20 Best Micellar Water For Combination Skin (Feb 2023 Update)

This is my favourite makeup removing product – way better than wipes in my opinion and for me personally the best value + effectiveness combo micellar water out there. I like to do a FULL face of concealer and foundation some days, other days I layer on multiple coats of mascara, go hard with the bronzer and highlight, or apply falsies and a ton of lash glue. I change it up a lot but REGARDLESS of the type and amount of product I apply this micellar water gently and effectively removes it. I drench a couple cotton rounds in this micellar water and wipe all over my face, around my eyelids and over my lashes with ZERO irritation whatsoever, and I have very sensitive, redness prone skin. The price is great, you get a lot of product for what you pay for, and this micellar water gets the job done every time without irritation or redness. For these reasons this is my holy grail micellar water and I will continue to repurchase. PLUS they sell the mini size at the drugstore which is perfect for travelling. Bonus: the lid doesn’t leak when travelling so you can throw in your bag and go. I’ve tried many other “all-in-one” or “safe for sensitive skin” micellar waters at the drug store and even from Sephora and none worked as well as this one for me personally, and they usually made my eyelids and under eye area burn. Try this out if, like me, you’ve got sensitive skin but like to wear heavy makeup and want all traces of it gone without getting skin irritation in the process. I order on Amazon (often is on sale) and use every time I wear makeup. I love this product. I don't wear make-up regularly, but I use it to clean my face in the mornings so I can continue to let the previous night's serums and elixirs work their magic on my skin. I purchased a new bottle recently anticipating running out of the one I'd been using. I opened my new bottle and instinctively took off the lid to remove the protective seal. There was no seal, so I chose not to use it thinking perhaps the bottle had been tampered with. I called the customer service number on the bottle and was told that the company does not put protective seals under the lid/over the opening of the bottle as a means of producing less plastic waste. I certainly understand and support that, but it also makes me uncomfortable using the product now. I recognize there are other products I buy that don't come with protective seals, e.g., shampoo and conditioner, but for some reason, it threw me that this one didn't. Maybe because I am applying it directly to my face? I don't know. I am definitely someone who takes into consideration things I purchase, waste I create, and am actively thoughtful about how I contribute (or hopefully don't) to the declining health of our planet, but I hope that Garnier will work to find/develop a protective seal for this (and any of their other products sans seals) that is biodegradable and/or is made in a way that doesn't create more of a negative impact on the planet. Definitely does the trick, obviously if you put too much on a pad to rub your eyes it’s going to burn. All you need is about 5 drops, it’s been taking off all my makeup (I don’t really wear that much, Benefit mascara, tarte shape tape concealer and bare minerals wear powder). However depending on your makeup, certain mascaras that are either waterproof or long lasting it may be harder to get off. At that point you should just use a cleanser to gently rub your eyes to cleanse. All in all for my needs with the makeup I use, I’ve been enjoying this product. My skin is usually sensitive to new products and I haven’t had any breakouts or irritation since using this product for the last month.Justine

Honestly shocked to see so many positive reviews for this product. I bought this when the Bioderma brand I usually get was unavailable at my local Target, having heard good things about La Roche posay in the past. I was very confused and disappointed to smell a strong alcohol smell when I opened the bottle. Micellar water should not have any scent at all, as it’s water. The alcohol smell is unpleasant and the product feels much harsher than the sensitive skin bioderma micellar water. It also was not as effective in my opinion. Further, while it did remove makeup, I believe it has also caused my skin to break out a little, probably due to whatever fragrance is causing the alcohol smell. Definitely going back to bioderma and not even finishing 2/3 of the La Roche bottle.Smtxth

5/5 because this did exactly what I bought it for.. Effectively removed ALL makeup easily. Now on to the good stuff. I bought this when I needed a makeup remover in a hurry and decided to give this "micellar water" trend a try without really knowing what to expect. I used a napkin in a pinch and voila.. It worked and was MORE effective than any other makeup remover I've used (wipes, removers both high and low end, etc). It also did not dry out my face like they usually do but rather gave it a subtle softness and even a better tone which were both huge added yet unexpected bonuses. A few tips : apply a generous amount. Let it saturate the skin especially areas with more makeup. Use a separate saturated pad to wipe away. Don't scrub! Also, I used gauze when I ran out of cotton balls and now I will never go back. Gauze was like an even better secret find to use with this product. I recommend this for anyone but it's especially great for those with sensitive or dry skin.sihren.l

I was at the point of just washing with plain water but my daughter in law told me to give Olay products a try. I didnt think it was made for African American skin. I got what she suggested along with this wonderful water. I am sold on Olay and not turning bck. My skin feels silky and very soft. Thanks Olay for making products for all skin types. I was recommended to try Olay Luminous Micellar Water after using Oly Skin Advisor on their website. This Micerall Water is an advance tone perfecting cleanse that is suppose to help with evening out your skin tone. It also helps with removing makeup effortlessly. Olay Luminous Micerall Water leaves your skin feeling refreshed with a cool sensation. It's not harsh to the skin by drying it out, but instead it hydrates the skin. I've been using it for a week now and have seen improvement in my skin tone. I'm a huge fan of the Olay beauty brand and it would recommend this product. It cost about $6.99 at Walmart.tamika.v

I love this micellar water. I have tried 2 other kinds: Garnier and the Target brand, both of which left an oily residue on my skin. I had originally been using Burts Bees, but wanted to try other brands due to how expensive it is in comparison. Burts Bees is definitely worth it. Burts bees makes my skin feel clean and fresh, and its so easy to use. I just pour some onto a wash cloth and wipe my face. I can literally see all the dirt that came off onto the washcloth (even without wearing makeup). It is expensive, but it is worth it for me, especially now knowing how the other brands stack up. I don’t know why, but Burts Bees doesn’t contain the oily substance that the other two brands I mentioned have. You can literally see the separation in the other micellar waters while Burts Bees has no separation. I have combination skin, so some of my skin is dry and some of it is oily and acne prone, which is why I like using micellar water as my cleanser. I am so in love with this product. it takes my makeup off so well and doesn’t leave any oil residue on my face afterwards. i knew this product was fantastic when i took my makeup off my face with a makeup wipe by Neutrogena. afterwards, i used a cotton pad and this cleansing water and there was still makeup left in my pores. it got it all out of my pores or most of it and my face has never felt better. i love this product so much. if i could rate this 6 stars i totally would.morgan255

I use this in two ways: • In the morning on a cotton pad, gently wiped over my eyes and face to gently cleanse and remove excess slime from the previous night's slug life. • After cleansing at night to remove leftover scraps of makeup. It's as effective as the pink capped Bioderma, which I have also used and loved, but I like this one slightly more. I use it as a makeup remover for most days when I am wearing light makeup, but for more heavy duty makeup I prefer the speed and convenience of an oil cleanser. It does remove everything, but if you're wearing a lot of makeup you'll need to go through quite a few cotton pads and it'll be a tedious process — ain't nobody got time for that. Lately I actually find myself reaching for it as a morning cleanser because it's so quick and gentle. Is it super hydrating? I'm not sure. I don't look for lasting effects from something that's designed to clean my skin. However, I do find that it doesn't dehydrate, strip, or disturb the acid mantle of my skin, and that's really all I require beyond getting my skin clean. As an aside, please be aware that the Garnier micellar water with the blue cap is NOT comparable to this at all, though the pink capped version is very similar to the pink capped Bioderma. Now this is a product I don't use every night since I don't always wear makeup and sometimes I prefer a balm if I have a lot of makeup, but this has done the trick pretty well, especially for my daughter who loves playing with makeup and is constantly putting it on and taking it off. It really is super milky, creamy, luxurious feeling, and it has a very light clean scent to it, lots of good ingredients like niacinamide, apple seed extract, squalane, etc. And though it is a no rinse formula, I typically do follow with a water based cleanser, BUT! You can TOTALLY get away with wiping your face with this and then going to bed. It's super hydrating but not oily. My only thing is that one time I guess I used too much and my eyes were on fire! It does make my eyes a little hazy right after using, especially because I usually have to focus the cleanser around my eye makeup, so it lost a point for that, but overall it's a great cleanser, especially for the late night party girl who doesn't have time to wash her face fully.jamie.r

When reviewing over the products that were selected as the top winners for the Best In Beauty Skincare category, I could not believe that this item was not a chosen as a winning product! This product is, hands down, my new favorite skincare item to use in my everyday routine that not only removes makeup efficiently but also completely without leaving the pesky left over mascara on your lashes waterline. A few months back, I had made the decision to over-haul my skincare routine in finding products that contained less and/or zero of the well known harsh chemicals. At the time, I was just getting used to the Garnier Micellar Water but found that the product had been banned in other areas due to a few harsh chemicals that were inside of it. Due to having sensitive/acne prone skin, I was very hesitant to change due to being excited that I was able to find the Garnier product to work without causing irritation or breakouts on my skin, but, decided to branch out in seeing if there was another product just like Garnier to try in it's place. I had heard that many people were raving over the micellar water from Simple so I decided to pick it up on a whim while on a Target run to see if I noticed any difference. In all honesty, after using both the Garnier and Simple Micelllar Water products, I had found that they both provide the same exact results and worked exactly the same. In fact, the transition from using Garnier to Simple was very easy quick and didn't notice any difference in sensitivity to my skin! The only difference? Simple did not have the harsh chemicals that Garnier was storing within theirs! I was able to use the same number of cotton pads and the same amount of liquid within the bottles per each brand and receive the perfect results that I expect each time. Thus, if you are worried about changing brands from Garnier, I'd definitely recommend trying Simple! With that said, the product itself is WONDERFUL! I use this product anytime I am removing makeup right before I perform my morning nightly cleanse. If you have not tried using this product before using your cleanser, you are sorely missing out, as I've never felt like my cleansing products did anything until using a micellar water product before hand! It truly gets all of the dirt, oil, makeup, and any other pollution that has been placed on your face throughout the day leaving it clean, fresh, hydrated, and soft to really allow the cleanser to penetrate deep within the skin. There are no drying agents within this product that irritated my skin and it always feels refreshed and well nourished after each use. I suffer from rosacea and have found the tap water to be too drying and irritating for my condition. I use topical prescriptions morning and evening so need to cleanse twice a day while avoiding hard tap water. I love that unlike bioderma sensibo, this is even more hydrating to the skin with glycerin and panthenol. I’ve already noticed my condition improving! This Lancôme Bi-Facil is a great eye make up remover. You have to shake this before each use and remove your eye make up using a cotton pad. It easily removes all my heavy eye make up without having to go over and over. It’s not drying or harsh to use under the eye area. My under area feels soft and fresh after using this to remove make upWorks absolutely brilliant. I like to apply a generous about of this to disposable cotton rounds. After shaking the bottle before each use (this mixes the bi-phase formula together) I gently sweep the soaked cotton pads over my eyes to remove my eye makeup from one corner to the other, I then flip the cotton pad over and repeat the process until all traces of makeup and first are removed. There is a very mild/light sweet floral scent, it is barely noticeable for those that don’t like fragrance, I had to really smell this over and over to make out the slight scent. The bi-phase formula is fantastic at removing my makeup comfortably without being greasy or irritating my eyes it also removes my waterproof mascara really well. This eye make up remover comes in a clear bottle with a screw top lid. The formula separates when it is not being used. I love the packaging and the blue liquid inside, looks great. Before using it, you need to shake it so the two different shades of blue blend together and become a great eye make up remover. \n\nOften I find that removing mascara that I have used on top of eyelash primer, is a chore and a half! Generally the mascara comes off but the primer requires rubbing and pulling, but not with the bi-facil! Once the bottle is shaken up, I pour a bit onto two cotton pads. I then close my eyes and hold a cotton pad onto each eye for about 15 seconds to allow the formula to dissolve my mascara, eyeliner, primer, eyeshadow etc. After this, I lift up the cotton pads and wipe in a downward motion to remove my eyemake up. It does wonders and doesn't require rubbing. To ensure I have removed all my eye makeup, I turn the cotton pads to the clean side (which has some of the bi-facil soak through from the other side) and close my eyes, and wipe upwards from the bottom of my top lashes. There is no oily residue left and I continue with my make up removing routine. \n\nThis formula is gentle on the eyes and doesn't make me get teary, it also has a very faint scent to it. You don't need much so the bottle actually lasts a while. It is a bit on the expensive side but you're paying for the quality. \n\nI'd definitely recommend this to others, even if you have sensitive skin or wear waterproof mascara, this will be a staple in your bathroom!\nKate H.

I feel like I'm the only bad review but it has to be said. As a make up remover I love this stuff, however after using it for some time now I can only advise people not to purchase this if they have oily skin. Unlike the label, I don't feel like this is made for oily skin types at all as every single time I use this the following morning my face is so oily and greasy and it causes bad break outs. I used this nearly a fortnight ago and my skin is still suffering, this happens every single time so its one of the reasons I rarely wear make up now. I now own a bottle of this, and a bottle of the original Micellar water with the pink lid, I wanted to try both of them. I find that the garnier Micellar waters generally are the best on the market for removing make up without pushing to high end prices (I'd even pick these over the cult French pharmacy ones -naming no names…). I find this quickly and easily removes the bulk of my make up without irritation to my eyes and without stripping my skin. Unless I'm having a low maintenance make up day (ie powder blush and mascara only) I use this as a first cleanser before going in with my cream cleansers. I don't believe Micellar water should be used as your only cleansing step because it can't penetrate as deeply into the pores. That being said its a really amazing cleanser, especially for the cost. Despite having oily combination skin myself I'm not sure I'd necessarily choose this one over the pink one, I find my skin isn't really oily enough to need that Mattifying and clarifying element over and above what I already get from toners in my routine, but again it's lovely when I want to skip my toner and move straight onto other steps in my skincare. It certainly mattifies and reduces pores in line with the product claims, and maybe it's something more beneficial with slightly oiler skin types. I really love this cleanser, and love the fact it's fragrance free and is texturally very much like water just like these cleansers should be. Don't like the strongly fragranced ones. The huge bottle means it's the best value for money that you will find, and this is going to last me eons. I had initially had worries as the lid looks a touch flimsy but this hasn't been cause for concern. this product is definitely one of my holy grails. I loved the original one with the pink cap and didn't think I could love anything else more, but I was wrong! This is catered towards oiler or combination skin but I definitely think it is an improvement of the original micellar water. I found that the original one left a moistness to the skin which felt kind of grimey, and when removing makeup, you don't want what you're trying to remove sliding all over your face. This product dries much quicker, therefore more effective because it picks up more makeup residue. It doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight, and I'm not really oily, I just get an oily T-zone. I don't find it irritating or have noticed any breakouts because of it, which is why I love it and swear by it. It also is great value for money and will last you a long time, especially this particular one because you need even less product than you would need for the original because this is fast drying, more powerful, yet gentle and fragrance free. I have been looking for a new cleanser for my very sensitive skin since what I had been using for years was discontinued. I use the Isdin sunscreen so I thought I would try another Isdin product. The Micellar Facial Cleanser is amazing! It is easy to use, does not irritate my sensitive skin and my face feels like it is cleaner than it ever has been without feeling dry. Doesn't irritate the eye or the delicate skin around the eye area as I'm fairly sensitive. I use a little on two cotton pads and press gently against my eye area for less than 15 seconds and the makeup wipes clean away. I have been using this product for two days now and have been very satisfied with it. I like that it contains 78% naturally derived ingredients and is good on sensitive skin. I use this primarily to remove makeup at the end of the day before I wash my face. It leaves a smooth feeling (probably from the oil) and does not dry the skin. I have been using Lumene Finland Pure Arctic Miracle Cleansing water in the evenings to gently remove my makeup. You just put it on a cotton pad and wipe and it removes all your makeup. I used to use the Bioderma miscellar cleanser with the pink top but changed to this one which is supposed to be better for dehydrated skin. I like them both very much but do think this feels more hydrating on my older skin. It certainly removes my make up and I use it round my eyes with no problems at all. Last weekend 5 members of my family had full on face painting done and although I had to use nearly half my bottle it removed everything on faces from age 6 to 78! This micellar water is very gentle with no fragrance so it would work well for sensitive skin. I use it to remove light make up for daily like sunscreen and powder. WOW! This water is seriously a game changer for me! I often don't have time in the morning to cleanse, and sometimes when I come home I get in so late that I'm TOO tired! I started to use this just a few days ago and so far, so good. It's light but extremely good at cleaning my skin from all the grime that gathers during the day. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean and looking so much brighter but it does tend to leave a little stickiness which takes a while to be absorbed, and there's no tightness when it's dried, just clean, fresh skin.Hazeld

This micellar water is definitely worth purchasing and trying. I have extremely sensitive skin along with facial redness and it works so well for me. It doesn't take a lot of product to remove any makeup from my face, and doesn't cause any adverse reactions around my eyes. It feels the same on my cotton rounds as other products, and leaves my face feeling fresh without any sort of sticky after feel. My only issue is that this product has a light scent, and i've moved towards unscented products to try to help my sensitive skin.Georgia1

I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion! This is a new product for me as I did not use cleansing water in my usual routine. I was pleased with the result. I put a little on a cotton ball and rubbed it around my face and I could see that it was picking up dirt off my face. It left my skin soft and refreshed and I honestly enjoyed using it. Also to note, there was no uncomfortable residue left after either. I don't have sensitive skin but this product claims to be great for sensitive skin. Its also oil free, alcohol free, fragrance free, sulfate free and paraben free. My face definitely felt fresh and clean after I was done. I would buy this again and I can easily recommend to others. First off all I can say is wow! This product is by far the best makeup removing water I have ever used. You don't need much at all and you don't really need to scrub too much to get it off. First I would soak a cotton pad and then soak on my eyelashes for about 30 seconds and wipe I literally would look like my makeup perfectly not smudged on the Cotton pad it was like wiping off my makeup with one quick swipe no need to use extra no need to continue to scrub. This stuff was amazing because you also didn't need to rent afterwards it was good just like that I also like using it during the day to help remove dirt and oil from my skin. It also helps brighten an illuminate your skin tone as well. I am already almost through my bottle and I will definitely be buying another one. I have went through a few brands of makeup remover products like this one and this again is by far the best one I've ever tried. You can buy this product at Walmart as well as shoppers and some other retailers. However, this is an All-In-One way to clean your makeup and impurities from the day, no matter your skin type. This face wash and makeup remover is oil-free, silicone free, sulfate free, fragrance free, and paraben free. I have to say, I really enjoyed using this! It didnt irritate my eyes or my skin, at all. It removed all my eye makeup with ease AND the micelles capture dirt and oils like a magnet! Honestly, it left my face feeling refreshed and clean, as well as nourished, and I can see my skin is not as dull, and my dark spots are less noticeable. I was in the market for a quick morning cleanser that would be gentle and moisturizing. I have never tried a "micellar water" products before, but this seemed like a good hybrid. And it has my favorite ingredient, Ceramide. I would never give up on double cleansing, but this has been a great product for the, (oh crap, I’m late days,) when I have 5 minutes before my zoom meetings and I need hydration, moisturizer, and of course sunscreen. I think with this product, you may need to evaluate your needs and expectations before purchasing. I would not consider it a make-up or sunscreen remover, which it seems to be heavily marketed as. The consistency is nice, somewhat thick and milky. No fragrance, silicones or essential oils which makes me love this even more. The ingredient list is amazing, short and clean, full of fatty acids, vitamin E, ceramides and wild melon seed. It does not irritate my eye area and has not caused any issue for me. I do still get a scent of a Play-dough, which the brands La La Retro has, and I absolutely love it. My favorite thing about this is the way my skin feels and looks after using it. It looks bright and clear, and it feels so soft and hydrated. It's not heavy and it doesn't strip my skin, making it feel dry and tight. It's almost like a serum, which I enjoy. slandon.g

I had surgery on my sinuses & nose & had a cast on my nose for a week (which meant l wasn’t allowed to get my face wet) & needed something that I could put on a cotton pad & “clean” my face. Picked this up & it was perfect for what I needed it for. Gave me a skin refresh + it was hydrating & didn’t leave my skin feeling tight or dehydrated. Did not irritate my sensitive skin either. Nice milky consistency & you get a good amount of product for the price (especially since it’s DE). Haven’t used it as a makeup remover (obviously) but I’m not sure it would be the best for a primary cleanse. Maybe as a secondary cleanse after a cleansing balm to get the residue off (which is how I’d use it). I think it’s too gentle to be effective (especially for removing eye makeup). This is my first introduction to micellar water. I only wear make up for special events so this is not a regular use product for me. I actually bought it for those occasional lazy days when I get home super late and don't feel like washing my face. If I don't do something to sorta get the oils off of my face before bed, I am guaranteed to wake up with acne. This stuff is definitely creamy and moisturizing. Which is great. But at the same time, I wonder how good it is at actually getting the oil off my skin because it doesn't feel any cleaner. It hasn't left me with acne in the morning so I guess that's a positive. This is my favourite makeup removing product – way better than wipes in my opinion and for me personally the best value + effectiveness combo micellar water out there. I like to do a FULL face of concealer and foundation some days, other days I layer on multiple coats of mascara, go hard with the bronzer and highlight, or apply falsies and a ton of lash glue. I change it up a lot but REGARDLESS of the type and amount of product I apply this micellar water gently and effectively removes it. I drench a couple cotton rounds in this micellar water and wipe all over my face, around my eyelids and over my lashes with ZERO irritation whatsoever, and I have very sensitive, redness prone skin. The price is great, you get a lot of product for what you pay for, and this micellar water gets the job done every time without irritation or redness. For these reasons this is my holy grail micellar water and I will continue to repurchase. PLUS they sell the mini size at the drugstore which is perfect for travelling. Bonus: the lid doesn’t leak when travelling so you can throw in your bag and go. I’ve tried many other “all-in-one” or “safe for sensitive skin” micellar waters at the drug store and even from Sephora and none worked as well as this one for me personally, and they usually made my eyelids and under eye area burn. Try this out if, like me, you’ve got sensitive skin but like to wear heavy makeup and want all traces of it gone without getting skin irritation in the process. I was devastated when my favorite cleanser was recently discontinued, and I've been on a quest since then. I tried the regular micellar water by Garnier, but using it correctly was rough (basically, you can't just swipe it on the way you would a toner; you have to use soaked cotton pads to "wash" the skin like you would use your fingers and hands with a soap cleanser, and that kind of friction on my skin, even with the gentlest cotton, created some redness on my reactive skin). With this gel in-shower product I have found my answer at last! This cleans well but does not strip the skin, which is very important for me and is a feature that many people don't understand. In years past, we've cleaned ourselves with such harsh products that we've learned crave lots of bubbles, lots of slip, a squeaky you-could-eat-food-off-this-body-it's-so-clean kind of feeling…but that is TERRIBLE for our skin! This cleanser helps get the unwanted stuff off the skin, but maintains a healthy moisture barrier and keeps all the good stuff. It's not great removing waterproof makeup, but regular cleansers rarely are; you need special makeup remover solutions for that. But for general day to day use, this is the thing! It's not a thick gel, and one pump will usually suffice for a face full of light makeup and/or sunscreen. Of note, there are two formulas (one in pink and one in green), but the ingredient lists are identical. (Also, I've found that it is miraculous in cutting through that weird film that deodorant leaves behind. In the shower, I wash my face with this, then my pits, and all skin is fresh and happy!)Doc

I normally use and love the original Garnier micellar water, the clear liquid with pink lid version and since I have dry sensitive skin I figured I'd try this this time and I did not like it at all! It was horrible for me. First off it didn't seem to remove my makeup good at all like the other one does. The worst part tho is that it felt like it left a film on my skin after using it, my face felt dirty and greasy. I had to not only rinse but felt I had to actually wash my face with cleanser too just to get it off and feel clean. I think its the glycerin in it that caused me to feel like my face was dirty and greasy afterwards. I highly reccomend sticking to the original or any of the other original ones depending on ur skin type. But if u have drier skin like me the original one with pink lid is the best one. That one doesn't dry my skin out and my face feels clean afterwards and without rinsing too. Some have had good luck with this one but I didn't. I usually do a quick rinse after using a micellar water just in case if I can but nice to know I don't have to if I can't but with this one I didnt have that comfort.alexandra .u

I received Garnier Skinactive Micellar Cleansing Water through Pinchme complimentary for my honest review. The one I received is an all-in- 1 brightener with vitamin C for dull sensitive skin. Which is perfect as my face is combination, but mainly oily in summer and I can at times get dry patches sporadically in summer & winter in random areas of my face. I love that this product has no drying agents such as alcohol, no fragrances in case you are sensitive to scents( big benefit, because I’m pregnant – smells can be off-putting at this time), or any added oils to increase grease production on your face.. After using this product for about 2 weeks I did notice it would pick up grime even if I washed my face with only warm water to test out how effective it is. So far I’m impressed that it still had the ability to pick up some grime. I haven’t noticed any skin brightening yet. I may still have premature results being 2 weeks and that’s not everyday use( every other day, but multi time a day usage). My only drawback for me is it doesn’t hydrate, even though it states it’s a non drying formula. At times I’m on autopilot or living a rushed hectic lifestyle keeping up with my toddler that I actually forget to apply moisturizer after I use it. Which led me to drying out a bit on my cheeks from washing my face with warm water. This is only due to my previous routine where most of my products I use have some hydrating benefits. So it’s really a matter of making a mental note to add some type moisturizer after use. Anyway, I did notice and thought it was a nice kicker that the bottle is made of 30% recycle plastic. It’s nice they are taking into account the environment with there products. Really nice product, I’m willing to try their other Micellar waters to see if I can find the perfect fit for me. I love this brand and I enjoy the charcoal gel micellar water! I got this little bottle to put in my bag. As soon as I put it on my cotton pad and then to my skin, this overwhelming moldy smell permeates around the room! It is very very strong. I did do some research and found others were experiencing this but it had been a few years since this happened. I am really confused. It doesn’t smell in the bottle that I can tell but there is no batch number nor an expiration date on the bottle.KB

I was really excited to try this product from Garnier because I love the brand already and I thought this product sounded pretty fabulous. Washing my face is so important to me. No matter how tired I am or not feeling well, it has to be done. So this product to me is a game changer. I can use it anywhere. Not only is it convenient but it works really well. It has hyaluronic acid which is great for fine lines and wrinkles. It has aloe and that is really soothing on skin. It also removes makeup and that includes eyes and lips. I’ve been using it for about 10 days now. Super easy to use- I just applied it to my face and neck with some cotton balls and that’s it. I don’t necessarily see my skin looking "replumped”as that is mentioned on the products bottle. But that doesn’t change how I feel about it. I didn’t notice any scent to it. You don’t need much of this cleanser on your cotton ball either, a little goes a long way. You don’t have to rinse your face off after using it. I typically use Bioderma micellar water with a reusable cotton round to remove my make up so I was very interested in trying this Garnier micellar water due to it being almost half the price per ounce. This micellar water removed my makeup without irritating my sensitive skin. It is very comparable to Bioderma except Bioderma seems to work slightly better on heavier makeup days with liquid eyeliner and mascara. Overall, I will be using Garnier daily in place of my usual micellar water because the price can’t be beat but I will be using something slightly stronger on heavier makeup days.amber_nc_hjsd7

Even tho a micellar water seems to be a simple product, it may be problematic to find good one. I had my doubts about this product before using, so I was surprised in a good way after. The cleanser makes its work perfectly, exactly how it says on the bottle – removes makeup without any harsh rubbing and very quick. It didn’t irritate my eyes at all and I didn’t feel that I need to rinse it out with water after using. I can’t say if it gives you a feeling of replumped skin, but this is not why I use micellar water. Definitely recommend.inna_fl_jn4ty
