Really disappointed with the strength of the handle. I'm not swinging on it by any means, but the ability for it to break at the first joint [not surprising – weakest area] in the second stroke left me bent over to finish the floor. I was a little confused at first because it didn't come with instructions. I always read instructions to make sure I'm doing things right. So, once I passed that hurdle I was very happy with how easy the product is. I like that the head has a lot of motion to help navigate hard to reach places. The fact I can just wash the pads in my laundry when I am done is awesome. My toddler wants to help me clean. OMG… How awesome is that. One other thing about the product is that it has a list of cleaners you can use with the product. I'm not a hundred percent sure if the cleaners you can get for it are non toxic and safe for the planet, but if so awesome. I have little people I need my floor to be clean and safe. I’ve had this Rejuvenate microfiber mood for a a few weeks now. I am in love with it! Having laminate floors with 2 boys and 2 dogs means dusting and mopping daily. Having to drag the vacuum out daily was taking a toll on my time and energy. The dusting pad glides easily across both laminate and tile flooring. The pad collects dirt and dust easily and sticks to it. No dust or dirt particles are left behind. It is so much quicker as opposed to dragging the heavy vacuum daily. I love that the mopping pad has more texture to it as I am able to scrub dried up messes easily. The mop itself is very light weight and easy to move. And the best part? I have used brooms and dustpans for years and when I was told by my Dr. I have severe asthma and undefined COPD along with other breathing issues what limitation of bending and sweeping became unbearable for me. I am an older lady with arthritis in my knees so it's painful to get down on the floor and clean under the furniture. I have laminate wood floors that need to be cleaned or dusted at least every other day due to my cat's fur. I decided to purchase this Libman wet/dry mop because it is a trusted brand that I've been familiar with throughout my life. All I can say is I love this mop. It has an 18-inch wide mop head which covers a lot of area at once getting the job done faster. It has a swivel head for maneuvering and is slim enough to fit under all of my furniture. The reusable microfiber pad is quality made with heavy-duty canvas pockets on top that slide over the sides of the mop head. It picks up dust, dirt, and fur very well and when it gets dirty you just toss it in the washer. I purchased 3 more microfiber pad replacements to go with it. 1. I LOVE the long handle. As a tall person, it is hard to find a long enough handle that doesn't hurt my back from having to stoop over to get a decent scrub. 2. The kids like to help now. Even if it just to pump the peddle and spin the mop, so far, they are willing to help. 3. Easy off/on to clean the heads. Pops off, snaps on. I will say that the strings do shrink when you put them in the dryer so air drying may be the best. 4. I bought this for my 84-year-old mother. I didn't have much belief that it would help her mop her kitchen and bathroom as often as she wanted but I was wrong! It is easy for her to use both in set up and after cleaning is done. She is able to get the mop twisted tight enough that the floor doesn't take hours and hours to dry causing possible slip and fall issues for her. I highly recommend this item. I loved this mop when I was sitting on my couch watching the infomercial…and that's where it ended! When I first received my mop I noticed that many features that the infomercial showed did not come with the actual purchased item. For example, the mop strands were nowhere as long as the mop strands shown in the commercial, the mop head did not spin 360 degrees as shown and the bucket did not stay in place when wringing the mop head out…grr! I used it of course but that was my first mistake. I would say about four months into owning it the gear mechanism that made it spin rusted right off thus making it impossible to spin the water out and the pedal started sticking less than a month into owning it, the fibers of the mop head stuck together and matted up making it virtually impossible to clean properly, both on the floor and in the washing machine and so on. The idea of this product was great! The engineering behind the idea was horrible! Cheaply made and for as much money as the consumer has to fork out for this product, some intense restructuring from the manufacturing should be done. In my opinion, this product should be taken off the shelf, consumers offered the purchase price back and compensation for the poor consumers that had to give lengthy testimonials (such as this) so no other poor soul is looped into buying this piece of junk. I had seen this mop all over TikTok and wanted one for a while. I finally bought one for about $40, couldn't wait to use it and was immediately disappointed. The handle wouldn't stay locked, it kept telescoping which was very frustrating. The next thing I noticed was that when you push forward on the mop, it functions like a mop should. On the backwards motion, the plastic base of the mop that the mophead attaches to just scrapes along the floor. I don't think the fabric of the mop was even touching the floor at all, it almost flips upside down so that only plastic is dragging along the floor. I mopped about 1/8 of my apartment before I had to stop. I cant put myself or my downstairs neighbor through that every time I mop. Terrible, terrible product that was over advertised on TikTok. Purchased this mop after several people I know said how great it was. While I do like the actual mop head and the spin idea, the handle is garbage. The handle is telescoping for whatever reason and will not stay locked. It constantly comes unlocked while mopping even with essentially no force applied. I honestly don't know why they would design a telescopic handle for a mop I'm the first place, especially considering that even with it extended fully it's still pretty short. My guess would be that it's easier to box and put in shelves, but it also makes the product garbage. They should have went with a screw together design if that was their concern. Also the mop head just king of clicks into the handle. Had they designed it with a traditional screw handle like most mops and brooms have I could have easily just gotten another handle and screwed it onto the mop head. As I said I love the idea of the product and like the was it mops when it actually functions. At this point I'm not sure what options I have to make it work better but will most likely end up having to return it. This mop bucket with spinner is so easy to put together and use. The instructions for expanding the handle was a sticker attached to the handle so you'll never lose it. The mop head snapped into the handle with no problems. I had my doubts about this product but I am glad that I made this purchase. I used this at a client home and wondered about the quality. The mop did exactly what it was supposed to do. I paired it with Mr. Clean multi surface cleaner. This product cleaned 3 years worth of ground in dirt from bathroom floor tiles. I haven't seen the floor this clean for 3 years. I was using swifter wet jet which didn't even last thru the warranty. I switched to swifter wet floor pads and that didn't clean the groves in the bathroom tiles either. This product does exactly what it says it would do, however, I would not use it on wooden parquet floor because even though you spin the water out of the mop head it is still a little too wet for a wooden floor. I had ordered another mop sweeper before getting this one. The other one was terrible. I absolutely love this mop. I am very impressed with the way it cleans the floor. It does a nice job. It also doesn't leave the floor soaking wet. The floor dries very quickly. I really like the fact that you can fill the reservoir with your own cleaning agent. My biggest concern about this product is that the functionality of the mop is completely useless. The Velcro that is used to attach the mop heads to the device has ripped off after only a couple of months of light usage. I've tried super gluing the Velcro To no end and so every time I try to remove the mop pads I end up pulling the Velcro off with it….additionally because the product is not very weighted where the mop attaches to the device you get an uneven clean. there is more pressure on the center of the pad than there is on the edges so its kind of a light gloss over the floor… so you end up taking more time to get a more even clean. You can just tell when you remove the map pads that the the sides of the mop pad are never quite as dirty as the center is. I tried with bona I really did but I give up at this point time to upgrade to something better.Shay

i love this mop, it mops so nice. Picks up alot of water. The handle is long enough, for you to reach under furniture. I also like that mop head can go in washing machine. You can also make the handle long or short. You can use it as a dustmop. An the mophead drys fast. Also The Seller is Great! Best Mop Ever! I was looking for a mop that was not too bulky, so that when I wrung it out all the water would come out of it. I use a cedar bucket, but most other mops stay too wet. This mop is perfect! It is lightweight and lifts up a lot of dirt from the floor very easily. As I suspected the microfiber makes a world of a difference. I have concrete flooring and the amount of dust / dirt that accumulates is ridiculously. But I have pets and I thought it was a good idea when I rented my temporary residence. Oh yeah! Now this is a good sturdy mop , light weight and easy to use. Cleans even the most dirtiest floors. My son is a coal miner and on days when he swings by to pay me a visit after work , he is always covered in dust ,dirt , mud and whatever else there is. By the time he leaves , my floors look like someone stomped in mud and ran a marathon. This mop gets it all up with ease. Its really a good mop! I should've listened to the multiple negative reviews. They were saying the mop broke within a few months. I thought maybe they got a bad batch but it happened to me too. After breaking the handle of my Swiffer for the third time, I looked up to find a better model… something that would last more than a year. I thought… hey, if they didn't bother to modify the notoriously weak handle in several years, they probably never will. This is much stronger. No electric pump as the pump is hand activated. You can use whatever cleaning agent you like. Instead of disposable pads, you'll have to use some that need to be cleaned. Some pros and cons there. I have been using it for only a couple of weeks, but I can already say that it's much better built and does the job.mfebsell

I haven't found anything I dislike about this mop. It has a wide head so you can cover more area and it came with extra pads so you can replace it while you're mopping or if you want a clean one for rinsing. It works great on tile & hardwood. I debated long and hard about shelling out the money for this product and decided to go ahead and try it….. bottom line: it's okay but not sure it's worth the money…. I do like the low prodile design that can reach under cabinets, tables,etc…. However you would think that for this amount of money it would come with some sort of a stand that you could put it on with the wet pad in between cleanings… I don't intend to remove and wash the pads every time… That was disappointing… It's also hard (impossible) to tell how much cleaning liquid is in the reservoir – which does seem pretty small and I found myself running out (only by noticing that nothing was coming out when I sprayed) and having to refill it…. also noticed that power button and spray buttons are pretty close together and I found myself hitting the power button numerous times instead of the spray button. Also found that I still have to scrub many spots to get them off completely . It does feel fairly well made and sturdy and I have had no problem with battery life……ned4759

Love this mop but it does not last but about a year. Have tried to clean the sprayer with a pen and it still will not work. When I try to see if I have unclogged the sprayer the mop turns off. I’ve used other Swiffer products before and liked them, so I had expectations that this would do an okay job in a pinch. This far exceeded my expectations! We have LVT and a lot of it. We also have two kids and a dog, and as we thaw out in the Midwest all of them have been tracking in mud galore. We typically use a steam mop because everything else causes streaks, but it’s a pretty lengthy process that we only have time for on the weekends. Given that, I was thrilled at the job this did and how quickly I was able to do it. Floor was clean with zero streaks! This was easy to put together, just slide the handle together, put the (supplied!) batteries in and click the cleaner in. The size of the mop stick is not so bulky it fits in any corner on my house. It doesn’t take much space to store. Without any much effort it cleans the hard stains on the floor. It includes 5 heavy duty moping pads, 1 cleaning solution container with solution and 4 batteries. These heavy duty cleaning pads absorbs and locks dirt with wonderful cleaning experience. The power button on the head sprays/ dispenses cleaning solution on demand. It’s nozzle dispenses fine mist and gives good coverage. The cleaning solution on the floor dry quite fast with no visible moist. It’s flexible swivel head easily reaches under furniture and around corners. This mop stick runs very smooth on the floor. My first impression wasn’t great, as I sliced my thumb opening the box. Each edge of the exposed portion of the box was very sharp; I cut my hand just holding it upright to take it out of the box. All that aside, I did like the product. I used on wood tile floors. One thing that should improve is the directions. The only ones I found were on the box. It wasn’t explicit that batteries were included. Or that the swifter strip should remain and just stick onto the base. I inadvertently pulled the 2 strips thinking they were adhesive to stick. Nope. One pad down is now useless. The solution could be larger, as I used a lot to clean to avoid haziness. Overall great product.Horderlynj

This is an extremely lightweight machine. Not just in actual weight, but in the job it does. The motor is not powerful, the spinner is not fast. You do NOT save time using this over mopping. You must go SLOOW, back and forth, several times, over each area on even the lightest of soiled flooring. You must clean as instructed, the spinner, screens, and filter after only a few minutes of use or it will stop working completely. It doesn't do well on tile unless there are nearly flat grout lines. What is it good for? Linoleum, very lightly soiled. Probably to have it charged and ready for a small spill in the kitchen while cooking, then set it aside and know you WILL have to disassemble and clean it before you use it again, even after only a minute or two of use. For $99 it is not worth it. This should be a $39 dollar machine tops.Cutlass275

This thing is terrible. I wanted a shark cross wave but they’re expensive. I looked through the description and the reviews and thought this may be a less expensive alternative. You get what you pay for. We use it 2 X on hardwood floors. We don’t have carpets. The cleaner started spitting out nasty, dirty, smelly water all over the place. It left my house smelling like a septic tank. Yes, we have a puppy that has accidents and we used it to clean up. Aren’t these things designed to clean up messes? We have disassembled it just like the directions instructed. We cleaned every item that was disassembled with soap and water and even a tiny bit of bleach on the roller. We put it back together, turned it on and once again it starting spitting out sewage water. I haven’t touched it since. So i bought this yesterday i been eyeing this mop for awhile and read alot of reviews. I was so excited to finally get it as the reveiw were so great. I been useing a reuseable spray mop so wanted to up grade as the mop head gets dirty so quick as a single mom i wanted something more convenient but that is not what i got. I was so disappointed in this mop vacuum. I have real hardwood floor and laminate in my kitchen. This did not clean i had dirty spots on my floor that my mop would have got in 2 seconds. But this thing did not clean and at first im like i must be doing something wrong so i read the book with it like 5 times going yes im doing it right. At first the floor wasnt even getting wet but after holding the button down felt like forever it finally got wet. I had to go over spots so many time for it to even get clean. Went to clean my kitchen and that was even worst i kept going over a spot over and over and nothing. So i got out my spot mop sprayed it with just water and it came up as soon as i went over it. So it wasnt a hard spot to clean but the vacuum did not clean it. only good part of the vacuum is that it sucks up the water nice and leaves your floor pretty much dry. It didnt leave streaks but the worst thing of it is when you turn it on its so powerful that it moves the vacuum forward so hard that your fighting it to go backward to suck up the water. For $200 this is not worth it at all my $30 stray mop does so much better ( but hate that it leaves my floors so wet). Oh also this doesnt not get your floor wet or clean a inch away from the wall or your rugs so couldnt get on the side of floors clean.Amber

Was so excited to try the Alpine Industries 36in. Microfiber Wet/Dry Mop Set with Telescopic Handle. I needed something new for our back porch that has concrete flooring. This mop saves me so much time!! The handle helps maneuver the mop easily, the microfiber mop head helps trap the dust and dirt while using dry but when using wet it really cleans and gets the job done!! This dust mop covers a much wider area than my previous O-Cedar dust mop. The bending feature is quite nice for my baseboards. However, there is much more dust in the air when using this dust mop which is not good for someone with allergies. Have bare floors throughout my entire home. Do you have aches and pains? Are you getting older and it is just too difficult to tote around a vacuum? This dust mop is easy to use. It gets under low to the floor sofas and love seats. It reaches all the way across the floor under the bed. Best of all it really gets up the dust and pet hairs. If that is not enough, then all you have to do is shake it out in your yard. I usually read reviews before buying things, but I was in Canadian Tire and simply grabbed this, thinking RubberMaid does at least some basic QA of products. I was wrong. As many other reviews mention, the engineering and/or parts in this product are faulty. The spray mechanism broke after the 2nd use, and started leaking. After a while it was simply POURING out so I could not use it. As the spray is built into the mop, you cannot manually remove and spray the bottle either. The item is simply plastic waste, and a lot of it. I was hoping to use it for years. This item has not been removed or from Canadian Tire after a bunch of obviously bad reviews.Red Ranger

Over the last 4 years, I’ve have owned and used 3 Reveal Spray Mops. There are many reasons to love this mop. It is easy to use and light weight. The soft cloth microfiber pad is reusable, washable and does not leave streaks on laminate floors. The refill bottle is convenient to use with your own cleaning solutions, 2-3 tblsp. of a gentle cleaner (no ammonia) with water. With some design modifications, this spray mop would be super great (!). Yes, I would buy a fourth one if available, and be willing to pay more for improvements to the basic design. Problems I’ve encountered: the trigger mechanism in the handle stopped working on 2 of the mops. The warranty replaced these mops. One of the bottles wouldn’t disperse solutions and now a leaking bottle issue has begun on my 3rd mop leaving puddles on the floor. I’ve tried a popular competitor product and find it wanting. Their throw-away mopping pads leave streaks and I had to use 2 pads each time. Their priority solution/bottle doesn’t allow using your own cleaning solution and I think their cleaner is too harsh on my laminate flooring. And you have to use 4 batteries to squirt the solution on the floor. Because of these 3 points, it’s going to be more expensive to continue using. My conclusion, if Rubbermaid were to rethink their Reveal Spray Mop design a little bit, they would have a BIG winner. Nonetheless, the basic design and its usage in my experience earns 4 stars.Carol inventive organizer

After maybe 25 uses, I discovered that the handle of the mop was slowly coming apart. I dismantled the handle, found out what the problem was (cracked plastic dowel) and fixed it with plastic glue and screws. Yesterday the handle broke again and this time I had to fix it with a wooden dowel, plastic glue and screws. My tendency in life is to fix things without having to throw away in the garbage all the time. The mop works fine now but why do you sell such cheaply made product? Rubbermaid could make it much more solid (use metal parts for assembling not plastic) and garantee it for 5 years at least and people would be happy to pay $10 more for a product that would be solid and reliable. Aside from the weakness of the handle at the joint, all other features of that mop work well.Raymond

I've tested a decent amount of vacuums over the last decade. This is the first one I've tested that was made for hard surfaces and I was excited to get it mostly for my wife who always uses whatever other vacuum on our hard floors almost interchangeably as our carpeted areas. While I normally would sweep hard floors and them vacuum up the pile or let our robot vacuum with mop attachment do all the work for me. Setup was a little overwhelming looking at first but not too bad. The whole thing comes in more pieces than I would normally expect to find but the instructions lay out what everything is pretty nicely and after the initial shock it wasn't too hard to figure it out. I put it all together and let it charge over night (it suggests at least 4-5 hours of charge time before the initial use). I'm pretty happy with the steps required to actually use this vacuum. It's mostly a supplement to our robot vacuum/mop. I'm happy with the robot but we usually go around the are and pick up/move everything off of the floor in the entire upstairs before we run it so it's a process. It does a good job but the setup and reconstruction of the area before running it makes us use it far less than I'd like. So having a vacuum that's made for sweeping and mopping that I can easily setup and break down is key. When you want to use this, just fill up the clean water tank with mostly water and a small cap-full of soap. Then you're ready to go. The first time I hit the power button, I was surprised as it kind of drives itself forward. Pretty nice to lighten the load but you're also fighting against that push when your pull the vacuum back again. Overall it was a nice little assist, I think. The vacuum and mop did a pretty nice job of cleaning the floor pretty quickly but it did require an empty and refill of the tanks before I was finished. That doesn't take too long so it was no big deal. After I was done doing the whole upstairs area, the battery still had about 60% left (I was worried because when I first started it up, it looked like the battery was draining very quickly). The nice thing about having a screen with all the information on it is that you can see at a glance how hard the vacuum is working and what battery level is remaining. After you're done the instructions recommend you clean the dirty and clean water tanks as well as the roller and roller protector after each use. This is the only annoying part since you can't really just grab the vacuum to do a quick job and put it back but the cleanup of these things doesn't take too long. The base station does include an auto-clean feature for the roller so you have that going for you and there were 2 additional rollers included with this vacuum so you can always just rotate them if you need to clean one. Apparently there's an app that goes with this vacuum. The instructions just said that you can "perform all functions from the app" but I don't really know what functions those are. I did not download the app and can't imagine what I would possibly need it for. The functions on the vacuum are very minimal and can be adjusted with just a few pushes of the 3 buttons on the vacuum. I just didn't want another app on my phone. The only weird thing I didn't love about this vacuum was how it sat on the charging station. It leans forward quite a bit for some reason. I would expect it to just sit straight up and down but when the head is locked and you place it on the charger the handle leans forward at what feels like a 30 degree angle. Far more than you'd expect. Enough that I thought I was doing something wrong. I couldn't figure out a better way to place it on the charger though so I'm going to assume it's just how it was designed. I got used to it quickly enough but it was a weird thing when I first saw it. Overall, I like the vacuum. It does a good job supplementing our robot vacuum by being easy to get up and running and being easy to break down and clean when we're done (while not needing to break down the entire upstairs before using it since we can move things while vacuuming). If you're looking for a nice hard surface vacuum/mop and this fits your budget, give it a look. I was impressed with it for the most part.swemoney

I never taught about using a vacmop before i was kind of skeptical and it would take me a while to clean my hardwood floors .. was kind of an event to say. Not anymore… thanks to this Tineco Floor One s5 Extreme i’m actually looking forward to do it now. I will attach some pictures to see what comes in the box and it’s pretty straight forward plug and play kind of situation as well with some before and after situation. Everything is very intuitive to use but you can check the book or type the name of it on youtube and they have an interactive video in how to use it for first time. It comes with 2 extra brushes and an extra filter that will come in handy when you’ll wash and let dry the ones that you’ll be using first(about 24hrs) they recommended doing that after each use and you’ll want to do that and don’t forget to empty the messy water each time so u prevent bad odors. The design and features are very modern … it has a voice and a screen that will assist you in your cleaning process. To be mentioned here is the feature that senses the proportion of a mess when on auto and turns gradually the blue light into a red one, sign that you should insist in that particular area till becomes completely blue and it’s scary accurate!!! The stand acts like a support and charger (which will take somewhere 3-4hrs for it to be fully juiced up). They also recommend using ONLY Tineco cleaning solution or just plain water. Make sure you youse warm-hot water with or without solution since will tackle the dirt better. I’m happy with the product and it really saves me a lot of time and does a great job!!!Denisik91

I totally underestimated this machine. When I turned it on, the brush kicked in and almost dragged me acoss the floor! Not really, but I was surprised by how powerful the brush was for such a compact package. This mop is no joke. I'm a busy and stressed-out professional, so lots of housekeeping chores don't get done on a regular basis. I've been meaning to clean the kitchen floor for quite a while — I had food and coffee spills, tracked mud, etc, on the floor in places, and serious grossness under the oven and fridge. I figured that I'd give this machine a workout. It really worked. It took several passes in some areas, but the machine just kept working at the mess until it was all clean. The dirty tank strains out the solid materials to make it easy to dump without clogging your sink. It also uses less water than I would expect, so I didn't have to dump the tank nearly as often as I thought I would have to. The clean tank and the dirty tank have good capacity. One super thoughtful little detail is that both tanks have flat bottoms, so they can be put upright on the counter, and you don't have to lean them against anything like you do with other wet vacuums. I really like how it is as maneuverable as a light vacuum, it does a great job on hard floors and we can also use it on floor mats that aren't too thick. That brush-forward design really gets right up to edges and corners. It is very user-friendly. The display is large, bright and useful, and the voice prompts are really helpful. Even self-cleaning is super easy. I'm just not sure what benefits you get from the app or its wifi connection.Snarltoof

I have used brooms and dustpans for years and when I was told by my Dr. I have severe asthma and undefined COPD along with other breathing issues what limitation of bending and sweeping became unbearable for me. Also having allergies to dust, dust mites, and dog dander I decided to buy the microfiber Dust mop for me to use with ease at home. What can I say its price is fantastic and the little comb that comes with it stops me from having to shake all the dust and dirt it gets right into the wastebasket. I am an older lady with arthritis in my knees so it's painful to get down on the floor and clean under the furniture. I have laminate wood floors that need to be cleaned or dusted at least every other day due to my cat's fur. I decided to purchase this Libman wet/dry mop because it is a trusted brand that I've been familiar with throughout my life. All I can say is I love this mop. It has an 18-inch wide mop head which covers a lot of area at once getting the job done faster. It has a swivel head for maneuvering and is slim enough to fit under all of my furniture. The reusable microfiber pad is quality made with heavy-duty canvas pockets on top that slide over the sides of the mop head. It picks up dust, dirt, and fur very well and when it gets dirty you just toss it in the washer. I purchased 3 more microfiber pad replacements to go with it. My daughter is getting new laminate wood floors next week so I recommended this mop to her.Lexi61

I had seen this mop all over TikTok and wanted one for a while. I finally bought one for about $40, couldn't wait to use it and was immediately disappointed. The handle wouldn't stay locked, it kept telescoping which was very frustrating. The next thing I noticed was that when you push forward on the mop, it functions like a mop should. On the backwards motion, the plastic base of the mop that the mophead attaches to just scrapes along the floor. I don't think the fabric of the mop was even touching the floor at all, it almost flips upside down so that only plastic is dragging along the floor. I mopped about 1/8 of my apartment before I had to stop. I cant put myself or my downstairs neighbor through that every time I mop. Terrible, terrible product that was over advertised on TikTok. Luckily you can return within 90 days if you're not satisfied otherwise Id be out the $40 I spent plus the floor cleaner.Emma Haus

Purchased this mop after several people I know said how great it was. While I do like the actual mop head and the spin idea, the handle is garbage. The handle is telescoping for whatever reason and will not stay locked. It constantly comes unlocked while mopping even with essentially no force applied. I honestly don't know why they would design a telescopic handle for a mop I'm the first place, especially considering that even with it extended fully it's still pretty short. My guess would be that it's easier to box and put in shelves, but it also makes the product garbage. They should have went with a screw together design if that was their concern. Also the mop head just king of clicks into the handle. Had they designed it with a traditional screw handle like most mops and brooms have I could have easily just gotten another handle and screwed it onto the mop head. As I said I love the idea of the product and like the was it mops when it actually functions. At this point I'm not sure what options I have to make it work better but will most likely end up having to return it. It is extremely aggravating to be in the middle of mopping and have a handle constantly trying to push in.Justin

This mop bucket with spinner is so easy to put together and use. The instructions for expanding the handle was a sticker attached to the handle so you'll never lose it. The mop head snapped into the handle with no problems. I had my doubts about this product but I am glad that I made this purchase. I used this at a client home and wondered about the quality. The mop did exactly what it was supposed to do. I paired it with Mr. Clean multi surface cleaner. This product cleaned 3 years worth of ground in dirt from bathroom floor tiles. I haven't seen the floor this clean for 3 years. I was using swifter wet jet which didn't even last thru the warranty. I switched to swifter wet floor pads and that didn't clean the groves in the bathroom tiles either. This product does exactly what it says it would do, however, I would not use it on wooden parquet floor because even though you spin the water out of the mop head it is still a little too wet for a wooden floor. On tile floors it works just perfectly.Lori
