20 Best Hair Oil For Dry Damaged Hair (Feb 2023 Update)

This has been a godsend for me personally. It's also the only oil I've consistently repurchased. A little goes a long way so the large bottle lasts quite a while. It helps reduce frizz all over and leaves hair looking so healthy and shiny. Again, a little goes a long way, rub between hands well before applying. Definitely test out how much your hair needs because it won't be much. I digress. I let it set a bit before messing with my hair and my curls are so soft and so bouncy after. My curls are between a 3a and 3b so this oil is a miracle oil for me. Highly, highly recommend!anastasia.h

First, let’s talk initially how gorgeous this packaging is because I think we need to take a moment to appreciate it 😍 Initially as I opened the product the entire cap came off and I was wondering how to properly apply this product. I had no idea there was actually a pump because it’s hard to tell and you end up taking the entire cap off. After reading other reviews apparently I’m not the only one this has happened too. Not sure why that happens but it is alittle off putting however if you just pull up on the cap a pump is included for the product to be dispensed, I absolutely love the smell! It smells so good and is heavily scented if that’s not your thing. I used this on my hair two different ways. I applied it to mostly the ends when it was wet after a shower which I didn’t really like the way it made my hair feel. It didn’t feel like it was absorbing into my hair. I also used it dry on the ends and to help flyaways stay down as it was dry and I was blow drying and straightening. I didn’t notice any long term improvement to my hair after using this product but it does smell amazing and keep my frizz at bay. I have curly hair with lots of damage and I definitely need a good oil. I prefer a leave in conditioner but I definitely think a oil has a place in a hair care routine as well. For the price I probably wouldn’t repurchase this product but I definitely want to try other products from this company. I got this in a set with the Oribe Gold Lust Shampoo and Conditioner. I really do love the set and feel that they work as a whole to keep my hair silky. I have bleached hair and when using other hair care brands I feel like my hair feels very dry. With Oribe products, my hair feels healthy and rarely gets tangled unlike when using other brands. I tested out Briogeo's be gentle be kind set in the Banana scent and it not only did it dry out my hair, it also gave me A LOT of dandruff. Keep in mind that I have never once noticed dandruff in my hair before using Briogeo. Switched back to Oribe and my hair is as healthy as ever! No dandruff in sight.laura.c

In the instructions of how to use this oil, it says to work it though hair after a blowout. Very often, I blow out my hair with the Dyson Airwrap round brush and self-grip rollers. Self-grip rollers have a tendency to pull at the hair and break off small strands. I definitely think this oil is great at smoothing those strands after the blow out. You don’t even have to use a full pump for the oil to do that job. With either 1 full pump or less, the oil smooths the hair without ruining the blow out or making it greasy. My hair gets greasy QUICKLY after washing, so I really enjoy that I can use this oil for blow outs & it doesn’t affect the time in which my hair usually starts getting greasy. Also in the instructions, it says you can use this oil in your hair before washing. I’ve done this a handful of times now. I find the oil dries down in a fair amount of time, so I like that I can douse my hair with multiple pumps, put it in a pony tail, and after about an hour, it looks normal enough to do do things that I don’t have to look really impressive for (ex: errands). However, I notice when I completely oiling my hair up with this, it’s rather drying in comparison to other oils. For instance, I also use the Shea Moisture 100% Argan Oil, which is much cheaper, and it gives my hair that smooth oily feel that I aim for prior to washing. With this oil, I find that myself going back and re-oiling my hair due to the dry feeling. Again, I’ve only used it as a prewash a handful of times, so I have NOT noticed yet that the dryness is a lasting affect after I wash. I haven’t tried this yet on wet hair. Overall, it’s great for blow outs since a small pump goes far and it is light weight. When using larger amounts, I notice the hair feels more than dry than oily, and I worry this will eventually affect the dryness of my hair. I feel that I can find a cheaper oil to smooth my hair after blowing it out.PastaPrincess69

This was so extremely disappointing, I even tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and used up the entire thing before giving my review. I honestly love so many Ouai hair products, their detox shampoo and scalp scrub are some of my absolute favorites! Unfortunately this was such a dud, I honestly cannot believe how many positive reviews this has received. First thing, the smell is atrocious. I like nice smelling products, and even if its unscented or a mild scent I usually don't mind but THIS! I could not get over the scent, its a very woody/herb/patchouli scent and its STRONG. Next issue I had with this is that it didn't really hydrate my hair, if anything it felt more dry after, it didn't really absorb and just sat on the hair looking wet/oily. Some hair oils I love for example are the Olaplex and Gisou hair oils!hailey.p

i got this in a free gift set of a lot of minis & samples and i didnt expect much from it at all; i have used many different hair oils before and never really "clicked" with any of them. i also didn't expect to even remember half the items i got in this sample kit because there were so many. this stood out enough for me to take a picture of the little sachet before throwing it out. i thought i accidentally used too much but even with me using a lot it didn't weigh my hair down at all. in fact it actually gave me more volume, somehow, and my hair usually gets flat & greasy quite quickly. it smells so nice and the scent is subtle but lingers all day. it made my hair look so glossy & thick. i will definitely be purchasing the full size soon.aj

I have oils at home, that to be honest I have forgotten to use recently! Having visited my hairdresser recently this was used on my hair for the first time. I have thick, curly, coarse and frizzy hair. To blow dry it it can be a workout for the arms..and there is no way I can get it as smooth as they can! When this was used (just a couple of drops) on damp hair, the texture of my hair was so smooth and shiny it was amazing. It has certainly not made it greasy or feeling 'weighed down'….just loving the shine and the way it has made my hair look so healthy. This has spurred me on to use up my old oils and then I will be buying this for sure….I also noted that other reviews have suggested other products of the same brand to use at the same time. My hair is naturally ringlet-curly, but the ringlets were always noticeably frizzy. Over the decades I’ve tried oils, creams, mousse, gels, lotions, & potions to try and tame them. I gave up & would blowout my ringlets then straighten my hair, then slather with product. It worked for a while. Enter Covid Hair Loss!! I knew I needed to be gentle with my hair because it was now extremely fragile, which meant cutting way back on heat tools. After an exhaustive search for something new to tame the ringlet-frizz I now had back by letting my hair air dry, I landed on Olaplex No. 7. I honestly did not put a lot of faith in it, but I do now! I use about 7 drops in my hands and apply it to damp hair, then let air dry almost completely. I have zero frizz and perfect curls… ALL DAY! I do use a diffuser just to hit my roots for volume, but that’s it. I went from unruly frizzy curls, to blownout & straightened, to naturally curly shiny non-frizzy hair. It's been YEARS since my hair was this soft. Now I have very long, semi thick hair, that's very coarse. I use shampoo and conditioner regularly but sometimes that's not enough to give me the sleek shine I like, or if I need help defining my waves during a blowout, the OGX Morrigan and Argan oil is wjat I turn to. It's got a very pleased scent to it, and you need only about a Nickle sized amount distributed through the hair to get the desired results. I bought a little bottle maybe about a year ago for roughly $7 and it is still more than halfway full with constant use. I love the shine it gives my hair and I love how effective it is. And the smell is so fragrant and nice! It makes me feel like I've just come out of a spa day. You can find this at most retailers and like I mentioned it's normally under $10. I found this oil to work very well with the shampoo and conditioner. I used this oil two types of ways, the first way was on damp hair after shampoo and conditioner, I found that it works way better than using it on dry hair because it cannot penetrate your hair follicles, this is because when you are hair is wet from warm water your follicles are open to help it get into it. This product also has a mild fragrance which I love and I find that it really helps to seal that moisture in so overall I recommend this. I found that a little goes a long way with this product so you don’t need that much to see your moisture in. When I first saw the bottle I thought that this wouldn’t last me past two weeks, but I have use this four times now in a month and as you can see the level is still to the top. I got this Dae Pricky Hair Oil given to me for free in exchange of my honest review. The pump of the oil is easy to use. Right away when you smell the oil it seems really good. It smells fruity which comes from the sweet prickly pear seed oil. The three main nature ingredients are the sweet fruit smelling sweet prickly pear seed oil, the hair moisturizing meadowfoam seed oil, and the morning leaf extract that is rich in vitamins and antioxidants. I have thin straight to a little wavy nature hair. I tried it both on my dry hair before taking a shower and on my damp hair after I got out of the shower. When I put it on my dry hair I saw a big difference. It helped straighten my hair and made it look shinny in a healthy way not in an oily way. I think if you don’t want to deal with straightening your hair and want it to look straighter this would be a good go to for styling your hair or when your hair is a little dirtier and you don’t want it to show. On my damp hair I didn’t really see a difference but that might be because I used conditioner in the shower and brushed my hair so I already smoothed it out and it was not detangled so if did not need to be detangled which is what it is meant to do on damp hair. If I try it on my damp hair without having used a conditioner or brush my hair before then I think the hair oil would help to detangle my hair. I really like how it looked on my dry hair and for styling purposes. If I wanted my hair to look better on a bad hair day or when my hair was a little dirtier this hair oil would definitely meet my need and I would definitely recommend this hair oil.girlsrule104

This comes in lovely packaging and I appreciate the beauty and aesthetic of the glass bottle on my vanity. As someone with a nose sensitive to hair products, this scent is delicately light, sweet and fresh, enjoyable – perfect for all year round, but especially summer time! The formulation is also incredibly light and doesn’t weigh down my hair, but instead adds a nice shine and makes my hair soft! It is also easy to travel with, but may leak a little, though the oil stays inside the cap. The pump also adds to ease of use. The only reason I didn’t give 5/5 stars is because of this: for $36 and only 1.7 oz, I can’t say that Dae beats my $4 organic coconut oil jar in terms of delivering moisture/hydration, or shine. This oil makes my hair look soft and shiny without weighing it down and reducing volume. I have very long, thick, and dry and brittle hair that is incredibly prone to tangling and breakage. While I love how it makes my hair look, what has really blown me away about this product is how well it has improved manageability. It has significantly reduced tangling and made it so much quicker and easier to brush through my hair and has reduced tugging on my hair during brushing, so I have also seen much less breakage since I have been using this oil. I primarily use this by applying generously to damp hair, focusing on the ends, and working the excess further up in my hair. Occasionally, I also apply a small amount of this oil product to dry hair to tame frizz. Because this product is called a hair oil, I was expecting it to have the consistency of an oil, but I would consider this to have more of a plush serum consistency. As a result, this product is surprisingly lightweight and I find I can apply it very generously without my hair looking oily or weighed down. I love the summery fresh scent of this product, and I find it to be perfectly balanced to my liking- it's strong enough to notice and enjoy it, but I don't find it overpowering or lingering too much.twomonsters

I am suprised this product wasn't even listed here. I had read reviews on this product and they were all positive, so I decided to go out and buy it because the oil I was using left my hair a bit heavy and it wasn't that great. Upon acquiring this product I had really high expectations. I must say, the first couple of times I was unimpressed, in fact, I was quite disappointed. But it turns out my hair does not absorb this well when wet or damp. Ever since I started applying this on towel dried hair, my hair has been AMAZING! This product works well to tame my frizzy, dry hair. I use three pumps when my hair is wet and one when it is dry. It goes on light and has a faint pleasant smell. I thoroughly enjoy this oil, it’s really lightweight for an Argan oil so it doesn’t weigh down my finer hair at all even when I apply this to dry hair in between washes. I really like the smell of this product too and find that it really lasts in my hair as well. My only issue with this oil is that it has silicones in, which after doing some research I’ve now swapped to a silicone-free alternative since this seems to be better for my hair – but I’d recommend looking into this yourself. My hair is fried. Well half of it is anyways. I started growing my hair out about 2½ years ago and it has gotten very long. I have very fine hair but I have a lot of it and I have left the top part of my hair natural, with no dye whatsoever. The bottom half is a whole different story. I first was introduced to this product when it came in an awards so swag bag. i'd heard of this brand before but have never tried anything from them. let me tell you, from the first time i put this in my hair i was hooked!! i bleach my hair to be able to dye with fun colors. the toll it takes on my hair – mega damage! i use this on wet hair. when my hair dries it is silky soft like bleach has never touched my hair. you only need one pump and the bottle will last you a VERY long time. it plays well with blow dryers and flat irons as well. i also believe its extends styling by a few extra days! the *only* downside is that it is on the pricey side. but consider this – you'll stop buying random products looking for "the one" that will give you these results. very happy Sephora is carrying this – wish more of their stores carried it in stock tho! – as i've ben looking for this product the second i ran out of that first bottle of it. like my headline says, its worth every penny bcuz this product WORKS so well!loldhams

Tried this product right away and instantly loved the smell. Reminds me of a candy scent but not too strong as I am usually averse to strong scents. The consistency is thick so a few pumps would do. I applied it over my dry hair and tamed the frizz I got from diffusing my curly hair. My hair is so soft and not floofy. I'd be using it next time on semi dry hair and see if its better. I was really impressed with how fast my products shipped and arrived from North Authentic (I’m in Southern California). Great customer service too. I really appreciated the bag and lavender seeds I received with my package. In terms of the product, I’m a little disappointed in how little oil was in the bottle. I've been loving this brand for a while now and when people ask me what to buy, I instantly recommend davines because their products are the holy grail for my hair! ⠀ The only downside of this product (excluding the price because it's worth every cent for me) is the smell. Smells like some weeds, some people love it, but I'm not a fan of it. ⠀ It's a see-through oil, you don't need a lot, even though I use like 8 pumps of it because my hair is very porous, but for fine hair, you need 1-3 pumps, oil is endless. ⠀ It doesn't weigh your hair down (if you won't use too much), gives a natural shine to hair, removes the frizz and hides some split and white ends till the next hair wash. ⠀ Definitely, one of my favourite oils and I'll definitely be repurchasing it!beatrise.r

This product saved my hair. I was using a shampoo & conditioner previously that completely ruined my hair and gave me severe scalp irritation. I was desperate to find something to treat my itchy scalp and this saved my life. I noticed even after one use that my head wasn’t so itchy or dry. I will use this the night before a wash and lather it on my scalp all over as well as my ends and put my hair in a loose braid. Double washing helps immensely. Pros: Very thin oil solution that doesnt weigh down my fine hair too much (though id probably do better w the weightless solution verb offers). The smell is practically non-existent. Doesnt make me itchy as a product itself. I love the dropper top. I can use it on my cuticles too! Cons: using it on my scalp made me have to wash twice. This actually ended up drying out my scalp and causing itchy dandruff. If i only washed once after using it, I noticed greasy spots near my ear line all the way around my head (and yes, i pay attention to scrubbing that area all the same when washing- I'm not sure why it's not greasy up top). I've been using this for about a month and I've definitely noticed how soft it's made my hair. I have long, thick, 2B hair and I will put three drops in my hair while wet, two drops to finish styling, and 2 or 3 drops on my dry hair every other day. It doesn't make my hair look greasy at all. I like how it's unscented so it doesn't compete with my other hair products. My only complaint and reason for a star knocked off is that I would prefer if this came in a pump rather than a dropper. Although I love making my own oil mixtures to promote healthy scalp and assist with hair growth, I love this oil. The price is awesome and one bottle normally lasts me about a month or two. It smells soooo good and I love how lightweight the formula is. I have ultra sensitive skin and scalp and this oil does not irritate me or make my scalp itch as with some other oils. There is very minimal build up from this product. It makes your hair shine look super healthy when it is applied to your scalp. When I straighten my hair I love to apply this to my scalp and brush through my hair as I wrap it at night. By the morning there is no frizz, my hair has a bunch of shine and no oily residue left behind and doesn't weigh my hair down. When my hair is in its natural curly/coily state I like to apply to damp or dry hair and massage it into my scalp for about 5-10 minutes. This oil doubles for face and body if you'd like. It is light but hydrating and smells amazing. It truly stimulates growth and strength. It is funny that I got an email to review this product recently, but I've used it for years. Wish I could have given this a higher rating. I was so excited to use this product along with the shampoo since they both had good reviews with very little bad ones. So I buy them and use them leaving the hair oil on for the directed time then used the shampoo and other conditioner I have. After washing my hair it still looked really oily like I hadn’t washed it for days. I didn’t think much of it but a day or two after the first use I started getting little bumps on my forehead and side of my face on both sides that were itchy and started getting dandruff. I put aloe on the little bumps that helped with the itchiness, I still didn’t think nothing of it so I use the oil again and used a dandruff shampoo to wash it out but felt the symptoms worsen. That’s when I realized I’m having a bad reaction to the product and washed it out again with a different shampoo and went to get Benadryl. I looked more at the reviews and seen a few people had the same experience as I did. Still dealing with the symptoms as it just happens last week. Would have given it zero stars if I could! Have been using this product for a few weeks in hopes of it thickening up my edges. My hair has mostly been in protective styles and wanted to work on strengthening it. I noticed how the back of my neck would burn a bit/ itch after about 5-10 minutes from applying. However, I continued to use it as I thought it may just be my scalp adjusting to the mint and rosemary. Because eventually the burning stopped. I struggled mostly with the nape of my hair from ponytails, so that is where I focused on applying the oil. Over the next few days into week, I noticed the nape of my hair thinning tremendously! It has eventually turned into an enlarged baldness area. I also broke out with very painful rash like dry patches along my neck. I am furious!!!! But more so embarrassed and extremely sadden at the damage it has caused. Since this has been the only change to the products I have been using on the last 5 years of being natural. Hoping it can be treated and restored. I also googled this product and see many other costumers have shared very similar experiences of a burning sensation and hair loss. I don’t find this oil too heavy, and as long as I’m careful with it I can use it without getting my hair super oily. The night before a hair wash I will put extra on, work it into the scalp, and sleep with a cap on to let it all soak in. I used to deal with dry scalp and this totally fixed that issue as well. It’s super hydrating, and feels stimulating and refreshing. I used to use minoxidil but I hated that as soon as I stopped using it for one day the hair would just fall out again! Plus it made my scalp itchy. This is a drug free option that actually works. The shampoo and hair mask from this line are also excellent.Jo

I been using WOW products for a while (shampoo + conditioner) that I wanted to try other products. I have always been a DIY person, when it came to my hair I done a lot of oil treatments, even made my own masks.. After a while, it gets tiring and it becomes to much of a hassle. So when I saw this hair oil I was pretty excited to try it since I know the benefits of the type of ingredients that are used. I am so happy that I bought this!! I usually leave it on for an 45 mins to an hour, it leaves my hair so soft and gives it this natural volume! Its crazy, I usually don't brush my hair when its wet, I let it air dry and gets frizzy, but when I use this oil prior, it really does tame the frizz. So I highly recommend this one! I have been using the Shampoo and Conditioner and was curious to try other WOW products, I bought this oil the end of last year and let me tell you I am so happy that I did! I started using this in August 2020. It has done wonders for my hair. In November my beautician remarked at how soft my hair is. I found the best way to use it to apply the night before I plan on washing my hair. After I massage into the scalp and brush through my hair I then put my hair into a shower cap. I get my blow dryer and on a low setting I point the dryer at the shower cap and try to get an even distribution of heat. I do this for 5-10 minutes then wrap a warm towel around the shower cap. When cooled I put my hair up in a bun and wash in morning. This product has changed my hair for the good! Picture in blue top is from August 2020 and the red top is January 2021. I love this oil. After I ran out of the Moroccan oil I started using this and it’s like it’s the same thing. I use about a dime size and rub it in my hand and run my fingers through my hair avoiding the roots. I think it’s doing the same thing. My hair is continuing to feel and look stronger. My hair used to be so easy to break off. It’s not like that anymore I started taking care of it. I’ve always used heat protection spray I never blow dry my hair I let it air dry but I do straighten it with a hair straightener it makes it so much easier and get less knots. I needed a hair oil. I wanted something I could use during hair mask days and after showering with my other leave in treatments. I have medium-thick long straight hair. I first used a lot of drops a long with a mask and LOVED the results; it also smelt amazing. I then the next wash cycle used it with my leave in's. I used one small pump, warmed it up a tiny bit in between my fingertips and applied to my mids and ends. Taking my wet brush I brush the mixture of products through. Gently going over my scalp a couple times but mainly focusing on my mids and ends. I love the results and miss when I don't use it now! I definitely see a difference in the shine and anti-frizz quality. Which helps with tangles in my opinion as well. 9/10 just wish it came in a bit bigger bottle since I also use it for mask benefits!Alli

Absolutely love this argon oil. I have long thick hair and the ends can get quite dry, brittle and split. I person only use coconut serum or Argan oil and it works best for me. This is such a great oil and leaves you hair feeling smooth & soft. I personally didn't see it any more or less shiny than usual, but that's probably just my hair (it might be more shiny on others). I personally only use this on wet or damp hair & let it air dry. But it works wonders. Will definitely buy again. I just wish I bottle was bigger, but at the same time a little goes a long way.Charbeans

To my surprise, it works even better than the original formula! Having used the older formula, Nutritive Oleo Relax product, for over a decade, I was very skeptical to try this product. The scent is the same, which I love, as its a light rose water like scent. I have naturally curly hair, more frizzy than curly, and like to wear my hair straight. Here’s my routine: I use a nickel size of the Keratine Thermique smoothing taming milk, in my towel dryed hair, blow it out straight and use the Oleo Relax Oil in my hair right before I run a flat iron through it. I’ve found that with the new formula, I only have to use a small amount and it leaves my hair much more tamed and moisturized. I have less fly aways and my hair looks shinier than it did with the older formula. I’ve also found that I don’t need to constantly reapply the oil, as the first time around does the trick. Another bonus is the newer formula is heat-protectant, which makes it perfect for my routine or anyone that uses flat irons on a regular basis. Not only has Keratase updated the product, they have also updated the older plastic bottle to a glass bottle, which prolongs the life of the oil and allows for it to stay fresher. This product makes you look like you have naturally beautiful hair. Overall, I give the new Oleo Relax Oil, 5 Stars, as I was very impressed with the improved formula and packaging. The Kerastase site indicates that this is replacement for the DISCONTINUED OLEO RELAX SERUM. DEFINITELY NOT TRUE! This product is so OILY. Literally "sits" on surface of my hair, making it necessary to keep rubbing it into strands. Does NOT make hair smooth, as the serum used to do for my hair. This product actually makes my long curly hair feel a bit "rough" as opposed to how the serum made my hair feel soft and smooth with resulting straightening effect, making it easier to manage, comb, style. This oil also has an unappealing odor (notice I did not say "scent" b/c it is a bit off-putting). Also stays on hands, having to use (liquid) soap and very warm/hot water to remove, with two applications of soap. Definitely will NOT purchase this again. I have half bottle of the original, using it judiciously. I have tried in vain to locate the original serum but like other reviewers have written, the product is being sold by scalpers at outlandish prices from $85 to $150 PER bottle. Way out of my budget. I've written to Kepastase and have answered their survey questions, indicating that I'd appreciate knowing which product would BEST approximate the discontinued serum, and not one response. Only be searching today on the site was there finally a reference to the original serum, with the advice to try this unacceptable, inferior Advanced Hair Oil. This is a very basic product and can ve gotten very cheap at many Asian/Indian shop. Gooseberry oil is great for your hair and scalp, and for the 3-4 dollars you pay it is well worth a go. I have noticed it helps against hair fall and because it's meant to be massaged into the scalp and worked into the ends, it going to be good regardless. Scalp stimulation promotes not only hairgrowth, but it also helps against dandruff. Again: for the cost it's definitely worth a try. I like the scent, but they have different scents, like jasmine if the original scent isn't your thingkatja.j

I am a heavy tea drinker and enjoy a cigar every now and then, using commercial toothpaste I have not been able to remove the tea stains from my teeth! Since using Dabur toothpaste one year ago, It has removed all stains and discoloration. Leaves breath fresher way longer than commercial toothpaste with all it chemicals and additives. I am a user of all of Dabur tooth care products. Highly Recommend! I also have used Dabur, Alma Hail Oil for quite sometime now. I've been trying a more holistic approach on growing my hair. I used to use almond oil in my hair when I was in high school. And that was when my curls were the thickest and strongest. I tried it again and I use it on my oil days. Because my hair gets super dry. I like taking it and rubbing it into my scalp and leaving it in while my hair is still wet so if it feels like my scalp is absorbing this oil. This stuff is freakin amazing. I have thick, course hair that has some damage from color treatment & while I use heavier oils & masks to treat it, this is my go-to day oil that I use as a finishing spray before going out. Not only does it soften the hair, it gets rid of any fly aways or fuzzies going on on the surface of the hair. Once you spray this & run a brush through, your hair will be soft, more defined and did I mention the shine? I have NEVER seen even a shine spray give the shine this ghost oil does. I love this stuff & I hope they never stop making it. Do be aware, though, that this product has demethicone in it. This is not a bad ingredient, per say, but it won't be removed with regular shampoos. But there are now plenty of gentle sulfate free shampoos on the market. You don't need harsh sulfate shampoos to clarify your hair! This is really a holy grail product, if buy it with the knowledge of how to care for your hair when you use it.Sabrina

I love this stuff. For just under $2 at Walmart, I use the after I shower on my hair, body and face. When I do my nails, I put it on my nail bed and cuticles. I also put a slightly larger amount in my hair once a week while massaging it in and in the month and a half I've had it, my hair has become so much healthier. It's growing out after shaving my head so I'm at the awkward stage. It's got one of the most amazing scents ever too! I barely use my body sprays and perfumes anymore (Bath Body stuff) because I like this scent much more. I can't say it's helped my hair or nails grow but my skin feels soft and nourished and my hair looks/feels absolutely amazing. This stuff is so cheap but works amazing. I use it as a body moisturizer instead of baby oil. It nourishes better than baby oil and doesn’t stay as greasy. It almost completely soaks into your skin. It has a slight odor that I’m not against but I’m not a fan either. It doesn’t really matter because the smell disappears after a while and it’s so worth it.Jamee

Found this bad boy at Walmart for less than $3! My hair has been feeling kind of dry lately and I've had some flakes in my hair. I put a couple tablespoons of this in my damp hair, from root to tip. I dampened a towel and microwaved it for a few minutes and then wrapped my hair up in it and let it sit for about 25 minutes. It took a few washes to get it out so next time I won't use so much or put it so close to my scalp. It has a strong scent…I didn't mind it but everyone else did. Once I finally got it out (I literally had to mix a drop of DAWN DISHSOAP into my shampoo) my hair felt so silky!! Even the ends looked healthier! I will definitely reuse, just alter my application process a bit. Overall, totally worth the $3!meagan.f

Cant say enough about this product!!!! IT IS AWESOME!!! Wish I would have found this stuff so much sooner. I have thick, coarse, unruly hair that is somewhat wavy, more like lumpy. It takes a lot of heat to style my hair. And then it's still frizzy and not so straight after using the highest heat setting on my hair dryer and straightener. Someone told me about this stuff. I ordered it thinking "great, another product to add to my collection." Well to my surprise, IT WORKED!!! I use it on my hair when wet, about 2 pumps. And then about 2 more pumps before I style when dry. Not greasy or oily at all. I use it every day. My hair loves it. It has transformed my hair , and it gets my hair straighter than it has ever been. Also works great when curling your hair. It works great with any hairstyle. No frizz, looks shiny and healthy, even helps on humid days. Why would you not want to try this stuff?? If it can help my hair, it's a winner!! Best hair oil I’ve come across! So lightweight but effective. I don’t even remember how I was introduced to this oil, but I am glad I was! Barely any scent. I have used this treatment 5 times so far, and plan to continue using because my hair issues are improving. The difference in the way my hair looks and feels were not dramatic after one use, although my hair felt more manageable after one treatment. I have extremely dry, thin hair, but I have a lot of hair so it appears tho be quit thick. I have always used more topical treatments to add texture, and moisturize my hair. I found it interesting that massaging the scalp with the oil would help with these issues. So following the directions starting from the root/scalp I think is important. The recommended small amount distributed through the hair was definitely not enough oil for the amount of hair I have, although the oil does distribute easily through the hair. There are a few recommendations for using. You can apply 30 minutes before shampoo to dry hair (this is the only recommended treatment I have used), apply and wrap your head with a warm moist towel for 15 minutes before shampoo, or apply and leave in over night (preferred). I think I probably need the latter for best results, but the smell is not good for me. I am not sure why the oil has an antiseptic smell. It's not refreshing, however the smell does not linger, and it washes right out. I read the list of ingredients to try and figure out why it has this smell. I think it must be from the natural oil extracts. My hair definitely appears to have more texture, and it is a lot more manageable. It looks less dry, and healthier. Aside from the somewhat unpleasant smell, I am quit happy with the Miracle oil.momof31129

I have dandruff and split ends problem so I purchased this oil. The main thing why I wasn't using any kind of oil was that I go to work everyday and giving oil n leaving overnight used to make my hair oily and with shampoo rinse the oil won't go off. But THIS SHAMPOO IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. It also reduced my drandruff after the 1st application itself. PROS: 1. lightweight 2. Doesn't make our face oily too after application 3. Rinse of easily 4. I noticed less dandruff quickly after using this product. It leaves my scalp feeling healthier, and leads to my hair being healthier, shinier, and more lustrous, even though my hair is often colored. My hair is so soft and more vibrant than ever, and so much less frizzy! I have since gone back to my hair stylist to trim off those dead split-ends. The product from this company says it helps with hair loss too, which is what I suffer from now in my mid-30’s, and although I have not used this long enough to be able to tell whether the anti-hair-loss works, I know for a fact that my head feels a lot healthier – so I am very hopeful about the anti-hair-loss in the long run. The texture and smell may be something to get used to for some. I mean, it’s fragrance-free, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t smell like jojoba oil, or tea tree essential oil, or whatever your nose is sensitive to. If you’ve tried other hair oils, the texture is like that: thickish. WOW company’s hair oil really answers a lot of my hair own issues. All the ingredients listed in this hair oil are all essential oils and botanical extracts that are beneficial to the scalp, hair, and hair roots – and it’s cold-pressed AND all natural ingredients! I’m going to stick with this product for a few months to see how it battles my hair loss. I really can’t wait to find out! Even with rogaine, it takes at least a month to notice any differences. I really like the pump, so I can control how much oil you pump out. I don’t mind those disposable single use ones, nor the disposable multi-use larger ones for weekly treatments, but I prefer this. I have long hair, and my spouse has short hair. We both use different amounts, so once again, I have to say – LOVE the pump. To use this, apply it to your clean scalp (if you wash your hair every day anyways, this won’t be a problem, but if you don’t wash your hair for 2+ days, then it’s better to clean your hair first so that your scalp can absorb the oils better). You really want to focus it all over your scalp and not just your hair. So I apply it into my scalp first by gently massaging it in all over, then I comb it down through my hair to spread the oils down through my hair. If I need more for my hair, I apply sparingly and gently comb it through my hair. I prefer to wrap my hair with a damp/moist towel to sort of heat it for the first 15-20 minutes. Then I take the towel off and just leave it in my hair for another 45 minutes minimum (total of 1 hour minimum or so). Some people do it overnight and it does say it’s preferable to do this in the instructions, but I really don’t like to sleep with it in my hair. Shampoo and conditioner your hair as usual.Joanna

Absolutely marvelous! Been locked down for over 3 weeks and ordered it cos my stylist showed me she uses it when she diffuses my hair. It's been getting bad, unable to get knots out no matter how many masks and conditioners I pile on. After a cocktail of 2, I gently used a wide-toothed comb last night, and there were those shiny curls she gives me. I thought this was a spray but no, it pumps into your hand.
