The concept of this mop is excellent. In order to offer a thorough review I am going to break it down into cons and pros. Pros: 1. Dual tanks: As opposed to other mops, like the Spinwave mop, this mop comes with dual tanks. This idea is great because there is a tank with clean water continuosly providing water to the roller while the other tank collects the dirty water created as the mop cleans your floor. This is a major plus because you are no longer spreading the dirt all around your floors. 2. Three rollers: The fact that 3 rollers are included it makes it really easy to continue using this mop even if one roller is out of service because it's drying. 3. Light weight: The mop is light in weight and it's easy to maneuver throughout my hardwood floors. 4. Built-in Screen: It's nice to have a screen that displays the battery percent remaining as you mop the floors. As it goes down it kind of rushes you to finish the job. LOL 5. Mop and vacuum cleaner combined: This thing can mop and vacuum at the same time. It's great if you want to go straight into mopping without vacuuming. Down side to this is that you will have to clean the dirty water tank and it's not fun. Cons: 1. Price: At $400, I think this mop is too expensive. I was lucky enough to get it when it was on sale for a fraction of the cost. At the price point I bought it, it's a steal. 2. Edges cannot be mopped: This mop will not be able to mop the edges around your house due to how the mop was designed. It leaves about 1 cm or 2 of the hardwood unmopped. I haven't seen a real issue with this but I know some people get upset about this. I have a Roomba J7+ that vacuums the edges real well so I am not really worried about it. Plus, the edges do not get really dirty, it's not a high traffic area. 3. Small tanks: While the concept of dual tanks is awesome, their size is really not. If you are planning to mop around 1,500 Sq. Ft at a time you may have to refill the clean water tank and also discard the water in the dirty water tank at least once. 4. Cleaning the dirty water tank: This mop offers the dual feature of vacuuming and mopping all at once. It's great if you don't want to vacuum before mopping but just keep in mind that YOU will be the one responsible for cleaning the dirty water tank. The tank can get really nasty and you may not like what you see. Thankfully I have a Roomba and I always let it vacuum first before I mop. 5. Battery life: I put this as a con because the battery only lasts for about 35 minutes. If you are wanting to mop a house that is 2,500 Sq. Ft or higher you have to take a long break to let this thing charge again. I would definitely suggest this company to add a bigger battery or offer a fast charging station like Ego does. It would be nice to get back to cleaning within an hour as opposed to waiting for at least 5 full hours.Buenascompras

As someone who owns a home with mostly hardwood floors, small amounts of carpets, and a large number of rugs, I've definitely struggled to find the best and most versatile cleaning solutions. The Floor One S3 is the closest I've come yet to floor cleaning bliss. Things I liked about it: Tidy package with the dock, holds most of the parts and accessories, and you don't have to plug in to charge it, there are contacts in the dock that do this for you. Extra brush roller Self Cleaning mode when you dock Voice announcements for what it's doing as it cleans/changes modes iLoop tells you when it detects dirty floors Things I didn't like as much (Opportunities) HEAVY for it's size Battery life is shorter than expected for the size Auto Mode tends to use more water than I would expect Does this really need wifi? Clean water tank is even smaller/shorter use time than the battery life Doesn't sneak in under things as nimbly as you might hope Voice announcements will definitely need to be shut off, or at least reduced in volume This vac-mop is quite hefty for it's somewhat compact looking size, and is definitely bottom weighted design. The cleaning power and abilities are the best I've seen yet from a vac mop, and I have been zipping it out just to have the satisfaction of cleaning up a particular mess or dust bunny. On the flip side, I feel like I can watch the battery level drop by the second as I use it, and it doesn't quite do my entire main floor of hardwood/tile. The clean water tank seems like I'm constantly filling it. Reading the manual is NOT optional, as you need to know how often to manually clean what. The iLoop display is informative, and I found I was able to charge it up and start using it immediately. I love it, I'm not going back, also I'll keep waiting or the perfect solution, but until then, I'm using this one.dronedad

The Tineco = Floor One S3 Extreme Wet/Dry Hard Floor Cordless Vacuum impressed us both on its very first use. The assembly amounts to snapping the handle into place and putting the clean water tank into place. and that's it! The loop on the handle points forward and where you put it in the machine has a matching groove for the little protrusion on the handle bottom front side so you can't put it on wrong. Plug it in to charge up, add one capful of the enclosed Tineco cleaning/disinfecting solution and go read the book while it charges. It talks to you! Letting you know what its doing or that you need to do to it and its display ring turns from red to blue as to let you know the area that you are cleaning is clean. The voice assist can be turned off if not desired at the time or not desired at all. It's really lightweight and relatively quiet and on normal dirt and dust days it is even self – cleaning.! Just put it back in the charging base and hit the self – cleaning button and it cleans the roller for you. Of course you still have to dump and clean the dirty water tank and filter yourself. And speaking of dirty water we were very surprised at exactly how dirty the water was. I dry mop daily and wet mop when it needs it or at least every other week but the Tineco picked up so much more than that method. It left us with very clean, mopped and vacuumed and shiny vinal and sealed hardwood floors in the time it takes to vacuum only otherwise. Now after a big mess such as spaghetti'o's or something you may have to manually clean the tank and roller but that is an easy task as well. Personally we will generally clean up major messes with paper towels before attempting to use this or anything else before we had this. It can also be used in suction mode only where needed or required. It leaves us with beautifully clean floors and I am very glad to have it Two spare rollers and a spare filter were pack away in the box so be sure and check every piece of cardboard before throwing anything away.PapawJeff

Purchased this product as an update to an original FloorMate, model # H2800, that I've had for many, many years. Have much more floor to wash now and am much older. Wanted the rotating spin-scrub brushes and the much larger wash solution tank which are an improvement over the original model. Am disappointed. The old FloorMate out-performs this newer model in the wet vacuum mode, by far, plus the newer model leaks significantly more wash solution than the older model when stationary. The tank is properly seated so that is not the problem. Thought for sure that Hoover would've gotten a handle on this issue on updated models. While the FloorMate remains a great concept, the performance of this new model is not acceptable to me. Will resort to using my original FloorMate and resign myself to filling the wash solution tank 8-10 times as opposed to 3 times but the flooring will be almost instantly dry. Will 'gift' my sister-in-law with this new model so she can wash her back porch floor with ease as she does not require the same level of almost instant dryness that I prefer.Reenie

This is my 4th floor mate, my last one the brush would not stay attached, This one I'm having a problem with the clear cover staying on. But all in all this is a good concept for cleaning and then rinsing the floor. I wash my floor and then suck up the water, then put clean water in the tank and re rinse the floor. I have 2 old doxie who pee, and this machine really helps with the clean up. I also use it on the rubber mats at my back door during the winter and rainy season. Until summer when I can take my mates outside for a go pressure washing. The company just needs to look at a better design for the brush and now the clear cover.LINDA

I bought this specifically to clean my laminate floors after a basement remodel that left a layer of Sheetrock dust is n the textured laminate. We scrubbed, mopped and everything else to try and clean the laminate, but couldn't get this layer of dirt off the floors. Bought this vac to try since we'd already tried everything else. Mixed the cleaner with a cap full of vinegar and tried an area. Couldn't believe the dirt I emptied out of the container after one pass. After this we decided to move all the furniture and do one whole room. Not only did it get all the dirt out of the distressed floors, it scrubbed the laminate back to looking new. We'll to say the least we ended up doing every room in the house because the dust had come up through all the vents. The heavy traffic areas we did twice and still were able to pull additional dirt off the floors. I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of research before buying and the main reason I decided on this one was because of the rotating brushes. They scrub the floors in both directions and suck up the water when pulling it back. I live this vac and have also used on my tile floors. It does not clean the grout, but I wouldn't expect it to, but does an amazing job on the tile. I will be making another quick pass to n all the floors again just to see how much additional dirt I can get off. Great purchase, don't be scared by the other reviews. The vac will leak a little when water is in the cleaning container and you leave it in one spot, so if storing with water in the tank, our a towel under it.Doug

I've tested a decent amount of vacuums over the last decade. This is the first one I've tested that was made for hard surfaces and I was excited to get it mostly for my wife who always uses whatever other vacuum on our hard floors almost interchangeably as our carpeted areas. While I normally would sweep hard floors and them vacuum up the pile or let our robot vacuum with mop attachment do all the work for me. Setup was a little overwhelming looking at first but not too bad. The whole thing comes in more pieces than I would normally expect to find but the instructions lay out what everything is pretty nicely and after the initial shock it wasn't too hard to figure it out. I put it all together and let it charge over night (it suggests at least 4-5 hours of charge time before the initial use). I'm pretty happy with the steps required to actually use this vacuum. It's mostly a supplement to our robot vacuum/mop. I'm happy with the robot but we usually go around the are and pick up/move everything off of the floor in the entire upstairs before we run it so it's a process. It does a good job but the setup and reconstruction of the area before running it makes us use it far less than I'd like. So having a vacuum that's made for sweeping and mopping that I can easily setup and break down is key. When you want to use this, just fill up the clean water tank with mostly water and a small cap-full of soap. Then you're ready to go. The first time I hit the power button, I was surprised as it kind of drives itself forward. Pretty nice to lighten the load but you're also fighting against that push when your pull the vacuum back again. Overall it was a nice little assist, I think. The vacuum and mop did a pretty nice job of cleaning the floor pretty quickly but it did require an empty and refill of the tanks before I was finished. That doesn't take too long so it was no big deal. After I was done doing the whole upstairs area, the battery still had about 60% left (I was worried because when I first started it up, it looked like the battery was draining very quickly). The nice thing about having a screen with all the information on it is that you can see at a glance how hard the vacuum is working and what battery level is remaining. After you're done the instructions recommend you clean the dirty and clean water tanks as well as the roller and roller protector after each use. This is the only annoying part since you can't really just grab the vacuum to do a quick job and put it back but the cleanup of these things doesn't take too long. The base station does include an auto-clean feature for the roller so you have that going for you and there were 2 additional rollers included with this vacuum so you can always just rotate them if you need to clean one. Apparently there's an app that goes with this vacuum. The instructions just said that you can "perform all functions from the app" but I don't really know what functions those are. I did not download the app and can't imagine what I would possibly need it for. The functions on the vacuum are very minimal and can be adjusted with just a few pushes of the 3 buttons on the vacuum. I just didn't want another app on my phone. The only weird thing I didn't love about this vacuum was how it sat on the charging station. It leans forward quite a bit for some reason. I would expect it to just sit straight up and down but when the head is locked and you place it on the charger the handle leans forward at what feels like a 30 degree angle. Far more than you'd expect. Enough that I thought I was doing something wrong. I couldn't figure out a better way to place it on the charger though so I'm going to assume it's just how it was designed. I got used to it quickly enough but it was a weird thing when I first saw it. Overall, I like the vacuum. It does a good job supplementing our robot vacuum by being easy to get up and running and being easy to break down and clean when we're done (while not needing to break down the entire upstairs before using it since we can move things while vacuuming). If you're looking for a nice hard surface vacuum/mop and this fits your budget, give it a look. I was impressed with it for the most part.swemoney

I never taught about using a vacmop before i was kind of skeptical and it would take me a while to clean my hardwood floors .. was kind of an event to say. Not anymore… thanks to this Tineco Floor One s5 Extreme i’m actually looking forward to do it now. I will attach some pictures to see what comes in the box and it’s pretty straight forward plug and play kind of situation as well with some before and after situation. Everything is very intuitive to use but you can check the book or type the name of it on youtube and they have an interactive video in how to use it for first time. It comes with 2 extra brushes and an extra filter that will come in handy when you’ll wash and let dry the ones that you’ll be using first(about 24hrs) they recommended doing that after each use and you’ll want to do that and don’t forget to empty the messy water each time so u prevent bad odors. The design and features are very modern … it has a voice and a screen that will assist you in your cleaning process. To be mentioned here is the feature that senses the proportion of a mess when on auto and turns gradually the blue light into a red one, sign that you should insist in that particular area till becomes completely blue and it’s scary accurate!!! The stand acts like a support and charger (which will take somewhere 3-4hrs for it to be fully juiced up). They also recommend using ONLY Tineco cleaning solution or just plain water. I totally underestimated this machine. When I turned it on, the brush kicked in and almost dragged me acoss the floor! Not really, but I was surprised by how powerful the brush was for such a compact package. This mop is no joke. I'm a busy and stressed-out professional, so lots of housekeeping chores don't get done on a regular basis. I've been meaning to clean the kitchen floor for quite a while — I had food and coffee spills, tracked mud, etc, on the floor in places, and serious grossness under the oven and fridge. I figured that I'd give this machine a workout. It really worked. It took several passes in some areas, but the machine just kept working at the mess until it was all clean. The dirty tank strains out the solid materials to make it easy to dump without clogging your sink. It also uses less water than I would expect, so I didn't have to dump the tank nearly as often as I thought I would have to. The clean tank and the dirty tank have good capacity. One super thoughtful little detail is that both tanks have flat bottoms, so they can be put upright on the counter, and you don't have to lean them against anything like you do with other wet vacuums. I really like how it is as maneuverable as a light vacuum, it does a great job on hard floors and we can also use it on floor mats that aren't too thick. That brush-forward design really gets right up to edges and corners. It is very user-friendly. The display is large, bright and useful, and the voice prompts are really helpful. Even self-cleaning is super easy. I'm just not sure what benefits you get from the app or its wifi connection.Snarltoof

I bought a Bissell crosswave cordless max last year for Christmas because this was sold out. Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time. My Bissell broke and again it hasn't even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I'd buy my original choice and I'm far from disappointed. The issues I had with the Bissell I don't with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn't pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up. The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily. I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn't have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.Alysun Lusty

I chose this thanks to the Vacuum Wars youtube channel. We used to have a Bissell Crosswave but it didn't last long at all. It started to smell pretty quickly and got clogged a lot (dog hair gang!) I assumed it was our habits so we bought a second one and the same thing happened again, even with more vacuuming and better Crosswave cleaning habits. This time I decided the extra money would be worth it and so far it definitely has been! The only con so far: the clean water tank really should be larger. We have a medium house, nothing large or fancy, and we can't even get through a full room (kitchen especially) without refilling the tank.Cam

Overall: I really love it! Easy to use, quick and sufficient; Great for daily use & for family with pet. I do list detailed limitations below but it solves my biggest problem (a quick daily cleanning) so I am still happy. Pros: – Battery is sufficient for 800-900 sq.ft – Capture pet (cat) hair, dust, and small trash on floor; great for daily clean; – Its design makes it easy to move; – Less noisy compared to Roomba/regular vacuum (but still not quite; just relatively quieter) ; Limitations: – The clean water tank is kind of small; requires refill if you use max clean mode or have a slower cleanning process; For dirty water tank, it's enough for cleanning process but usually require to dump all dirty water before its self-clean (so it does not over the dirty water limit) – It has clean gap (about 3cm/1.2 in) on the edge that its brush cannot reach so cannot work for near kitchen cabinet cleanning; also its wide brush design makes it hard to go into corners near toilet; – Its brush is designed not to hurt flooring which means it also cannot do deep cleanning (e.g. clean out stains on tile grout) – Cleaning dirty water tank can be nasty if you have pet and long hair;Ali

I bought this machine recently and used it to strip and refinish a VCT tile floor in my 400 square foot barber shop. I refinished the floors this weekend, and unlike scrubbing the floors by hand, the only time I had to get on my knees was the moment I was thanking God for this machine. The Oreck Ultra with the pads I purchased (all bought at my local Oreck Store) is about the same cost of one strip and shine by a local floor company (which the floor needs yearly) and now I own the machine! I used the black pad with a cleaning solution to strip the old finish and smooth out the many, many scratches that had accumulated over the past months. I used the terry bonnet to give it a once-over before letting it dry overnight. Today I applied the finish, and BAM! New floor, and I did it myself! I have wooden floors throughout my home and plan to use the Oreck on those as well. WORTH EVERY PENNY. So easy to use (you can run it with one hand) and made in the USA. Used to get old dark stains as well as urine smell out of the grout in a pet grooming salon & daycare. I have a very sensitive nose and I can smell urine or feces in another room as soon as it happens. And still after we would clean using commercial disinfectant & enzyme, it would not go away unless we actually scrubbed the tile with Oxiclean. And no one ever wanted to do it and it cost a lot of time and money outside of business hours. But bring out this machine as it can do a large room in an hour. So far we have had more success with using it with Oxyclean & orange brush (we have no tried any others). Now my employees don't mind scrubbing using "Agatha" as we have named it. She dances around the salon doing the dirty work. 😆. No more back breaking on our hands and knees. I just wish the brush attachment had bristles through the center as well. Since we figured out that the bristles have to be concentrated into the grout lines. I doubt we will have to do that the second time with regular maintenance but our grout was really dirty to start. You also have to make sure that you wipe the grout lines with a towel afterwards. Mopping up the tile afterwards just simply isn't enough. But the grout is truly clean again that even the dogs no longer want to mark the tile due to the urine smell that would seep deep down into the grout no matter how much chemical or enzyme we would use.Pet Business Owner

I bought my Dupray Neat Steamer 2 years ago. It’s become one of my favorite cleaning tools for tackling the tough and weird to clean things like the couch and our big area rug. One of my favorite things Ive ever bought. Its so easy to use. I absolutely love it. I love that I can use my own cloths on it instead of purchasing the expensive pads. It does come with 3. My only complaints are I wish the hose detached and it would be nice if there was a safety switch so I could lock the trigger so my 2 year old cant mess with it. If I need to take a break I have to shut it off and put it up so he cant get it. Then I have to wait for it to heat back up. Other than that its definitely worth the price.Beth

I've been using this steam cleaner for a while now. I used it to completely clean an apartment that I was moving out of and the landlord was impressed with the cleaning job that we did. The carpet was a little trampled down in the high traffic areas and the stream treatment helped to bring it back to its former fluffy self. I have many animals and hardwood and tile throughout my home. I have had a Shark and Orek steam mops before and thought they did a decent job. But I am a hardcore Bissell fan when it comes to vacuums because of the massive shedding from the pets not to mention my drooling Mastiffs. I went with this Bissell for the brand and am more than satisfied with my choice. This model, 1940W, does an exceptional job of cleaning both my hardwood and tile floors without streaking or having to go over the saliva enzymes 20x before it lifts. I can really clean my floors easily on the medium setting and did my kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallway which is about 1600sq. feet without having to refill the tank. The scrubbing pad made easy work of getting up any spills or sticky spots, all in one quick motion. This is steamer mop is far better than the other two I had. The cord is plenty long and the scent discs which I didn't think would be a big deal actually are. The whole house smelled wonderful and the scent even wafted upstairs. The large pad surface and swivel head are a huge plus. I highly recommend this product and Bissell in particular.ShoppingSherpa

I bought this when it was deeply discounted to replace my other current options, which were either a bucket/mop with a lil fabuloso or pinesol or getting on my hands and knees with a rag. I already have a Dyson handheld cordless vacuum, so I decided not to get the vacuum steam mop combo version, and just get this lighter steam mop only instead. Just as the Dyson made me not mind vacuuming, I thought that getting the lighter steam mop would do the same for me but for mopping, even though it's corded. I have to say, it does what it says it'll do. It's not as detailed as spending hours in the floor with a hand-rag, or as deep cleaning as soaking the tile floor with a mop-bucket but it's wayyyyy less mess, dries wayyyy faster, it's wayyyy more ergonomic, and more likely that I'll do this more often than the other two methods, which was basically out of desperation once a year. I also really like that the pads are reusable and washable, even if it's kind of a pain to remember to wash them, and don't even mind the cord. It's the perfect length to cover my entire kitchen without unplugging. Glad I held out for this. I'm actually looking forward to having and maintaining somewhat clean floors from now on. #sweepstakesErin

This is my 2nd machine. I love the ease of using it, as it doesn't hurt my back like mopping with a large mop however it has its drawbacks. I have multiple large dogs and a family that is in the landscaping business so we always have dirt and mud being tracked in. My kitchen floor is vinyl tile and white so everything is easily noticed. The first one I bought lasted about 8 months and then a piece broke off where the water is sucked into so I had to quit using. I bought the 2nd one and made sure to take extra care but I'm experiencing what many on here have stated. It takes me 3 tanks do to my kitchen which is about 300 sq ft. Because I have to go over each area multiple times. Ii don't mind doing this but it's a lit of starts and stops to get the floor cleaned. However once it's done it looks great. I wish there was a way that you could make the brushes scrub harder for the tough spots, and maybe add a heater to keep the water hot so the floor would be cleaned faster. Also because of its size you can't get into the hard to reach places and you would still have to mop those areas. I will continue to use my machine until it breaks down but hopefully their will be improvement soon. Lastly as everyone has stated the machine does leave water trails especially when standing still, I have just learned to clean those up as I go and when I'm done I have to papertowel the last spot to soak up the water.Colleen

I was expecting great things from this particular PowerDash product. But after reading the reviews, it was true, the vacuum didn't pick up the water left on the floor as I was expecting. I called customer service and she said to add some water in the collecting tank but it still didn't pick up much water. I miss the Floormate (sold out). I will wait for that. I like Hoover products. I realize people can be very harsh and critical and say don't buy this but you gain even better ideas from their comments. I don't expect a miracle from any machine. I can't expect a product to miraculously clean the grout of the tile. It's really a blessing that companies such as yours can give us an easier way of living. I had a floormate for 15 years that needed to be replaced. I purchased the PoweDash Hard Floor cleaner in May 2022 The new machine was flimsy and inferior design from the old machine from the onset. Less than six months later, it no longer works. The machine stopped dispersing the liquid onto the floor. My husband, a mechanical engineer, evaluated the machine with no success. I contacted Bed Bath and Beyond and I was instructed to call the manufacturer. That was done and three days later there is still no callback from the message left. Save your money and the headache. I love this steam mop. It is super easy to use and saves so much time. I have 5 cats and a dog, my floors get gross quickly and are very difficult to keep clean. This mop takes all the effort out of scrubbing the floor. What use to take almost an hour takes about 15 mins. The cord is super long and the steam mop is very sturdy but not to heavy. With the spin setting it basically walks on the floor all by itself. This has made my floors look great andy life so much easier. This is my 4th of 5 big shark item and I seriously love them all. Shark is such an innovative and dependable brand it's my new go to.Morganssss

I was so excited to unbox the Shark S7201 Steam & Scrub with Steam that I received in exchange for my use and honest review. It came very securely packed and all items were in perfect condition. A handy instruction booklet was included. I was happy to discover how easy this product is to use – the pads connect very easily and the Steam & Scrub is so easy to operate – just the touch of a finger and the pads do all the work for you. There is a Steam Blaster mode that makes hard-to-scrub spills come right up. My favorite thing about this product is that I can feel good about not having to use harsh chemicals on my floors – with pets this is a real concern. I have owned a steam mop before but it just wasn't that great. It would move the dirt around. You really have to vacuum well before you use a steam mop because this does not actually pick up the loose dirt. It was easy to put together, however, when I was trying to turn it on the first time, it kept blinking. You need to pull back the handle for it to start. It uses distilled water to preserve the inside parts. The hot water will disinfect your floor but I also squirted a bit of cleaner on the floor after a pet accident. You should not add chemicals to the water reserve. Once turned on, it kind of moves itself around but it is not hard to pull back. I love that it has lights so you can see the dirt better. It has 4 pads, which I definitely need. I do pet sitting and my floors get filthy quickly so the added extra pads allow me to continue on instead of stopping to wash the pads. The water reserve is not large so you will have to add more water. I didn't see a notification light as to when the water is low, which would help. There may be one, but I didn't see it. This mop gets the job done quickly! And most importantly feels so nice on my feet after I am done. The rotating pads really do a good job. There is a steam button for heavily soiled spots. It did not get rid of some of the dried-up gook but I just took a sponge and scrubbed it a little. I like not having to use harmful chemicals to clean the floor and feel good using this around pets. The pads are easily washed in the washing machine and you can add bleach if they become stained. I have used this on both tile and laminate. I am extremely happy with this mop. It definitely beats using a regular mop.LoriH

I usually use a spray mop but it wasn’t getting the stuck on food from the floor. I’ve tried many other mops and nothing worked. This Bissel eventually gets the stuck on food off- you just have to keep the spin mop over the food for about 60 seconds. It’s better than getting on your hands and knees to scrape off the food. I didn’t notice much of a difference between the regular mop pads and the scrub ones. It feels like you’re operating a professional floor cleaner. I used an all purpose cleaner rather than the Bissel solution. It works well without their solution. I like that the water canister comes off completely and can be cleaned. I’ve used a steam mop of theirs in the past and it would get moldy because the canister couldn’t be removed. I’ll still keep my spray mop for quick messes. The Bissel takes longer to clean the whole floor but does a deeper clean.Sarah B

Save your money! I wish I would have listened to the previous reviews. It’s basically a mop. It did not have enough pressure to reach the grout. I had to apply foot pressure myself, & it still didn’t do much. I’m also left with a big watery mess. I've tested a decent amount of vacuums over the last decade. This is the first one I've tested that was made for hard surfaces and I was excited to get it mostly for my wife who always uses whatever other vacuum on our hard floors almost interchangeably as our carpeted areas. While I normally would sweep hard floors and them vacuum up the pile or let our robot vacuum with mop attachment do all the work for me. Setup was a little overwhelming looking at first but not too bad. The whole thing comes in more pieces than I would normally expect to find but the instructions lay out what everything is pretty nicely and after the initial shock it wasn't too hard to figure it out. I put it all together and let it charge over night (it suggests at least 4-5 hours of charge time before the initial use). I'm pretty happy with the steps required to actually use this vacuum. It's mostly a supplement to our robot vacuum/mop. I'm happy with the robot but we usually go around the are and pick up/move everything off of the floor in the entire upstairs before we run it so it's a process. It does a good job but the setup and reconstruction of the area before running it makes us use it far less than I'd like. So having a vacuum that's made for sweeping and mopping that I can easily setup and break down is key. When you want to use this, just fill up the clean water tank with mostly water and a small cap-full of soap. Then you're ready to go. The first time I hit the power button, I was surprised as it kind of drives itself forward. Pretty nice to lighten the load but you're also fighting against that push when your pull the vacuum back again. Overall it was a nice little assist, I think. The vacuum and mop did a pretty nice job of cleaning the floor pretty quickly but it did require an empty and refill of the tanks before I was finished. That doesn't take too long so it was no big deal. After I was done doing the whole upstairs area, the battery still had about 60% left (I was worried because when I first started it up, it looked like the battery was draining very quickly). The nice thing about having a screen with all the information on it is that you can see at a glance how hard the vacuum is working and what battery level is remaining. After you're done the instructions recommend you clean the dirty and clean water tanks as well as the roller and roller protector after each use. This is the only annoying part since you can't really just grab the vacuum to do a quick job and put it back but the cleanup of these things doesn't take too long. The base station does include an auto-clean feature for the roller so you have that going for you and there were 2 additional rollers included with this vacuum so you can always just rotate them if you need to clean one. Apparently there's an app that goes with this vacuum. The instructions just said that you can "perform all functions from the app" but I don't really know what functions those are. I did not download the app and can't imagine what I would possibly need it for. The functions on the vacuum are very minimal and can be adjusted with just a few pushes of the 3 buttons on the vacuum. I just didn't want another app on my phone. The only weird thing I didn't love about this vacuum was how it sat on the charging station. It leans forward quite a bit for some reason. I would expect it to just sit straight up and down but when the head is locked and you place it on the charger the handle leans forward at what feels like a 30 degree angle. Far more than you'd expect. Enough that I thought I was doing something wrong. I couldn't figure out a better way to place it on the charger though so I'm going to assume it's just how it was designed. I got used to it quickly enough but it was a weird thing when I first saw it. Overall, I like the vacuum. It does a good job supplementing our robot vacuum by being easy to get up and running and being easy to break down and clean when we're done (while not needing to break down the entire upstairs before using it since we can move things while vacuuming). If you're looking for a nice hard surface vacuum/mop and this fits your budget, give it a look. I was impressed with it for the most part.swemoney

I never taught about using a vacmop before i was kind of skeptical and it would take me a while to clean my hardwood floors .. was kind of an event to say. Not anymore… thanks to this Tineco Floor One s5 Extreme i’m actually looking forward to do it now. I will attach some pictures to see what comes in the box and it’s pretty straight forward plug and play kind of situation as well with some before and after situation. Everything is very intuitive to use but you can check the book or type the name of it on youtube and they have an interactive video in how to use it for first time. It comes with 2 extra brushes and an extra filter that will come in handy when you’ll wash and let dry the ones that you’ll be using first(about 24hrs) they recommended doing that after each use and you’ll want to do that and don’t forget to empty the messy water each time so u prevent bad odors. The design and features are very modern … it has a voice and a screen that will assist you in your cleaning process. To be mentioned here is the feature that senses the proportion of a mess when on auto and turns gradually the blue light into a red one, sign that you should insist in that particular area till becomes completely blue and it’s scary accurate!!! The stand acts like a support and charger (which will take somewhere 3-4hrs for it to be fully juiced up). They also recommend using ONLY Tineco cleaning solution or just plain water. Make sure you youse warm-hot water with or without solution since will tackle the dirt better. I’m happy with the product and it really saves me a lot of time and does a great job!!!Denisik91

I totally underestimated this machine. When I turned it on, the brush kicked in and almost dragged me acoss the floor! Not really, but I was surprised by how powerful the brush was for such a compact package. This mop is no joke. I'm a busy and stressed-out professional, so lots of housekeeping chores don't get done on a regular basis. I've been meaning to clean the kitchen floor for quite a while — I had food and coffee spills, tracked mud, etc, on the floor in places, and serious grossness under the oven and fridge. I figured that I'd give this machine a workout. It really worked. It took several passes in some areas, but the machine just kept working at the mess until it was all clean. The dirty tank strains out the solid materials to make it easy to dump without clogging your sink. It also uses less water than I would expect, so I didn't have to dump the tank nearly as often as I thought I would have to. The clean tank and the dirty tank have good capacity. One super thoughtful little detail is that both tanks have flat bottoms, so they can be put upright on the counter, and you don't have to lean them against anything like you do with other wet vacuums. I really like how it is as maneuverable as a light vacuum, it does a great job on hard floors and we can also use it on floor mats that aren't too thick. That brush-forward design really gets right up to edges and corners. It is very user-friendly. The display is large, bright and useful, and the voice prompts are really helpful. Even self-cleaning is super easy. I'm just not sure what benefits you get from the app or its wifi connection.Snarltoof

I love Bona! It is so much sturdier than the Swiffer alternative! The pads get more dirt and grime off the floor and the cleaner doesn’t have as strong of a smell. It’s awesome if you have pets or kids because it requires so much less scrubbing. It’s honestly just so good!emily.m

I had ordered another mop sweeper before getting this one. The other one was terrible. I absolutely love this mop. I am very impressed with the way it cleans the floor. It does a nice job. It also doesn't leave the floor soaking wet. The floor dries very quickly. I really like the fact that you can fill the reservoir with your own cleaning agent. I don't have to spend money on only prefilled chambers. I am able to use my choice of cleaning product.Michelle

My biggest concern about this product is that the functionality of the mop is completely useless. The Velcro that is used to attach the mop heads to the device has ripped off after only a couple of months of light usage. I've tried super gluing the Velcro To no end and so every time I try to remove the mop pads I end up pulling the Velcro off with it….additionally because the product is not very weighted where the mop attaches to the device you get an uneven clean. there is more pressure on the center of the pad than there is on the edges so its kind of a light gloss over the floor… so you end up taking more time to get a more even clean. You can just tell when you remove the map pads that the the sides of the mop pad are never quite as dirty as the center is. I tried with bona I really did but I give up at this point time to upgrade to something better.Shay

the flip my is my favorite mop to wash my floors. Easy to use, remove and wash three or four times each time i use it, but I never use the drop mop side because i prefer to use a broom and a cotton dust mop. I believe cotton picks up dirt better. I don't like having to wash the heavier dust mop side at the same time. I'd prefer a mop with a two sided wash head. I love the flip mop design!! And it stores flat in a corner, but I've had to add a little wire in the loop on the handle so I can hang it flat behind a door also.judy

Let me start out with saying unlike these other paid "spark" reviews, mine is not paid for. I received nothing to make this review. Now my credentials, I am a small business owner. We are formally known as a "Building Maintenance Contractor." We clean offices, restaurants, banks and some medical facilities. I saw this mop at my local Walmart last night and saw the price tag, it was very affordable for just about anybody, coming in at a little lower than $12.00 before taxes with replacement heads approximately $7.00. I took it for a test run and immediately found out why it is so affordable. The sweeping dry mop is a good residential solution, it picked up every micro particle you could imagine. It was very difficult to get corners, under floor trim, against sides of walls and under appliances though. We ended up finishing the sweeping with a regular broom. The real issue is with the application of the liquid for the damp mop. They first of all recommend using water only, no disinfectant, which is NOT a sanitary solution. Secondly, after your first mop application the dry mop is now rendered absolutely useless as the fabic acts as a sponge and gets the dry mop wet. Thirdly, this mop is very hard to move over linoleum. The damp mop portion should "glide" whilst instead "sticks" to the surface. Overall, our solution remains with Rubbermaid QuickConnect and has for many years for wet mopping and any dry mopping is done with any janitorial green dry mop.MikeP

Two thirds of our home is Laid with hardwood floors and the rest is tile. I love our floors but unlike carpet it does not hiding any dirt! In fact every piece of lint, hair or whatever shows! But, when it’s clean you know your floors are clean! I love this mop, it’s part of what keeps my floors clean! It works well for what it was designed for. It is one of the tools used in the regular regiment of my cleaning. All floors are dust mopped, vacuumed then steam mopped. But, my steam mop doesn’t fit under my beds so I use a clean pad that I put into my sink where I have warm water mixed with a little cleaner, then gently wring it out and place it on the mop head and mop under the beds until I have the clean I want. The materials the mop pad itself is made from is plush and seems to be of good quality. it has held up pretty well. The only real issues that keeps me from giving this little fiber mop the 5 stars that it should deserve are two things. The mops head ‘closures’ that are supposed to hold the pad tightly on the mop head are made out of lesser than good quality material!! They wore out after about 25-30 machine washings. And, I have the Sensor LG Front loader Set so there were no agitators that caused the problem. The closures completely quit working on both pads! The other issue I have is the rudeness of the replies by OCedars Customer towards people who were just trying to get a simple question answered! There’s a question an answer section so why should we have to call in? I ask a question then read all the questions and answers or lack of! The same simple question was asked multiple times but was never answered! One person ask how wide it was (either referring to the mop head or pad) they got answered correctly or close enough it would be easy to figure out. But, when others ask how long it was instead of giving the (mop head or pad length) they were given the pole length. That same answer was repeated! I’m sorry but we don’t care about the pole length. Since you make more than one size mop, when we are buying these mops we need to know the mop head or replacement pad size so we can buy extra pads! That’s why it’s important for you to answer our questions!Cathy

I bought the corded Spinwave because I needed extended time to clean hardwood floors after removing carpet. It did a great job removing built up padding print on the hardwood floor with the scrub pads. Then after drying, I used the soft pads to apply another hardwood cleaner to help the floors shine. I had to wash the scrub pads frequently because they lifted so much dirt from the floor. I also used it on my hardwood and it really made them shine. Plan to use on a couple more projects with hardwood floors that need some help. Definitely liked using hot water with cleaner as directed and no battery to recharge. Worked smoothly unless pads got off center. Would definitely recommend!Carolyn

I used this product on my wood floors that are almost 6 years old and it gave my floors a new life. It didn't leave any residue like wood floor cleaners usually do, and left no streaks. I have small hands and had somewhat of a hard time holding it. Maybe you can add a handle with some kind of pressing attachment. I bought a Bissell crosswave cordless max last year for Christmas because this was sold out. Originally I wanted this I did a lot of research and thought the Tineco one was far more advanced considering they had come out at the same time. My Bissell broke and again it hasn't even been a year I did not buy the warranty for it because I thought it would at least last a year. But I decided I'd buy my original choice and I'm far from disappointed. The issues I had with the Bissell I don't with this. Bissell was bad at streaking and would leave a puddle of water behind the brush roller was so soft it wouldn't pick up dried messes larger food bits would be pushed in front of the Bissell instead of being picked up. The Tineco one is streak free has a studier brush roller that makes picks up dried messes easily it is an auto mode machine so it distributes water and detects water never leaves a puddle behind large food objects like dog kibble gets picked up easily. I have a fairly high number of animals and a senior dog who doesn't have 100% bladder control so these machines are used day in day out. I recommend this to anyone its perfect for everyday use light to heavy messes.Alysun Lusty

I chose this thanks to the Vacuum Wars youtube channel. We used to have a Bissell Crosswave but it didn't last long at all. It started to smell pretty quickly and got clogged a lot (dog hair gang!) I assumed it was our habits so we bought a second one and the same thing happened again, even with more vacuuming and better Crosswave cleaning habits. This time I decided the extra money would be worth it and so far it definitely has been! The only con so far: the clean water tank really should be larger. We have a medium house, nothing large or fancy, and we can't even get through a full room (kitchen especially) without refilling the tank.Cam

Overall: I really love it! Easy to use, quick and sufficient; Great for daily use & for family with pet. I do list detailed limitations below but it solves my biggest problem (a quick daily cleanning) so I am still happy. Pros: – Battery is sufficient for 800-900 sq.ft – Capture pet (cat) hair, dust, and small trash on floor; great for daily clean; – Its design makes it easy to move; – Less noisy compared to Roomba/regular vacuum (but still not quite; just relatively quieter) ; Limitations: – The clean water tank is kind of small; requires refill if you use max clean mode or have a slower cleanning process; For dirty water tank, it's enough for cleanning process but usually require to dump all dirty water before its self-clean (so it does not over the dirty water limit) – It has clean gap (about 3cm/1.2 in) on the edge that its brush cannot reach so cannot work for near kitchen cabinet cleanning; also its wide brush design makes it hard to go into corners near toilet; – Its brush is designed not to hurt flooring which means it also cannot do deep cleanning (e.g. clean out stains on tile grout) – Cleaning dirty water tank can be nasty if you have pet and long hair;Ali

Really disappointed with the strength of the handle. I'm not swinging on it by any means, but the ability for it to break at the first joint [not surprising – weakest area] in the second stroke left me bent over to finish the floor. Couldn't unscrew it to reseat it….Super Bummed! First time using the product. Fresh out of the box. Hoping that the floors come out nicely. I recently used my new Rejuvenate Microfiber Mop Kit With Reusable Microfiber Pads – Clean, Dust & Restore Set. I love it! It's super easy to use and light weight. The pads are super easy on and off. I was a little confused at first because it didn't come with instructions. I always read instructions to make sure I'm doing things right. So, once I passed that hurdle I was very happy with how easy the product is. I like that the head has a lot of motion to help navigate hard to reach places. The fact I can just wash the pads in my laundry when I am done is awesome. My toddler wants to help me clean. OMG… How awesome is that. One other thing about the product is that it has a list of cleaners you can use with the product. I'm not a hundred percent sure if the cleaners you can get for it are non toxic and safe for the planet, but if so awesome. I have little people I need my floor to be clean and safe. I’ve had this Rejuvenate microfiber mood for a a few weeks now. I am in love with it! Having laminate floors with 2 boys and 2 dogs means dusting and mopping daily. Having to drag the vacuum out daily was taking a toll on my time and energy. The dusting pad glides easily across both laminate and tile flooring. The pad collects dirt and dust easily and sticks to it. No dust or dirt particles are left behind. It is so much quicker as opposed to dragging the heavy vacuum daily. I love that the mopping pad has more texture to it as I am able to scrub dried up messes easily. The mop itself is very light weight and easy to move. And the best part? The pads are machine washable! I can throw them in the laundry daily. I would recommend the Rejuvenate Microfiber Mop to anyone.Jess.

We got this dust mop for our floors and getting under low furniture. The mop comes detached from the handle, the handle clicks on easy. The handle stays clicked in too. It is easy to do quick a sweep of the floor now. One thing to note and I think it's a good thing, the mop looks a bit more than 12 inches. It's good because 14" gets more floor swept than 12" 🙂 See image compared to a ruler. It's definitely at least 12" and maybe a bit more. Great dust mop, functional, and cute.BeachDogs

This mop is easy to use and moves around the floor easily and has a lot of flexibility. Goes under almost everything. The handle telescopes pretty par and has good reach. The only weakness is where the handle connects to the mop head. Seems flimsy. The mop head is heavy duty and the looks very solid. Overall a nice product for wooden floors.MikeHM

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review.we finally moved into a house with mostly wood and laminate floors. It's easier to maintain, except you can see all dust and small particles on the floors. With this big dust mop I can go get the floors in few motions and keep them clean during the week before big weekend clean up. Even better, it's easier to clean under coaches without trying to sweep from underneath or move furniture to access all the dust bunnies. The cloth can be easily removed for washing.Hana

Overall I am pleased with my new Oreck Orbiter BUT….. when I received my machine I was so excited to try it out however I did not receive any pads or brushes with the machine! I did not see anywhere on the website where the pads needed to be ordered separately! I really wish Oreck would put that on their website. I had to wait another 7 days before I could even try it. When I finally received my pads/brushes I immediately tried on my wood floors—— all I can say is WOW! I am excited to try on carpet next. Bought the Oreck Orbiter after researching and reading MANY reviews on several floor cleaners. We have tile floors in both foyers with nooks and crannies that I have cleaned in the past with a brush on my hands and knees. I was in need of a better way, and the Orbiter was my choice. The Orbiter is pricey, but it is well worth the money paid. It took me 3 days to complete the butler pantry foyer on my knees. When I purchased the Orbiter I cleaned the main foyer in less than one day, and it is about three times the size of the butler pantry foyer! When I discovered it also can be used to clean carpet, I ordered the necessary accessories, and today I cleaned carpet. AMAZING!! The traffic area in my husband's office is pristine.
