery even lasts almost twice as long as advertised. I loved how this valcume picked up. Wasn't impressed with the mop option. But I ended up returning it because the charger/ charging port started not working all the time. The return process has been horrible. First I had to wait for them to email me back, then was offered a discount if I used warranty and now its going to be 10 to 13 days to get my refund. I like the different settings for both the carpet and the hardwood as my home has both types of flooring. The suction on this vacuum is so powerful, you will be amazed! The tools that came with this vacuum are awesome! The quick release cleaning wand is perfect to clean those high areas and the dusting brush is extremely helpful with cleaning the blinds, curtains and ceiling fans. The overall feel of this vacuum cleaner would best be described as cheap. The plastic used for the housing is flimsy and the handle itself feels unsecure. The dirt collection canister is difficult to release due to the manufacture glue holding the flap in place. The brush attachment stopped working within 10 minutes of use and when it does run the attachment provides poor cleaning power. Overall I am not satisfied with the vacuum and I have begun my return of the item. I purchased this and a Hoover carpet cleaner and I am just as displeased with the cleaner.Bill
I've had this vacuum for a b little over a year as a spare for upstairs. I don't use it that often and it had worked fine for what I needed. Then it shut off the other day while using it. I discovered hair clogs in the hose. Seriously disappointed since this is specifically for households with pets. I cleared the clogs, cleaned the brushroll and tried again. There was very little suction and it still turned off after a few minutes of use. I took out the filters & made sure they were clean. I was actually surprised at how clean they were. Tested it again this morning and there is still no suction. It gets hot and shuts off. Not sure if I should spend the money to get it services or just throw it away. This is our 4th Electrolux hard surface vacuum, two 12 volt and an 18 volt. We absolutely love this vacuum and were very upset when we couldn't find it anywhere on line. A couple of years ago we bought a Dyson 10 because we couldn't find an 18 volt Electrolux. It is not in any way comparable or even as convenient as the Electrolux. We love the swivel head, the easy recharging stand and removable hand vac, so much easier and simpler than the Dyson. When we tried to buy an Electrolux, we were told it was no longer sold in the USA, but then we found it through Amazon. I jumped at buying another ergorapido, the minute I saw they were making them again, and I was pleasantly surprised! It’s well balanced and easy to maneuver. Most of all, it’s suction was far more than I expected, and far superior to the previous models I’ve had. And you can do mats by turning it down to low speed, without worrying about sucking up the end of the mat. Emptying the dust bin was a lot simpler than previous models, too. Oh, and Hair! Hair that winds around the roller cleans off easily with the tap of your foot on the snipper tool. The only thing lacking are the instructions— simply illustrations. We were so impressed with it that we put away our other vacuums and never use them. I bought the WindTunnel 2 Whole House Rewind Pet Bagless vaccuum a few weeks before Christmas because my current vaccuum seemed to be losing steam. I hate to say it, but my 6 year old vaccuum of the same size still can way outperform this one. This vaccuum has no suction on bare floors and tends to just throw all the dust and dirt around instead of picking it up. I vaccuumed with this one, then brought out the old one to clean up the mess. The attachment works great – although it just beats the fabric to death and it the vaccuum performs okay on carpet. I have short pile carpet and tile floors, the vacuum works OK on tile but not on any carpet no matter how high you set it, right out of the box I turned it on and it started smoking and smelling like burning rubber, the belt was pinched when it was assembled, called service they sent me a belt it took 7 days. now I have to replace the belt every other week because if I don't the brush will not work. I purchased this vacuum brand new, on August 25, 2021. It's November 12, 2021 and it's been used 5-6 times, as we had the vacuum a couple weeks before we moved in to our new home. First two uses were great, then after that it just stopped picking up pet hair. I've inspected it at the request of Chat Support and nothing is wrong with it, no belt issue, nothing. Brush roll is cleaned after every use, as well as the filter and canister. I'm being asked to take it in for "service or replacement," but why would I want the same vacuum again if it doesn't even pick up pet hair after the first two uses?? Customer Support is a joke. For me, the PowerClean, Wet and Dry Drum Vacuum is easier to use than a traditional shop vac. While not as big and bulky as many shop vacs, the PowerClean enabled me to clean our basement, which did have spots of water (there is a removable filter for wet pickup). I would buy the PowerClean as it had a big metal drum, it has good attachments, it rolls much better than and is not nearly as loud as our shop vac. The suction was pretty good for the most part, but I think that was because the hose is not as large as they typically are for shop vacs. I would still recommend the PowerClean, Wet and Dry Drum Vacuum to others for the above reasons, but rated it lower for the following reasons: – the cord could be longer (you will most likely need an extension cord) – the hose is a smaller in diameter than a traditional shop vac – there is no place to put the attachments or the hose when not in use
Having a house full of messy boys and a shedding cat can be hard especially when you have hard wood floors that are always sticky and dusty . And carpet that always needs to be vacuumed. I recently received the Bissel Power Clean wet and dry vacuum. Let to me tell its the best cleaner out ! Its lightvweight easy to use . It has a long cord and all the attachments are perfect for the hard to reach places. My floors look brabd new and and carpet looks like it was just installed. It has a powerful suction aswell. To start with I received this for free to review and had not previously heard of or seen the Bissell PowerClean, Wet and Dry Drum Vacuum. I have two dogs and two cats in my household, along with tile, hardwood, and carpeted floors. The vacuum works really well on the hardwoods and tile flooring picking up whatever is in it's path, but it's not as effective on the carpet. The small wheels on the attachment for carpet do not glide easily along the carpet. The downside with it picking up dog hair is that the floor attachment does not spin, and long dog hair just gets caught in the bristles and has to be manually removed. It does have excellent suction, but is a little louder than a normal vacuum, but to be fair, vacuums are loud. I also tried this out in my car, and it did an excellent job with the different attachments getting into the crevices and getting up debris. While I like the idea of the indoor wet/dry shop vac, it's a lot bulkier than my regular vacuum and makes storing difficult. It only has two spots for storing attachments, and this vacuum comes with several more (brush, crevice, wet floor, dry floor, plus the extension). There are few improvements that I think could be made, but overall is a decent product. Personally, due to the bulkiness and none rolling feature on the floor attachment, I will not be replacing my current vacuum with this particular product.

This little guy is super awesome and makes clean up super fast and easy, just what I was looking for as with having osteoarthritis I can't always sweep my wood floors, this even vacuums small rugs in the bathroom that are thick and shaggy. I am super happy. Only issue is the head rolls around while using I guess to get every direction but it's easy to maneuver.ramgar17

This vacuum works really well. It’s easy to maneuver and does a great job getting all the dirt. Taking the floor head off and using the pole to get into the edges is a dream compared to using a regular upright vacuum (I always seemed to go too far with the hose and knock over the vacuum). The canister is on the small side, but I only have carpet in 1 room and some area rugs so it’s not an issue for me. Never seemed to work that great on the hardwood floors. It spits everything it picks up out the back or falls back on the floor when I lift the vacuum up. This vacuum has so many features from carpeting, upholstery to hardwood! When I opened the box I was a little overwhelmed seeing all of the pieces but after looking through them it was explanatory what each piece was for. The filter looks like its just packaging and I thought it did not contain one in the box. But it is two pieces one is made of foam. Its easy to clean out the filter box where everything that's sucked up is contained. Just a simple click over the trash to release it. Its a great vacuum, so light and moves so quickly across the floors with a powerful suction. Comes with a dust mop attachment to use on hard wood floors. When using the dust mop piece it makes my hardwood floors sparkle. On rugs it lifts dirt that I thought I had gotten up with my regular vacuum its amazing. I thought it would be cumbersome to use because the motor is held mostly in your hand but its not a problem at all. It has interchangeable parts that can reach my venting fans in my bathroom very easily. Its very flexible and glides right under beds which are usually tough spots to reach. I purchased my Shark Rocket Corded Bagless Stick Vacuum for Carpet and Hard Floor Cleaning with Swivel Steering last month. I did not plan on buying this brand at first. My intent was a canister type vacuum that was not over 12 pounds. I noticed the Shark Rocket design immediately and the words "lightweight " caught my attention. I know this vaccum's on the cheaper end of the spectrum so not too much should be expected, but it's still almost $100 and mine broke within 4 months. I don't even have carpet – I use it for dust mostly. I was right outside of the Target 3 month window, so I'm out of luck. I tried messaging customer service, but no dice. Tried messaging Dirt Devil but no luck there either. If you are going to get this vacuum, get the 2 year protection plan. Apparently it's common for this model to start shutting off shortly after you turn it on, fully charged with a clean filter and all. Ever since Dirt Devil came out with the edge-to-edge feature to clean near baseboard I have been hooked on their brand. I saw this cordless one in Target for other items and I had to have it and I have not been disappointed. I was not disappointed either since it loses no power by being cordless and has the same ease of emptying the dirt cup in just a few minutes and it came with a rinseable filter (which saves you from having to buy them so often). The dirt spins in the collection cup and has a beater bar as well plus you can remove the handle in seconds to use it as a hand vac. What I really love is that the charger itself is permanently attached to the device so you don't have to go hunting for it when it is time to recharge the battery. All you have to do is pull it out of the handle and plug it in and the cord is more than long enough. Just so you know we can vacuum all our carpented area on one charge and then some. We use it in the kitchen for picking up bits of this and that on our nice white ceramic tile as well which shows everything that lands on it! The price was fantastic and was under $100. Do yourself a favor and try one of these out, you will be glad you did!Susievere
Unfortunately, I somehow threw away the dirt cup when cleaning the brush bristles! I wasn't happy that you sell some parts, but not this one, making it necessary to buy an entire new vacuum instead of just a part! There are things that I like and dislike about this particular vacuum. I prefer the ones with a rubber brush roll instead of bristles for 2 reasons. 1) the rubber one is removeable. It pops right out so you only have a brush roll in your hand to clean instead of an upside-down wiggly vacuum you're trying to balance over the trash can while cleaning out the hair. 2) It's so easy to cut the hair off the rubber brush roll as opposed to cutting and pulling hair out of bristles. I think I shed as much hair as my dog, so my long hair is yucky to have to remove from the bristles. Unfortunately, you don't make the one with the removable rubber brush roll. I was priced out by Bissell and had to buy another Dirt Devil. On the very bright side, I think the Dirt Devil far exceeds the Bissell Bolt in suction! I would like to suggest that you make your brush roll removable for cleaning. Even though I prefer the rubber pick up tool, others may prefer bristles. More helpful would be selling a dirt cup replacement for distracted users as myself! I'm sure due to the plastic construction that others may appreciate this, too! My last negative is that the hand vac option is useless because it needs an attachment to make the pickup area smaller. It's too wide to be effective. My final positive is the charger, which stores neatly inside as part of the vacuum, makes it completely cordless! I love that feature! That and the good suction power make this a good purchase. I just wish you would implement the above negatives and you would surpass Bissell! Your price point is why I bought another. I bought this vacuum is January 2014 after reading many favorable reviews and searching for a low cost vacuum. Things worked well for the first six months and then the vacuum would start to shut down after 2 minutes of vacuuming. I changed out the bag, changed the HEPA filter and checked the vacuum roller brushes for anything that might be caught underneath. I even checked the hose with a flashlight to see if any debris was hung up but didn't see a thing. My biggest disappointment came when trying to get the vacuum repaired since it was still under the one year Panasonic warranty. First of all, the phone number listed on the back of the user manual was incorrect. I had to search online for the right phone number. Once I called the correct number, everything was automated. They wanted to know my zip code so I provided the information. In a very garbled recording, I was given a repair shop 60 miles away from my home. You would think in a city as large as Los Angeles, Panasonic could do better than that. I tried calling the repair shop to get more information and to see if they could provide a location a little closer to my home. It's been 3 days and still no call back. Needless to say, this has been a very frustrating situation. Why can't we talk to a "live person" anymore when we encounter problems? I would think twice about buying another Panasonic product with such a lousy repair program.Wallywooly
This vac is a nice powerhouse, Especially for the price. It is fairly quiet for a vacuum. Has a bright light Airflow/suction is Fantastic, be careful around light floor rugs though! The hose is made of a quality rubber-like plastic which has a nice 8 ft reach , add extensions and crevice wand and you've got an easy 11ft to work with. Comes with a nice little air power brush attachment which sits neatly on the front. Extensions sit neatly on side as pictured. On/Off switch is conveniently on top of bag area. The bottom plate can be removed (without a screw driver) to clean or change the belt which makes it easy for maintenance. Bags are easy to put in/remove (U-6) available at Walmart and many places with drop in "HEPA" filter in the front under bag area. Does have a "push lever" to roll up electric cord, although you may have to assist the cord in the last 5 feet as the roll up isn't that powerful. Has dual edge cleaning but you'll get best suction using the side the hose is on. Hose detaches from vac so you can clean it or unlodge something you sucked up. Rolls very nicely, almost pulls it's self across my low pile berber. Will lay flat with a 11" height to get under most things. This is a nice well built vacuum, it has enough weight to stick to the floor but overall not too heavy. The design is functional and easy to clean. I replaced my last Panasonic after 12 years with this one. Still uses same belt and bags as they always have. I use furniture polish on the plastic (not the oil kind) as it cleans and buffs to a nice shine and helps keep the dirt from sticking to the underneath, just don't get it on the belt or belt area. I have gone through 7 vacuums in 20 years. I researched this purchase for several weeks (knowing that after using a bagless, which didn't last for two years and created a dust cloud everytime I emptied it) I would return to a bagged vacuum. I read many reviews on moderate priced vacuums and the Panasonic Bagged Upright seemed to be a good purchase. My order arrived before the expected delivery date. It was packaged well and only had to attach the handle with a screw (provided) to the body of the vacuum. I have been using the vacuum daily now for a little over a week. It does a wonderful job, suction is good. I like the placement of attachment storage and they are a good length. Now for the problem!! This vacuum has a retractable cord. For a week, I enjoyed this convience. After a week of using the product, the cord no longer retracts. UGH!!!! Other than that, I like the vacuum. Hoping it will last for a few years.Maidservice
