This is a great set for the home barber, I even had my professional barber friend try them out. They have a nice durable feel and weight to them. For someone who likes the lightweight stuff this might be to heavy. The steel is sharp and cuts nicely had them zero gapped and they have a crisp cut. The click level is nice too, let's you know you know the exact level your cutting at. The gaurds are firm but they are all plastic the metal shown is just a sticker. It does come with levels 1-8. The shears are basic but sharp out the box. I would recommend this set for the home barber without a doubt even my professional barber friend was very impressed with this set.Joe2
The ConairMan Barbershop Series Professional Clippers performed extremely well in extremely thick, dense hair. Minimal to no snagging. The only snags were really due to squirming when I was trimming my son's hair. The vibration level is consistent with several other brands/models of trimmers/clippers I have used in the past several years. Ease of use was fairly standard. The blade measurement guards are fairly standard as well. The size of the clippers is, again, you guessed it, pretty standard. Overall I was very pleased with the performance of the clippers. It seems like as time passes, haircuts are getting more and more expensive. Before I was able to go get a haircut every other week if not weekly, now I try to hold off as much as I can or else it'll just burn a whole through my pocket. With the current COVID-19 pandemic, it's more convenient to just cut your own hair at home. The ConairMan Barbershop Series Professional Clipper is as good as it gets. Even before trying the clipper you can feel the sturdiness and quality in your hand. It's not those light flimsy cordless clippers; it's a classic barber's clipper that has some weight to it, but still feels comfortable enough in your hands. I didn't experience any tugging with the blades and it went through my hair with ease. I was able to get the fade I wanted using no guard and the 3mm which is basically what I ask for when I go to the barber shop so, really happy I can just do this at home. Clipper comes with 8 guards but most likely if ever I'll just be using 3 or 4 guards depends on my hair length, but good to have more if needing to cut a friend's hair or some member of the family that has long hair. I would have preferred if the guards had it's own little pouch or case for easier organization as well as the scissors and comb. There's no dividers in the case, so things get scattered around. I think dividers would have been great just to keep things more organized or even have a zip lock on the plastic bags instead of having the items loose in the case. The apron is not the best thing in the world but for a quick hair cut session it works fine. Overall, Very good sturdy clipper that is built to last and that get's the job done with ease.Swefin

Took me a few minutes because this is bigger and a little heavier than my last WAHL trimmer, but it does a great job! Love the additional neck trimmer. My husband does too. Shaves the neck so smooth without "pinching" the skin. Has so many attachments that we won't use, but sure could have used the eyebrow trimmer attachment.That would have been great! i Purchase 2 of these items and receive this item Friday 2, October 2020 Now i have to return them because they don't work as advertised As a long time user of Wahl Clipper, I was able to use their clipper to trim my beard, mustache, and sideburns, this is my 8th clipper for the last 20 years, so to the point these clippers are terrible, they can't even trim my forearm hair or toilet tissue with and without the trimming attach, they have some power issue when you attach the hair adapter, it would stop the blade from moving; if the blades stop they can burn the hair clipper. it looks like they're getting worst and the gimmick doesn't work, sometimes simple is best. by the way, the trimmer feature stops working as soon as I try to trim forearm hair. I forgot to review the negative review before purchasing it. Anyway am return these items am quite disappointed and I was going to give Wahl the benefit of doubt, but i see they don't need itelio

Bought to replace a 10 year-old corded trimmer (Wahl Super Taper – still going strong), this does the job but feels cheap and poorly finished in comparison. The motor is powerful and the blades cut well but had sharp points which drew blood when used unguarded – unlike the more rounded points of the Super Taper – a gentle filing smoothed them down, but shouldn't have been necessary. The cleverly colored blade guards were hard plastic and also had sharp ends that caught the skin – gentle filing fixed that too, but shouldn't have been necessary. The blade adjustment lever catches on the edge of the thin plastic body where the two halves join. The plastic body itself feels flimsy. The rubberised on/off switch doesn't properly engage unless pressed right in, so the motor will stop when you press it but start again when you release it if you didn't depress it far enough. So, I'm not really sure if I just got lucky, or if the instructions combined with the color coded guards made it happen- but wow. I surprised myself. My boyfriend needed a simple haircut, with a fade on the sides and this did the trick! I especially liked the ear guards, which made trimming around the delicate areas alot easier. I literally spent as much as he would on getting his hair cut, and bought trimmers that I can use to cut his hair instead! I love that it comes in a case to keep it all organized and together. Easy to use. Easy to pack up. Easy to maintain. Good results. After two to three uses, I became very comfortable with the device and can confidently provide at home haircuts similar to what my partner got at the salon (and better than what he got at a barber). Note: I only use the clipper around the lower portion of the head and I cut the top portions using the scissor/comb method. The clipper doesn't do fine detail or give a close shave (to really clean up the nape or side burns). Despite that, the clipper is an important part of my COVID haircut toolkit and has already paid for itself in terms of what my partner would pay for a haircut. The safety of knowing he can stay well-groomed without risk also makes the price of the clipper an exceptional deal. He has thick curly hair that grows quickly (up and out). Along with the clipper, I've bought thinning shears, cutting shears, and cutting combs. I relied on Africa Martinez's demo on Youtube to learn how to use all the tools. First thing is I received this #freeproduct color mask in the color "pitch black". I'm upset as this was not a black color at all, it's gray. While technically the color is on the bottle in a small font where it can be overlooked, it's still misleading calling it black. Since I already dye my hair black I thought I could use this to cover my roots and brighten the rest. I was so wrong. I applied it on dry hair and left it on beyond the 15 minutes in the directions, for about an hour under a cap (to benefit from the "mask" oils). Even though this is a darker gray, it didn't cover my natural brunette color at my roots and left my hair looking dull and kinda dirty. However it did leave my normally dry curly hair soft to the touch, but it was still extremely frizzy and prone to breakage after. Fortunately for me after the 1st wash a little more than half the color came out and my hair looked less dull & dirty. It still felt soft for a while even after adding frizz control serums. I'm really hoping the other colors are more accurate and perhaps work slightly better on darker hair, but this is still a good hair mask, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. I would probably recommend this more to someone who has lighter hair for color purposes and others more for the mask part, but not at it's current price. I would like to visit this product again in the future perhaps after they make a few tweaks to the formula.#trywithtopboxMoonlilly
Ok – so the color transfer worked better than I thought it might… meaning it did deposit quite a lot of color. It was relatively easy to use, and was not harsh on my hair or scalp. My hair is feeling soft after using, but will see how it does after washing again. However, the colors need better descriptions, especially the colors like La Plage. I used La Plage which is merely described as "sand" on very light blonde hair, hoping to restore some more natural sandy blonde color to my hair again. The product did work on my dry hair depositing color in 15 minutes, but the color I would not describe as "sand." There are parts that are very very strawberry blonde or reddish blonde, and some that are slightly more subtle with the reddish hues. It did restore a more natural-looking color to my hair, just not the color I was hoping for. I think the other colorful colors will be hard to confuse, but the La Plage was not very straight forward. I also bought the "strawberry" color expecting to use it later in the summer, but I may try it sooner than expected considering this strawberry blonde is not really what I wanted. I will try to update this review again later. For now, I'm going to give this a few days and see what the color does after a few washes. Also, I had watched a video review of the "magic" color before purchasing. That color is very gray, and on the darker side. Buyer be aware there are colors that need better descriptions than offered on the packaging alone.AmyB
I received this #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox in the shade Strawberry Milkshake. I have naturally straight dark brown hair, between a level 4 or 5 and get it balayaged to a sandy neutral blonde, between a level 7/8. I've wanted to try something new without making a drastic change for a while now and decided to give this a shot. The instructions say that you can use on dry hair for up to 15 minutes a more intense color or on wet hair for a few minutes for a more subtle look. I really did not want a noticeable difference, so I left it on for about 10 to15 minutes on wet hair and the result was very, very subtle. The color is mostly visible up close or in sunlight, and it looked very soft and pastel – almost peach colored. This was perfect for me and just want I was looking for. The color, however, did not last. After my first wash it completely faded away, which is fine considering I was not looking for anything permanent. The best part though was the way it made my hair feel, it was so incredibly soft! Better than my Amika hair mask and the smell was wonderful. This may work better if your hair is already lightened and you leave it on dry hair for 20-30 min, but if you're looking for something subtle that is not long lasting and will leave your hair feeling soft and smooth, then this is a great product.Meegs

As someone who dyes their hair quite frequently, Manic Panic is always my go-to dye brand. So far, I have used Ultra Violet, Vampire Red (the color shown here), and Hot Hot pink. As a semi-permanent dye, it washes out quicker than permanent dyes typically do, but re-applying it when needed is super easy. Purple and pink for instance, tends to wash out quicker than red in my experience. After a week or two of washing hair daily, the purple and pink are almost completely gone. Vampire Red has seemed to last longer, however, and even after several weeks my hair is still tinted a slight pinkish-orange color unlike the other colors which leave no evidence of ever being dyed after a few weeks. To make the color last longer, I like to wash my hair and then put a shower cap on for the rest of the duration so that the water doesn't hit it the entire time, which seems to do wonders for keeping it vibrant for a little while longer. All of Manic Panics colors are super vibrant and I love that they do not have ammonia or some of the other damaging chemicals that most other dyes have. I would definitely recommend this brand for anyone who is interested in trying out a funky new do.BulldogLover
I use to love manic panic hair dye and have dyed my hair so many times with their products. However this product dyes everything it touches and I've spent many hours removing everything it has stained in the bathroom. It has unfortunately stained my entire shower as well as my skin. It's been over a week since I've dyed my hair and the dye is still bleeding on everything. I am now researching how to remove hair dye and booking myself in to the salon to remove the colour. Unfortunately due to this terrible experience I am reluctant to buy Manic Panic again. I'm aware that Manic Panic tends to bleed more than other dyes but from using their products for almost a year, I've never experienced anything like this.Charlie_09
This was the very first time I tried manic panic of any kind, and as far as the company and product itself goes, I'm definitely going to get more! Unfortunately, however, I wish they'd properly advertise how the colors will show up on brown hair. This color shows up completely green (dark green) on my hair (which is normally identical to the dark hair on the chart). Despite what I expected, the green was more than fine by me, so I added some more to my hair. If this were the only problem, I would have left 4 stars. The nice, dark, almost metallic green color left behind only lasted about 3 days afterwards. 3 days and two washes later it was virtually all gone. I know they advise bleaching to get the best color, but if they know it won't work well on darker hair, then maybe they should stop advertising it for darker hair, or at least add honest photos of how it'll actually look rather than just photoshopping a blue layer over brown hair. If I got a different color better suited for my natural hair color, there's no doubt in my mind I would leave a 5 star review for that. The product itself was very easy, left my hair soft and undamaged, and surprisingly didn't stain as badly as I expected. So bottom line, yes, I would recommend, but ONLY if your hair is light. I went from a medium copper red to dark auburn brown with the shade Milano Brown – 5NAC. Picking a shade on the Ulta app wasn't the easiest process and going to the Madison Reed website only helped a little in that their quiz matched me to the same shade I was leaning toward based on the photos here. The shade may be a touch too dark for me, but I just dyed it today so I think it'll grow on me. The sites, both Ulta and Madison Reed, list Milano as a "dark chocolate brown," but the actual box clearly says Dark Auburn. I'm mostly okay with that as I love red, but I was actually aiming for a browner brown. While there aren't highlights in this formula, it does have some vibrancy and shine to keep it from being mousy. It is, at least on me, definitely a dark red brown. The kit is a very good and complete kit. I love that it has 2 pairs of gloves, a barrier and wipe to keep you from dying your skin and there's plenty of dye for a full application. I don't know how I feel about the shower cap as I did start to feel a little warm in it. It achieved a full color application, though, so I'm pleased. My hair feels a little textured after dying it, but it doesn't look dry or damaged in any way. It's honestly like I used I volumizing spray or mousse, but I didn't. Maybe there is something like that in the conditioner because my hair does look fuller. I have very fine, straight hair so it looks very good to me after the complete process. That whole process, for a full head application on hair that hasn't been dyed in months, took me a little over an hour start to finish. Every step was easy to complete for someone used to dying their own hair and the instructions are clear for any level of experience. I worried a little that the price meant it might be too advanced for me, but it's like all the other kits that I've tried with a few nice extras. The price and difficulty finding my right shade are why this gets 4 stars instead of the full 5. The kit is a 5 star and then some kind of kit, but not being able to tell if you're picking the right shade is a big problem when buying online. $30 for something I've never tried before when I'm used to paying around $3 for Revlon ColorSilk was a risk. I used this hair color religiously for 2 years, thinking it was a safer option than other box dyes. The color is good, it's easy enough to use, and the amount per kit was fine, even for my super long hair. However, I would notice more hair loss after coloring, and over the course of 2 years, I would have several episodes of hair loss. I thought it was due to stress, hormones, etc. But I researched and came across other reviewers and encounters of hair loss like mine from various Madison Reed color kit users. Madison Reed claims to be free of the traditional "harsh chemicals" found in hair dye, but fail to mention they simply replaced the usual suspects with harsh alternatives: ammonia is subbed out with ethanolamine, which is known to cause skin irritation and can also cause hair loss!!! There is a new class action lawsuit against Madison Reed for this very reason, as per Feb 2022 (NY), and I am certain there will be many more. I'm 49 so hair overall has changed. I've been using this color for a couple of years now. It's overpriced, and the last 3 times I've colored my hair within less than 2 weeks grays are shining! After 5-6 washes I am still having grayish black colored water. I can't attribute this to one specific thing but I purchased about 6-8 boxes when it was BOGO these are all from the same timeframe. I only color it every 6 weeks if I can help it but it honestly needs it after 2.5-3 weeks. I have a few boxes left but unfortunately I won't be using it. I went back to mixing my own. The black doesn't seem like real black either… it's like a reddish tint after a few washes. I don't mind that so much, BUT I do mind seeing color wash out after 5-6 washes literally up until I color again I am still washing out color. It's been very drying as well. My hair color is dark brown and I bought this item in the shade 4F. I tried it on both bleached and white hairs. For bleached hairs, this product dyed my hair to dark brown, almost black. It is much darker than the shade on the chart in the item description. For white hairs (which is what this item is intended for), I left it for much longer than my bleached hair and it only dyed my hairs into a very light brown. My dyed white hair is similar to shade 1 on the chart. I wonder if ordering a darker shade will work for a covering my white hairs. I was someone who used to think that nothing could actually repair the bonds of your hair from the inside, especially because it went against everything I ever learned in cosmetology school, but that was 30 years ago and technology has changed, the proof is in the chemistry. I completely clarified my hair and then started using only Olaplex products exclusively. I used the entire line as recommended for damaged hair for 4 months, including number one in my hair color touch ups, and now I am a firm believer that it really does repair bonds as they claim because there is no other explanation for the positive change in my mid back length, color treated, and highlighted hair. I went from dull hair that was always tangled and broke so easily, to much healthier, shiny, soft, full hair. Despite having a lot of hair, it's very fine and before Olaplex, I could never achieve fullness without using a ton of product which was counterproductive. Usually conditioners, treatments, and masks, would weigh my hair down, but not Olaplex, it gives me the natural fullness I want without any styling product or weighing my hair down. And their purple shampoo, I can't say enough good things about it either! It is super concentrated so you need only the tiniest bit for the best results and the fact that the other products help color last longer, you don't need to use it as often as other toning shampoos, but when they say leave it on no more than two minutes, they mean it! If you use too much or leave it in too long, it will tint your hair rather than just tone it. The only Olaplaex product I don't use is the oil. Other than that, they would have to pry Olaplex from my hands. I highly recommend the entire line and starting with completely clarified hair prior to starting and use Olaplex exclusively for a few months to achieve the best results. I really need bond builder for my trifecta hair issue: Gray, colored, curly. But my eyes widened when I saw the small quantity of product offered. I have curly hair to my lower back and that little bottle isn't going to last very long. Please offer this product in a larger size/quantity like you are doing with your shampoo and conditioner. Also, the sprayer shoots a thin direct spray instead of a wide spray, which would make the product apply more easily. As it is, the product is not really getting distributed very well. I should clarify that if I don't love a product, I don't even bother writing a review – but your products – out of all the products available for difficult hair problems – ARE AMAZING and actually WORK. They have SAVED my hair for the first time in years. I'm hoping my relatively small requests reach the powers who can fix the available size offering and sprayer issue. Lastly, when offering people the choice to describe their hair in the diagnostic, it's helpful to allow more than one choice. Like on the review that says "Would you describe your hair as:" Well, mine is Curly, Dry, Frizzy/Unruly, Colored/Chemically Treated, Lifeless/lacking volume, thinnin, dull/lacking shine, weak and damaged. And the products have helped address all of the issues except oiliness, which I don't have. I've been using the Olaplex No. 0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment and the No. 3 Hair Repair Perfector in my hair care routine . Now, I'm not a person that heat styles my hair often but I do keep it fairly long so I have to keep an eye on split ends. I found that the Olaplex No. 0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment comes in a really nice spray bottle that mists quite finely and evenly into the hair leaving my hair more silky and shiny. I can see an immediate difference in texture and appearance. The No. 3 Hair Repair Perfector was suggested to be used with the Olaplex No. 0 Intensive Bond Building Hair Treatment and I found that it really helps with my split ends and may be even better than the other split end mender that I normally use. I used this for the first time this week. I really like the shade. The trick to getting a good application is to make sure you shampoo your hair before application so it’s damp and why residue/build up is gone, which can make the color not adhere to your hair. Remember, semi-permanent coats the surface of your hair, not the cuticle, so you want it as clean as possible. I like this leave in conditioner it has a water like consistency. It has almost a fruity pineapple scent. It doesnt moisturize my hair but It is also an additional heat protection so it makes my life easier to not constantly try to buy a seperate heat protectant for styling. It doesnt do much hydration at all but it does the job for a tiny extra bit of moisture. If youre someone that has low perosity hair i don’t recommend as it doesnt have much hydration properties at all but maybe for someone who has an oily scalp and want a more lightweight product this may be the one for you. *3 pictures with results I was so excited for this product, and grew my hair out so I could see the results on healthy roots. I didn't even open the hair color box before today…I wanted it to be a cool reveal! Unfortunately, I didn't receive the conditioner or the stain eraser, so this could be considered an "incomplete" result…but I wanted to review what I could. I started out with platinum blonde hair and my roots were growing in silver and dark grey. IGK had it's work cut out for it. The box color was Olsen's (I'm guessing to replicate MK A Olsen), and my hair looks almost too natural blonde!* I can't decide if it lays a color on, or bleaches your hair. Either way, it's a great color to be'naturally blonde' if that's what you're going for. Why the 4 stars instead of 5? Because I had to scramble to find an extra hair coloring kit (to steal the shampoo/conditioner packets) in order to get it washed/conditioned properly… because we all know, a standard conditioner doesn't cut it when you're stressing out your tresses with harsh chemicals no matter how nice it smells. In summation, it's a great color, smells a little odd (like a cooked green vegetable) but not bad, made my skin tingle/sting a bit, and the kit wasn't complete. *pictures show the color changed the platinum to a more medium natural blonde, and lightened the roots – which are normally pretty dark greyjennifer.l
This was my first time trying an IGK hair color product. I found it quite easy to do. The packaging it comes in opens up into a tray that shows you step by step how to instructions. The only thing it didn’t tell was whether your hair should be washed that day or not and I was able to find that info on their site. This product has several steps some of which I was not used to from other brands. It included a barrier gel to put on your forehead and ears to keep from getting dye on your skin. I’ve never seen that before with other brands but it really was a big help. The dye itself was easy to mix and it didn’t have any terrible ammonia smell or anything. It’s thick in consistency so you don’t have to worry about it running much either. After washing out and treating with the conditioning step there is an eraser step which helps with cleanup. That was very nice to have. It easily removed all dye that managed to get on my arms and sink. I will say the shade that was chosen doesn’t really feel like it’s very different that my starting shade. It did however give my hair added depth and tone. I see different highlights and lowlights and my hair is definitely much shinier. My hair even feels softer.This hair color is cruelty free as well as vegan. I was so excited to try IGK’s Permanent Color Kit because they are a cruelty free brand and the product is clean and vegan. My normal hair color is dark brown and I tried the color Back to Brown (5N). To be honest, I had gotten kind of lazy with covering my grays (which somehow seemed to multiply rapidly during the pandemic), so I was in dire need of coloring my hair. The first thing I noticed was that my kit didn’t include gloves, which must’ve been a mistake since the instructions specifically say to put on gloves before applying the color. Since I didn’t want to have my hands stained dark brown, I ended up having to ruin a pair of rubber kitchen gloves, which ended up being pretty bulky and cumbersome during the process. The kit also didn’t include an applicator brush of any kind, but thankfully I happened to have a spare applicator brush from an old dpHUE hair color kit because there’s no way I could work the color through my hair with just the bulky rubber kitchen gloves. My grays are pretty stubborn so I left the color on for over an hour (the instructions say 35 mins but 45 mins for stubborn grays). Aside from the color, the kit included packets of Protect Color Block Barrier Gel, Erase Stain Removing Cleanser, and Post-Color Treatment Mask, which were nice touches. However, the instructions say to cleanse with your favorite IGK shampoo before applying the Treatment Mask, so I was confused why they didn’t include a sample packet of shampoo as well. I didn’t have IGK shampoo on hand at home so I used a different brand of shampoo for color-treated hair instead. Unfortunately, the end result was pretty disappointing. Despite letting the color process for over an hour, the grey coverage was awful. I don’t know if having to use bulky rubber kitchen gloves was to blame, but I could still see plenty of grays peeking through immediately after I completed the process, which you can see in the before and after pics. The missing gloves, lack of applicator brush and shampoo packet are inconvenient but nothing I can’t work through. However, when I don’t even have complete grey coverage afterwards, there’s no point even using this product. There are other cruelty-free brands out there with better results so I wouldn’t recommend this product.kirsten.c

It does tint your hair to this shade. But that's all the good it does. It made my hair very frizzy and brittle and unmanageable. It was very hard to brush my hair after washing it out. Soooo very dry. So very puffy. My hair was in good condition before this too. The color lasted only a week with 2 washes. It doesn't stick for me. I have normal density, fine strain hair. When it does wash out, it has a green hue to it. I would stay far away from this product. There's other a lot more moisturizing and healthy products to deposit color into your hair. This conditioner with the matching shampoo has been the only product I have found on salon and store shelves that makes my over processed hair feel like hair again. I have had a blonde head of brittle straw and this product works great, sometimes it is a strong tingle so it's not great for every single day use. I have an oily scalp, I wash 3 times a week and this product reduces my shampoos which protects my hair from breaking. I loose fistfulls of hair when I wash it, not even the pricey bonding products work, plus they are too heavy for my fine wavy hair. This is my absolute favorite shampoo/conditioner to use, always! Not only does the tea tree oil clarify my roots, but it keeps my hair silky smooth and clean feeling for an extra day compared to other clarifying shampoos. Also, the scent of the lavender and other ingredients inside this shampoo conditioner duo is phenomenal! I dunno how, but the mint, lavender tea tree oil come together perfectly with scent and that tingly feeling your scalp gets. I cannot even express how eveyone needs to try at least once in their life! I *guarantee* that you will NOT want to use any other tea tree oil shampoo after having tried Paul Mitchell's . My only negative remark on this product is how expensive it can be seen for in beauty supply shops. Online I can usually find the 1L pump shampoo conditioner set for $50 or less. My local hair salon was selling smaller sized bottles individually for $39.99! I'm not sure if this is due to the greed of the beauty salon's or their owner's or if Paul Mitchell isn't providing enough of an incentive or discount to sell from their product at a salon, but whatever it is…it needs to be addressed. The absolute best thing out there. I have dealt with dandruff for the past few years. Never had dandruff in my life until recently. I got this shampoo and conditioner and it has changed everything. I haven’t had any dandruff, my hair feels amazing, and my scalp feels so clean. I would get a smell on my scalp and it didn’t smell good. I switched to this shampoo and conditioner and it has completely went away. I don’t even have to brush my hair after using it. I love this product and I will be getting it again!

Came out way, way darker than expected. I would describe the color as “soft black” and definitely not “medium brown”. I had to pay a stylist to fix it. I also have been experiencing a significant amount of hair shedding since using this. My stylist confirmed that my hair definitely looks thinner. A bit of Google searching confirmed that this is a common problem and there is even a class action lawsuit in NY over it. Just pay a stylist or use another brand. Your skin and nails will be stained for days/ weeks to come every time you wash your hair. I had to use gloves, each time I washed my hair, or else I would look like princess Fiona. Lol . Even just scratching my head, or washing in the shower, by back and neck was stained. I applied this color to very very light blonde hair (bleached — see starter photo). I left it on for maybe 40 minutes and washed it out with warm water and applied a color sealing conditioner. The color washed away immediately — but it did tone my hair and make it very light! This was kind of pretty on its own. I tried again after a couple of days and this time I left the color on for about 4 hours. I applied it and put a bag on my head and just went about my day in my house. This dye worked exceptionally well, but almost a bit too much! For this color at least I think I used a bit too much for my hair (a little under half of the container), as it took 4-5 washes for it to run clear. The dye as well wound up staining my fingernails and shower quite a bit, which took some substantial cleaning to make sure it didn't stain too much. I'm extremely happy with the final results of the color itself, and very glad there was no issues with odor or stinging like traditional dyes, so I'll likely be purchasing again. I'd just recommend using gloves for when washing, not just application, and potentially use less dye than you think you need at the start!

This is the FIRST (and really ONLY)hair color that I've used that isn't entirely gone and faded in a couple weeks. The irony is that when it's time to move onto a different color or I want to change it up, I have no issues getting it out! I personally prefer the shade cotton candy (and it looks intimidating in the bottle as if it would be too bright, but it's not). I've used various colors via this line and I absolutely love them all, I pass several stores with non traditional colors to get to the one who carries Adore (and come here when they're inaccessible).jakeisia.w
Okay so I usually don't do anything to my head unless it's getting done at my favorite salon girl but with quarantine I decided to take a leap of faith my god this product did not disappoint at all! It was super adorable pretty sure I paid under $7 for this tiny bottle. Yes the bottle may look tiny but it did not disappoint! It was soo pigmented better than the maniac crap that washes out almost immediately! This has had such a beautiful vibrant pink color for over a month with multiple washes! Only thing it does stain when applying!!! So make sure to cover your walls and sinks. Other than that the gel like substance is amazing!kelly.m

I had burgundy hair and I tried a specific brand of blue dye that turned my hair into a rainbow Couple weeks after I bought and adore red semi permanent dye and decided to try it in my rainbow hair. I was a bit pessimistic because the first one was a failure and I wasn’t bleaching it or anything just apply red dye Let me sayyyy!!! The result blew my mind… all my hair was bright red and beautiful. It was just even with color vibrant and everybody liked it. It didn’t stain my hair line because I used Vaseline but the results really shook mekelia.s

Super easy to use, you have got to try this! Use on pre-lightened hair for processing. This formula does not mix with developer which makes it even more convenient to use! Literally, just apply to the hair (generously) and let it process. Make sure sections are fully saturated with product. Let process 25-45 min and voila! I got this color after a good talk with a rep @ Salon Centric, I wanted a cute color but not too distracting bc of work. She picked this purple for me but I never committed till recently! I got a more blunt mullet and I figured I deff need a color to match the edge and this was insanely pigmented 😻 so glad this was the color she recommended bc it wasn’t muted but also not a neon green scary color. I was scared it would be more dark but did it anyway and it wasn’t at all it was a super saturated purple …a blueish purple for sure. I went to the beach and it of course took most of the color out BUT it faded nicely and I had about 4 shampoos of decent color after that beach trip! This defining cream is simply good. That is a fact. Smells mildly like almond oil. Has tons of slip. TONS OF SLIP. Defines curls and moisturized. Will recommend and will buy again. A little goes a long way so the price point works out. The product is not watery like most defining creams so everything works out in the end cost wise. This stuff is amazing! It’s a custard type of product(even though it says cream) so it has a massive hold and it helps weigh my hair down a little which I need for stretched hair. It also leaves my hair really smooth and moisturized. And it smells amazing! You’re probably seen me say that in a lot of my reviews but I can’t help it. A lot of brands have amazing smelling products. Which is great, kudos to them and keep it coming please. My only gripe is that it’s a teeny over the price I normally pay for hair products. That 3-6 dollar difference may not seem like a lot but it does add up eventually. But even so I still would repurchase this product often because it’s a really great productsumiyyea.a
