Soapberry shampoo. I also read its contents, and I thought why not? I give this a try and uh it's amazing. It's not only gentle, it's also paraben sulfate uh silicon free, which is required for the water today. Keep in mind that if you are currently using regular stuff from the grocery store, your hair will have to detox for you to feel the effects of a clean natural shampoo. I'm very impressed with the ingredients in this shampoo and pleasantly surprised at how well it works. Many years ago I was on the hunt for body care items that were fragrance and dye free to address some health issues I was experiencing. Back then (about 10 years ago) it was not easy to find these items and even more difficult to find any that worked as well as "regular" products. I wish this had been available back then! It smells wonderful and lathers just as well as any other shampoo. I have extremely sensitive skin and found this product didn't cause any issues. My hair looked great, felt fantastic, and did I mention I loved the smell? The only downside (for me) is that even though I only wash my hair 1-2 times per week the cost is a bit high for my budget. Great scent, gentle on hair, nice natural ingredients. I use a lot of product each time I wash my hair – I need to lather-rinse-repeat 3 times before my hair is clean, which I think can be improved if I added e.g. some tea tree oil to the shampoo. It would still require a large dollop for it to lather up, though. I only wash once a week, so if I washed daily, one application would probably be enough. I want to start this review off by saying I've used this shampoo for nearly 1 year and my review is completely honest from my own experience ofcourse. I first got this shampoo when I've started to feel like my hair could use a little boost / better shampoo. BUT, it didn't take long for me to notice negative results. My hair progressly got thinner and thinner, started from seeing some hair on my palms when I moved my hand through, to the point I've seen bunch of hair on my towel after I showered. After realizing my hair is falling apart, I decided to change back to normal shampoo to see if there is any difference and there was, my hair got back to normal after a month or two. It took me too long to realize I should stop using this shampoo since I didn't imagine that this shampoo is the cause for my excessive hair loss. I regularly use Pura D'Or ACV shampoo and conditioner. I love it. However since my hair is high-maintenance needing moisture I use a lot of conditioner. I decided to order just a bottle of conditioner alone. I tried a different type to see how alternating two different lines would benefit my hair. I know that some ingredients have different properties. The number one ingredient in the ACV conditioner is aloe vera. But the mix in this conditioner keeps my hair stronger and prevents split ends on the days when I just wet it. It effectively prevents my hair from getting thinner. I have been using this shampoo for YEARS. When i first experienced clumps of hair shed I used it and immediately it halted my hair shed by half. My roots also felt lifted. It's not a miracle but it save a lot of my hair. What really helped my hair is cutting A LOT of hair off basically into a pixie cut, and getting blood work and finding the cause. For me I had severe iron deficiency anemia and never took any supplements for it. For years I had broken thin hair, that barely reached my nose in the front, Frankenstein mullet. My doctor ordered a prescription for iron and I got other pixie cut and treating my hair gently. I followed my prescription exactly. Used this shampoo, good conditioner, a weekly mask and pinned my hair up frequently to avoid friction but I blowout my hair every week with heat protectant. One year later and all of my hair goes past my chin and no bald spots. So major and life changing my boyfriend teases me saying he blinked and my hair grew. It's not thick and long but I have a good thickness lob now. I am extremely happy. Correcting my severe anemia was the biggest help to my hair but this shampoo helped control the damage. I was very happy to find this shampoo on Walmart.com. My first purchase of it was from Amazon and the shampoo was very thin and watery, I was not happy with the amount I would have to use to just get a lather. This new bottle from Walmart was so much better, the product was thicker and I'm not having to use as much to attain a good lather. I have been using for a couple of months and so far I have noticed that I am not having as much hair loss and I seem to have a lot of new growth. It leaves my hair feeling light and not weighed down as some shampoo do. Overall I am happy with the product, only complaint would be the smell but that is probably because of the tea tree oil, I hate that smell. Only been using it about a month, so, don't know yet about regrowth, but I've stopped getting handfuls and brushfuls of hair. Makes it feel fuller, as well. The shampoo is very concentrated, doesn't take a lot, but the conditioner tends to be lacking. Takes a lot of product, and it doesn't feel that "conditioned", but I'm going to keep on track until I find out if there is regrowth or not. This stuff left my hair SO dry that I could barely comb it even after spaying a ton of CHI leave-in-conditioner on it. The watermans products did make my hair feel soft and manageable. However I unfortunately didn't see much hair growth, and my thinning hasn't stopped. I have used the products for 5 months without results. I think it's time to try something else. I have tried several Bondi Boost products and I am always impressed so I was excited to try this out. I have fine, thin hair so I love products that promise body and a thicker appearance. I don't have the appropriate words to describe the difference the HG shampoo and conditioner has made in my hair, and I also don't leave reviews typically. But Bondi Boost warrants it. It's that GOOD. I have thin, wavy 2b-3a hair (and a lot of it, can get heavy), dark naturally with balayage, and my scalp was always a bit on the sensitive and flaky side. A bout of sickness and personal hardships in the fall of 2021 literally made my hair start to fall out. My hair was at its weakest, and I lost hair along my part line, enough to make a wig for a doll. I dreaded showering because of the hair that was falling out. I needed something, and spent several months looking around. Bondi Boost was always on my radar but I was scared of the price ticket. Nothing worked, so I decided to try Bondi Boost HG's shampoo and conditioner, and they come into the picture in about July of 2022. Bondi Boost's ingredients really do work! I'm aware there's bad reviews, but consistent use of the products makes a difference and is key. It can take some time for hair to readjust to the natural ingredients in Bondi Boost, and can make hair appear greasy initially (it did for me). It's not Bondi Boost, it's the detox of your scalp and the mint, saw palmetto, and rosemary ingredients working. Stick with it. And the focus is on the scalp to help your hair become healthy. Bondi Boost discusses this on their website. Give it time! We're all different and our bodies go through different things. See the before and after pictures for yourself. My waves have come back, my hair feels like it has Rachel Greene swooshiness. My hair has its life restored from being DOA before. I'm getting ready to try the Curl Boss line as well, and have tried the Elixir Hair Oil, Procapil Hair Tonic, the Miracle Mark, and Intensive Spray. And nothing from Bondi Boost has missed the mark for me. I'm hoping they come out with travel sizes soon. If you're worried about the price, Bondi Boost regularly has sales and bundle deals as well. Iβm not sure if Sephora just miscategorized this product, but when I received the shampoo & conditioner I honestly thought theyβd sent the wrong items. Thereβs literally nothing on the packaging to indicate itβs a thickening or volumizing shampoo & conditioner for thinning hair, and certainly nothing to indicate it promotes hair growth & reduces hair fall. But, after double checking the website to make sure I hadnβt ordered the wrong products, I decided to give the set a try. The smell of the shampoo is definitely medicinal. Itβs not super strong or anything, but itβs kinda like they used peppermint to mask a chemical smell. The conditioner is better, more of a refreshing natural tea tree & peppermint smell. The shampoo lathers up nicely so itβs easy to tell that youβre getting full coverage. I find that I have to wash twice though to get my hair feeling noticeably clean. The shampoo also leaves my hair pretty tangled & knotty. The conditioner has a nice cooling effect, and manages to detangle my hair for the most part. Hair fall? Absolutely no difference. And honestly, with trying to get all the tangles out it seems to actually make the problem worse. Hair growth? None to speak of. Volumizing? Kind of. And hereβs where I *would* give this set a thumbs up – my roots are VERY oily, and my hair is usually flat within an hour of styling it. I have definitely noticed an improvement in that thereβs a lot less oiliness – though the problem has not been completely eradicated. So, while thereβs not really true hair volume created, the *appearance* of volume is there simply because the roots arenβt being weighed down by oil anymore. But within a few hours the appearance of volume tends to drop too. Thickening? No. And thatβs even after I use the Intensive Spray.Audie13
I have low density, medium porosity, virgin 3b curl type hair. It's not course but not fine either and this works really well for me. I do have to use more pumps and work the lather more than a regular sls shampoo but if you need a deep clean go for a clarifying or sls shampoo. This is perfect for when you have to wash your hair more frequently than you want and you don't have significant product build up. I sometimes have to double cleanse with this if my hair is greasier or has a bunch of buildup and it doesn't lather well the first time, but overall I love how gentle this shampoo is on my hair. I've kept this in my rotation since August 2021 and I believe I have less hair fall and that my overall hair health is improved with it being smoother, softer and I think I'm finally getting some regrowth on my crown which was desperately needed. This isn't a miracle product but I does contain similar ingredients to the ordinary density serum along with lots of plant extracts that may help with growth. They throw the kitchen sink at hair loss and it seems to be working! If you have thinning hair but need to wash more frequently than 2-3x a week and dread seeing your hair in the drain/hair catcher then add this to your rotation and you'll likely see results. For reference I do not use the conditioner or the intensive spray. I follow up with curlsmith weightless air dry leave in cream conditioner and my hair feels soft and healthy. This was such a fun campaign to be in! There were FOUR full sized products that I got to try. I definitely felt I got a good sense of each product before writing my review. With that being said though, I honestly was not a fan of the shampoo. ItΓ’β¬β’s not necessarily the productΓ’β¬β’s fault though because unless it was formulated for a dry scalp, there was no way I was going to be able use this long term. My hair didnΓ’β¬β’t feel drier the few of times I used this, but it also didnΓ’β¬β’t feel more moisturized either. It did look like it had a tad more volume, but that was probably in combination with the other products. It did smell really good (reminded me of a Bath and Body Works lotion. And that was after the conditioner (plus rinsing with cold water). It also left a weird crunchy residue feeling on the top part of my hair, too. I made sure to rinse it all off as well, but it felt super weird on top when it started to dry. Iβll maybe use it one or two more times and then throw out the bottle. This product could work for you, though. Iβve read more good reviews than bad. I just personally havenβt had a good experience with it. Like, my hair was practically SCREAMING for hydration after using this product. Within a month I looked like a magnificent Ewok. I always use the best shampoo I can find since I have very fine hair and some color damage. I was amazed when I saw how my hair looked after it dried. I had significantly more volume and thickness and my hair felt very silky. My husband was impressed and he experienced the same thing. Noticeably thicker hair. We loved it so much I bought 3 bottles. While there were aspects of this shampoo I enjoyed, it didn't end up helping me or fixing my problem. My hair for the last few years has started becoming more limp and thin. I've tried various shampoos and hair products that supposedly add volume, but haven't really noticed a difference. I was excited to try this Strengthening shampoo because not only did it claim to strengthen hair, but also lead to more volume. I've used it for about a week now (5 times washing my hair) and I couldn't be happier. I was pleasantly surprised as I have noticed a difference. My hair which was thinning on the top seems a little thicker and actually softer too. The shampoo is best when used with the conditioner and serum as that is what I have been using and it seems to be working. Other things I've loved about it: the scent. It's mild, but so fragrant. It's a pleasant floral smell that stays with your hair until your next wash, which I love. The texture is also ideal; not so thick that it feels goopy and not so thin that it's watery. It also lathers really well which is a definite necessity for me because I never really feel clean without the lather. Another bonus is that I can blow dry and straighten curl my hair without any issues; it actually recommends you to style as required. Iβm so frustrated! I bought a huge bottle of this at the end of last summer and it became my holy grail! I have thin but very curly hair and it gave me the perfect amount of moisture without weighing it down. I just grabbed a new bottle and the moment I put it in my hair I knew it was not the same. Iβve been using this shampoo in combination with a normal plain color safe conditioner and some itβs a 10 miracle spray and leave in conditioner from elvive. My hair is so soft and thick! My only complaint is the same as all the other thickening shampoo/conditioners Iβve used, it seems to leave my hair heavier and not oily or greasy, but like there is something on it that makes my hair thicker really fast after a couple uses. Not sure exactly how it does that, but my hair is healthier then ever. There was a lawsuit against this brand that was about how this brand claims all natural ingredients but thatβs not the case. I ordered Watermans double pack of shampoo and conditioner after reading positive reviews online. I was unsure of what to expect as I know certain products work for some people and not others. I received my delivery very quickly and it is very clear that this family run business really care about their products. The shampoo came in a black bottle and the conditioner in a white bottle which makes it very easy to differentiate the products with water in your eyes. The shampoo lathers really well and has feel really soft when washing it out. I feel like a slightly stronger smell would be nice however that wouldn't stop me from repurchasing as I really do see a difference in the condition of my hair. The conditioner is a much thinner consistency and again doesn't really have a strong scent. It sometimes doesn't feel like I have put any on my hair as it is very thin however after leaving it on for a minute or so and washing it out, my hair does feel soft. My hair is slightly dry in summer anyway and Im not sure whether the products particularly helped with that but I do really love these products and would definitely buy again! I was confused when I received the bottle, and it didn't read "DHT Blocker" on the label. However, the new updated label says "blocker"; the old one (as shown in my photo) doesn't. I'll start off by saying that this could possibly be a 5star product. I'm a 50 year old guy and am fairly active and in average shape. About 6 months ago, I started to really notice my hair thinning on the crown and hairline receding. I decided to take action and started researching various natural approaches. So I came up with a plan with 4 parts. I started taking 20-25 grams of Collagen Daily and supplementing with Biotin and Saw Palmetto. The fourth part of the plan was to try the Shiny Leaf DHT shampoo and conditioner. The great news is that it has had a marked improvement in my hair and has definitely started to regrow hair that I thought was long gone. In fact, my hairline is growing back in where it was in my late 20's and early 30's. I'm truly blown away by the results. The not so great news is that I implemented all 4 parts of my plan at once and so I have no way of knowing which parts made the biggest impact or if it really was the combination of them all that worked so well. At this point, my feeling is that it's working very well and I'm not going to change anything. I will say that my suspicion is that the Collagen is the star component of my 4 part plan because I noticed very quickly (like 1 week or so) that my muscles and joints felt great. Sort of like WD-40 for your knees. Really cool! I do believe this shampoo and conditioner contributed to my overall success but it is a topical application which I'm not sure is as effective as the other 3 parts which were all ingestible.Chris D.
I have received both the DHT shampoo, and Biotin conditioner. These products work very well together. The shampoo leaves my hair looking and feeling very clean and shiny, and my scalp feeling light and uncluttered. I seem to be seeing less hairs in the drain so far and will continue to use and buy the shampoo. The conditioner makes my hair feel very soft and does not leave a residue like other consumers I have used. I would highly recommend giving Shiny Leaf products a try.G.S.

I like how my hair felt after using the shampoo conditioner. My hair felt clean my hair cuticle was smooth, I didnβt notice any uncomfortable residue. I wasnβt fond of the citrus scent but it wasnβt offensive or noticeable once my hair was styled dry. While I hate to be that one who complains about a βsampleβ size of an expensive product that I get to trial complimentary from Vegamour Influenster in exchange for my honest review, I must say that I have thick, dense, fine, long very curly hair so while sample size shampoo was enough for multiple uses, the conditioner wasnβt enough for more one application. There wasnβt any noticeable thickening of the hair along my hairline at the very front of top of my head, where my hair has thinned due to years of wearing tight ponytails when I was younger, but I canβt say that there wouldnβt have been improvement with continued use over time. This may not have been the best option for my hair type but it did perform like a traditional shampoo conditioner I have no complaints about them. I am new to Vegamour products. Due to some unusual hair loss Iβve had over the past year, Iβve noticed some thinning in my hair so Iβve been trying a lot of hair care products that are new to me to help with that. Iβve heard mixed reviews about the Vegamour shampoo and conditioning set but I decided to give the Vegamour GRO Revitalizing Shampoo & Conditioner for Thinning Hair & Hair Wellness a try. The Vegamour GRO Revitalizing Shampoo & Conditioner for Thinning Hair & Hair Wellness comes in a pretty light pink easy to use squeeze bottle that looks great on the shelf and dispenses the products properly. The shampoo itself smells great and has a nice thick texture but spreads and lathers easily. I noticed that the Vegamour GRO Revitalizing Shampoo is a little more drying than some of the other volumizing shampoos Iβve tried but it works well for my hair. I wouldnβt use it more than once a week because of how drying it isβ¦ for me, I think cleansing shampoo rules apply here. I didnβt notice a lot of differences but my hair did feel fuller and the shampoo helped with the oiliness of my hair. Overall, I wasnβt upset about the Vegamour GRO Revitalizing Shampoo & Conditioner for Thinning Hair & Hair Wellness set. It works pretty well for me. I think that some of the people that are experiencing breakage or fallout might already have dry hair so the additional dryness from this shampoo just isnβt working for their hair type. I personally didnβt notice this in my experience but I also noticed how drying the product was for my hair and adapted my usage. I would cautiously recommend the Vegamour GRO Revitalizing Shampoo & Conditioner for Thinning Hair & Hair Wellness set to anyone fighting hair loss with oily hair keeping in mind that everyoneβs hair care needs are unique.
