Our baby had a rash so bad that it was bleeding. Our pediatrician said that we needed a cream that was 40% zinc oxide and to frost the baby butt like a cake. This cream took her rash away and it doesn't have any funky or gross ingredients like the other 40% zinc oxide creams. We love that it's cruelty-free and vegetarian/vegan. The only bad thing is that a couple of times we got jars that were a different consistency and we had to mix then up. They still worked fine; it was just a little inconvenience. Horrible product. The first time I bought it it was okay. Te second time it was extremely chunky. It separated and would not mix together. Literally went from bright red and raw to light pink and healing so well. Very dry powder – as in maybe a little too dry that it is not as smooth as Johnson's TALC-based powder which I can no longer buy. Overall, this not a bad powder – it's also a tad expensive – about 3X-4X the price per ounce I used to pay for Johnson's TALC-based powder. However, I think I'm moving on to find another TALC-based powder that does not make my underwear PINK. For me personally, the problem with this product really is PINK UNDERWEAR !!! I only use a tiny amount of this powder, but my Hanes White Cotton Men's Briefs turn PINK until they are washed. (I feel like I have to explain my pink underwear to EVERYONE – LOL) As a guy, I just plain prefer that my underwear do not turn pink !!! I love this brand. I love this cream! I've been using it for a month now and can surely say that it's very good quality and I will recommend it to anyone who needs an everyday rash protection cream. I've bought the big size and it's comfortable to use with one hand though when there be little left to use I think I'll need a spoon. In ingredients it has 13% of zinc oxide which is more than in Mustela (my previous diaper rash cream) and it also makes Desitin's texture thicker. Desitin is also cheaper (especially the big one) than Mustela. And I think the big tube will last for 4-6 months ( considering how often you change diapers and how old is your child). I’m a fan of the Maty’s Eczema Relief ointment, so I wanted to try this product too. This has a slightly thick consistency and a light lavender scent with a hint of Frankincense. You get a large amount of product for the cost, and it’s affordable. One jar lasts me for a month, and I use it for my 2 kids. For travel, I scoop some into a travel size jar and stick it in my diaper bag. Easy. This soothes redness and irritation and does exactly what a diaper rash cream should. Love! Will forever purchase this.
It's simply the best we tried other products and it took multiple applications. The jar last forever seems like, bought one when my daughter was about 3 months, she's 1 now and still have the same jar not even half way. I recommend it to everyone that has a new born. Very gentle and moisturizing. Use pretty much daily and it's great. Safe, natural ingredients. Smells great. My son has eczema, and this works perfectly for that. I just love the wash and moisturizer cream. It smells organic and clean. I’ve even found myself using my regular wipes out of habit for big messes and then using Noleo just for that clean feel and smooth layer the beeswax leaves. This is the best diaper rash cream. My youngest had very acidic stools, our pediatrician recommended this cream and it made a huge difference. My son's bottom would get horrible sores no matter how fast we changed his diaper. This cream is a pink paste and it is messy. But it is the best product for protecting delicate newborn skin. We had to ask for it at the pharmacy counter, it wasnt on the store shelves and it is a little pricey. But it was worth every penny.heather.a
