I was a little confused at first because it didn't come with instructions. I always read instructions to make sure I'm doing things right. So, once I passed that hurdle I was very happy with how easy the product is. I like that the head has a lot of motion to help navigate hard to reach places. I’ve had this Rejuvenate microfiber mood for a a few weeks now. I am in love with it! Having laminate floors with 2 boys and 2 dogs means dusting and mopping daily. Having to drag the vacuum out daily was taking a toll on my time and energy. The dusting pad glides easily across both laminate and tile flooring. It has promise but in real life doesn't live up to its price. My first mop squirted inadvertently, no triggering, as I pushed it back and forth. It seemed that flexing the pole moving the mop back and forth caused the squirts. This causes drops of fluid to be cast out on areas that are already done and you have to go back over the area (very lightly so as not to squirt more). Or you don't notice it till later when they dry and are visible. Bona was nice enough to replace that mop but alas, the replacement is now doing the same thing. Also, I'm now having issues where the bottle won't click/lock back into the mop after refilling with fluid. Also, also, the rubber corner seems like a good idea but the pads have no spot there to stick to. This causes them to flop over or fold at each front corner. Good idea, bad design. I'm ready to retire this mop to the garbage bin.Kone
I think this is a good alternative to other quick cleaning mops. What I like is that the tank is refillable. You can purchase more cleaning solution by Bona or add a different solution that you prefer. When the included solution ran out, I replaced the bona solution with another cleaning agent. The mop is very lightweight and easy to use. It has good maneuverability where I can get into more difficult spaces or use the mop on surfaces that are vertical to the floor. A few minor issues is that the tank can be a little tricky to pull out of the socket (I could just be weak) but it takes a little strength. The cap on the refillable tank took me a minute to figure out and again took some strength for me to open. The pad is reusable so I just wash after each use. The floors dry quick and they look pretty clean without streaks or cloudiness. A few times it has not done well lifting some real tough spots but for quick cleaning and disinfecting it’s great.stacy.s
Purchased the new Bona Floor Cleaning with vibrating mop head; after I inserted the Bona floor cleaner bottle into the mop, the spray didn't work! My biggest concern about this product is that the functionality of the mop is completely useless. The Velcro that is used to attach the mop heads to the device has ripped off after only a couple of months of light usage. I've tried super gluing the Velcro To no end and so every time I try to remove the mop pads I end up pulling the Velcro off with it….additionally because the product is not very weighted where the mop attaches to the device you get an uneven clean. there is more pressure on the center of the pad than there is on the edges so its kind of a light gloss over the floor… so you end up taking more time to get a more even clean. You can just tell when you remove the map pads that the the sides of the mop pad are never quite as dirty as the center is. I tried with bona I really did but I give up at this point time to upgrade to something better.Shay

I filled with my expensive Shaw Floor cleaner because we had been just using a spray bottle of it with a regular mop. I was eager to have a mop with integrated sprayer to avoid carrying a separate spray bottle around. Steam mops are magical! My cleaning heart is so happy! We moved in three years ago and the floor in our bathroom has always looked like this. I probably scoured 30+ years of grime out of these tiles. So gross! Still not my favorite tile, but I can at least live with it for a little while longer and not get totally disgusted every time I look at it. The Bissell Powerfresh Slim 3-in-1 is my new best friend! Using the handheld pod, red brush, and a bit of elbow grease to scrub both tile and grout it performed really well. The grime was really built up and I had to clean out the bristles often, but I was expecting that for the initial deep clean. I also pretreated the tile flooring with a vinegar solution to loosen the dirt before scrubbing and that worked like a charm. For a big job like this I had to refill the tank several times, but if there was a larger water tank it would have added extra weight and made it difficult to maneuver the pod. Haven't tried the extension arm or the mop head yet, but I think it will be a great way to keep all that grime build up at bay.Anna
Assembly was simple although at first I didn’t realize the screw that holds it together was taped to the handle, and I worried it was lost. Also to those receiving this mop with what looks like a “used” water tank and are returning it because it appears to have been used and then returned: I believe Bissell water tests these machines to check for leaks and to make sure everything works properly before packaging up for the consumer, so you could order ten of these and all ten would appear “used.” If all the other components and packaging appear to have not been opened and used once before, it’s safe to say your product hasn’t been used and then returned. The power cord was neatly folded and the twist tie did not appear to have been undone before and retied, the mop pads were clean and smelled of the manufacturer not like someone’s detergent. The screw came in a sealed plastic bag taped to the handle. Pretty safe to say it hadn’t been used before. The scrub brush is amazing. I use it on the caulking by my baseboards to get up dirt and dust. I will say, the “light” steam setting seems a bit too light. Maybe just for a quick dusting of your floors. The high setting is the way to go if you really want to see some steam and a good amount of wetness left behind on the floor. I had mopped with my traditional mop a week before using the steam mop, and to be honest I wasn’t too surprised that the pad was dirty since I’ve always assumed the mop was leaving dirty water behind. I was excited to buy this to clean/sanitize my floors in the entire house. I have large marble tile (very glossy) in first floor and semi gloss wood floor on the stairs & second floor. I started downstairs first, and worked my way upstairs. I followed the exact directions, and the first floor with marble came out terrible with super large streaks of water. I had it set to high steam, and was using the rough textured pad for the stains. I then began the stairs, and worked my way up to the second floor. Refilled the tank with water, and began the same process on the second floor and came out way better. This doesnt work great with high gloss tile. Wood is better to absorb the moisture it leaves behind. Pros: the cord is very long, and the tablet it comes with in the box left my house smelling really good. I will give it one more shot with the first floor’s marbel tile on low steam setting, and the white pad to see how it goes. If the outcome is the same, I’m going to return it.Chris

I bought this for my 84-year-old mother. I didn't have much belief that it would help her mop her kitchen and bathroom as often as she wanted but I was wrong! It is easy for her to use both in set up and after cleaning is done. She is able to get the mop twisted tight enough that the floor doesn't take hours and hours to dry causing possible slip and fall issues for her. I highly recommend this item. I loved this mop when I was sitting on my couch watching the infomercial…and that's where it ended! When I first received my mop I noticed that many features that the infomercial showed did not come with the actual purchased item. For example, the mop strands were nowhere as long as the mop strands shown in the commercial, the mop head did not spin 360 degrees as shown and the bucket did not stay in place when wringing the mop head out…grr! I used it of course but that was my first mistake. I would say about four months into owning it the gear mechanism that made it spin rusted right off thus making it impossible to spin the water out and the pedal started sticking less than a month into owning it, the fibers of the mop head stuck together and matted up making it virtually impossible to clean properly, both on the floor and in the washing machine and so on. The idea of this product was great! The engineering behind the idea was horrible! Cheaply made and for as much money as the consumer has to fork out for this product, some intense restructuring from the manufacturing should be done. In my opinion, this product should be taken off the shelf, consumers offered the purchase price back and compensation for the poor consumers that had to give lengthy testimonials (such as this) so no other poor soul is looped into buying this piece of junk. I had seen this mop all over TikTok and wanted one for a while. I finally bought one for about $40, couldn't wait to use it and was immediately disappointed. The handle wouldn't stay locked, it kept telescoping which was very frustrating. The next thing I noticed was that when you push forward on the mop, it functions like a mop should. On the backwards motion, the plastic base of the mop that the mophead attaches to just scrapes along the floor. I don't think the fabric of the mop was even touching the floor at all, it almost flips upside down so that only plastic is dragging along the floor. I mopped about 1/8 of my apartment before I had to stop. I cant put myself or my downstairs neighbor through that every time I mop. Terrible, terrible product that was over advertised on TikTok. Purchased this mop after several people I know said how great it was. While I do like the actual mop head and the spin idea, the handle is garbage. The handle is telescoping for whatever reason and will not stay locked. It constantly comes unlocked while mopping even with essentially no force applied. I honestly don't know why they would design a telescopic handle for a mop I'm the first place, especially considering that even with it extended fully it's still pretty short. My guess would be that it's easier to box and put in shelves, but it also makes the product garbage. They should have went with a screw together design if that was their concern. Also the mop head just king of clicks into the handle. Had they designed it with a traditional screw handle like most mops and brooms have I could have easily just gotten another handle and screwed it onto the mop head. As I said I love the idea of the product and like the was it mops when it actually functions. At this point I'm not sure what options I have to make it work better but will most likely end up having to return it. It is extremely aggravating to be in the middle of mopping and have a handle constantly trying to push in.Justin
This mop bucket with spinner is so easy to put together and use. The instructions for expanding the handle was a sticker attached to the handle so you'll never lose it. The mop head snapped into the handle with no problems. I had my doubts about this product but I am glad that I made this purchase. I used this at a client home and wondered about the quality. The mop did exactly what it was supposed to do. I paired it with Mr. Clean multi surface cleaner. This product cleaned 3 years worth of ground in dirt from bathroom floor tiles. I haven't seen the floor this clean for 3 years. I was using swifter wet jet which didn't even last thru the warranty. I switched to swifter wet floor pads and that didn't clean the groves in the bathroom tiles either. This product does exactly what it says it would do, however, I would not use it on wooden parquet floor because even though you spin the water out of the mop head it is still a little too wet for a wooden floor. Rotten idea of a mop. I honestly think this mop is more suited for small spills than for deep cleaning the entire floor. The mop head is too light to do any serious cleaning. I went over half the kitchen floor with this mop and the mop water still looked clean. Trash. I bought this to try out after using the O’Cedar Spin Mop. Hate it. Mop material consistently goes too far under the plastic mop head, and you wind up pushing the hard plastic across your floor, cleaning nothing, but making a terrible noise. There’s no foot pedal on the bucket—you wring the mop out by undoing the lock lever on the mop handle and then moving the handle up and down. I’m already mopping—I don’t want more work. The bottom third of the handle has a spiral groove in it to allow this up and down motion to happen for wringing, but even when the lever was locked, my mop handle was getting shorter and shorter as I mopped. I get that they want to be able to compete with O’Cedar, but this ain’t it. Get a foot pedal, a better mop head, a solid handle, and try again. I can’t give it zero stars, so it gets one. On the plus side the mop is thick and picks up a lot of water. The basket is deep and the spinner seems sturdier then most. On the negative side, the handle is very short. OK for me, I’m 5 feet, but I don’t think someone taller would find it comfortable. The major negative for me is the plastic lever that is supposed to lock the mop head in place in order to mop the floor. My mom bought this for herself but didn't like it. She gave it to me, and I LOVE it. Don't be fooled by the hardwood floor label. This can be used on any flat smooth floor, including tile and stained concrete. I have tile throughout half of my house, and this mop makes dusting quick, easy and fun. You will be amazed at the amount of dog hair this mop picks up. After dusting, I then use the small wide hand-held attachment on my vacuum cleaner to suck the hair and dirt off the microfiber cloth. I thought it odd this was shipped via the post office. It was almost hilarious watching the post mail wriggle it out of his car. The handle is very long and I do appreciate that…being 5'7, not a short person, I like a longer handle. However, the handle is not that great in that, one must be careful with it. The handle is made out of a thin aluminum type material, looks quite ugly, actually. I have laminate floors and this worked pretty good along with the bona floor cleaner. I also purchased one refill mop cover as a spare. The best part is the mop covers can be washed. I don't like having to buy and keep box's of wet things and box's of dry duster things…..takes up space, waste of money, waste of time buying them, not to mention an insult on intelligence. Best Mop Ever! I was looking for a mop that was not too bulky, so that when I wrung it out all the water would come out of it. I use a cedar bucket, but most other mops stay too wet. I have owned my fair share of every mop on the market ( trust me). I live in 4-season Northwest Michigan, we have 4 seasons in 1 day sometime. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats and horses. So we make dirt, mud, fur, sand and dust. So I put my Mops up to a challenge and I am doing it a lot! The second I took my Bona mop out of the box I was already impressed. It's not your average microfiber cheap mop. It's HEAVY DUTY. Extremely well built has nice rubber grips, hole at top for hanging. But the MOP PART whoa momma so well built and HUGE, with Velcro like good Velcro, not cheap tiny bits like your pads stick right now no messing around. The microfiber dusting pad did all the cobwebs in my house in less then 5 minutes I ran along every ceiling it grabbed every thing in its path. And it was still ready for more, I didn't have to take it off and toss it in the washer. Normally you get a pass or two in your house and these pads are done full and not grabbing anything else. Oh Not with Bona it's getting the job DONE even the fur, YES it picked up and kept the fur not just the first pass of fur and then pushed most into a pile for you ugh. The mop pads Oh la la…. After breaking the handle of my Swiffer for the third time, I looked up to find a better model… something that would last more than a year. I thought… hey, if they didn't bother to modify the notoriously weak handle in several years, they probably never will. This is much stronger. No electric pump as the pump is hand activated. You can use whatever cleaning agent you like. Instead of disposable pads, you'll have to use some that need to be cleaned. Some pros and cons there. This particular mop has some great features like the long cord, level of steam options, and the swivel head. It is pretty lightweight but does a good job of lifting dust, watersheds, and light foot traffic. The scrubber helps lift heavier, sticky messes if you repeatedly go over the mess or raise the steam leave. This model won't tolerate you pushing hard down on the handle so you need to be patient and just keep going over tough spots for it to do it's job, and it will. You'll need to remove the hot scrub pad immediately when you're done or place the entire unit on a counter while it cools to avoid damage on a wood floor. I left mine on a laminate wood floor while cooling down and it left white, cloudy stains underneath the pad on my floor that I cannot remove. Hard lesson learned. I find the mop head too large for smaller bathrooms.
I have many animals and hardwood and tile throughout my home. I have had a Shark and Orek steam mops before and thought they did a decent job. But I am a hardcore Bissell fan when it comes to vacuums because of the massive shedding from the pets not to mention my drooling Mastiffs. I went with this Bissell for the brand and am more than satisfied with my choice. This model, 1940W, does an exceptional job of cleaning both my hardwood and tile floors without streaking or having to go over the saliva enzymes 20x before it lifts. I can really clean my floors easily on the medium setting and did my kitchen, dining room, living room, and hallway which is about 1600sq. feet without having to refill the tank. The scrubbing pad made easy work of getting up any spills or sticky spots, all in one quick motion. This is steamer mop is far better than the other two I had. The cord is plenty long and the scent discs which I didn't think would be a big deal actually are. The whole house smelled wonderful and the scent even wafted upstairs. I bought this when it was deeply discounted to replace my other current options, which were either a bucket/mop with a lil fabuloso or pinesol or getting on my hands and knees with a rag. I already have a Dyson handheld cordless vacuum, so I decided not to get the vacuum steam mop combo version, and just get this lighter steam mop only instead. Just as the Dyson made me not mind vacuuming, I thought that getting the lighter steam mop would do the same for me but for mopping, even though it's corded. I have to say, it does what it says it'll do. It's not as detailed as spending hours in the floor with a hand-rag, or as deep cleaning as soaking the tile floor with a mop-bucket but it's wayyyyy less mess, dries wayyyy faster, it's wayyyy more ergonomic, and more likely that I'll do this more often than the other two methods, which was basically out of desperation once a year. I also really like that the pads are reusable and washable, even if it's kind of a pain to remember to wash them, and don't even mind the cord. It's the perfect length to cover my entire kitchen without unplugging. Glad I held out for this. I'm actually looking forward to having and maintaining somewhat clean floors from now on. #sweepstakesErin

Oh yeah! Now this is a good sturdy mop , light weight and easy to use. Cleans even the most dirtiest floors. My son is a coal miner and on days when he swings by to pay me a visit after work , he is always covered in dust ,dirt , mud and whatever else there is. By the time he leaves , my floors look like someone stomped in mud and ran a marathon. This mop gets it all up with ease. Its really a good mop! It has a built in wringer so you don't have to bend over to wring out the water , which is perfect for someone like me who suffers from degenerative disk and other back problems. It's the same brand and color of my broom, that's why I bought it. Glad I did!Sheila
I should've listened to the multiple negative reviews. They were saying the mop broke within a few months. I thought maybe they got a bad batch but it happened to me too. I only used it twice and as I was twisting the mop, doing what it was designed to do, it broke. I don't have that much upper body strength so I know it wasn't user error. I'm gonna try to glue it back together but never buying this mop again nor telling others to buy it.Monica
