I just received my mop on Thursday February 6, 2020. I could hardly wait to use it on my bathroom floor. And it is exactly what I hoped it would be. Since the color on my floor is called death by chocolate naturally it is very dark and shows every speck of lint. But my Lamb's Wool Mop just picked up all the lint and dust perfectly. I love the job it did. In just a few seconds my floor was spotless. Thank you Lehman's for such a great product.
This dust mop comes exactly as advertised. Lambs wool head picks up dust efficiently. Small semi-triangular shape allows it to work into nooks and corners the bigger dust mops just can't get into. Haven't tried the Lambswool Shampoo recommended to use to clean it yet but , so far, I am extremely pleased. 5 Stars.

I usually read reviews before buying things, but I was in Canadian Tire and simply grabbed this, thinking RubberMaid does at least some basic QA of products. I was wrong. As many other reviews mention, the engineering and/or parts in this product are faulty. The spray mechanism broke after the 2nd use, and started leaking. After a while it was simply POURING out so I could not use it. As the spray is built into the mop, you cannot manually remove and spray the bottle either. The item is simply plastic waste, and a lot of it. I was hoping to use it for years. This item has not been removed or from Canadian Tire after a bunch of obviously bad reviews.Red Ranger
Over the last 4 years, I’ve have owned and used 3 Reveal Spray Mops. There are many reasons to love this mop. It is easy to use and light weight. The soft cloth microfiber pad is reusable, washable and does not leave streaks on laminate floors. The refill bottle is convenient to use with your own cleaning solutions, 2-3 tblsp. of a gentle cleaner (no ammonia) with water. With some design modifications, this spray mop would be super great (!). Yes, I would buy a fourth one if available, and be willing to pay more for improvements to the basic design. Problems I’ve encountered: the trigger mechanism in the handle stopped working on 2 of the mops. The warranty replaced these mops. One of the bottles wouldn’t disperse solutions and now a leaking bottle issue has begun on my 3rd mop leaving puddles on the floor. I’ve tried a popular competitor product and find it wanting. Their throw-away mopping pads leave streaks and I had to use 2 pads each time. Their priority solution/bottle doesn’t allow using your own cleaning solution and I think their cleaner is too harsh on my laminate flooring. And you have to use 4 batteries to squirt the solution on the floor. Because of these 3 points, it’s going to be more expensive to continue using. My conclusion, if Rubbermaid were to rethink their Reveal Spray Mop design a little bit, they would have a BIG winner. After maybe 25 uses, I discovered that the handle of the mop was slowly coming apart. I dismantled the handle, found out what the problem was (cracked plastic dowel) and fixed it with plastic glue and screws. Yesterday the handle broke again and this time I had to fix it with a wooden dowel, plastic glue and screws. My tendency in life is to fix things without having to throw away in the garbage all the time. The mop works fine now but why do you sell such cheaply made product? Rubbermaid could make it much more solid (use metal parts for assembling not plastic) and garantee it for 5 years at least and people would be happy to pay $10 more for a product that would be solid and reliable. My mom bought this for herself but didn't like it. She gave it to me, and I LOVE it. Don't be fooled by the hardwood floor label. This can be used on any flat smooth floor, including tile and stained concrete. I have tile throughout half of my house, and this mop makes dusting quick, easy and fun. You will be amazed at the amount of dog hair this mop picks up. After dusting, I then use the small wide hand-held attachment on my vacuum cleaner to suck the hair and dirt off the microfiber cloth. I thought it odd this was shipped via the post office. It was almost hilarious watching the post mail wriggle it out of his car. The handle is very long and I do appreciate that…being 5'7, not a short person, I like a longer handle. However, the handle is not that great in that, one must be careful with it. The handle is made out of a thin aluminum type material, looks quite ugly, actually. I have laminate floors and this worked pretty good along with the bona floor cleaner. I also purchased one refill mop cover as a spare. The best part is the mop covers can be washed. Can I say I LOVE this mop?? Before I bought this I had a two-sided built in spray type and I didn't like it. The tiny velcro pieces fell off and it was too tall to fit under the lip of my oven/fridge/etc. This is SO MUCH BETTER. It catches everything, the handle swivels around and is height-adjustable. After I swept and mopped my whole kitchen, I went and scrubbed some spots on the ceiling of my living room that had been bothering me for forever! Presto they were gone. This product is so easy to use. Just slot in the throw away 'wipes' and dust the floor. It gets into all the corners without damaging the skirting boards and all the dust, hairs etc seem to stick to the 'wipe' any bigger pieces of dirt can be swept up with a dust pan and brush or scooped up with the 'wipe' when you take it off the mop, so simple!sansa-r-3mumzoyx

many cats and a small white dog going in and out of our house was creating a dust/hair crisis. i bought a new, more powerful vacuum, but didn't want to vacuum daily, which is what seemed needed. i use the Baby Wooly daily, until the next vacuuming. the next time a vacuumed the canister contained about one quarter of what i was normally vacuuming up! i'll never ENJOY vacuuming, and i'm always hurrying to finish so i can stop the noise, even though my vac is a good one and not too noisy. the Baby Wooly is SOUNDLESS, and i find myself slowing down as i use it, rather than rushing to get done. i bring my stand alone dustpan and broom with me, and pick up any particles that the Wooly doesn't pick up (cat litter, bark and wood particles from the wood stove.) the handle swivels completely, allowing me to get to places (alongside the fridge and the wall, under cabinets that i previously had to move to clean under, all under and around the clawfoot tub.) then it's just going outside and finding which way the wind is blowing, then shaking the Wooly, leaving the dust and hair outside. it is far better than i ever dreamed, and it has given me the clean house i wanted. oh, yes. it is also beautiful with its variegated yarns, and it's natural wool, not a synthetic. it's a joy!4no*y*z
I have been using my Big Wooly mop now for a while and absolutely love it! I have shiplap wide pine floors and it leaves them looking beautiful. I also like the fact that I can turn the mop sideways and dust the floorboards. The size of the Big Wooly makes it very easy to do several rooms very quickly. Wouldn’t be without it now!Janice Strobl
