I used to get dandruff, so I used a 2-in-1 shampoo conditioner. That product kept the dandruff away but made my hair very dry. I love this Neutrogena conditioner! It does not have a strong odor, just a clean scent. My hair looks and feels healthy when I use this conditioner in combination with the scrub and shampoo. My hair used to get tangled with the product I used before, but this conditioner kept my hair silky and had very little tangles. The only reason I give this product 4 stars is because of the bottle shape. I am a quadriplegic, so my mom washes my hair for me. She has weak hands, so it is hard for her to squeeze the bottles. The shape of the bottle is bulky. I do not think a pump will work because the conditioner is very thick. However I would still buy these 3 products.

The Healthy Scalp Hydro Boost line has completely changed my hair. As a late-blooming curly girl with a severely sensitive scalp, I have tried MANY products while in pursuit of the right combination for my hair's need for moisture and my scalp's desire to remain product-free. I got this shampoo from influenster in exchange of my honest reviews. I love trying new shampoo and conditioner products and seeing what each one has to offer. I hadn’t heard of any with hyaluronic acid before and was eager to see if it stood out above other shampoos I’ve tried. The bottle of this shampoo is a neat square shape which is different from other shampoos out there, but it didn’t fit on my shower ledge where I put all the rest of my products. I had to put it on the edge of the tub which I don’t prefer. It is easy to squeeze out and comes out a little thick. From the picture I thought it would be blue which it isn’t, only the bottle is blue. That’s not a big deal, I guess it was the inner child in me that hoped it would be a cool color. That’s a plus for anyone who doesn’t want unnatural dyes in their product anyways. When I put this on my hair it took a while to lather and I actually went back for a little more product to get it worked in all over my head. It’s not too strong though and it doesn’t last after being rinsed out. It didn’t feel particularly moisturizing as I lathered it over my scalp. After the shower my hair felt clean and lightweight. Whatever drawbacks the shampoo seemed to have in the shower evened out with it being a perfectly acceptable shampoo out of the shower. My hair wasn’t any more greasy the next day.priya.j

First and foremost, I think it's important to note that this product may have been made for people of color primarily in mind. For me, it's the name, the ingredients, and even the fragrance that brings that to mind. Customarily, I use Head & Shoulder's 2-in-1 Shampoo and Conditioner product on my curly and coily hair for ease as well as to treat my dandruff problem. The Royal Oil shampoo has a similar texture as the aforementioned product, but with a smell that is light, yet musky. It's very refreshing! On rinsing it off, I find my head feels smooth, not waxy as some other shampoos leave your hair feeling. The conditioner feels like lotion when applied and doesn't appear to spread well. After leaving it in your hair for a while, however, I was surprised to notice how the product seemed to foam on my head making it much easier to rinse off. I purchased this from from other store many moons ago and I liked it. it was sulfate free, foams well, rinses off clean, cleanse and cools the scalp and has mint & rosemary oil which I like for my scalp. This is somewhat a repeat purchase but I am disappointed when I look at the ingredients list; it has been reformulated!!!! Even the descriptions and wordings have changed slightly. It used to say "formulated without sulfate". Now it says "formulated without sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate", because this new formulation is using sodium coco-sulfate which is identical to sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate😂. I'm going to wash my toilet bowl with this sodium coco-SULFATE shampoo and forget it ever existed. There's nothing wrong with sulfate.I just prefer a good sulfate free shampoo. I have ongoing dry, itchy, flaky scalp issues that are more annoying than severe. This smells pleasant and has a light tingle. My hair felt softer, better and more manageable after use. This shampoo has a very drying formula with two short chain i.e. "bad" alcohols that cause dryness. It's advertised "no harsh sulfates" yet a sulfate is the fourth ingredient (hence the generous lather.) and another further down the list. I bought without reviewing the ingredients but after i noticed both my bf's and my own hair was increasingly dry, poofy, and more prone to tangles, i looked at the ingredients closer. I won't be purchasing this again or any other shampoo from the Avalon line though the scents are nice and natural and the big lather makes hair feel squeaky (too!!) clean. The scent does not read as either tea tree or pure mint to me, but a nice light grassy floral scent.sayeo

I have both and oily and flaky scalp, though the flakes aren't too bad. I have religiously been using CHI shampoo & conditioner up to this point. Since obtaining this product, I have completely switched. I have been pairing it with It's a 10 conditioner and the CHI conditioner, interchangeably. This product smells very, very nice. I am not used to shampooing twice, but I do as the directions say. It is very hard to lather and truly feel where the shampoo is getting. I have to use far too much product in order to get a sense of a thoroughly wash, but that may just be a personal preference. My hair seems to be less oily than with using CHI shampoo, and the amount of flaking has decreased. I will continue to use it until I run out! I think $30+ is too much to spend on this product, but I might just be a cheap-o. I spend $30 total on shampoo and conditioner — not on just one of them. I say this because of how much product, again, I have to use to feel as though I have achieved a thorough wash, even with shampooing my hair twice. I received this for free but these opinions are my own. I've used many shampoos over the years and while I've had good results with some, Renefurterer shampoo is the first that's really given me the best results. In the few times I've used it already this week, I have to say I'm hooked. Not only does it smell amazing but a little bit goes along way, working into a nice lather that was so easy to distribute on my scalp. I felt like I was getting a salon wash so I even gave myself a nice scalp massage for a minute or two just because it felt so good. As someone who exercises daily, I get a lot of sweat and grease built up as well as product buildup and when I was done in the shower, I felt so refreshed and my scalp actually felt squeaky clean but still hydrated. I found my hair was even easier to brush through, dry, and style after using this. I will absolutely buy this again and again and will continue to speak its praises. I even noticed my hair wasn't so flat on my scalp after styling which really helped give me great volume!

I have struggled with constant oily scalp buildup and some flaking for years that seemed totally unwashable. I tried every otc dandruff shampoo and none made a difference for more than a day. I didn't expect a miracle from this shampoo because it's not officially "medicated" but it made a huge difference from day one. My scalp feels clean and my hair dries way faster and is no longer limp and oily. It smells kind of like sweet spices, maybe cinnamon and cloves which I love! I hope they don't discontinue this one because I honestly don't know what else I would even try.T
I am in my late 20's and have a very sensitive scalp. Especially in the winter my scalp would get dry, flakey, and itchy. I have thin hair that gets greasy quickly. I have suffered from itchy/dry scalp for years and have tried so many products that never worked on me. Those products resulted in having dry hair without actually treating the problem. I came to Aveda at the University Village and was provided with a scalp test that provided much clarity for me. From these tests and pictures she came to the conclusion that I have a combo of oily/dry and sensitive scalp. Which made sense why nothing worked for me. The worker was very nice and friendly and recommended this shampoo along with the conditioner to apply at my roots given I suffer from both dry and oily scalp. I want to share my experience with Dercos. I’ve been suffering from dandruff since being a teenager, and Vichy Dercos anti-dandruff shampoo for normal or oily hair was always by my side. I’m a female and always had beautiful long hair, so visible dandruff is not something you want people to see! I use it now twice a week, in order to keep my dandruff in control, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone with similar issues. It definitely calmed my sensitive, itchy dry scalp. Sebamed's active ingredient is piroctone olamine, rather than zinc pyrithione which is in most other anti dandruff shampoos in Australia. For me, zinc pyrithione does nothing. So I want to start by saying I live in the desert and have super thin dry hair, so I was SUPER excited to try this product (I used all four products – shampoo, conditioner, mask, and leave in condition together). I used all four products for this account: At first I was only going to give this a 3 because on day one of hair being washed, I feel like my hair still ends of feeling and looking really dry (especially the tips – see photos). BUT day two my hair looked/felt better, and day three my EVEN better! I showered all three days, it only used the products the first day, so you can see the progress of how my hair softened, my curls came out, AND I LOVED how my hair felt day 3/4. Normally with silicone products day 3 I HAVE to wash my hair again because the product is so heavy at my roots, whereas I LOVED how these products made my hair feel several days later. I still took off a star because of how dry my hair feels on day one. I have to suffer through one day of my hair bit feeling so great to get to better hair days, and I don’t really love that aspect. But overall I would definitely recommend to others. Perhaps slightly ticker hair wouldn’t have as much problem on day one – mine is just so very thin.rebecca.d
I am told by my stylist that I have fine hair but a lot of it. I was noticing that I was losing what looked like a lot of hair to me in the shower and in my brushes. I tried some different shampoos and conditioners and none seemed better than the others. I was having a particular problem with tangles when my hair was wet. I have very hard water so that is probably part of the issue. My sister has amazing hair, she grows it down to her waist and donates it to a wigs for kids program. She uses this shampoo and conditioner even though she doesn't color her hair so I tried it and it is working great for me. Detangles, my hair looks healthy, and I see less coming out in the shower and brushes. I use the shampoo and conditioner together every other day. On the in-between day I get it wet and just use a little conditioner from around where a low ponytail would be to the ends for detangling. I thought the fragrance was too strong at first but have gotten used to it now. What I love is that the shampoo has a heavy conditioning component already, so when used with the various conditioners you get this double infusion of moisturizer. The Biolage Ultra Hydra Source formula seems to coat and seal the hair, so it is super manageable while smelling like a tropical paradise. When I put the product on my hair, my hair just soaked it in. I have never had a conditioner do that before and when I rinsed it out, my hair was like silk. I used to get dandruff, so I used a 2-in-1 shampoo conditioner. That product kept the dandruff away but made my hair very dry. I love this Neutrogena conditioner! It does not have a strong odor, just a clean scent. My hair looks and feels healthy when I use this conditioner in combination with the scrub and shampoo. My hair used to get tangled with the product I used before, but this conditioner kept my hair silky and had very little tangles. The only reason I give this product 4 stars is because of the bottle shape. I am a quadriplegic, so my mom washes my hair for me. She has weak hands, so it is hard for her to squeeze the bottles. The shape of the bottle is bulky. I do not think a pump will work because the conditioner is very thick. However I would still buy these 3 products.

The Healthy Scalp Hydro Boost line has completely changed my hair. As a late-blooming curly girl with a severely sensitive scalp, I have tried MANY products while in pursuit of the right combination for my hair's need for moisture and my scalp's desire to remain product-free. None of those products have ever influenced me the way that Hydro Boost has. The conditioner feels like butter in the best way. I got this shampoo from influenster in exchange of my honest reviews. I love trying new shampoo and conditioner products and seeing what each one has to offer. I hadn’t heard of any with hyaluronic acid before and was eager to see if it stood out above other shampoos I’ve tried. The bottle of this shampoo is a neat square shape which is different from other shampoos out there, but it didn’t fit on my shower ledge where I put all the rest of my products. I had to put it on the edge of the tub which I don’t prefer. It is easy to squeeze out and comes out a little thick. From the picture I thought it would be blue which it isn’t, only the bottle is blue. That’s not a big deal, I guess it was the inner child in me that hoped it would be a cool color. That’s a plus for anyone who doesn’t want unnatural dyes in their product anyways. When I put this on my hair it took a while to lather and I actually went back for a little more product to get it worked in all over my head. It’s not too strong though and it doesn’t last after being rinsed out. It didn’t feel particularly moisturizing as I lathered it over my scalp. After the shower my hair felt clean and lightweight. Warning – Conditioner is a MUST with this shampoo! It really does clean your head and it kind of dries out my hair, but I love it. I have very fine, straight hair that has gotten thinner as I've gotten older. I do not color it or use any products and I rarely use a blow-dryer, so my hair is pretty healthy. My scalp is oily though so by the end of the day, my hair feels gross. This has helped me keep my hair feeling less greasy for longer. The smell is very light and refreshing, too. I read a few reviews before buying that mentioned adverse reactions, but I've never had a reaction to shampoo before . I was excited to purchase because my scalp tends to get bad in the winter and I'm sick of the smell of TGel and this sounded a lot better. It does smell so much better and I loved the consistency. This shampoo and conditioner really changed things for my scalp and hair. I had really bad flaky dandruff that I was struggling with for over 4 months. I tried everything from oiling my hair with coconut oil, amla oil, rosemary oil, fenugreek hair masks to anti sandruff shampoos from Dove, Head and Shoulders, Selsun, Nizoral -you name it. I I am 62 years old and my hair has started to thin the last couple years. I have been trying to find something to help with this problem without using harsh chemicals ect. I was browsing through lovely skin and came up on Surface Awakening shampoo. I read the reviews and it sounded like something I might like. Although it is quite expensive I thought I would give it a try. I really do seem to like the shampoo. It makes my hair feel fuller and it has a great smell. Although most of the reviews said their scalp tingled when using it but mine does not. I have not been using this long enough to know if it will encourage more hair growth but I I'm hoping it will.
This shampoo is hands down one of the best shampoos for thinning hair, postpartum hair, COVID hair, hormone related hair thinning, and so much more. It takes about 6 weeks to truly notice a difference so don’t give up on it. My hair has regained so much of its thickness I thought was gone. It’s sopped falling out in handfuls. My scalp doesn’t have nearly as much dandruff. Postpartum absolutely destroyed my hair and I had tried everything you can think of. I’m so thankful I gave this system a try and stuck it out. I have a very dry & such an itchy scalp. Like makes me crazy itchy! No dandruff, more like eczema but not really. I shampoo my hair with a regular shampoo then use Awaken as a scalp treatment. I use such a small amount of this shampoo, not even a dime size blob. I use it only on my scalp. ( I have long hair) I massage it in for about a minute then I rinse. I use the Awaken conditioner. The first time I used these products you could really feel them working. They were doing their job! It was crazy! My scalp has calmed down so much it's really kind of amazing. I can go 2 or 3 days between shampoos. When you scalp is dry it compensates by creating oil. Before Awaken I had to either live in my oily hair or shampoo everyday which only makes everything worse. I love this stuff. As an added bonus…I have so much new hair growth!! I wasn't really expecting that so it was a sweet surprise!

I have been looking for a shampoo to help with my dandruff/scalp dryness for a very long time. Mainstream dandruff shampoos are full of chemicals that are too strong for my sensitive scalp and worsen the issue. I love Pacifica's other products so decided to try this, and it has made such a positive difference. I make sure to use a generous amount and really work it into the scalp, firstly using my fingers (like a head massage!) and then using a scalp massaging brush/tool in the areas where the dandruff is worst. I leave the product on for a few minutes, then I thoroughly rinse it out using my fingers again to loosen the dandruff and make sure all residue has washed off. My scalp feels clean, refreshed, and less irritated. The smell is pleasant and natural too. So impressed! Great combined with the matching conditioner.Gigi
I purchased this shampoo because I have been using the scalp scrub from the same brand in the same line – 'Rosemary Purifying'. While I really love the scalp scrub as I feel it really deep cleans my hair and leaves it feeling squeaky clean for much longer, the shampoo, however, is not the same. I've used this about four times now, and each time I do it leaves behind a very strange almost sticky/greasy residue. You can't notice it until your drying your hair and start to feel the texture at the roots of your hair. It's a shame because I really wanted to love this, the smell is so lovely and I love the idea of a clarifying shampoo, but sadly this just doesn't work for me. I want to start off with a reference of my scalp. My scalp is a very sensitive and I do have scalp psoriasis. It can also get very easy build up from products or not washing it after the 3rd day. I can only use the Mielle rosemary shampoo because it honestly keep my scalp clean and under control. For some odd reason the 3 targets I went to weren’t carrying in stores the shampoo i usually use so I had to opt to this Pacific one until my shipment arrived. This shampoo not only clarified my scalp so well but it didn’t irritate me at all! The smell is subtle, it lathers very nicely, and a little goes a very long way. I will be very honest it does give me a very stripped feeling but that’s the purpose of a clarifying shampoo. Many people don’t know how to use it so always follow up after with a hydrating shampoo or hair mask on your scalp. I've never seen a shampoo with an expiration date before. Reading the label on the box, there is a section called "Do's and don'ts:" which is interesting, because three out of five instructions don't tell you whether it is a DO or a DON'T. Use your own judgment, I guess. Opening the bottle was the first challenge. It appeared that there was a flip-top (a tiny one) but I just couldn't get it open with my fingernails so I finally used the tip of a spoon. Once opened, it now opens much easier. Save your nails and use a tool if you encounter resistance when you try this for the first time. I know I could have just unscrewed the top but I tend to use too much shampoo when I do that. I have long hair so while testing this shampoo I could not use my regular conditioner. That made the comb-out more difficult but I did not want to skew the review by adding another product. This shampoo has a neutral scent which was neither good nor bad, just acceptable. Time will tell if the claims of nourishing, strengthening, repairing and such are true but so far it is a nice enough shampoo that thoroughly cleaned my hair. I work outside in the hot sun often and this did remove the "sweaty hair" scent better than some cheaper shampoos did but I'll have to look for the matching conditioner for ease of comb-out.Karen
I gave this product five stars as it does exactly what it says it will, strip your hair clean of any product buildup. If you use product daily and build up is an issue for you you'll love this shampoo! The scent is fresh and clean smelling which is what you want, no added unnecessary colors or perfumes. After using this product my hair was squeaky clean and super receptive for a wonderful conditioning. Exactly what I wanted from this shampoo!! WOW shampoos are loaded with keratin and vitamins targeted at keeping your hair healthy. I've been using this product every other day and following up with WOW organic virgin coconut conditioner. WOW makes some awesome conditioners which I purchased and following up with that left my hair soft, shiny and vibrant. My hair was blow dryer damaged and split end repair is another great feature of WOW products.! The activated charcoal immediately eased my scalp itch which is another great reason to use this product. There are MANY great reasons to use this shampoo and there are options for all hair types. OK, so this is a different type of review! I've personally used this on my color treated hair with no bad effect, it's smoothed my hair making it feel softer and clean. Onto the different part… My 9 year old had "crazy hair day" at school, bring on the party city hair color (more like spray paint hair spray like goopy glue). Pink, purple, blue all supposed to wash out. No! nothing was getting this out. I decide to whip out the charcoal keratin shampoo and excitement! Pink suds formed! Followed up with the coconut lime conditioner and her hair is as it should be. A miracle potion I swear. Had itchy scalp with dandruff for TWO YEARS before I found this magical shampoo. Not a flake in sight, and I never itch anymore. It took 4 uses over a span of about 6 weeks. I followed the instructions left it on my scalp for a few minutes and rinsed and repeated it. I’m in awe and had recommended this to all my friends! Didn’t even get through the whole bottle yet and I’m completely healed. I have received this shampoo from buzz agent for my dry itchy scalp. This is a good option if you want non medicated natural ingredients shampoo, because usually medicated shampoo makes hair dry and brittle. This shampoo contains galangal which cleanses the scalp and clears the dandruff. This shampoo really soothes my scalp and made it less irritant. This shampoo smells good and fresh. Texture of the shampoo is runny; I mean to say less viscous. Rinses easily. My wife also tried this shampoo but according to her it made her hair dry and difficult to brush. I received the Klorane Shampoo & Exfoliating Mask with Galangal from BzzAgent for free to and to try out on my very thin/fine uncolored hair. The shampoo has more of herbal scent to it. The shampoo is also more of a thick liquid than liquid shampoo. When I put it on, I don't feel any cool sensation on my scalp which is why I gave it 4 stars. I will say that when I use the shampoo, my hair tends to be more frizzy and with more volume. Since using the products I do notice that my scalp feels less flaky and I haven't seen much flakes since using Klorane. Regarding the mask, it is a powder that you mix with water. You should aim to use the mask only 1 time a month. Once you wet the powder, you can massage your scalp and leave the product for about 1-2 minutes before rinsing. The best part of this mask is that you don't need to keep it on that long for it to work. Upon using the mask, my hair felt soft and my scalp felt fresh. I really recommend the exfoliating mask. Galangal is a root that is known to have antioxidants, which is definitely great for the scalp. Both products have this root as part of the ingredients. Both products were also made in France. Having an itchy, dry, and flaky scalp is not only bothersome but can also be embarrassing. Visible flaking, whether on your scalp or on your clothing makes me become self conscious. After trying this Klorane Shampoo with Galangal I really noticed a difference in how my scalp felt. My scalp wasn't irritated nor itchy. I noticed a significant decrease in flakes to the point that I was not having to look at my clothes. One thing about this shampoo that I did notice is it's consistency seems to be watery but it's not how it looks. A small amount goes a long way once applied to your scalp and massaged into your wet hair. This shampoo rinses out easy without any residue. Living in coastal central Florida, the water here is super hard. Pretty much like well water. I have really thick 2b – 3b curly hair which needs a lot of moisture. After loving the results I achieved just using the hard water wellness packet I decided to buy this collection. Both the shampoo and conditioner have a nice orange scent, the shampoo bubbles up pretty decent and the conditioner provides light hydration. I would not use this product daily unless You have severe hard water issues. It definitely works as advertised but I would recommend using it in conjunction with a good hydrating conditioner. I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for just over a year now. Not really realizing my hair was getting thinner and dryer each time I washed and conditioned it. Having horrible split ends constantly even after cutting them. Months later realizing my hair was in fact very thin. In panic I tried different things to help my hair grow back, not knowing it was my shampoo and conditioner causing the hair thinning. I changed my diet, chopped my hair to see if that would help with split ends and dryness but they would Immediately come back. I never processed my hair and completely stopped using heat. I never bush my hair until it's almost dry and don't go to bed with wet hair. I use a silk pillow case. Trying everything to protect my hair and after doing some research, I found out after using this product over a year that the shampoo and conditioner itself was the problem. I am now working with some natural remedies to help restore my hair. I'm having many baby hairs starting to grow back. No much bushes full of hair and no more clogged drains.Payton S
So I'm using this along with the matching conditoner and I'm pretty happy with the set so far. Hair Type: Virgin Fine strands, but a lot Wavy blend of 2A-2C Bra strap length Low/Normal porosity? I have traits from both low/high, so I’m not sure anymore. Hair Concerns: Dry/itchy/oily scalp w/dry ends – fun stuff lol Frizz – Oh, the frizz! Hates coconut oil and protein – my hair gets very brittle and destroyed Since I have lower porosity hair, it takes forreeevverrr to fully wet it. I usually spend the first few minutes massaging my head/roots under the water to get it saturated. I have to shampoo twice in order to actually get a decent lather and feel like my scalp is getting clean. Sometimes I just use the green NYMN shampoo that I have as the first shampoo, but really quick cause that one tends to dry out my scalp. So I pretty much just distrubute the shampoo through my roots enough to help wet my hair more and then use the PM shampoo and really massage my scalp and make sure everything is nice and clean. I use about a nickle/quarter sized glob and that seems to be enough as long as I've already done the first quick shampoo. The smell is nice and pleasant and like the conditioner, I have no complaints. It lathers up really nicely, but rinsing out it does feel a little squeaky clean, but I guess that's kind of normal with shampoos (especially if it has sulfates). I only use this shampoo like once a month (in rotation with other products I use that are sulfate-free), so I don't really notice anything negative. My scalp doesn't get itchy, but it doesn't completly cure it. I still get kind of itchy a day after it's been washed, but I'm not sure what the cause of that is from. Possibly just being dry? It doesn't really help my frizz either but doesn't make it terribly worse like some shampoos have done. Overall, I really like using this duo when I want a good cleaning. I use this in my rotation of two other duos, so I probably use this like once a month and only have my experience from the occasional use and not consistent back-to-back. When applying throughout my hair I could already feel how thick and mositurizing it was! I squish to condish and use a wide-tooth comb to distribute the conditioner throughout my hair and let it sit for about 2-5 minutes before rinsing it completely out. It's not a magical aftermath for my hair and I still have frizz, BUT I was actually surprised at how soft my hair felt when it dried. Tried the Degrease Shampoo because my hair is quite on the oily scale. Packaging is great and high quality bottle and tamper proof lid/foil. Upon first usage, I noticed a very floral, fruity, citrus-like scent. It smells great and reminds me of sorbet or candy. After rinsing off, the scent is much more subtle which is great that it doesnt overpower you. The shampoo so far has been great. It doesn't dry out your hair like other shampoos for oily hair and it keeps the hair soft and very clean. Glad I got to try it out and I like it!Stanley S.
I have thin, fine greasy hair and my daily exercise routine and having hard water does not help. I found this degrease shampoo online and it is the first shampoo that has helped my hair not be so greasy. It worked the first time I used it and it is still working well three months later. My hair is less greasy and fuller. Throughout the day, especially on a warm humid day my hair stays cleaner and the next morning my hair isn’t nearly as greasy s it used to be. Just bought my third bottle of this product online and I've finally been able to stop searching for a better one. I've tried so many shampoos over the years! Between oily scalp and product buildup, I never thought I could skip a day, but my baby fine hair was suffering for it. I honestly think most shampoos designed to remove oils and residue overstrip and create increased oil production (much like most acne medicines). It becomes a vicious cycle. This product works and does not dry out my hair and my scalp doesn't overproduce oils to make up for overdrying. I use a scalp massager brush to work the shampoo in good and it's very tingly and wakes me up! Being free to not shampoo every day helps even more. This shampoo has also substantially decreased the volume of hair loss I'd been previously experiencing. You do smell the rosemary, and initially it's unusual if all you've ever used are mainstream products, but I love it now and it's not heavy throughout the day, my hair just smells clean.elizaaehb
