The concept of this mop is excellent. In order to offer a thorough review I am going to break it down into cons and pros. Pros: 1. Dual tanks: As opposed to other mops, like the Spinwave mop, this mop comes with dual tanks. This idea is great because there is a tank with clean water continuosly providing water to the roller while the other tank collects the dirty water created as the mop cleans your floor. This is a major plus because you are no longer spreading the dirt all around your floors. 2. Three rollers: The fact that 3 rollers are included it makes it really easy to continue using this mop even if one roller is out of service because it's drying. 3. Light weight: The mop is light in weight and it's easy to maneuver throughout my hardwood floors. 4. Built-in Screen: It's nice to have a screen that displays the battery percent remaining as you mop the floors. As it goes down it kind of rushes you to finish the job. LOL 5. Mop and vacuum cleaner combined: This thing can mop and vacuum at the same time. It's great if you want to go straight into mopping without vacuuming. Down side to this is that you will have to clean the dirty water tank and it's not fun. Cons: 1. Price: At $400, I think this mop is too expensive. I was lucky enough to get it when it was on sale for a fraction of the cost. At the price point I bought it, it's a steal. 2. Edges cannot be mopped: This mop will not be able to mop the edges around your house due to how the mop was designed. It leaves about 1 cm or 2 of the hardwood unmopped. I haven't seen a real issue with this but I know some people get upset about this. I have a Roomba J7+ that vacuums the edges real well so I am not really worried about it. Plus, the edges do not get really dirty, it's not a high traffic area. 3. Small tanks: While the concept of dual tanks is awesome, their size is really not. If you are planning to mop around 1,500 Sq. Ft at a time you may have to refill the clean water tank and also discard the water in the dirty water tank at least once. 4. Cleaning the dirty water tank: This mop offers the dual feature of vacuuming and mopping all at once. It's great if you don't want to vacuum before mopping but just keep in mind that YOU will be the one responsible for cleaning the dirty water tank. The tank can get really nasty and you may not like what you see. Thankfully I have a Roomba and I always let it vacuum first before I mop. 5. Battery life: I put this as a con because the battery only lasts for about 35 minutes. If you are wanting to mop a house that is 2,500 Sq. Ft or higher you have to take a long break to let this thing charge again. I would definitely suggest this company to add a bigger battery or offer a fast charging station like Ego does. It would be nice to get back to cleaning within an hour as opposed to waiting for at least 5 full hours.Buenascompras

As someone who owns a home with mostly hardwood floors, small amounts of carpets, and a large number of rugs, I've definitely struggled to find the best and most versatile cleaning solutions. The Floor One S3 is the closest I've come yet to floor cleaning bliss. Things I liked about it: Tidy package with the dock, holds most of the parts and accessories, and you don't have to plug in to charge it, there are contacts in the dock that do this for you. Extra brush roller Self Cleaning mode when you dock Voice announcements for what it's doing as it cleans/changes modes iLoop tells you when it detects dirty floors Things I didn't like as much (Opportunities) HEAVY for it's size Battery life is shorter than expected for the size Auto Mode tends to use more water than I would expect Does this really need wifi? Clean water tank is even smaller/shorter use time than the battery life Doesn't sneak in under things as nimbly as you might hope Voice announcements will definitely need to be shut off, or at least reduced in volume This vac-mop is quite hefty for it's somewhat compact looking size, and is definitely bottom weighted design. The cleaning power and abilities are the best I've seen yet from a vac mop, and I have been zipping it out just to have the satisfaction of cleaning up a particular mess or dust bunny. On the flip side, I feel like I can watch the battery level drop by the second as I use it, and it doesn't quite do my entire main floor of hardwood/tile. The clean water tank seems like I'm constantly filling it. Reading the manual is NOT optional, as you need to know how often to manually clean what. The iLoop display is informative, and I found I was able to charge it up and start using it immediately. I love it, I'm not going back, also I'll keep waiting or the perfect solution, but until then, I'm using this one.dronedad

The Tineco = Floor One S3 Extreme Wet/Dry Hard Floor Cordless Vacuum impressed us both on its very first use. The assembly amounts to snapping the handle into place and putting the clean water tank into place. and that's it! The loop on the handle points forward and where you put it in the machine has a matching groove for the little protrusion on the handle bottom front side so you can't put it on wrong. Plug it in to charge up, add one capful of the enclosed Tineco cleaning/disinfecting solution and go read the book while it charges. It talks to you! Letting you know what its doing or that you need to do to it and its display ring turns from red to blue as to let you know the area that you are cleaning is clean. The voice assist can be turned off if not desired at the time or not desired at all. It's really lightweight and relatively quiet and on normal dirt and dust days it is even self – cleaning.! Just put it back in the charging base and hit the self – cleaning button and it cleans the roller for you. Of course you still have to dump and clean the dirty water tank and filter yourself. And speaking of dirty water we were very surprised at exactly how dirty the water was. I dry mop daily and wet mop when it needs it or at least every other week but the Tineco picked up so much more than that method. It left us with very clean, mopped and vacuumed and shiny vinal and sealed hardwood floors in the time it takes to vacuum only otherwise. Now after a big mess such as spaghetti'o's or something you may have to manually clean the tank and roller but that is an easy task as well. Personally we will generally clean up major messes with paper towels before attempting to use this or anything else before we had this. It can also be used in suction mode only where needed or required. It leaves us with beautifully clean floors and I am very glad to have it Two spare rollers and a spare filter were pack away in the box so be sure and check every piece of cardboard before throwing anything away.PapawJeff

I just purchased this product and have used it one time. Set up was a breeze and it charged quickly. The vacuum works very well. I have Pergo floors in light oak, so they don't show dust, but do show dirt and debris. The vacuum had no problem with any of it, including onion skin. The mop part works well as a cleaner. I have some dried on liquids it would not remove, but neither would my Swiffer, which this replaces. But the problem is, the cleaning fluid, once dry, leaves a filmy residue that dulls the Pergo. Under the right lighting, you can see where the liquid was and where it wasn't. I tried buffing it to no avail. It remains to be seen if walking on the floor with buff it out. So as a vacuum and mop, it works. But that residue from the cleaning fluid is barely acceptable. Your results may be different. But I'll be keeping it because if does the job and I will use it more often just for the vacuum. I may forego the mop.lochnez49

I got this in hopes of making it easier to clean my floors with something that is an all in one. But I will be returning it. It is nothing more than a glorified swiffer. The pads are disposable. You even need a pad to do the vacuuming and you can only vacuum in one direction because that's where the suction is. So it takes twice as long. Then the pad is extremely dirty afterwards and you're supposedly supposed to use the same one. Why would I use the dirty pad to then mop with? I wouldn't. So I had to use a new one. Once that pad is wet it begins to flop around and you have to apply pressure to get it to stay in place while mopping. Applying more pressure and holding the vacmop a certain way will in turn cause back pain. The compartment for the liquid also does not come off. So you need something to use in order to pour the water into it. Just bad overall execution on this. I would not recommend and I will be returning. I bought the mop system from my shop club which has reusable pads. Yes I will have to sweep or use my regular vacuum beforehand, but it will still take less time than fighting with the vacmop.Mindy Burnette

I purchased this vacuum back in May/June of 2021 and have had the last 6 months to really use this thing and put it to the test and honestly- I'm not impressed. I'm already way past the return window, so I just wanted to leave a review for others so people can know my personal experience. It doesn't have the suction to pull the cleaner/water out of any rugs or carpet I own. So, we are left with wet carpet for hours after using this. It also does not clean the floors properly with the brush. It's really just moving dirty water around while only sucking up a small fraction of what I have put down. There are dirty water streaks every time I use this to mop. When using the vacuum dry, the dust and hair clog up the filter within minutes and I have to empty it multiple times while vacuuming, even though the container itself is not nearly full. I have a long haired cat, and I myself have long hair. Neither of these things have agreed with this vacuum. If you have a cat and plan on vacuuming any cat litter with this- don't. It will become a large clay litter clump in the suction tube of the vacuum that you have to get out yourself. It will also leave nasty gray streaks of litter/water on the floor. Additionally, my fallen hair gets so tangled in the spinning brush that I have to cut it off. Honestly, that might not be avoidable or the fault of the vacuum. My hair also gets caught on the sides of the spinning brush and becomes an unmanageable mess that can't be removed. This was probably my worst "big purchase" of 2021. I got the Crosswave Max as a splurge birthday present, but I do not like it at all. It is not convenient. Have to assemble before each use, fill with water and their solution (cannot use just water for brush head reasons), then after use have to run the brush clean function and disassemble and clean all the other parts and let them dry. So you need a dedicated area for all this, just like a full on carpet cleaner. In all that time it takes to assemble and clean up after, I can bend over and pick up or sweep up any of my toddler’s mess AND warm up and use my steam mop. Going back to the brush cleaning cycle, it does not do much to clean the brush. The brush remains dirty, discoloured, and unless you soak it in detergent for at least 30 minutes with a good rinse after (blue dish soap, or laundry soap, or their solution, etc), it will remain dirty and leaves a lot of streaks and milky film on the floor the next use. I have darker floors, so it looked disgusting after the wetness dried. I would have to use my steam mop after using the crosswave and the pad would be very gross after, but atleast the floors would finally look good. It’s also a slow machine to use. You basically wet the floor area going slowly so it’s evenly wet and then have to go over it several times to try to dry it as much as possible. You have to do this section by section. It would take much too long to do only my kitchen, where I could sweep or vacuum and mop it in half the time. This machine is a great idea in theory, but it is not convenient or efficient and left my floors dirtier than before using it. The company states the brushes need to be replaced after ten hours of use (I did not use it nearly that long and the brush heads were awful after a short time) and they are not cheap to replace. Also have to use their solution, again not cheap. For such an expensive device, it requires a lot of additional costs.Melissa O

Having never used a wet vac like this before, all I can say is WOW! I admit, I was a skeptic. We regularly clean our hard floors so I really didn't expect to see any great results. That all went away after the first use. Great product. It makes scrubbing the floors a piece of cake. Starting with the overall looks. It's a really sleek machine. It's not bulky at all and allows you to get into the same places you would be able to with a normal stick vac. The white color is refreshing and adds to it's nice clean look. The charging base is as small as it can be, but even so, some might find it's footprint a bit large. But when you consider the self cleaning feature it offers, it's easy to overlook the size. The handle is very comfortable and the buttons are placed in good locations. All the indications and icons are displayed on the top of the clean water tank in easy view. They light as needed and let you know what you need to know about the state of your machine. To use the machine, you fill the clean water tank and add a cap of the included floor cleaner. When you turn the machine on, it automatically dispenses the water solution and starts the roller spinning. At the same time, it also starts the vacuum, so you basically vacuum up the water before it even soaks your floors. After using it on our laminate wood flooring in the kitchen, I just noticed a sheen after it vacuumed the water up. It was dry in about 30 seconds. If you've ever used a stick mop with a trigger spray feature, they left about the same amount of moisture. The difference was, the water that was collected in the dirty water tank was, well pretty dirty. There are two settings, a standard speed and a max speed. I tried them both but had very good luck with the standard speed so that's generally what I use. Overall, it's pretty quiet. No loud whiny beater bar, just the soft roller on the floor. The battery lasts long enough to clean our entire kitchen, hallway and front entrance area without any issues, and have power to spare. This package comes with an additional roller and HEPA filter. At first I thought they were just “extra” but the idea is, you have one set that's dry, and the set that you use to clean, so you just keep swapping them out. The roller assembly is extremely easy to remove and replace. Like both of the water tanks, it has a snap in place, spring loaded latch. The roller pretty much just pulls right out. The filter is just as easy to replace. Emptying the dirty water tank was as easy as pouring it in the sink and rinsing out any dirt left behind. To use the self clean feature, just fill the clean water tank with fresh water, make sure the dirty water tank is in place and run the cycle with the touch of a button. The package also comes with a brush tool for cleaning out the tanks, and it includes a roller hair/string removal tool. After cleaning the floors I have to say, they really felt clean. No residue or stickiness was left behind. This is a quality machine that has been very well engineered. Cordless operation, excellent battery life, self cleaning mode, easy access to the roller and removal of the water tanks. It all adds up to a great floor cleaning experience. A few years ago, we got a cordless stick vacuum for our house. We love using it in-between our robot vacuum sweeps but we still end up having to mop the kitchen floor which is linoleum. Since we’re always looking for ways to make tasks more efficient, this wet/dry vacuum seemed like a good option for our family. When you pull the vacuum out of its box, make sure to look through all the packaging because there are additional parts included and I almost threw out the extra dry filter because it was tucked away inside some cardboard. Even though assembly is required, it’s very minimal. You have to attach the handle to the main body of the vacuum, plug the base into power, and then set the unit on the stand. Once the battery is charged, you can start using it. According to the manual, these are the steps you have to take for operation. Prepare for use – includes charging the vacuum for about four hours Press the power button to start the vacuum. It’s in ECO mode by default. There is a “MAXIECO” button that switches between the MAX and ECO modes. Before using the WET function of the vacuum, fill the clean water tank and add one bottle cap of the solution. The vacuum does come with a lot of parts, but some of them are duplicates so that you have your first replacement roller and filter with the original purchase. I always like it when companies provide that first part replacement. As far as operation goes, the vacuum is fairly simple. You press the power button and it turns on. If there the cleaning solution is in the clean water tank, the vacuum will both mop and vacuum simultaneously. If the water tank is empty, the vacuum will still run, but obviously will not provide the mopping function. The roller will still spin, however, so you do get a bit of a deeper dry cleaning than without it. There are two functions that I want to point out – one that I like and one that I don’t. The first is the fact that you don’t have the option to select wet or dry. You have to use both. The only way that I’ve found to vacuum only is to leave the clean water tank empty. The problem there is that you end up with blinking lights on the display, which can get annoying. The function I LOVE is that the vacuum is self-propelled. I was shocked when I turned it on for the first time and the vacuum nearly zoomed out of my grip. I just wasn’t expecting that much power from a cordless vacuum. I haven’t run into a battery problem yet. The manual states that on ECO mode the vacuum should run for 25 minutes. I haven’t had a single cleaning session last that long yet so I don’t know the ‘real’ life of the battery. The battery did have some charge out of the box. I did charge it some before using it the first time, but not the full 4-hours. I have been happy with the suction power of the vacuum and the cleaning ability of the mop, however, I did notice that any sticky spots or heavy stains will not be picked up by this vacuum. I ran the vacuum in our kitchen – moving it back and forth several times on each section of the floor. I noticed that the floor did appear shiny and wet so I know the mopping function was cycling the cleaning solution onto the floor. The floor did dry quickly I did think that it felt a lot cleaner than before I used the vacuum. I did have a couple of spots where something had been spilled and left to dry that the vacuum did not clean up. That said, a couple of lighter stains were removed if I left the vacuum sitting on top of it so that the roller brush could concentrate on that spot. I like the features of this vacuum and its ease of use, but I do wish there were a couple of things added on (a dry/wet option, a heavy stain cleaning option, etc.). I love that a base plate is included because that gives the vacuum a spot to ‘live’ in as well as keeps the roller off the floor as it dries. All in all, I think this is a nice device. Versatile vacuum makes our 90% laminate floor cleaner that it’s ever been. We used to use those “easy” mops that have replaceable wet pads to mop our floors and they worked better than a mop and bucket but this vacuum makes it a piece of cake! The setup and operations were so simple that I thought I was missing something in the suggestions (instructions) but I wasn’t. I normally am the type of person that can pull new electronics out of the box and start using it without help but I had never used a mop/vacuum combo like this before so I read the suggestions. It is so simple, push the power button. If there is liquid in the clean water tank it will mop and vacuum. If that tank is empty it will vacuum only. When you are done just set it on the base and it charges automatically! The vacuum even cleans the brush by itself! There will be a “water drop” icon that lights up which means it needs to clean the brush. Just set it on the base and press the water drop button once and it cleans the brush for you! I am very impressed with the simplicity, power and convenience of this vacuum/mop. I love the base with self-charging so you never pick it up and find that the battery is dead. I’ve been using this WetVac every-other-day for four weeks now. Bare with me, this is probably the longest review in the history of online shopping – But I’m hoping this will share helpful information to those considering a purchase. I’ll start with my overall feelings – Yes, this is 100% worth the small investment. Our house is on the smaller side, 1200sq ft, 2 adults, a messy 6 year old, a baby in the crawling stage, and 2 dogs. Prior to this WetVac, I used disposable mopping pads three or four times a week on top of my daily sweeping, but our vinyl plank floors never felt fully clean, and our baby’s brown-kneed footie pajamas would speak to that. The first time I used this WetVac, I swept immediately before use. To say I was disgusted – “Had my husband dump it” kind of disgusted – The water in the dirty water tank was embarrassing. Not just that, there was a ton of dog hair and I had JUST swept. I had used our disposable mopping pads the day before. Clearly, they weren’t cutting it. Once the floor dried, I filled the clean water tank back up and cleaned again, then once more. On clean #3, the water was just a light grey. I am able to get through 1,200sq ft in about 15 minutes. When I say there is ZERO elbow grease required, I mean it. The wet brush really scrubs, but doesn’t scuff your floor even with the harder bristles mixed in. The water sprayer doesn’t dump water, there’s a gentle mist and it puts off just enough solution to dampen the floor for a thorough clean. My favorite part is – Our baby’s pajama knees no longer turn brown. I do have some pointers and other things to share, though: 1) Yes, you’re going to save a ton of time during the initial cleaning – However DO expect to invest some time to care for your WetVac: – The self-clean is a MUST after every use. If you have pets or particularly dirty floors, run the cycle twice or three times. I’ve noticed that after 1 self-clean cycle, there’s still some dog hair stuck to the brush. It takes nothing to run it a few times, as long as your clean water tank is full and your dirty water tank isn’t too full. – Do NOT leave the dirty water tank closed for more than a day. We went away for a 3-day weekend. I had drained the tanks before leaving, but there was a gross musty smell when I started using it the next morning. It was coming from the brush and the dirty water tank. What I have started doing to avoid this, is I take the dirty water tank apart, take the brush out, and let them dry on our porch after use. I haven’t had the musty smell since. – If you’re planning to use this as a normal vacuum, I’ll warn you that the brush is not clean-out friendly. You’re going to have to clean hair, strings, you name it – off the brush. Truthfully, I used ours as a regular vacuum once to see how it worked in our 1 carpeted room, and I threw the brush right away. I’ll never use it as a regular vacuum again. 2) If you bump into furniture while using the WetVac feature, it can pop off the brush cover. – If you bump into something, push the cover down with your foot to re-secure it. Otherwise, it can fall off and you’ll get sprayed with water. Fun times. 3) I might be overthinking this, but I’m hoping my battery isn’t weakening. – I’ve realized, I was able to get my floors done with about 75% left of charge left at first. Now, I have 66-68% left after a clean for the same Sq Ft. I’m hoping my battery isn’t weakening, I’ll report back eventually. 4) The “dirty water tank” sensor. – I’m not sure if it’s a faulty sensor, though I always start with a clean and dry tank and sponge. It tells me 3 or 4 times to clean the dirty water tank and sponge, even though they’re still empty. It’s annoying but not a deal-breaker. Overall, there’s a few quirks as expected. But I will tell you, I’ll never go back to disposable mopping pads. This was a game changer for this ever-busy mama and I am truly pleased with the job it does cleaning our floors.Lauren7

I love this WetVac. It has made my life so much easier, because now I don't need to sweep then mop. I love how it has a trigger to let the water out, so if you don't need to mop a certain area, you can just vacuum it. I also really love that it has a high and Lo setting. I really love that it has a self cleaning feature. I also really love that it tells you the percentage of the battery that is left. The only thing I did not like about this vacuum was the cord that goes from the outlet to the base is not very long. I wish it was just a little bit longer. Overall this is a great Vacuum and I would highly recommend it.cutegene

I've tested a decent amount of vacuums over the last decade. This is the first one I've tested that was made for hard surfaces and I was excited to get it mostly for my wife who always uses whatever other vacuum on our hard floors almost interchangeably as our carpeted areas. While I normally would sweep hard floors and them vacuum up the pile or let our robot vacuum with mop attachment do all the work for me. Setup was a little overwhelming looking at first but not too bad. The whole thing comes in more pieces than I would normally expect to find but the instructions lay out what everything is pretty nicely and after the initial shock it wasn't too hard to figure it out. I put it all together and let it charge over night (it suggests at least 4-5 hours of charge time before the initial use). I'm pretty happy with the steps required to actually use this vacuum. It's mostly a supplement to our robot vacuum/mop. I'm happy with the robot but we usually go around the are and pick up/move everything off of the floor in the entire upstairs before we run it so it's a process. It does a good job but the setup and reconstruction of the area before running it makes us use it far less than I'd like. So having a vacuum that's made for sweeping and mopping that I can easily setup and break down is key. When you want to use this, just fill up the clean water tank with mostly water and a small cap-full of soap. Then you're ready to go. The first time I hit the power button, I was surprised as it kind of drives itself forward. Pretty nice to lighten the load but you're also fighting against that push when your pull the vacuum back again. Overall it was a nice little assist, I think. The vacuum and mop did a pretty nice job of cleaning the floor pretty quickly but it did require an empty and refill of the tanks before I was finished. That doesn't take too long so it was no big deal. After I was done doing the whole upstairs area, the battery still had about 60% left (I was worried because when I first started it up, it looked like the battery was draining very quickly). The nice thing about having a screen with all the information on it is that you can see at a glance how hard the vacuum is working and what battery level is remaining. After you're done the instructions recommend you clean the dirty and clean water tanks as well as the roller and roller protector after each use. This is the only annoying part since you can't really just grab the vacuum to do a quick job and put it back but the cleanup of these things doesn't take too long. The base station does include an auto-clean feature for the roller so you have that going for you and there were 2 additional rollers included with this vacuum so you can always just rotate them if you need to clean one. Apparently there's an app that goes with this vacuum. The instructions just said that you can "perform all functions from the app" but I don't really know what functions those are. I did not download the app and can't imagine what I would possibly need it for. The functions on the vacuum are very minimal and can be adjusted with just a few pushes of the 3 buttons on the vacuum. I just didn't want another app on my phone. The only weird thing I didn't love about this vacuum was how it sat on the charging station. It leans forward quite a bit for some reason. I would expect it to just sit straight up and down but when the head is locked and you place it on the charger the handle leans forward at what feels like a 30 degree angle. Far more than you'd expect. Enough that I thought I was doing something wrong. I couldn't figure out a better way to place it on the charger though so I'm going to assume it's just how it was designed. I got used to it quickly enough but it was a weird thing when I first saw it. Overall, I like the vacuum. It does a good job supplementing our robot vacuum by being easy to get up and running and being easy to break down and clean when we're done (while not needing to break down the entire upstairs before using it since we can move things while vacuuming). If you're looking for a nice hard surface vacuum/mop and this fits your budget, give it a look. I was impressed with it for the most part.swemoney

I never taught about using a vacmop before i was kind of skeptical and it would take me a while to clean my hardwood floors .. was kind of an event to say. Not anymore… thanks to this Tineco Floor One s5 Extreme i’m actually looking forward to do it now. I will attach some pictures to see what comes in the box and it’s pretty straight forward plug and play kind of situation as well with some before and after situation. Everything is very intuitive to use but you can check the book or type the name of it on youtube and they have an interactive video in how to use it for first time. It comes with 2 extra brushes and an extra filter that will come in handy when you’ll wash and let dry the ones that you’ll be using first(about 24hrs) they recommended doing that after each use and you’ll want to do that and don’t forget to empty the messy water each time so u prevent bad odors. The design and features are very modern … it has a voice and a screen that will assist you in your cleaning process. To be mentioned here is the feature that senses the proportion of a mess when on auto and turns gradually the blue light into a red one, sign that you should insist in that particular area till becomes completely blue and it’s scary accurate!!! The stand acts like a support and charger (which will take somewhere 3-4hrs for it to be fully juiced up). They also recommend using ONLY Tineco cleaning solution or just plain water. Make sure you youse warm-hot water with or without solution since will tackle the dirt better. I’m happy with the product and it really saves me a lot of time and does a great job!!!Denisik91

I totally underestimated this machine. When I turned it on, the brush kicked in and almost dragged me acoss the floor! Not really, but I was surprised by how powerful the brush was for such a compact package. This mop is no joke. I'm a busy and stressed-out professional, so lots of housekeeping chores don't get done on a regular basis. I've been meaning to clean the kitchen floor for quite a while — I had food and coffee spills, tracked mud, etc, on the floor in places, and serious grossness under the oven and fridge. I figured that I'd give this machine a workout. It really worked. It took several passes in some areas, but the machine just kept working at the mess until it was all clean. The dirty tank strains out the solid materials to make it easy to dump without clogging your sink. It also uses less water than I would expect, so I didn't have to dump the tank nearly as often as I thought I would have to. The clean tank and the dirty tank have good capacity. One super thoughtful little detail is that both tanks have flat bottoms, so they can be put upright on the counter, and you don't have to lean them against anything like you do with other wet vacuums. I really like how it is as maneuverable as a light vacuum, it does a great job on hard floors and we can also use it on floor mats that aren't too thick. That brush-forward design really gets right up to edges and corners. It is very user-friendly. The display is large, bright and useful, and the voice prompts are really helpful. Even self-cleaning is super easy. I'm just not sure what benefits you get from the app or its wifi connection.Snarltoof

This is an extremely lightweight machine. Not just in actual weight, but in the job it does. The motor is not powerful, the spinner is not fast. You do NOT save time using this over mopping. You must go SLOOW, back and forth, several times, over each area on even the lightest of soiled flooring. You must clean as instructed, the spinner, screens, and filter after only a few minutes of use or it will stop working completely. It doesn't do well on tile unless there are nearly flat grout lines. What is it good for? Linoleum, very lightly soiled. Probably to have it charged and ready for a small spill in the kitchen while cooking, then set it aside and know you WILL have to disassemble and clean it before you use it again, even after only a minute or two of use. This thing is terrible. I wanted a shark cross wave but they’re expensive. I looked through the description and the reviews and thought this may be a less expensive alternative. You get what you pay for. We use it 2 X on hardwood floors. We don’t have carpets. The cleaner started spitting out nasty, dirty, smelly water all over the place. It left my house smelling like a septic tank. Yes, we have a puppy that has accidents and we used it to clean up. Aren’t these things designed to clean up messes? We have disassembled it just like the directions instructed. We cleaned every item that was disassembled with soap and water and even a tiny bit of bleach on the roller. We put it back together, turned it on and once again it starting spitting out sewage water. I haven’t touched it since. I was just going to eat the price and use the swifter but the more I thought about it. No, I’m sick of buying things that work maybe once then I end up with expensive junk I’m never going to use. So i bought this yesterday i been eyeing this mop for awhile and read alot of reviews. I was so excited to finally get it as the reveiw were so great. I been useing a reuseable spray mop so wanted to up grade as the mop head gets dirty so quick as a single mom i wanted something more convenient but that is not what i got. I was so disappointed in this mop vacuum. I have real hardwood floor and laminate in my kitchen. This did not clean i had dirty spots on my floor that my mop would have got in 2 seconds. But this thing did not clean and at first im like i must be doing something wrong so i read the book with it like 5 times going yes im doing it right. At first the floor wasnt even getting wet but after holding the button down felt like forever it finally got wet. I had to go over spots so many time for it to even get clean. Went to clean my kitchen and that was even worst i kept going over a spot over and over and nothing. So i got out my spot mop sprayed it with just water and it came up as soon as i went over it. So it wasnt a hard spot to clean but the vacuum did not clean it. only good part of the vacuum is that it sucks up the water nice and leaves your floor pretty much dry. It didnt leave streaks but the worst thing of it is when you turn it on its so powerful that it moves the vacuum forward so hard that your fighting it to go backward to suck up the water. For $200 this is not worth it at all my $30 stray mop does so much better ( but hate that it leaves my floors so wet). Oh also this doesnt not get your floor wet or clean a inch away from the wall or your rugs so couldnt get on the side of floors clean.Amber

I purchased this vacuum back in May/June of 2021 and have had the last 6 months to really use this thing and put it to the test and honestly- I'm not impressed. I'm already way past the return window, so I just wanted to leave a review for others so people can know my personal experience. It doesn't have the suction to pull the cleaner/water out of any rugs or carpet I own. So, we are left with wet carpet for hours after using this. It also does not clean the floors properly with the brush. It's really just moving dirty water around while only sucking up a small fraction of what I have put down. There are dirty water streaks every time I use this to mop. When using the vacuum dry, the dust and hair clog up the filter within minutes and I have to empty it multiple times while vacuuming, even though the container itself is not nearly full. I have a long haired cat, and I myself have long hair. Neither of these things have agreed with this vacuum. If you have a cat and plan on vacuuming any cat litter with this- don't. It will become a large clay litter clump in the suction tube of the vacuum that you have to get out yourself. It will also leave nasty gray streaks of litter/water on the floor. Additionally, my fallen hair gets so tangled in the spinning brush that I have to cut it off. Honestly, that might not be avoidable or the fault of the vacuum. My hair also gets caught on the sides of the spinning brush and becomes an unmanageable mess that can't be removed. This was probably my worst "big purchase" of 2021. I got the Crosswave Max as a splurge birthday present. It has since been returned for the following reasons. It is NOT convenient. Have to assemble before each use, fill with water and their solution (cannot use just water for brush head reasons), then after use have to run the brush clean function and disassemble and clean all the other parts and let them dry. So you need a dedicated area for all this, just like a full on carpet cleaner. In all that time it takes to assemble and clean up after, I can bend over and pick up or sweep up any of my toddler's mess AND warm up and use my steam mop. Going back to the brush cleaning cycle, it does not do much to clean the brush. The brush remains dirty, discoloured, and unless you soak it in detergent for at least 30 minutes with a good rinse after (blue dish soap, or laundry soap, or their solution, etc), it will remain dirty and leaves a lot of streaks and milky film on the floor the next use. I have darker floors, so it looked disgusting after the wetness dried. I would have to use my steam mop after using the crosswave and the pad would be very gross after, but atleast the floors would finally look good. It's also a slow machine to use. You basically wet the floor area going slowly so it's evenly wet and then have to go over it several times to try to dry it as much as possible. You have to do this section by section. It would take much too long to do only my kitchen, where I could sweep or vacuum and mop it in half the time. This machine is a great idea in theory, but it is not convenient or efficient and left my floors dirtier than before using it. The company states the brushes need to be replaced after ten hours of use (I did not use it nearly that long and the brush heads were awful after a short time) and they are not cheap to replace. Also have to use their solution, again not cheap. For such an expensive device, it requires a lot of additional costs and left my floors disgusting after. 0/5 stars.Melissa

I'm a big of fan of Shark Ninja products because while they're not the best in class devices out there, they tend to bring the most recent expensive tech down to affordable prices for the masses. Generally you're going to see there are some limitations or some scaled back features on the Shark gadgets but overall the functionality is similar if not the same or better than more expensive competitors. This Shark 3-in-1 Pro Vacuum XL is similar to my previous Shark experiences. I already have a Vacuum mop previously that I really enjoy so I wanted to compare the Shark version. Here's what I found. 1. The materials on the Shark are not as high quality or premium as the more expensive competitor which is to be expected. The lights and LED readouts are not as high-tech and the charging and cleaning base in particular was not as substantial feeling compared to my other unit. 2. The clean and dirty water containers on the Shark were much smaller, maybe 1/3rd the capacity of my other unit. Interestingly however, it didn't seem like it had that big of an impact on the actual ability to clean and how many times I had to change the water. It seems like the Shark uses less water for similar results which is nice since constantly changing the dirty water tank and adding more water is time-consuming. 3. The brush cleaning head removal and design is not as good on the Shark. My other unit is easy to remove from the side without having to mess with a plastic enclosure. It is also designed so that the roller can go right up to the edge of a cabinet or baseboard. 4. Overall battery life was really good, I was able to clean my kitchen floor on one charge with 1 bar left. For light cleanup duty this will work great. If you have dirty dried on stains or messes, make sure you pre-treat with either hot/warm water mopped on or some kind of spray cleaner like power wash and let it sit before you come back with the Shark. 5. The self-propelled functionality is excellent, maybe even better than my other more expensive unit. You can feel it pulling forward and when pulling back it doesn't give much or any resistance. Really a nice difference with and without self-propelled. Overall very pleased with the unit and if you use it regularly it is something that will make a big difference in keeping your floors clean. Pair it up with a robo vacuum and have that clean up the big bits off the floor first and you have a winning combo.TechBuyer

I love Shark products and I had high hopes for this HydroVac, as it has the potential for turning two jobs into one. We have used it several times and it's always the same result, doesn't pick up everything doesn't quite clean the floors. According to the helpful videos that were provided via QR code, the HydroVac should be able to pick up normal trash like pieces of candy, dirt debris, cereal like a normal vacuum would, this doesn't. With kids in the house and those literal things on the floor along with pet hair and normal dirt, it only picked up about half the dirt none of the candy, although it did rub the color off one piece. I would prefer to use the Shark robot to pick up the debris. I also don't feel that it does a great job with cleaning the floor, like a traditional mop would. It sort of just lightly washes it. I do love that it can clean the carpet somewhat, it's not a deep cleaner but it does clean and sanitize it to a degree. I do like that there are lights on it to help you see in areas that may be dark and I also love that it self cleans and that it's cordless. One the other side of that however, it's very noisy when in use and you really have to control it because it seems to go on it's own (has quite a motor on it. The emptying process is fairly easy as you just empty the dirty water from the back and then empty the debris that is picked up in the trash. Emptying the debris can be a little difficult since it's wet and tends to stick to the container. Twice as worse if it's pet hair. All in all the HydroVac has the potential to be a great product to replace mopping and sweeping/vacuuming but it's not there yet. I think this will be extra useful for a household that maybe doesn't have as much traffic and activity. I wouldn't recommend it necessarily for a busy householdLorielnj

I've tested a decent amount of vacuums over the last decade. This is the first one I've tested that was made for hard surfaces and I was excited to get it mostly for my wife who always uses whatever other vacuum on our hard floors almost interchangeably as our carpeted areas. While I normally would sweep hard floors and them vacuum up the pile or let our robot vacuum with mop attachment do all the work for me. Setup was a little overwhelming looking at first but not too bad. The whole thing comes in more pieces than I would normally expect to find but the instructions lay out what everything is pretty nicely and after the initial shock it wasn't too hard to figure it out. I put it all together and let it charge over night (it suggests at least 4-5 hours of charge time before the initial use). I'm pretty happy with the steps required to actually use this vacuum. It's mostly a supplement to our robot vacuum/mop. I'm happy with the robot but we usually go around the are and pick up/move everything off of the floor in the entire upstairs before we run it so it's a process. It does a good job but the setup and reconstruction of the area before running it makes us use it far less than I'd like. So having a vacuum that's made for sweeping and mopping that I can easily setup and break down is key. When you want to use this, just fill up the clean water tank with mostly water and a small cap-full of soap. Then you're ready to go. The first time I hit the power button, I was surprised as it kind of drives itself forward. Pretty nice to lighten the load but you're also fighting against that push when your pull the vacuum back again. Overall it was a nice little assist, I think. The vacuum and mop did a pretty nice job of cleaning the floor pretty quickly but it did require an empty and refill of the tanks before I was finished. That doesn't take too long so it was no big deal. After I was done doing the whole upstairs area, the battery still had about 60% left (I was worried because when I first started it up, it looked like the battery was draining very quickly). The nice thing about having a screen with all the information on it is that you can see at a glance how hard the vacuum is working and what battery level is remaining. After you're done the instructions recommend you clean the dirty and clean water tanks as well as the roller and roller protector after each use. This is the only annoying part since you can't really just grab the vacuum to do a quick job and put it back but the cleanup of these things doesn't take too long. The base station does include an auto-clean feature for the roller so you have that going for you and there were 2 additional rollers included with this vacuum so you can always just rotate them if you need to clean one. Apparently there's an app that goes with this vacuum. The instructions just said that you can "perform all functions from the app" but I don't really know what functions those are. I did not download the app and can't imagine what I would possibly need it for. The functions on the vacuum are very minimal and can be adjusted with just a few pushes of the 3 buttons on the vacuum. I just didn't want another app on my phone. The only weird thing I didn't love about this vacuum was how it sat on the charging station. It leans forward quite a bit for some reason. I would expect it to just sit straight up and down but when the head is locked and you place it on the charger the handle leans forward at what feels like a 30 degree angle. Far more than you'd expect. Enough that I thought I was doing something wrong. I couldn't figure out a better way to place it on the charger though so I'm going to assume it's just how it was designed. I got used to it quickly enough but it was a weird thing when I first saw it. Overall, I like the vacuum. It does a good job supplementing our robot vacuum by being easy to get up and running and being easy to break down and clean when we're done (while not needing to break down the entire upstairs before using it since we can move things while vacuuming). I never taught about using a vacmop before i was kind of skeptical and it would take me a while to clean my hardwood floors .. was kind of an event to say. Not anymore… thanks to this Tineco Floor One s5 Extreme i’m actually looking forward to do it now. I will attach some pictures to see what comes in the box and it’s pretty straight forward plug and play kind of situation as well with some before and after situation. Everything is very intuitive to use but you can check the book or type the name of it on youtube and they have an interactive video in how to use it for first time. It comes with 2 extra brushes and an extra filter that will come in handy when you’ll wash and let dry the ones that you’ll be using first(about 24hrs) they recommended doing that after each use and you’ll want to do that and don’t forget to empty the messy water each time so u prevent bad odors. The design and features are very modern … it has a voice and a screen that will assist you in your cleaning process. To be mentioned here is the feature that senses the proportion of a mess when on auto and turns gradually the blue light into a red one, sign that you should insist in that particular area till becomes completely blue and it’s scary accurate!!! The stand acts like a support and charger (which will take somewhere 3-4hrs for it to be fully juiced up). They also recommend using ONLY Tineco cleaning solution or just plain water. Make sure you youse warm-hot water with or without solution since will tackle the dirt better. I’m happy with the product and it really saves me a lot of time and does a great job!!!Denisik91

As a mom of three, and dog owner, I was absolutely ecstatic to learn I was selected to review the CrossWave X7 Cordless Pet Pro vacuum through the Stellar Review Testing Panel. Everyday messes are definitely a regular occurrence in our home, and I'm usually left with three options: Lug out the large vacuum, and haul it from room-to-room, changing outlets every few minutes; hunch over with my dust-buster for 20 minutes (which is not kind to my neck and back); or leave the mess until later. As a neat-freak, the latter of the options is never my favorite, and I'm generally left either killing 20-30 minutes when I could be doing something more productive on top of becoming frustrated and left with a stiff neck. So, needless to say, when the option for a cordless stick vacuum (dedicated towards pets and kids), I was like a kid at Christmas. I love this product! The three settings make it easy to switch between our hardwood floors, area rugs, and there's a turbo setting that is great at getting those stubborn areas that can really use some extra attention. The product is lightweight, holds a charge (I can vacuum our entire home easily on one charge), and I've found it's a great alternative to throwing my rugs in the washing machine. We have quite a few area rugs throughout our home (all washable due to kids / pets), which is great – but they are a hassle to wash / dry, lay down properly after-the-fact. With the wet / dry function on the CrossWave, I can literally run the vacuum over my area rugs for 1-2 minutes, and when done, they look like they've just been washed. Pet hair, cereal, everyday messes are easy to clean up, and the product is easy to charge / set-up and use. If I had to review any negatives, it would be two features. First, hard to reach places (under furniture, and particularly stairs), aren't the easiest to clean. Just to start off this is a fantastic product. We bought some appliances so we got $400 best buy gift cards and i had a $55 certificate from best buy(which the online guy that was supposed to help us never applied still a lottle mad about that and its expired now but whatever). Did some research it was between this and the Tineco floor one S5 but we ended going with this because we do have a few rooms with carpets. The pros: .It can clean our house (roughly 2,000 sq ft) on one charge. .That turbo mode is WOW!! .Easy to maintain and clean .Very lightweight .it makes cleaning so much faster The cons: .Maybe its the formula we are using but it is extremely soapy but started using less and it works much better. .it doesnt get the carpets the best( we know ots for area rugs) but on turbo mode it will do a room full of carpet just wont pick up too much of the water but man does it pock up some stuff! .the dirty tank gets full quick The 4 star is mainly for the price of it it is a lot of money for what you get, but honestly we have no Rugrets not even one letter! We are going to order the brush specifically made for carpets and try that out and see how that works and also some little tips. . Run the clean cycle after every use . After you are done cleaning and ran the cycle and cleaned your equipment take off the roller and put it in the holder to let it dry .once a week (i tried doing it every day but its too much) do a nice deep clean of your machine if you take care of it, it will take care of you.Ivan

I bought a Bissell crosswave cordless max last year for Christmas because this was sold out. Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time. My Bissell broke and again it hasn't even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I'd buy my original choice and I'm far from disappointed. The issues I had with the Bissell I don't with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn't pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up. The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily. I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn't have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.Alysun Lusty

I chose this thanks to the Vacuum Wars youtube channel. We used to have a Bissell Crosswave but it didn't last long at all. It started to smell pretty quickly and got clogged a lot (dog hair gang!) I assumed it was our habits so we bought a second one and the same thing happened again, even with more vacuuming and better Crosswave cleaning habits. This time I decided the extra money would be worth it and so far it definitely has been! The only con so far: the clean water tank really should be larger. We have a medium house, nothing large or fancy, and we can't even get through a full room (kitchen especially) without refilling the tank.Cam

Overall: I really love it! Easy to use, quick and sufficient; Great for daily use & for family with pet. I do list detailed limitations below but it solves my biggest problem (a quick daily cleanning) so I am still happy. Pros: – Battery is sufficient for 800-900 sq.ft – Capture pet (cat) hair, dust, and small trash on floor; great for daily clean; – Its design makes it easy to move; – Less noisy compared to Roomba/regular vacuum (but still not quite; just relatively quieter) ; Limitations: – The clean water tank is kind of small; requires refill if you use max clean mode or have a slower cleanning process; For dirty water tank, it's enough for cleanning process but usually require to dump all dirty water before its self-clean (so it does not over the dirty water limit) – It has clean gap (about 3cm/1.2 in) on the edge that its brush cannot reach so cannot work for near kitchen cabinet cleanning; also its wide brush design makes it hard to go into corners near toilet; – Its brush is designed not to hurt flooring which means it also cannot do deep cleanning (e.g. clean out stains on tile grout) – Cleaning dirty water tank can be nasty if you have pet and long hair;Ali

I received a brand new Bissell Crosswave HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface hard floor cleaner complimentary from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. First off I would like to say how simple this was to assemble. Right out of the box, I just had to firmly snap in the top handle to the bottom of the device until I heard a click. This is something anyone can easily put together quickly. I made sure to read the instructions manual a couple of times. Being cordless, the only downfall I discovered was how long it took to fully charge this device. 4.5 hours to fully charge it, and I got around 30 minutes of use before I had to charge it again. I love how simple it is to switch from low to high mode and the LED lighted indicators. I have hard wood flooring, as well as tile flooring at my house. This is ideal for anyone who doesn't have carpet flooring. The charge dock is very interesting because the device fits perfectly onto the dock and you plug in the adapter go the docking station. Then plug it into any normal outlet. This doesn't take up a lot of space and it makes my floors spotless. It will let me know when the battery is low with a blue flash light. This came with a very handy brush and strainer which makes it much easier and quicker to clean it. Not to mention it has a self cleaning mode. You have to recline the device in order for it to start working. I then select if I want low or high water flow and it automatically dispenses the fluid + water mix. Then I push it forward and backwards to get the job done. Being that this is cordless, I can get into places I normally can't reach unlike other machines I've owned before. Also I don't have to worry about any cords getting tangled or not reaching. For a nice deep clean, I used the high mode which you will see the liquid on the floor. This is suppose to happen. You want to let it soak in for at least five minutes before going over it. For really stuck on stains, I had to repeat this process a few times. This machine is lightweight and easy to maneuver. I definitely would recommend buying this Crosswave by Bissell! I am still learning how to use the machine after having a little over a week and I did watch a few videos on how to remove the brush roll. I also like how you put the solution and water in the top part and the dirty water dispenses on the bottom. I've had zero issues with this leaking. Also if you tend to have a lot of hair on the floor, make sure to check the brush roll so you can cut off any hair that has tangled on the roll. I do wish it came with an extra brush roll but that is ok because I can find parts for this very easily. Do not make the mistake of over filling the top water tank. There are two lines, one for the water and one for the Bissell solution. I love that this comes with a 18 month warranty. Do not forget to fill out the warranty card and mail it out or you won't have any warranty. Bissell has their own support team that you can either email or call with questions or concerns. As a neat-freak, the latter of the options is never my favorite, and I'm generally left either killing 20-30 minutes when I could be doing something more productive on top of becoming frustrated and left with a stiff neck. So, needless to say, when the option for a cordless stick vacuum (dedicated towards pets and kids), I was like a kid at Christmas. I love this product! The three settings make it easy to switch between our hardwood floors, area rugs, and there's a turbo setting that is great at getting those stubborn areas that can really use some extra attention. The product is lightweight, holds a charge (I can vacuum our entire home easily on one charge), and I've found it's a great alternative to throwing my rugs in the washing machine. We have quite a few area rugs throughout our home (all washable due to kids / pets), which is great – but they are a hassle to wash / dry, lay down properly after-the-fact. With the wet / dry function on the CrossWave, I can literally run the vacuum over my area rugs for 1-2 minutes, and when done, they look like they've just been washed. Pet hair, cereal, everyday messes are easy to clean up, and the product is easy to charge / set-up and use. If I had to review any negatives, it would be two features. First, hard to reach places (under furniture, and particularly stairs), aren't the easiest to clean. Second, the instructions point out to clean after every use (highly recommend or I've found there is an odor with use).designgal78

Just to start off this is a fantastic product. We bought some appliances so we got $400 best buy gift cards and i had a $55 certificate from best buy(which the online guy that was supposed to help us never applied still a lottle mad about that and its expired now but whatever). Did some research it was between this and the Tineco floor one S5 but we ended going with this because we do have a few rooms with carpets. The pros: .It can clean our house (roughly 2,000 sq ft) on one charge. .That turbo mode is WOW!! .Easy to maintain and clean .Very lightweight .it makes cleaning so much faster The cons: .Maybe its the formula we are using but it is extremely soapy but started using less and it works much better. .it doesnt get the carpets the best( we know ots for area rugs) but on turbo mode it will do a room full of carpet just wont pick up too much of the water but man does it pock up some stuff! .the dirty tank gets full quick The 4 star is mainly for the price of it it is a lot of money for what you get, but honestly we have no Rugrets not even one letter! We are going to order the brush specifically made for carpets and try that out and see how that works and also some little tips. . Run the clean cycle after every use . After you are done cleaning and ran the cycle and cleaned your equipment take off the roller and put it in the holder to let it dry .once a week (i tried doing it every day but its too much) do a nice deep clean of your machine if you take care of it, it will take care of you.Ivan

I purchased this to sweep the laminate floors in my apartment. It was fine the first few months, but the quality dropped off sharply before I had owned it for a year. The roller would randomly lose power, even after I cleaned it and the roller. When I needed to buy replacement parts I was shocked at how expensive they were compared to other vacuums I have owned in the past. The lack of accessories was also disheartening. It works well as a dust-buster style handheld but is terrible as a floor sweeper. I only use it on my stairs now. I will use it until it finally dies, but do not feel confident purchasing another Dirt Devil product.Steven

My condo overlooks the Gulf in southwest Florida. I thought I'd be smart and put in no-see-'em screens on my lanai. Well the screens work great for the bugs = none. But the finer pitch of the screen also acts as a silt collector for the air flow. Then when it rains and blows, my sand colored lanai tiles and GROUT have dark silt remaining when dry. Previous method was to get the electric sweeper, attach long wand and brush head (not a brush roll) and suck up the silt. It didn't do well on the grout lines. Alternative was to use the steamer more frequently = pain. I wanted to simplify the cleaning. I looked at a lot of stick vacs but the DD22510 was the only one that had a powered brush roll, and high suction, ANNNNNDDDD let me take the unit as a hand held vac down 5 floors to my car thus avoiding dragging my huge sweeper along. Got the unit yesterday and tried it out on the silt I left accumulate for testing. Tried it today 7/15/19 and it works just outstandingly well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the support bracket is ill designed. When I put my powered carpet nozzle on and then attached the support bracket, and then moved the nozzle against the baseboard….the sticky tape surface on the back of the bracket is NOT parallel to the wall. I measured the angle and it's about 15 degrees off. Plus the well where the sweeper handle sets on the bracket is too shallow and the sweeper pops out too easily. Engineering needs to rethink. Otherwise I would readily recommend purchasing.Bally

I loved this vacuum. I used it all the time. It was perfect for my apartment. I used it to vacuum the vinyl flooring before mopping the floor. The problem is that the swivel on the sweeper head broke and there is no replacement parts. I was able to fix it using gorilla glue but that only lasted about 3 months. Now I have a dirt devil that is basically a handheld sweeper (aka dust buster type).Tonya H.

I have received this Utility vacuum as a product review. I am proud owner of Hoover Air Cordless Stick vacuum as my daily companion and as expected, this Utility vacuum also does not disappointed me. After three weeks of Kitchen and Outdoor uses, here are the Pros and Cons Pros – Portable, off-course it is cordless – Made of high quality rugged plastic throughout. – Light weight, easy to open and clear the debris. – The Li-ion battery gives fade free suction power till the end. – Extendable hose has enough length around 6 feet for light duty works. – Even though it is not powerful, the blower function is very helpful in loosening dust and debris from tight corners. – As a wet vacuum, with its 3 gallons bin capacity and portability, it works well above my expectations. – Battery can be used for all other ONEPWR systems. – Easy to clean the Filter and vacuum after a rough use. Everything is easily attach/detachable. Cons – As dry vacuum, it is not up to the expectations, my old Hoover Air Cordless vacuum works much better that this one. – Crevice Tool and Utility Nozzle attachments are loose fitted. I used a tape to tighten it. – Do not expect something mind blowing on Carpets with available attachments. – It is better to have a 3-4 feet straight hose attachment, so that we do not want to bend much while cleaning the floors. – Performance is bad in semi wet conditions. – Very noisy. Keep in mind that it is a battery operated vacuum, do not expect performance of a corded one. I am getting around 10 minutes of work time with 2 Ah battery, even though the specifications. I am expecting Hoover will provide Extendable Hose/Wand like the one comes with ONEPWR High capacity vacuum in the accessories and parts. It is a must attachment to the Utility vacuum. Now I can keep my kitchen as clean and new always, This can lift of every drops/spills and remaining of cuts/slices in seconds and leave the kitchen nice and dry.Butler

I have been using three times in my car and is very powerful but need to work in small areas at the time but the power is even better than others vacuums I have. I had the chance to used it in wet conditions in my shop and works just fine in liquids, the design and the material is made of, make clean up of the vacuum very easy. the only reason I don't rate it with five stars is due to the charger station, the electrical cable to be more accurate. I put the battery to charge since the first time and the time charging was somewhat fast and charge last very long but the cable don't match the good materials and manufacturing of the entire vacuum. it seems to be very fragile and more low quality. in others experiences with several electronic devices, this type of cable is prone to fail due to breakage in the zone where the charger and the cable meets. I don't think I will have any future problems but need to match the good quality of the rest of he equipment. I have seen others brands with better electrical cords. take in consideration that this equipment is design to be used in moderate to heavy duty and the electrical cord looks fragile. I'm very surprised how well is the performance and good material.frankie77

My community was hit with several Tornadoes this summer and the cleanup of the aftermath has been very dusty and emotionally draining. Having this Wet/Dry Cordless Utility Vacuum made a world of difference. The suction power is amazing for either wet or dry messes and the portability made things so nice. Cleaning is less time consuming and I can clean from floor to ceiling and everything in between with no problem! I love my Worx battery powered wet/dry vacuum. For starters, it arrived packaged very nicely, and was also easy to assemble. I did register it at the Worx website, and Customer Service is just a click away! This vacuum has solved a lot of dog hair problems in my home. I have a gorgeous Rough Collie and two sweet little spaniels, so am constantly dealing w/ a lot of fur, dirt, and anything else they drag in. Instead of getting out the large vacuum for this activity, I have the Worx vac in an easy to grab location, and twala – the mess vanishes almost instantly! I was pretty excited for this until the first time I used it, I blew sawdust around. Unfortunately, the air vent is in the same direction as where hose connection, so if you aren't careful, you will blow what you are trying to vacuum. You can turn the vacuum but then you are fighting with a short hose. The other option is to pop off the vent hole cover and let it exhaust straight up… But in my test, that was pretty much always blowing in my face. Why they didn't put the main vent on the opposite side of the hose is beyond me. This may not bother everyone but it was a deal killer for me. I'm going to try a different brand.chip2022

I was really unsure about a cordless shop vac having enough power to really work well. This vac really works great! I love the neon green and stainless steel color! It comes with lots of attachments and they all work wonderfully! The battery charges quickly and lasts quite a while. The suction power is great as well. Very disappointed in this product. Purchased as a Christmas gift for my husband. There was not enough suction (after fully charging) to vacuum his truck. I am very impressed with the Sun Joe 24V-WDV6000 24-Volt iON+ Cordless Portable Stainless Steel Wet/Dry Vacuum Kit. I used it to vacuum my cars and has good suction and plenty of attachments for any hard to get place you need to vacuum. Also I like that I don't need a extension cord for the portable vacuum I can just charge the battery and use it anywhere I need to clean. Love the size and function of this vacuum. The only thing that keeps it from a 5 is that it’s just a tad less power than the plug-in that it replaces for me.
