I have baby fine hair and really dislike conditioners that you leave in. I often use detangler and found this to not only detangle but also condition hair as well. Nice scent, not feminine by any means. One downside is the sprayers on this product shoot more of a stream than a mist so I have to use another spray bottle to get a fine mist. That resulted in deducting a star. I have to say if your hair is oily, this is not the product for you as it does impart conditioning and someone with oily hair would likely find it over conditioned. I thought this was going to be a leave in conditioner spray like pretty much every other one on the market. I was wrong. To start off, this isn't a liquid.It's literally like what comes out of your conditioner bottle, which is to say that for some thing that's marketed and sold as a spray, it's really thick. It kind of half mists, but if you're trying to apply it to you hair in a hurry/quickly, you better find something else because I spent five minutes trying to spray it on to just a quarter of my hair. This is such a cute and sturdy brush. My head is very sensitive and I absolutely hate brushing my hair and even more so when it’s dry. I got this as a sample and so far I really like it. I have curly hair that needs a lot of moisture and this does not disappoint! I have used this for years. I had to throw the last bottle away I thought it was just a fluke. It was too thick to spray out of the bottle. I bought another one and same thing. I found out the formula was changed. I will be looking for a new leave in since the change. One of my favorite products and since the formula change it's terrible. I love this leave in, I've used it for a couple years but the spray pump stops working well about halfway through each bottle. It just sprays in a straight stream which makes it clumpy on the hair! It's so annoying to use. I've tried cleaning the pump off, soaking in hot water, taking it out and spraying water through it until it worked again but as soon as the product is back in the pump it's spraying like a single stream again. I'm going to be trying another leave in because it's so frustrating to use it every day.Nurse222
I have been using biolage my entire life for the past 17 years, my dad has been using it even longer. This week my grandma bought me a new bottle, and it was barely working. It was horrible and I couldn't figure out why. Finally I looked at the ingredients and realized it was completely different. I used to use biolage because my hair is so fine and feathery, but biolage allowed me to brush without my hair breaking. My hair has always been absolutely beautiful and I would constantly recommend the product to people when they asked for my secret. Now the formula is simply awful! It has lost all of it's quality! It left my hair sticky and heavy, and it made the tangles even worse and more difficult to brush out. Even the new smell of it is awful, whereas the old formula smelled so wonderful that I would sometimes use it just so I would smell nice. I couldn’t get the sprayer to work even on the first use. I thought maybe it just took awhile to work it up to the top but…after a minute or two, still NOTHING. Which sucks because that’s what I was most excited about…not having to have a thick hair cream under my finger nails. Was bummed that I couldn’t get the sprayer to work. I’ve tried a lot and this is by far the best. My hair is highly highly processed. I’m a brunette who has now gone blonde and goes to the salon every 8-10 weeks. Wow, finally a leave-in that actually hydrates my heavily bleached high porosity hair. I bought this during the sale because I liked Verb products in the past (the Sea line, before I bleached my hair), and like that the fragrance isn't heavy or obnoxious. I still feel like I need an oil or something to really seal and tame my ends, because they get tangled really easily otherwise. This stuff is amazing. My daughter has long curly hair and this helps so much detangling her thin baby hair without pulling and hurting her. The smell is good too and it refreshes her curls. We use it after bath time and even when getting ready for the day of the morning or if we need to fix bed head from nap time. If I am ever trying to comb my daughter's hair without the product she will say "let me get my spray" and run get the detangler for me to use on her hair. I received a deluxe sized sample of the Oribe Run Through Detangling Primer. It has been sitting on my dressing table for a while and I decided to go ahead and try it. I usually avoid styling products as my hair is very fine. I'm so pleased that I tried it!! It is the most gorgeous product. I was interested in this because there are a few other Oribe products I love (Gold lust hair oil, dry texturizing spray) so I thought I'd give this a try. Does it look great on your counter-yes, do most other detanglers for half the price work better-yes! I'd also like to mention I think your hair type and level of detangling on the regular needed plays an important factor. I have hair with multiple textures, curly on the crown, wavy on the sides and a few random straighter pieces and the base. My hair is dry and gets easily tangled after washing/sleeping/existing… This does nothing to detangle. I will say if I do detangle with a wetbrush and spray after, that my hair feels ok. But then what is the point of this product? I sprayed a lot, it did not work. Bad investment. Keep looking…elle100percent

WOW! This works well on my 4C hair. It took a lot less work to comb through my hair that had sat for 2 weeks in a protective style, especially at the roots that get extra tangled. Plus, the price is great. Oh, and I used it on dry hair even though instructions say to use it on damp hair. I just used plenty to dampen my hair with the product. I have long thin hair that always gets knotted after washing. Not normal knots, large massive matted knots. There are actually not a ton of adult detanglers available that are an affordable option so I was forced to use kids detanglers. I have to say I have found my replacement! First, the smell is amazing! It smells great without being overbearing or making my head smell like a fruit. Second, it actually works! A few sprays and some working in with my fingers and I can tell a noticable difference in the ease of brushing my hair. You don't need to oversaturate your hair with the product, just enough to cover lightly.. All in all I am very happy with the free trial I received and will certainly purchase on my own.

I love this brand but am disappointed in the detangler. so after showers I would spray this and notice soapy spots. naturally I thought this was from not getting the shampoo out all the way so we would go back in and wash it out. then I would spray the detangler again. and what would happen, more soapy spots. so to test it again I would spray it a week later on dry hair in the morning and what would happen, large soapy spots!! the detangler smells great but it leaves large soapy spots. I would spray several times before in sink applying to hair and still soapy spots! I love the shampoo and lotions, but can not recommend the detangler.luc

OK! I have to warn you that this bottle is a mess. The plume of the spray is HUGE. It is so messy to use that I stand in the tub and then clean the tub afterward. If I use it in front of the mirror, the product gets everywhere and coats the floor creating a slip hazard. HOWEVER! The product works so well and I do recommend. Just don't say I didn't warn you about the mess. Because of the continuous spray bottle I am not repurchasing. Its not worth cleaning after every use.
