Olay has long been a trusted name in the beauty world, so when the chance arose to try their Revitalizing & Hydrating Hand & Body Lotion, I was all in. The lotion promises to "penetrate skin up to 10 layers deep" without leaving a greasy residue. It also contains vitamin B3, which helps skin to "hold on to water, so it can become it's own moisturizer", along with vitamin C. I use a lot of skin lotion. I keep it in my car, my work bag, my purse and in several rooms of my house. I have a mild case of psoriasis on my elbows and rely on lotion to keep it moisturized throughout the day. Most of the time I use a heavy, greasy lotion because I in the past, have found that to be the best, longest lasting solution. With the amount of hand washing I do, the skin on my hands is frequently dry and I couln't help but think it would be nice to find a product that I could rely on to keep my elbows and hands moisturized for longer. Olay's Revitalizing lotion has a pleasant smell. It's light, a bit sweet, and reminds me of the sort of fragrance you might find at a nice hotel. This is the best! I am a moisturizer junkie! I'm shocked by people not liking the smell because that's half the reason i love this moisturizer. I think it smells clean, and it's not very strong once absorbed into the skin – but when I do put it on fresh i always get compliments. I’ve been using this product for over a month, and definitely see a difference in my skin. First, expectations: this is not going to get rid of cellulite. Rather, it does help with skin laxity and gives your skin a more “thick” or plump feel. I noticed some difference in my skin texture and appearance within the first week, but even more over time with consistent use. I started out using twice a day, and then went down to once at night. It is a thick, heavy cream so I preferred using it before bed. Everyone talks about the smell—I agree with others that it resembles neroli, but more like the perfume than the EO. Neroli happens to be one of my favorite scents, so I don’t mind. But if you don’t like floral scents, this may bother you. Been using this cream for only a week, but I love it already. I do have quite dry skin, sometimes have some itchiness if I use new products. However, with this one my skin is just lovely. The cream is thick consistency, but absorbs really nicely. I love the way my legs feel firmer after applying it. I didn’t come into the store looking to purchase this product. I have to be honest, it was the packaging that drew me in. I was looking for a new body lotion and thought I would give it a try. Well I have been pleasantly surprised. Within two weeks there was a change. Now after a month people make comments about my skin all the time and a lot of the comments are over video calls because we live in a virtual world now! I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Olay has long been a trusted name in the beauty world, so when the chance arose to try their Revitalizing & Hydrating Hand & Body Lotion, I was all in. The lotion promises to "penetrate skin up to 10 layers deep" without leaving a greasy residue. It also contains vitamin B3, which helps skin to "hold on to water, so it can become it's own moisturizer", along with vitamin C. I use a lot of skin lotion. I keep it in my car, my work bag, my purse and in several rooms of my house. I have a mild case of psoriasis on my elbows and rely on lotion to keep it moisturized throughout the day. Most of the time I use a heavy, greasy lotion because I in the past, have found that to be the best, longest lasting solution. With the amount of hand washing I do, the skin on my hands is frequently dry and I couln't help but think it would be nice to find a product that I could rely on to keep my elbows and hands moisturized for longer. Olay's Revitalizing lotion has a pleasant smell. It's light, a bit sweet, and reminds me of the sort of fragrance you might find at a nice hotel. It absorbs into the skin very quickly and indeed, is non-greasy. For me, the true test, though, was when I applied it to my elbows, just before heading out to work a 5 hour shift. I would normally get into my car after work and immediately re-apply lotion to my elbows. This lotion kept them nicely hydrated and I was able to wait several more hours before re-applying it. I did use it on my hands throughout the day. I like the way this lotion feels and it's hydrating properties are wonderful. This was recommended to me during a chat with the LovelySkin. This is a great product. I have only been using it for 2-3 wks, but my skin is softer. I know it will take time to show results in the firming/diminishing the look of cellulite categories, but so far so good. I was so worried I would have an issue with the retinol in the lotion, but nope, no ill effects at all. Also, it has little to no scent. I'm all for natural ingredients (like rosemary or green tea) having a scent simply due to what they are, but I am not a fan of any added dyes or fragrance – objective achieved. It soaks in quickly and I don't worry about getting greasy or sticky residue on my clothes. I have used this for about one month on primarily my arms but am now trying it on my legs and neck. It works very well on my arms. The crepey skin on my upper arms at 64 is definitely looking better. Full disclosure, I didn't by it: Clarins sent it as a gift. I used it for the first time. This morning after using the exfoliating brush I found in that surprise package. The word that popped up on my mind was Yummy! The texture is incredible silky and just the right balance : not runny, not greasy. I was able to dress right after. I still feel like wrapped in a cloud of goodness. The only point I am not a fan of 9f is the scent: it smells definitely like treatment to me. I will see on the long run if it improves my skin. This is a lovely texture cream. Not too heavy a consistency and with a pleasant but subtle fragrance. My inner arm skin is loose and as I’ve aged, has developed a crepey look which isn’t nice, so I thought I would give this a go. I’ve been applying twice daily now for approx 3 weeks and there is a definite improvement in the crepyness. I don’t use loads, just enough to be able to rub into my upper arms, concentrating on the crepey skin. Not sure they are more toned from using this, but I do exercise daily so this is more likely to be helping the tone. I wanted the crepey look to reduce and I do feel it has definitely helped. I am sharing my honest and authentic opinion as a Sephora Beauty Insider Community Ambassador. For reference, I am in my mid 40s and have dry to normal skin, dryer in the body than the face, so I need serious hydration. The best way to use this (and any cream) is to apply it right after your shower or bath, on just towel dried body to lock in hydration. PROS: – Very hydrating: my skin looks and feels hydrated for the entire day. Leaves my skin so soft! – It is not greasy at all: when I saw the rich texture this cream has, I thought it was going to be too greasy, which wouldn’t be too much of a problem for me because my body skin is on the dry side, but it is just perfect! – Great ingredient list: this cream is packed with great hydrating ingredients. – It claims to tighten skin: I have not seen those results just yet and I am not expecting them but if it happens, I will add the star I took away back! – It is a scented product, which I like, and the scent lasts the entire day. I find it a little overwhelming and I have a love/hate relationship with this scent. I love it more than I hate it (you will see what I don’t like on the negative side below) If you don’t like strong scents, stay away!! CONS: – It is a pricy product. I was EXTRA hype to order this bc one of my favorite YouTubers swears by it. She shows off all the time that she'll apply this after a shower and then spray Good Girl perfume on top and that's her go-to daily smell. I was sucker punched in the nostrils by the smell the millisecond I unscrewed the lid! You know how there's a difference between REAL vanilla and vanilla "scented" things? Well this smells "scented" but then like someone spilled maple syrup in it and tried to add lots of water to try rinsing the maple off the vanilla and THEN dumped that mix in a can planters nuts and shook it up. I could have gotten some kind of "toasted vanilla" smell from Bath & Bodyworks out of their $4.95 sale fragrance collection instead of spending $45 on this! I can NOT believe the YouTuber wears this or how that PLUS another scent on top agrees with her pheromones/skin or how there were THAT many glowing reviews. I love this stuff. I think it smells fantastic – vanilla, kind of like toasted rice, very tropical – and the texture is really nice. Sometimes I feel like creams can be stubborn to work in, but this formula soaks in well while still feeling moisturizing w/o being greasy. I actually do feel I can see a difference in my cellulite as I use it religiously every morning after a shower. When I stop using it I can see more "texture" on my thighs and butt. I'm currently 7 months pregnant so it's nice to feel good about myself in the mirror. Honestly, even if I'm hallucinating results, I don't care bc I just like this cream and the scent. I wouldn't wear this cream all over my body though since the smell is quite strong. Don't get me wrong it smells delicious to me, but I've never liked to smell strongly of anything so I keep this to my butt and thighs. This lotion can be a lifesaver when your skin gets really dry flaky. I have always had extremely dry skin that fluctuates throughout the year in it's severeness. Usually when the weather is changing it tends to really act up and itch really bad and get flaky. My elbows are the absolute worst. I look like a lizard or snake shedding it's skin. I have tried many prescription treatments but nothing I have tried has worked as well as this. They just cost way more. This is my go-to body lotion. It's well-formulated and decently priced. There's no obtrusive scent or greasiness and it doesn't trigger my acne or eczema issues. It has better strengthening ingredients than many that are twice the price. My only gripe is that it is sometimes hard to find in stores, do I have to order online. As far as firming, nothing is going to give you back time in a bottle, but my skin is in good condition and I think it helps overall health and elasticity.megan.t

There is a couple of things I do not like about this product. The first thing I noticed is the aroma. I don't mind a nice aroma but this product is heavily scented with an annoying aroma. To me it smells like an old perfume. The second thing and the worse thing for me, is it makes me itch. It took me a couple of days to figure out what was making me itch so badly. I really wish I had not bought it because I hate wasting products but in the trash it went. I would suggest trying a sample if possible.mrblueu

I’ve used it every day since I got it a couple of weeks ago. I haven’t seen any improvements so far even thought it says that you’ll see firmer-feeling skin in 10 days, then again, products don’t work wonders from day to night so I will keep using it until I reach the last drop and will update my reviews if this changed. This body lotion has a light texture that quickly absorbs into the skin. After its absorbed, it leaves your skin soft. No stickiness or tackiness! It smells really good; its has a subtle citrusy scent that isn’t overwhelming at all. Its not as hydrating as I wish it would be but we can’t forget the fact that this is a body LOTION not a cream or butter (which tend to be a lot more hydrating) and its intended for normal skin types. It did nothing. I bought Gold Bond and saw a minimal improvement arm skin but not my legs. I bought Nivea figuring it would just moisturize my skin and that would be it. I am shocked! I have an unhealthy obsession with the Fresh brand! They use mostly great ingredients in their products which is a must for me. They also have such luxe packaging that it makes you feel like you are using really high quality skincare products. I love the whole Black Tea line at Fresh. The whole product line has the most amazing fresh smell. I received a small sample of this cream so I can't speak on long term results. After using it a few times as a night cream, it left my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth. It's a very nice thick cream as well, too thick for me to use as a day cream as I have oily skin. I love this product. I have mature, sensitive skin and I struggle to find any face cream that does not react to my skin. Usually the first container of product will be fine. After repurchasing a product, I start to notice redness and skin irritation. This is one of the few face creams that I have now finished a second jar of the product and there is no skin irritation. My skin is soft throughout the day. The product is light and smooth, not greasy at all and smells lovely. The tea scent is light and I love that it is not a floral scent. The texture of my skin has improved. I love how smooth it is and I believe there is a more even skin tone. The claim of firming I cannot confirm. I don’t notice that at all in my skin. However I would highly recommend this product. It is expensive but I find a little goes a long way and as someone who struggles to find products that work on easily reactive skin, it’s worth the price to me.teacherlady15

This stuff is super thick. It also takes some commitment. Can't just swap it out with your regular lotion. The directions suggest twice a day on clean skin AND because of the glycolic, skin becomes more sun sensitive. This is one of my favourite brands due to their high quality products that delivers on the promise. I know because I have so many of their products in my permanent buy list. I have some stretch marks on the side boobs, so thought I would give this a try. I only used it twice so far but hopedully this will work. I will update this review with my findings later.Toothless
I use it for my stretch marks on my stomach and hips. The formula is great – with shea buter, glycolic acid, collagen, hyaluronic acid and caffeine. I read a clinical study suggesting daily vitamin c, retinol and glycolic acid application (I also use a serum containing vit c and retinol) would help fade stretch marks, And guess what, it’s working! It normally takes 8/10 months minimum to see results but I wanted to feedback now because It’s only been 4 weeks I am noticing the results, my stretch marks are less visible already!
