First off I thought this was like a thick lotion or cream and no, it is not.. so you’re gonna have to buy a squirt bottle or a mister of some type to go along with this product.  when you shake the bottle it sounds like water but giiiiirl it is not! I like this leave in conditioner it has a water like consistency. It has almost a fruity pineapple scent. It doesnt moisturize my hair but It is also an additional heat protection so it makes my life easier to not constantly try to buy a seperate heat protectant for styling. It doesnt do much hydration at all but it does the job for a tiny extra bit of moisture. If youre someone that has low perosity hair i don’t recommend as it doesnt have much hydration properties at all but maybe for someone who has an oily scalp and want a more lightweight product this may be the one for you. im so impressed by this shampoo! not only is it affordable compared to other salon shampoos but I could really see a difference in my hair after using it and will continue to use this shampoo. my hair feels so clean and bouncy after using this. it doesn't feel dry or like it's squeaky clean just soft and very manageable. definitely my favourite product and brand.

Love the packaging design of this in my bathroom. Brightens it up immediately and looks very pretty. However the quality of the plastic is awful and I keep hurting my hand while opening it because it’s difficult to grab the lid to open, and the edges are sharp enough that I’m worried I’ll cut myself one day. Onto the product! It smells like soy and vanilla. I wish the vanilla was more toned down. But fortunate it’s not at an unbearable level for someone sensitive to fragrance like me. As far as sulfate-free shampoos go, this lathered up decently okay (by which I mean not like completely drying) so long as you used a decent amount. Not super softened or magical but it did keep the brassiness of my bleached hair under control. For sulfate free types I think it’s alright if you like the brand and packaging.
This is a really nice silky hydrating leave in conditioner. I like to use it after the shampoo and mask from the same line and I love how it makes my hair feel and look. I apply this from mid to ends and comb and style as usual. It leaves my hair soft and shiny without being too heavy. It has some of my favorite nourishing ingredients like argan oil and marula oil. Just like the shampoo, it has a slight lower PH which is what I look for in hair care products since they hydrate but are less damaging. It’s perfect for every day hydration and helps a lot with frizz control, especially on thick wavy hair like mine! I just love the moisture I get from the Drunk Elephant Silkamino Mega-Moisturizing Shampoo for my hair and my scalp loves it too! This really is a deeply moisturizing shampoo I truly feel my hair gets plenty of moisture and feels healthier with use, looks shinier, softer too, and even stronger. It does a great job too at deep cleansing away all my product buildup I have in my hair from all the hair products I use which is a plus, plus dirt, sweat, and oils too it cleanses away. What I like is that soothes my scalp too which is something I was looking for while also looking for something with all these other properties so this shampoo really does it all and my scalp does feel so much better and healthier too! This shampoo has a nice thick formula so all you need is a little to lather up so it’ll last you a long time and I only use a small amount on my past below my shoulders wavy bleached hair. I bought this large bottle of Conditioner along with the shampoo in the same line. I love the packaging, the pump itself is much bigger than pumps in the past. So, when trying to pump product in the shower with slippery hands, I had a much easier time grasping the pump and dispensing the Conditioner. I love the scent of this product too. It has the classic fresh scent to it & the scent wasn't overpowering. The product is thick, it is easy to distribute all over my hair and I was able to use a wide tooth comb in the shower after using the conditioner &] had no tangles. My hair immediately felt more hydrated &] soft. Once I got out of the shower & dried my hair, I liked that my hair felt soft still but didn't feel like it was oily or anything. It was easier to manage with out any tangles. I haven't noticed increased shine, but I hope that it does start to show that shine soon because the product has been beneficial in other areas.liak99

I used to use this brand all the time, but it had do many extra, unneeded ingredients that I stopped buying it. This really seems to be a better formulation though! This didn't strip my hair like other shampoos do. I love how hydrating the shampoo is, not only is it clarifying, but the it is soothing on my hair and scalp. Once I used the shampoo, I noticed that any build up was gone and that my hair felt so much better. It has a great smell, a classic Pantene scent that smells clean & fresh. I tried the L'Oréal Hair Expertise Total Repair 5 Shampoo because I like trying out new shampoos. The product says it's for Damaged Hair and I don't have damaged hair but I wanted to try it anyway. The shampoo smells like all of the other L'Oreal shampoos I have ever tried. So same old scent, nothing special. The bottle is a bit flatter and wider than most bottles of shampoo but I liked that. The flip top is easy to flip and the shampoo comes out easily. I like the flat top so I can turn the bottle upside down whenever it gots low. Once I put the shampoo in my hair it felt extra silky and slippery. It lathered up well and was easy to rinse out of my hair. After blow drying my hair, my hair did feel silkier, had more shine and was a bit fluffier. I have really short hair that already likes to stand up so other people with longer hair might find more fluffiness. I can't say if my hair was stronger or more dense since it wasn't breaking and it wasn't thin in the first place. Overall I liked this shampoo and I will probably buy it again.Stacey580

I have mixed reviews about this product. I purchased it for my damaged and bleached hair. It is not to be confused with the 2% bottle. This one is 9% repair and keratin concentrate. I thought this would be like the Loreal Total Extreme but it is less moisturizing which is a downer. I bought this because it says it has keratin. But in the list of ingredients I don't see any keratin or protein listing. This was about 65% moisturizing for me. I had to condition twice. I am in love with Pureology Smooth Perfection Shampoo! This is my first time trying Pureology and I had no idea what to expect. The first thing I noticed about the smooth perfection shampoo was the scent, I loved the hints of cocoa. Upon first application I decided to use a small amount and I am glad I did, a little bit goes a long way with this shampoo. I have really long hair and I only had to use a quarter size amount or less. I want to point out that I always have to use a handful of shampoo when I use my usual drugstore brand, so I was shocked by how little I had to use of the pureology. I massaged the shampoo in my hair for a good 1 to 2 minutes and then proceeded to wash it out. My hair felt so soft and clean without feeling stripped at all. I typically have a lot of fallout when I wash my hair, but noticed less strands of hair coming out while washing. I followed up by using the pureology smooth perfection conditioner. I also use a quarter size amount or less and it was more than enough. I focused this conditioner at the ends of my hair and put whatever was leftover on my roots. I let the conditioner sit for the recommend time of 1 to 2 minutes and then proceeded to wash it out. I felt like it took no time to wash all of the conditioner out. My hair was less tangled and overall felt so much healthier than what I am used to. I used the smoothing lotion on the ends of my hair, blow dried my hair and was so amazed by the end result. The end result after I blow dried and straightened my hair was incredible. My hair was less frizzy and more straight making it so easy to straighten. I would like to add that my hair is very wavy/curly and frizzy after washing. The price for the Pureology Smooth Perfection set is a bit expensive, but honestly it is worth every penny. I got this product complimentary from Influenster and Pureology for my honest review. I really loved how this product worked for my hair. It left it so smooth and silky. It lathered really nicely and felt great when I washed it. It also rinsed out nice and easy and left my scalp feeling great. When I blew my hair dry it was like silk. Absolutely fabulous! Only negative, which I was REALLY surprised about, was the scent of this product. It was not pleasant at all to me and not something like I’ve ever smelled in a shampoo. I didn’t like it and for me that is important in a shampoo. I have other Pureology products and love their scents. it’s just this one that I couldn’t tolerate. Otherwise, I love how the product works, but due to the scent I would not buy this product. Sorry but it’s just my honest opinion. I only like haircare that has a nice pleasant smell and this one fell short in that area. It was almost like lightly nutty and musky and sour all mixed together. Hard to explain but it was not like typical haircare scents. For those that don’t care about how a shampoo smells, this would probably be good for you because it does work for smoothing and shine. I received this product from influencer pureology, but all opinions are completely my own. I have enjoyed using this shampoo. I find that the combination of the shampoo conditioner does help smooth my long hair and does really help smooth frizz. The shampoo cleanes hair great, good lather though it can make hair feel only slightly stripped. Conditioner is a nice one that helps smooth but doesn't overdo it and cause hair to feel heavy. Both help cleanse and Condition my hair without feeling too dry or too weighed down. The heat protectant from this line is nice and I feel it helps smooth hair and help make it somewhat softer. It doesn't help much with tangles though. Overall a good smoothing system that helps with frizz. I would recommend anyone trying it out.shona.d

The scent is to die for!! Seriously, after washing my hair with this and the conditioner, my hair continues to smell like this until my next wash which is like once a yea… week. My boyfriend tried it years ago, and even he likes the way it makes his hair look and feel. This is fairly expensive for me to spend on shampoo (and the conditioner). The biggest bottles are almost $100 each. But when you think about it, one of the big bottles can last me an entire year so it’s actually cheaper versus buying a $20 shampoo every 2 months or less. There really isn’t anything else like it on the market. My hair gets so soft and healthier when I use this. Split ends aren’t as noticeable, and I feel like I can wear my hair naturally more often. They have different kinds for what you want like volume or hydration or smoothing (I think). If you order directly from their website, you can join their rewards program which is pretty darn good in my opinion. The point system is attainable and the redeemable products are actually really good ones. In the end, it feels like you get some of your money back which I always love love love!melissa.d

The shampoo has a decent lather and you don’t need much of it as a little goes a long way. PinchME sent me samples of this MoroccanOil Hydrating Conditioner and the matching shampoo and I tried them together earlier this week. Overall, I’m a fan of MoroccanOil products and this experience only further confirmed that! This conditioner was very creamy in its consistency. I wasn’t a fan of the scent unfortunately, I couldn’t quite place it but it smelled similar to plastic somehow. Thankfully the scent didn’t linger in my hair after rinsing. This conditioner has argan oil, Vitamins A and E, and moisturizing red algae to help hydrate and condition your hair. It’s also color-safe, sulfate-free, phosphate-free, and paraben-free. I felt like my hair was very sleek after rinsing. After I dried my hair, I had significantly less flyaways and my hair wasn’t weighed down either. I was searching for a new go to shampoo and conditioner, something for my fine but thick, damaged and frizzes easily hair (its humid in the south), as I'm growing it out since I had to do a big chop. I did alot of searching online reading reviews on all products, that was my make or break on finally making a purchase. WTBS I'm super happy with this product and have been using it for over a month before even writing a review. The shampoo is so fragrant, it WOW'd me, it doesn't smell that strong out the bottle, I love it, but if you are sensitive to strong scents you might not like it, but after using over a week or so, you get used to its power and enjoy it alot. Lathers well, my hair feels super clean and soft, mega sleek is exactly what you get with this combination. When blow drying you can still smell the luxurious smell, faintly not over powering but where you know your hair smells SO GOOD! My frizz and fly aways are definitely helped by this product. I normally straighten my hair almost daily, but since my big chop and I'm growing out my natural hair, I want it super healthy and the least amount damaged as possible, so right now no flat iron only blow drying and it looks very good! I haven't had a haircut in over 22 weeks so I can only imagine how it would look straightened with the help of this Mega Sleek. This will be my shampoo and conditioner for a long time. The conditioner is nice and slimey (if you have hair like mine that will tangle horribly and you need a slimey conditioner just to be able to comb it after.. my hair is shoulder length now, but used to be LONG, my hair acts no different with a different length), its very conditioning and works very well!!! I have zero complaints on both these products and do recommend! Only warning is the scent if you are sensitive, you can always try and return, but give it a fair chance. I honestly love this stuff and so glad I found the right product so I can stick with something that makes me and my hair happy. FINALLY!! P.S. I really love that this product truly makes my fizzy, wavy hair less frizzy and sleek! I come out of the shower with shiny hair and it seems to stay much more tame than with standard shampoos!! I really wanted to like this but I just couldn’t so I returned it. The scent was the most part for me… I expected the same scent as the original Moroccanoil Hair oil so maybe my expectation was high? It was almost like those glade spray fresh clean scent to me. Performance wasn’t as good… it did help with the frizz and made my hair fluffy but made my hair feel dry so I didn’t see the point of paying this much for a product like this. I have long hair (almost touches my coxis; half of it is dyed because I’m trying to achieve a melted effect.. from my natural dark brown to grey) So my ends need help to maintain its elasticity, moisture and prevent split ends. I got everything from this brand that I was able to afford to start taking care of it . (Repair, protect and restorative products) It has passed 2 weeks and I’m planning on keep washing my hair every 3-4 days; I have experienced NO frizz as before, no tangle hair, it’s feels soft , smell great, more manageable. I have been using the Shea Moisture conditioner for approximately two weeks and was provided them by #trywithtopbox as a #freeproduct for my honest review. I have fine, thin, waist length hair that is naturally blonde starting to go grey, that is prone to split ends and I would describe as normal to oily. I don't wash it daily but every 2 to 3 days it's just too much work to do daily. I used the conditioner as directed and found that my hair combed out fairly easily even while still wet which was great as it tends to tangle quite badly when I don't use a good conditioner on it. My hair was soft and shiny and manageable. The container for this feels slightly greasy when I handle it during use even after rinsing them off. The conditioner bottle uses a pump as a dispenser which is great but I couldn't get the original one that came with the bottle to function. I replaced it with one I had but I noticed that the thick conditioner dries and forms a plug that takes several pumps to force out. Overall I would say this was a good product that worked as advertised and if someone was looking to try this I would recommend it, I'm not sure if it is the best choice for me given the frequency with which I wash my hair.MargarethaM

I received this as a #freeproduct through #trywithtopbox, but this review is 100% my honest opinion. I have fine 2A/2B hair that is coloured/bleached. I really struggle to find conditioning products that are repairing and hydrating for the colour, but not too heavy for my fine hair. Most conditioners really weigh my hair down and make it oily. I didn’t have that experience with the SM manuka honey and yogurt conditioner! First off – the scent is lightweight and really nice. It smells exactly like honey, but isn’t too sweet. The formula is hydrating but not heavy. It’s a thinner consistency than a lot of other repairing conditioners, which worked really well for me. I use one pump from the nape of my neck to my ends and let it sit for a few mins before washing out with cold(ish) water. I don’t believe that long term results can be identified without using the entire bottle, but I will say that my hair has been shinier, easier to detangle after washing, and less frizz since starting to use this product. The ends of my hair are usually the driest, and they seem to be less damaged and have less obvious split ends. I would absolutely continue to use this product, and will rebuy! The only thing I didn’t love is the packaging – the pump on my bottle didn’t really work, and had a hard time getting any amount of product out. I don’t know if it was just mt bottle or a design flaw, but I ended up switching the pump with another bottles I have with a thicker tube, and have not had any problems since.RoseyB37

I had high expectations for this line of haircare by living proof and they sure delivered! This shampoo is amazing at clarifying and defrizzing my hair. I only use the shampoo on the top portion of my hair to prevent any drying of the my ends. I noticed after using it my flyaways were significantly less frizzy. I have wavy color treated hair so my hair is extremely damaged and always frizzy right after the shower. Using this line has changed the game my hair looks like I just got it washed at the salon after the shower and blow drying. This product had generally good reviews so I decided to give it a try because I liked the scent of it and the promise of healthy hair. What I discovered instead was after several weeks, my hair became more and more brittle, tangled and fell out more. My scalp became unbearably itchy and flaky, not minor dander, seriously huge flakes all over my scalp. I do not bleach or process my hair and rarely use heat tools. As soon as I changed to another product (not a dandruff product) in one wash it was a tremendous relief. No more dry itchy scalp and hopefully my hair recovers from all the breakage and fall out. I have fine, straight, color treated, aging hair. I was looking for a shampoo/conditioner for aging hair since I have noticed that my hair has become more fragile and prone to breakage as I've gotten older. This came up on a few "best shampoo" lists when I did a search related to my issues. I'll start with the scent. Definitely not very pleasant. Someone described it as peppery. To me, it smells like bug spray covered up with perfume. The only reason I decided to keep using it is that the smell does fade after blow drying. Next, and most importantly, I've used this for about 5 weeks and have seen no noticeable improvement as far as strengthening/smoothing my hair goes. Like others experienced, my hair was also more tangled after using and you have to use a lot to get a good lather. Last, considering the high price, they really stiff you on the quantity. I tried the L'Oréal Hair Expertise Total Repair 5 Shampoo because I like trying out new shampoos. The product says it's for Damaged Hair and I don't have damaged hair but I wanted to try it anyway. The shampoo smells like all of the other L'Oreal shampoos I have ever tried. So same old scent, nothing special. The bottle is a bit flatter and wider than most bottles of shampoo but I liked that. The flip top is easy to flip and the shampoo comes out easily. I like the flat top so I can turn the bottle upside down whenever it gots low. Once I put the shampoo in my hair it felt extra silky and slippery. It lathered up well and was easy to rinse out of my hair. After blow drying my hair, my hair did feel silkier, had more shine and was a bit fluffier. I have really short hair that already likes to stand up so other people with longer hair might find more fluffiness. I can't say if my hair was stronger or more dense since it wasn't breaking and it wasn't thin in the first place. Overall I liked this shampoo and I will probably buy it again.Stacey580
I've tried different shampoos and conditioners, but this is the one I keep coming back to. I chose this one out of the entire spectrum since my hair is dry and damaged, and I need to maintain it conditioned and healthy because I get my hair done frequently. I use it in conjunction with the Shampoo, and I combine it with L'Oreal Paris Total Repair Instant Miracle Treatment for the best results. Because I have long hair, I purchase the 700ml bottles, which last far longer than the smaller bottles. It's also simpler to figure out how many pumps you'll need for your hair.madiha.a
I have mixed reviews about this product. I purchased it for my damaged and bleached hair. It is not to be confused with the 2% bottle. This one is 9% repair and keratin concentrate. I thought this would be like the Loreal Total Extreme but it is less moisturizing which is a downer. I bought this because it says it has keratin. But in the list of ingredients I don't see any keratin or protein listing. This was about 65% moisturizing for me. I had to condition twice. It also has a unique smell like a men's Cologne . The only draw back is the cap is very sensitive and weak. I didn’t think I could love a shampoo conditioner so much! I took long to write my review because I wanted to really test it out until the very last minute. I have noticed a change in my hair and scalp since I started to use them both together. My hair has a lot less frizz than before with other brands. It leaves my smooth with no frizz at all. No matter if I blow dry my hair straight or leave it curly, the frizz is controlled! It also has a nice yet very subtle scent which is nice. I have a very dry scalp but also wavy frizzy hair. I typically use dandruff specific shampoo and conditioner as that is all I’ve found that works for my hair and scalp. I was very excited to try something new and so far have been very pleased with the results. I like to shampoo twice since I only wash weekly (once to clean out dirt/product buildup and again to really clean my scalp). The scent of this shampoo was very pleasant and I loved the thick texture-not watery at all. It also creates a good lather which is important to really get my scalp feeling clean. I’m on day 2 of my hair and so far my scalp has no itching and no greasy feeling which can happen after not washing your hair daily. The Oribe hair products are seriously pure luxury and this masque is no exception! I received this product for free from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. I love that this masque is simply integrated into my normal weekly hair wash routine! After shampooing, you just use this instead of your regular conditioner which I appreciate there is no added hassle. The smell is phenomenal without being overpowering. When I use this, I find I have much less frizz – however I do find that I have to wash my hair more frequently. My normal wash schedule is once a week with Bumble and bumble Invisible Oil shampoo + conditioner; with this Oribe masque I have to wash about every 4-5 days. But overall I do really love this product. It’s definitely expensive, but a nice little luxury item to treat your hair with!sasha.w
For this price and after reading so many reviews, I guess I expected something special. True, shampoo and conditioner feel ok, like any other nice shampoo. My hair was soft but afterwards in its worst. It dried out my hair so much that it looked absolutely horrible even dough I just had hairs cut 2 weeks ago. And after only one day it looks like 3 day hair. I am so disappointed as I spent so much money and feel so stupid to believe all these influencers and other paid reviews. Please be honest when reviewing. As there is no way that this shampoo is any better then any other cheaper one. There is nothing special, not even smell is present. I don't get this hype. Before I share my thoughts on this product here is some background info: I have very fine thin hair that does not like to hold any kind of style for more than an hour. I typically use Pantene’s Sheer Volume Shampoo and conditioner for my hair and it has been doing the job. Pantene has stopped making this exact kind and I have started trying different products to see what would work best for my hair. I received a sample size of this shampoo and conditioner with a big purchase of other hair care products. It looks really pretty coming out and smells amazing. It lathers up very nicely as well. The whole time I was working it into my hair I couldn’t stop thinking of where I had smelled this before and then it hit me. This shampoo and conditioner smells very similar to the Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Italian Zest perfume which smells lemony and gives off a limoncello vibe which is a huge plus to me. Another pro of this shampoo and conditioner is that it is very light weight and doesn’t weigh down my hair which for someone like me is very important. Both rinse off well and don’t seem to leave any behind in my hair. Brushing my hair out afterwards was nice and easy. I would probably use this again but not consistently.MsA2023

Living Proof gifted me this product and the accompanying conditioner in exchange for my honest review. I have been using this product for about 2-3 weeks now. I have dry, thin, often frizzy hair and a sensitive scalp. I have previously enjoyed the PhD in-shower styler and dry shampoo from Living Proof, but this is my first time trying out shampoo and conditioner from the brand. I love the scent of living proof products and this one is no different. The fragrance in this shampoo isn't too overpowering and it doesn't irritate my scalp, but it does keep my hair smelling nice for a while after I shower. I love the sleek matte packaging of this product. It's easy to use and it looks nice without trying to do more than it needs to. I do find that this shampoo and conditioner combo helps to tame the frizz in my hair. I saw this product on a show. They showed a lady to has heat damaged her hair using hot irons, curling irons, etc and was experiencing serious frizz as a result. They treated one side of her hair with the shampoo, conditioner and no frizz styling cream and the other side they left untreated. They proceeded to use a steam releasing appliance and viola, her hair did not frizz. These products work to eliminate frizzy hair by blocking humidity – and without weighing hair down (sulfate-free). First thing I notice as I am using the shampoo, my hair is not tangling as usual and the shampoo has a very nice citrus scent .. After rinsing out the shampoo, I used the conditioner. I used according to directions and my hair felt wonderful and moisturized. Next, I used the leave-in conditioner and began to blow dry my hair. These products left my hair with lots of shine, manageable and so light, bouncey and straight that I had to look twice. I do color process my hair so it was very important that I used a product which did not strip or dull my color. It rained that day so I had a chance to see if the product worked. It did!!!!! I have thin flat bleached highlighted hair that damages easily so lengths can look very dull, puffy and unhealthy easily while scalp gets oily quickly and hair is weighted down with any hydrating/nourishing heavier formula. This KM Hydrate Me line was such a discovery for me. This shampoo is very hydrating (leaving my hair silky and knot free), but it's not heavy at all. I have no idea how they do it, because the formula of this shampoo is quite creamy, it lathers up super well, but it already leaves my hair quite silky yet very clean. You know how shampoos either feel too "cleaning" or too nourishing? Well this one is a perfect mix of both of those things. I use the hydrating conditioner alongside the hydrating shampoo, and it's my favourite hair care to use. I have long and thick hair and I find this conditioner works really well for ensuring my ends stay soft. It also helps with hair thats easily tangled, which mine often is due to the length. It makes it easier to brush after washing! Highly recommend this with the hydrating shampoo, especially for those with long hair. I've been using the combo for 2-3 years I think! It's my favourite! I purchased this the last time I had balayage on my hair. I told my stylist I don’t like the brassy look, and she recommended this product to help prevent the brassiness. It’s ok, but not overly impressive. I normally have to use another, more moisturizing and de-tangling, conditioner in conjunction with this conditioner because the bleach dries out my hair so much. It’s been a few weeks since I started using, and I am starting to notice the brassiness come on, but that’s to be expected. My stylist said I’ll have to come back for toner every so often, even if I use this conditioner. I also use the shampoo in an effort to get the best results. My stylist recommended leaving either the purple shampoo or conditioner on my hair for a few extra minutes, and she said the shampoo would likely dry it out too much, so to opt to leave the rinse on rather than the shampoo. For the price point, I would have expected a little more out of this conditioner.jenna.r

This is my first time using a Pacifica hair care product. I have used a sunscreen of theirs in the past and I liked it so I thought I'd give this a shot.Pros:Smell is nice. Not a strong or overwhelming coconut scent but still noticeable.Hair looks clean. There's not a lot of sudsing with this shampoo because its more of a cleansing shampoo.My hair does not feel dry. It doesn't feel more moisturized either but at least it's not drier.Cons:My hair doesn't feel clean. It looks clean once it's dry but my hair feels gross. It doesn't look oily right after it's dry but it feels heavy against my head. Maybe it's leaving residues behind?My hair only looks clean for about 8 hours once it's dry. After 8 hours, forget about it. Time to bring in the dry shampoo because my head looks like I sprayed oil in it.dera.w
I have long thin hair and it always feels super oily after school. I am so glad that my mom purchased this product for me because it makes my hair and scalp feel clean and smooth and it helps me to feel comfortable before I go to bed. My favorite scent in my favorite shampoo. The scent is not overwhelming (I am scent sensitive) so it goes along way to be able to enjoy the wonderful tropical scent. The Coconut Power shampoo works great without leaving your locks stripped but leaves them clean & healthy. Please do not ever stop making Coconut Power hair care. I absolutely ❤️ it all.AlohaMama

So far so good. Trying to replace Deva products that have become too expensive and needed something without proteins, so it will not dry out my curly/wavy hair. This has worked well so far. Of course changing products generally has a good initial result, but it can decrease with continued use. I am hopeful this result will last.chemmom

This is nice for my fine, thinning hair and helps keep the wave that it has. With the pump it is hard to get just a small amount out and spread evenly through the hair. I am going to try to dilute it and put it in a spray bottle to see if I can get a lighter, more even coverage. I would have given it 5 stars if they hadn't used so much fragrance. *I received these products complimentary.* So I just tried the Dove Amplified Textures Shampoo. I figured I was at the beach earlier and why not use these new products… SO! #1) packaging is cute, I like that it has a pump. But when I pump this product into my hair, #2) the shampoo has an odd consistency. IT FEELS LIKE GEL in my hands, which is BIZARRE when you're used to regular shampoo. Now with that said, it lathers nicely and doesn't strip my hair. For my girls who are team natural: this product is SLS free, so it's not going to strip your hair…. Which is great! However. the reason for 3 stars is because if you use the whole system (shampoo. conditioner, leave in), Im not sure whether it would completely remove the dimethicone thats in the conditioner and leave in (the jury is still out on those). overall its a nice shampoo and I'll give it another try. I would give it a shot if not having sulfates in your shampoo is a must, you don't mind products with a weird consistency, and you don't use heavy products with silicones, heavy oils, or butters (shea butter, etc).iman.j
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! Sometimes due to my depression i cant deal with my hair. It was so dry as you can see in the picture. And tangled. This conditioner smells great. I tried it out first without water. And those are the results. Its soft and bouncy now. It really softens the knots. Its a liquidity creamy so it wets the hair but once you put it in hair it gets thicker. This is a great alternative to wash day. Spray your hair down and apply this. I recommend if you are applying it dry to hair work it in before you to try to detangle. But damp to wet hair is probably best . The pump is amazing idea. I always knock over jars. Usually my hair soaks up everything but so far so goodLolo
