This is now called 'Renewal Body Lotion' but it's still the same 12% glycolic acid formula. I used to get it at Walgreen's, but it's only available at a store 20 miles from here now. :/ So I order these at Sephora, usually. This lotion is great for softening my feet and keeping hardened skin from forming around that area and improving skin cell turnover there in general, and to keep my knees very soft, but it doesn't do anything for my face beyond very basic moisturizing. I feel it's too greasy for my face. I prefer salicylic acid based lotions for my face. Other than that, good things include how long one bottle lasts me. I buy 3 a year for around $18 a bottle which I find to be a fair price for what it is able to do.
I do not remember how I discovered this lotion, as I have been purchasing it for some time now, but my entire adult life, the skin on my hands would crack and bleed, and no lotions would prevent it. I apply this lotion every two or three days at night, and it rejuvenates my skin and has completely stopped the cracking and bleeding. I also use it a couple of days after shaving my legs to exfoliate and prevent ingrown hairs. The price is well worth it. It is very thick, and you do have to put some effort into getting it out of the bottle towards the end, but I would imagine you could find a pump if needed. It's not a big deal for me, though.RR
I was recommended this product by my provider for hyperpigmentation on my body. I used it on a continuous basis for over a year and did not see much difference in my hyperpigmentation, but it did leave my skin feeling soft and smooth. I have very sensitive skin and it did not cause irritation nor breakouts. I liked that it was fragrance free and absorbed quickly into the skin, leaving no residue nor stickiness. However, I discontinued use because I noticed that my skin tone was starting to look blotchy. I did some research and learned that glycolic acid can have adverse affects in regards to skin tone on persons with darker complexions (I would consider myself to have light-medium tone with neutral undertone), therefore, instead of lightening and evening out the skin tone, it could actually do the opposite. I don't know if this was the cause, but my skin tone has not gotten any blotchier since I discontinued. Also, the packaging is not the best – it can be difficult to dispense the lotion (need some hulk hands to squeeze it out). I would recommend this product to those with light complexions and strong palms.I don't have one

I have found a great product that works on my crepey skin. This product does work great on my skin. It leaves my skin soft and SMOOTH. The crepey is 99% gone. I just started using it. I purchased this cream on 8/23/2022 from Walmart for $11.97. I was really hoping that someone finally developed such a cream at an affordable price that all women could use. It stated that you would have "visible" improvement in just 2 days. After religiously using the product for 2 weeks, it has changed absolutely nothing. My skin is still the same. I would have been somewhat satisfied if there was some improvement but there was NONE. If anything I found the cream to be too thick and filmy – it was not being absorbed well by the skin cells. I am truly amazed that this Gold Bond Crepe Corrector works! I will be 52 later this year and my hands look older than my face. I have bony, veiny hands. This started about 5 years ago but my hands were always thin-skinned, so now they have lost their elasticity and were looking crepey. I had only used the product on my hands and forearms a total of 3 times when I started noticing the skin tightening up. The tightening helps to hide the veins and boniness, but it's not completely hidden. It has made a noticeable difference. Now I'm using the lotion on my neck and any areas that concern me to help tighten those areas. I came to the Walmart site to make a purchase of 2 of these just in case they discontinue it. I bought this product to use on my neck and hands. I have been using it once daily for about 2 weeks now. I don't have any wrinkles/lines on my neck but I am hoping that the retinol in this product keeps it that way. But I can say that this lotion does a great job of keeping my neck moisturized and soft. On my hands I had a red splotch that has been there for over a year- I've noticed that since using this product that red splotch has lightened significantly. It comes in a bottle with a pump that is super easy to use. I like it a lot more than the pumps you usually get on a bottle of lotion. One pump easily covers my neck/hands. I've had pretty terrible scarring on my shoulders, chest, and back from acne for at least 6 years now and this is the ONLY thing that has helped. Not only did it smooth out the uneven texture of my scars, but it lightened them to the point where I can't see 80% of them anymore! At least for me there was no purge period and just like any other skincare product it does take about a week or 2 to start seeing results. For those wondering the consistency is on the thicker side. They often include those all important ceramides! I'm so glad they have brought out this new line. I find this night cream in tandem with the vitamin C serum has really helped my skin. I'm definitely wearing less makeup or none at all in the last few weeks. I'm 39 so that's a real achievement for me. I also got asked for ID recently and had no makeup on so I'm definitely attributing that to my new skin treats. This feels rich and nourishing but not greasy. It's kind of an odd texture but it's really helped my skin look younger and plumper in the morning after use. It's reduced that tight feeling I sometimes get. I see this product as a night mask really because it's just so nourishing. I tend to not buy pot products but I understand why they have put this one into a pot. It's that texture, it would be difficult to get out of a tube or pump. So they have definitely packaged it the right way. I do like the texture. It's kind of like those matte mousse foundations (obviously not pigmented). Some nights I do prefer something lighter or an oil instead for example but this is not shiny or greasy so it's amazing that it's so nourishing at the same time. It's a real night treat that's for sure. What I've noticed the most is it's basically worked on hydration, rough texture, tight/dry skin but it has many other benefits including evening out skin tone and reducing redness. If you're semi lazy like me and don't have an extensive night time ritual then this product is perfect! I used to just use a washable makeup remover pad and a supermarket brand moisturiser but did not see any improvement but kept on up because it was ingrained in me as something that you 'had to do I am so pleased I got to trial the 3 piece CeraVe skincare set and I tell you what my skin has never looked better! This lotion can be a lifesaver when your skin gets really dry flaky. I have always had extremely dry skin that fluctuates throughout the year in it's severeness. Usually when the weather is changing it tends to really act up and itch really bad and get flaky. My elbows are the absolute worst. I look like a lizard or snake shedding it's skin. I have tried many prescription treatments but nothing I have tried has worked as well as this. They just cost way more. It is extremely moisturizing and clears up any problems I may have almost immediately. Thankfully, there is no fragrance because nothing hurts more than a fragrances lotion on any skin irritation. This is my go-to body lotion. It's well-formulated and decently priced. There's no obtrusive scent or greasiness and it doesn't trigger my acne or eczema issues. I’m pleasantly surprised by this cream. It’s so inexpensive so I didn’t expect much. I bought this cream because I use a lot of products that have glycolic acid or retinol in it. I wanted one moisturizer that didn’t because too much of those ingredients can irritate your skin. I use this at night only. It’s too heavy for daytime use & doesn’t have any spf in it. I slather it on but if you don’t want it too heavy only use a small amount. A little goes a long way. I’ve used this product for a couple of months and I will continue. My face looks and feels soft in the morning. It smells nice and I do think it has helped soften my forehead lines. I started using filler creams to reduce the fine lines I am getting from aging. I have tried this and the RoC filler. I like this one way better. This one is super moist and keeps my skin hydrated throughout the night. Where as when I use the RoC filler I always feel like I have to use a moisturizer on top. Why I like it: I bought this online, not knowing that it had been reformulated since the website still shows the picture of the old bottle and has the old ingredients list. The old one is called Lipikar Balm AP+ Intense Repair Moisturizing Cream, while the new one is called Lipikar AP+M Triple Repairing Moisturizing Cream, so if you get a bottle that says the latter, it's the new version. I was nervous to try the new one since I had used the old one for a little over a year as both a body lotion and face moisturizer at night for my dry skin and it had worked wonders. It kept my skin moisturized without breaking me out, which is impressive for such a thick moisturizer. New vs. old formula: This new formula is pretty similar, but not quite as good. It takes longer to rub in than the old one, and at first it feels a little stickier, although it doesn't stay sticky for too long. The textures are pretty similar, but this new one feels a little airier or slightly more whipped, and when it comes out of the bottle it doesn't come out as smoothly, like there are lots of air pockets in it, which is a bit of a pain. On the skin though it feels pretty much the same. The main ingredient difference between the two seems to be that the old one had mineral oil while this one doesn't, and this one has ceramides while the old one didn't. You can find the new ingredient list on the La Roche-Posay website since Ulta still shows the old one. Overall thoughts: Overall I still like this moisturizer and will continue using it; I still haven't had any problems with it breaking me out. But I did like the old one a bit more and I was frustrated to not know I was getting a different product when I placed my order, so hopefully this helps someone with that.Skincare Enthusiast
My initial reaction when using this moisturizing cream was how thick it is. It's incredibly easy to smooth on the skin and you dont need a lot of product to cover your entire body. But something felt odd about it after it started drying down. It felt heavy like my skin was coated. Using it again I finally figured out what was happening. This cream's first ingredient is water. Another ingredient is Shea Butter. These are great ingredients, in winter, because it's for extra dry skin. It's also accepted by the National Eczema Association. During the winter months this is absolutely what my skin needs and I look forward to using it then, when I know my skin will absolutely drink it in and love it. But, right now it's summer in the Midwest and temperatures have been high 90s/ low 100s for several weeks and with the high humidity that comes along with that, it's just too much moisture for my skin to handle. Other than that, this product is amazing. Not only for it's Eczema relieving properties but also because it's suitable for babies and adults. It's also suitable for patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. (Consult your trusted medical professional prior to using.) The bottle is also made from 96% recycled plastic (excluding pump). I have had a hard time finding a good moisturizer for my eczema which mostly affects my face. I was looking for one I can use at night that is super hydrating and this is it. I will say it's probably not something you would want to wear as your daytime moisturizer because it is extremely visible (greasy looking?) and it does feel thick at first but it's extremely worth it. I also am very acne prone and this did my make me break out. I do have a steroid cream prescription that kind of helps but I had some really stubborn spots that wouldn't go away. In addition to my prescription I use the lanolin gold salve on the areas that are really eczema prone. I have been using the lanolin/steroid cream combo for months and while they help I have only been using this moisturizer for about a week and it seems to be the final piece of the puzzle to solve my eczema. Point is you probably won't regret this purchase. I do wish I had the bigger bottle with the pump though because it is a better deal and I think pumps are better than caps.Frank

The @skinceuticals Triple Lipid Restore is everything that most people say it is. The rave reviews are no lie. This is one of those products that once you use it, there’s no going back. I tried this out last winter when I got tired of my face being so dry, red, flaky, and dry. I have dry, acne prone, sensitive skin with rosacea. It is hard to find products that don’t cause a reaction and also work. As a side note, this is awful for me bc I LIVE to try skin, hair, and makeup products. I digress. I had heard so many great things about this moisturizer and it’s not cheap, which I don’t mind at all if it works, but I noticed it had essential oils in it. That’s usually a no for my skin. Fragrance is most of the time okay, but not essential oils. Well, I took a chance and 3 jars later, I’m in love! � This comes in a luxe looking frosted, glass jar (so I always keep the box) and also with a plastic scoop that you can wash off and not contaminate your jar since you will be dipping into it. The consistency (I tried to show in the pic) is creamy, kind of thick, but easily spreadable. You only need a small amount. The jar will last quite a while. For me, it does tingle for a minute or 2 and goes right away. When I tell you my skin the next day was noticeably better, it’s not an exaggeration. This has the optimal amount of ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids (the 2:4:2) helping with dryness and barrier repair. I’m know I’m going on here, so I’ll try to wrap it up. I used this many days through last winter and this winter, when I step up my Tretinoin dose/frequency or when I compromise my skin barrier like I just did a few days ago when I left an acid on for too long. 🤦�♀� Using a gentle cleanser, this, and a sunscreen, your skin will be repaired in a few days. I’m 37 years old and have made a lot of mistakes in my life, especially when it comes to skincare. Using proactiv (eek I know) in college, then using prescription pills from dermatologist along with obagi, Then Cerave products, finally a brief fling with Sunday Riley. The lipid restore cream smells light and feels so soothing, I have adult acne and it doesn’t break me out. It has a light scent, pleasant. I'm 50 years old with typical aging skin such as reduction in elasticity, wrinkles around eyes, larger pores and uneven skin tone. I've tried a couple of other SkinCeuticals products and didn't feel the results justified the price, so I was skeptical to try another one of their products but the reviews convinced me to give this product a try. The product is light, not heavy or greasy feeling, was quickly absorbed and has no odor. I only wear tinted sunscreen and had no issues applying after allowing this product a few minutes to absorbed. Surprisingly, within a few days of applying morning and night, my skin appeared more youthful. My pores were smaller, my skin was more even toned and firmer, and my fine lines had reduced. I love it. A small amount is sufficient. It really makes your skin soft. I don't know about tight though. It works really fast. There is no scent at all. I use it dailly and I saw the improvement on my skin from the first day. The size is good. This is really good quality. It is for all ages. Very easy to use as it has a pump. So the package is a plus. I live in a hot climate country and would recommend it for all seasons as it absorbes pretty fast. It definitely moisturizes the skin more rhan any other cream out there. Texture is like lotion so you really have to spread it all over your skin. Unlike the typical moisturizer when you put on your face they will immediately gone. I gave a shot for this product since I’ve been using the serum of this same brand and their serum is great. Again, this brand did not disappoint me again with their moisturizer. As for the quality, this is superb. Its non greasy which I really like. Tried a lot of moisturizer and they all feel greasy that’s why I don’t like putting them especially at night. My skin is getting drier this past few months maybe because of aging but after using this for a few days, I notice that my skin is more moisturize and brighter looking. I suffer from very dry, irritated, red cheeks especially in the winter. Absolutely nothing I’ve bought has soothed them or made the redness go away… until this! I use it twice a day on my face and neck and my face has never felt more hydrated. It hasn’t broken me out or clogged my pores. I’m not sure if it’s helped to firm up my face, but I have noticed a decrease in fine lines. However, I attribute that to being well moisturized, maybe not necessarily the collagen. First off, I would like to say that I have combination acne prone skin and have been dealing with hormonal acne for about two years now, before I dealt with comedonal acne pretty frequently so I have been using Adapalene for my acne and Vitamin c to fade scars since I was 21. I used to get away with using a light gel moisturizer but since turning 26 and seeing my skin become more tired and having faint lines I thought I needed to invest in a better moisturizer that had anti-aging benefits. I decided to try Olay Night Recovery Cream, without fragrance because fragrance irritates my skin. If you look up the COSDNA rating of this you will see it has one problematic ingredient (Laureth-4) but I decided to chance it and patch test for two weeks before applying it to my whole face. I didn't break out and thus I begin using it regularly over my entire face. The first week I noticed a significant difference in my skin, not only did I wake up moisturized with no dry spots but my skin looked very plump. I have gone through seven bottles of this stuff now a year later and will probably keep going back to it forever. Right now this is my holy grail nighttime moisturizer and I've tried a lot of samples of other highly rated products including some of the priciest things at Sephora. And yet this is the only moisturizer that I have continuously repurchased in the past two years, I even bought some for my mom who has very sensitive skin and she loved it. I would prefer it to be in a bigger jar, I use about a dollop and can go through a jar a month so I wish they were made in a bigger size. Other than that, that's the only con I can think of.monica.e
I use this product every night. I have dry skin, it's the last step in my nightly routine. I've used a lot of moisturizers and this by far is the worse. It looks beautiful in the jar, but that's it. The first time i used it, it felt a bit grainy, but thought ehh that's fine. Next morning my face felt so dehydrated! I kept using it in hopes to love it, but nope. I started noticing if you touch your face after, you get balls or clumps of product rolling up. Almost like you are peeling but it's the product! I know it's not from anything else i use in conjunction because I've been using everything for years with other moisturizers. I was wanted to love it because other people raved about it, but it's terrible. I don't have issues with my skin other than being dry, I'm 37 and just need a good night time moisturizer. I had tried this moisturizer from my mom when I forgot to bring my moisturizer with me when I visited her. She loves the Olay brand and let me tell you. I love the way my skin felt the next day when I woke up. It soothes and makes your skin look so awake and lively. It's a medium to heavy cream, very little scent, fresh, signature Olay scent. I also loved that I woke up and seen that my skin really soaked this up, and did not leave me looking shiny or oily. Just hydrated and bouncy. Loved this so much, I bought one for myself. I don’t know why this stuff is so good, but the results are astounding. This is not greasy whatsoever, and soaks in quickly. I have extremely dry skin. I have chosen to use this nightly only because of the price point. I use something different for mornings, but I would use the transformation cream more often if I could afford to! I really like this moisturizer but the price is getting ridiculous. $115 for ONE ounce of product. I can look back at my order history and see the price has gone up significantly over time. Also, I use another line of medical grade skin care (read as expensive) and at least I can get 2 ounce size moisturizer for less than half the price of this product. Disappointed to say the least.
This face cream really does transform your face. I received a sample of the Bioglycolic cleanser and the Transformation cream at my local Massage Envy. After one use I noticed a difference. My skin needed some TLC after being diagnosed with Leukemia (AML) and undergoing 6 months of IV Chemo and 1 year of Chemo pills. My skin has never looked better in my entire life. I have only been using the Bioglycolic Cleaner, C-Esta, the Transformation Cream, and the tinted sunscreen for 3 weeks!! I am no longer wearing foundation. I received this face cream complimentary from #TopBox in exchange for my honest review. I was so happy to receive this product and read that it is fragrance free; which is very important for my sensitive acne prone skin. I received this product when we were having very cold wintery weather here in Toronto Ontario so I was able to put the moisture affect to use. My skin has felt so well hydrated and any dry spots I had were gone after the first use! With continued use every morning, my skin is more glowy and smooth. I haven’t noticed much help in my fine lines but it helps diminish them due to hydration alone. I feel the collagen does it’s work in this product! I didn’t give this cream a 5 star just because I find it a bit heavy for my skin; it’s almost like a creamy-salve type consistency. You don’t need much product to coat your whole face and to feel the instant moisture. I do also prefer a pump for sanitary reasons, but the packaging is pretty in the glass jar, and can be reused for other things in the future. Overall a really great cream which I would recommend to anyone with dryer/aging skin types as well as people who are issuing harsh ingredients like retinols, heavy acne treatments etc. This creates a really nice moisturizing barrier on your skin without breaking you out or causing reactions! I bought this because I felt that my skin needed a little plumping, and this had the word "Collagen" on the jar. It only cost about $10, so I wasn't expecting much; just something to use until I found something better. I'm now on my third pot of this, and have 2 others in the closet because I found them for sale on Amazon at ~$9 a pot. I love this stuff! It makes my skin feel/look amazing. Soft. Plump. Wrinkles? What wrinkles? It has made the skin on my face and neck feel and look so much softer and younger that I've started using at night on my hands before bed. It's super thick, but a little goes a long way (I can go through a jar in a month, but I'm also occassionally using it on my elbows, feet, and hands, in addition to using it nightly on my face and neck). I lightly rub my finger over the cream in the pot to get a tiny bit on my finger. Then I smooth that on some part of my face; repeat until every part has been covered. My first time using this, I made the mistake of scooping some out with my finger, and then having a lot left over after I'd finished with my face and neck. It doesn't feel heavy on my skin. It hasn't clogged my pores, made my skin break out, or irritated my skin in any way. I only use it at night. My normal nightly routine is: hyaluronic acid serum, retinol or vitamin C (alternating days) cream for face and eyes, collagen moisturizer. Sometimes I add something if I have a breakout, use a face mask before, use a toner or rose face spray, or some Bio Oil. If it's late or I'm incredibly exhausted, I just use this cream (even on my eyes). Despite the other things I use, I can tell when I have not used this. It comes in scented or fragrance-free; I've only ordered the scented one, and I don't actually notice much of a scent at all. I have dry skin (and we're in winter here – hello, hot dry air heating 🤬), prone to redness, my pores seem to clog easily, am about to turn 50 so I'm starting to see crow's feet and some wrinkling starting under my eyes. This stuff has made my skin feel soft and well moisturized without irritating it, causing breakouts, or feeling heavy. My nighttime routine kept my skin looking good for the most part, but adding this has really worked wonders! My dry skin is gone, it's plumper and the emerging wrinkles have filled it, and it's just more radiant than it was before. I like to try different potions and creams of all different price ranges, but I keep coming back to this. It's just a really great cream. I figure I've got another 30-40 years left, and am contemplating stockpiling 400-500 jars just in case they stop making it before I stop caring what I look like!
This moisturizer is fantastic! I recently started a new topical acne medication that was drying my skin out to the point that my normal, lightweight, every day moisturizer just was not curing it. Enter Collagen Moisture Filler! This has a rich, thick, creamy consistency and a little goes a long way. Extrenely moisturizing, can feel and see the difference immediately. I like the packaging as well, it is easy to get the product out and has a lovely blue top. Has a faint, clean sort of hand cream smell, not unpleasant or overpowering. I do wish the cream absorbed/ dried a little quicker, but considering the rich quality of it, it is to be expected. I'm in my mid-30s with oily, acne-prone skin, and I've been on the hunt for a light, anti-aging moisturizer. This. Is. It. It has a very light texture (a little goes a long way) that absorbs very quickly but still feels nourishing. As other have noted, it has a light floral, herbal scent. I tolerate but don't usually love fragrance in skincare, but I've come to love the smell of this (though people with sensitive skin may want to stay away). The cream itself is also light enough that I can use it both in the morning and the evening, even with my oily skin. I purchased the mini version first to test it out, and after a month of regular use (morning and evening), I shelled out for the full size. I've noticed that my tired, uneven, drab looking skin looks like I'm wearing makeup when I'm not. It's more even, resilient, bouncy, and radiant. My pores look smaller and when I do have hormonal breakouts, this does seem to calm the inflammation. If you're in your 20s with great skin, I don't think this product would do much for you, but for me it's worth the investment. Also btw, this product was recently reformulated and Sephora hasn't updated the ingredient deck. The new version has no retinol — the Sulwhasoo website has the correct ingredient list, which I matched up against the box I received. This product was gifted to me by Sulwhasoo. I’m so happy to try this Korean skincare brand. As soon as it arrived, I unboxed the package and incorporated it into my nightly skincare routine. I apply this cream during the nighttime. I use it for my last step in my skincare routine. After washing my face, toning it, and adding serum. I apply this cream to my face and neck and sleep with it overnight. This method allows the cream to absorb into my skin adding moisture that my skin desperately needs! The Sulwhasoo Concentrated Ginseng Renewing Cream has made my combo skin feel nourished and super soft. It removed my dryness in my cheek area while making my face and neck area feel firm. However, this cream is for all skin types. The scent of this product is a ginseng scent and it’s not overwhelming. The cream is a lightweight consistency and not sticky, which is a positive for me. The texture of the cream is smooth, which is what I tend to like. I have been waiting for a chance to try Sulwhasoo's renewing cream for a while now, so of course, when I got the opportunity to try it as a gift, I jumped on it! First off, a little goes A LONG way here. Which is almost required given the price tag associated with the cream. It's very lightweight and if you're prone to greasy or even sensitive skin, you're safe here. Since we're still in the Fall season, not sure how this will be added to my winter skin routine. It has a nice clean spa-like scent to it, but the fragrance doesn't irritate one's skin. I have sensitive skin, so this is something I pay close attention to. This product is very nice, leaves your skin looking healthy, and gives you a "dolphin-skin" (think dewy skin) look with only one product! The only downside I have to this is the price – it's a lot. If you aren't fully committed I recommend going for the trial size instead. This lotion I have been using it only on my elbows for now to see how sensitive I am to this new product. Since I have allergies I am just careful. So far so good. My elbows are soft and very moister . Doesn’t smell which is great for me. The size of the bottle is big for a sample. I am happy with Cetaphil in general because it meets my expectations. Definitely recommend and happy to try.
My job is really hard on my hands. The work in general along with lots of hand washing leads to extremely dry skin. In the winter my finger tips and knuckles crack open and my hands get really sore. I suffer from eczema too, and that tends to flare up in the winter months. I'm hoping with regular use of the lotion, I can keep my hands in good shape this winter! It is unscented and gentle on sensitive skin like mine. It helps protect the skin from weakness, dryness, roughness, tightness, and irritation. It absorbs quickly and soothes skin. The active ingredient Dimethicone protects skin. I prefer the balm over the lotion for the thickness factor. The lotion is a little runnier, for lack of a better descriptor. It's still really moisturizing though! Both formulas are hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, and fragrance free. I highly recommend the Cetaphil Cracked Skin Repair Body Care Collection if your skin is dry and sensitive like mine!jenna.s
This lotion has a thinner consistency when it comes out of the bottle. It doesn’t have much of a scent. One thing I noticed is that for a few minutes after first applying this lotion, it left my skin feeling a little greasy. This didn’t last long because it eventually soaked in to my skin; but it did stay that way for a few minutes which was noticeable to me. I have no real complaints or anything about this lotion. From the packaging to the using of this product, luxury and enjoyment is evident. The glass bottle with the iridescent hue and eye-catching box and lettering let you know this is going to be a premium product. The moisturizer works at least as well as my usual moisturizers plus it has anti-aging ingredients. I even noticed that my deeper forehead wrinkles were looking slightly less deep. I like that the product is "clean" and especially liked how it absorbed completely and instantly. This is the first treatment product I have used that did not leave a tacky or greasy feeling on my face. Yet, I could tell it was moisturizing my skin. After using IT secret sauce exclusively for a few weeks I find that is a product that I may need to keep on my rotation. The best thing about this product that is so smooth and creamy, went on on like butter and hydrated my skin. And unlike many other moisturizers it did not irritate my skin when applying. That is a huge factor for me. I have purchased several expensive moisturizers and had to return because of the excessive tingling after use. My overall skin texture feels more supple and I find that my foundation goes on and blend better with IT secret sauce. I would say this product is geared towards mature skin so if you over a certain age and seeking a good anti-aging regime this will a great product to have. I’ve been using this moisturizer every morning and evening after my serums for over a week now. A couple things I liked: No scent but also no weird fragrance-free scent! Just smells like nothing This gets absorbed very quickly into the skin and does not leave a greasy residue I do notice my skin looks smoother and more plump (specifically, my forehead wrinkles are smoother, I’m in my ears 30’s for reference) I didn’t love the packaging, it felt cheap. BUT, I would rather pay for a great formula over paying for a mediocre formula and great packaging. Also, for the winter I would prefer something more moisturizing. It’s always been a running joke in my family that my name came from the lotion. So, inevitably every year (or sometimes every other year) I’m gifted a giant bottle of this lotion for my birthday. I have to use it on my legs (and generally only in the cooler months when I’m wearing long pants regularly) because the second ingredient is mineral oil and I reeeeeeally hate how it feels on my hands. It does a great job locking in moisture after your shower or bath for sure, but I don’t like the lingering feeling of it and it takes so long to absorb in that I can’t lay in bed with it on bare legs, otherwise it rubs all over my sheets. It’s fine to receive once a year though because my family gets a chuckle out of it and it does have its uses, I just don’t go out of my way to purchase it or recommend it to otherskeri.d
