Fun little bike! Easy to assemble and operate. Make sure you check all the fasteners as some may be missing or loose. I had a missing sprocket bolt and nut. I also had a defective loose fuel hose clamp from the fuel tank that caused fuel to spill everywhere. Not thrilled. Got new auto grade hose clamp and it now is good to go. Reason for 1 less star is QC control. I got the bike registered as an OHM with the state of Minnesota. Going to be good times on trails and frozen lakes!Tony L
Thank You Coleman!!!!! Because of this mini bike you just gained a lifetime customer for outdoor equipment. I had soo much fun riding around my yard (2.8 ac) after a very easy assembly. The bike looks excellent!!! The delivery was fine and I was very happy when my box arrived damage free. As some videos on YouTube have mentioned. Also as some videos on you tube have noticed there was a missing washer from the steering as it appears in the diagram. Oh well I had one laying around so no big deal. I was looking for a first toy for a new house. And Walmarts price beat Amazon and Target. So big up to Walmart on this also!! As long as you keep the price the same Im definitely getting one more for the garage. I have enjoyed numerous mini bikes over the course of my life and this Coleman BT200X is likely the best you can buy "over the counter". I bought this for my teenage son to enjoy in our neighborhood and local trails. It came well packaged and was very easy to assemble in less an an hour. It started on the 1st pull and hasn't let us down. I like it so much I'm gonna buy another. This bike arrived bolted to a metal frame inside a big box, had to install the front wheel and the handlebars and attach the battery leads. After double checking the oil level, I added about a half gallon of premium fuel, set the choke, hit the starter button, and it fired right up! Even though this is a kid's size dirt bike, I got it for my wife and she loves riding it. A lot of features to like; electric start, automatic transmission, front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, adjustable rear shock, and the 70cc engine even pulls me just fine at 215 pounds. Engine has a nice healthy sound, reminds me of my old Honda SL70 I had as a teenager. Overall a really good value for the money.my69ssnova

Packaging was very bad…and the box was really damaged. The bike was pretty easy to assemble, but there were multiple scratches on the bike from the poor shipping. It was missing all of the nuts so I had to go to the hardware store twice before my son could ride it or I would have given 5 stars. The oil burned up super fast and turned black after 2 days. I don't know if thats normal. I've got conflicting answers so I just changed the oil and filled it up again. It also seems to use more gas then it should compared to our neighbors coleman. The bike looks good and is much faster than our neighbors coleman 196cc that has upgraded parts to make his go faster which is pretty cool.Jamee
Shipping was on time. The box it came in was in great shape. I've read other reviews complaining the box was beat up pretty bad, which I can see happening, but mine was not. This was a present for my son, who worked hard to pay for half of it. You will have to put the forks , front wheel, handlebars, fenders, and headlight on . Next , check all the nuts and bolts on the whole bike to make sure they are tight. Then drain the oil that it is shipped with, yes there is oil in it, do not use! I don't think this is actually motor oil, or at least motor oil that you want to use. I went with synthetic 10/40. Finally fill it with gas and test drive it, if you can, before your kid rides it. I'd rather something fail on me rather than my son. Plus, I can't let him have all the fun. This is a comfortable and easy riding bike. I liked it so much that I bought a second bike for me. We are loving them in the AZ desert. I would totally recommend this. Do not forget about a helmet. Its ok to have fun, but stay safe!ed
This is an exceptional trail bike that has a team of quality control to ensure a great product. I rode the bike for an hour and changed the oil and then did the same procedure 5 hours later. Bad ass whip! This mini bike aint no joke. It is a great trail bike. I take it camping, hunting, fishing, and I even rip it around the nieghborhood to piss off the nieghbors. Get good gas mileage. I would get the bike with the forks that have shocks on them, mine doesnt have shocks and it is a pretty rough ride. Other than that 5 starts for sure.Brian
I bought two of these online and picked them up in store. The front end of the bike has to be assembled and the instructions that come with the bike are not the easiest to decipher. I ended up watching a YouTube video that made it alot easier. Even with the video it was time consuming. Also I would recommend a long stemmed funnel to get the oil in so that you don't end up spilling it everywhere like I originally did. So the bikes got assembled and we went for our first ride. My son hit a bump in the trail and layed down the bike going maybe 5 mph. The brake lever broke right off the handlebar..after landing on soft ground. The following day I took the other bike for a spin..I didn't even make it out of my parking lot before it started making a metal on metal sound and a loud clacking and pinging somewhere near the clutch. My overall time on these bikes was less than two hours and they both have issues already! I will be taking the second bike back to sportsman's tomorrow since it is beyond what I can repair. Overall I feel the bikes are not very good quality. I spent almost $1,100.00 on both and expected better. Service wise, sportsman's warehouse is awesome! They are always my go to place for anything and everything outdoors. As far as coleman goes..well I feel they could have done alot better.
